Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) is an effective algorithm in object recognition, panorama stitching, and image matching, however, due to its complexity, real time processing is difficult to achieve with software approaches. This paper proposes using a reconfigurable hardware processor with integer half kernel. The integer half kernel Gaussian reduces the Gaussian pyramid complexity in about half [] and the reconfigurable processor carries out a parallel implementation of a full search Fast SIFT algorithm. We use a low memory, fine grain single instruction stream multiple data stream (SIMD) pixel processor that is currently being developed. This implementation fully exposes the available parallelism of the SIFT algorithm process and exploits the processing and I/O capabilities of the processor which results in a system that can perform real time image and video compression. We apply this novel implementation to images and measure the effectiveness. Experimental simulation results indicate that the proposed implementation is capable of real time applications.

The derivative equation measured of a MV=Kp8{(EVn-EVn-1)+Ki/S/1* EVn+(Kd/s)*(2PVn-1-{PVn-PVn-1)}(원문이미지참조) is used on the machine apparatus of industrial field, but this par doesn\`t able to educate now, because we didn\`t have the implementation device of PID module, so the principle implementation system of the PID Module is manufactured and developed. Through this system, the implementation system of PID Module is practiced with that the SV and the set of P, I, D is set on the derivative equation measured of PID. A things to be known of this experiment result is flow. 1)PID module is known that had to be used with the module of A/D and D/A. 2) In process of PV is approached to the SV to follow Kp, Ti and Td to cause a constant of set value on the MVp=Kp*EV, Mv=Ki/1 EVdt, MVd+tDBT/D EV(원문이미지참조) the variable rate of E and Kp, Td, Ti in that table 1 is analysed, is same as flow. ①If Kp is high, PV is near fast to the SV, but Kp is small, PV is near slowly to the SV. ②If Ki is shot, PV is close fast to the SV, but Ti is high, PV is close slowly to the SV ③If Td is high, the variable rate of E press hardly when because it doesn\`t increase, but Td is small, the variable rate of E press not hardly, upper with 1),2), PID module is supposed that be able to do the A/S and an implementation of that apparatus, and getting a success of aim that an engineer want, on control of temperature, tension, velocity, amount of flow, power of wind end so on, to get the principle of automatic implementation in industrial field with cooperation of A/D and D/A module.

IT governance is an integral part of enterprise governance and consists of the leadership, organizational structures, and processes that ensure organization's IT decision making for achieving organizational goal. Most firms have failed to resolve the balance in building IT governance. The challenge is to align IT strategy with business strategy in establishing and implementing effective IT governance. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between IT governance implementation factors and IS effectiveness, and the moderating effect of strategic alignment of IS strategy with business strategy on IS effectiveness. IT governance implementation factors consist of IT vendor management, IT human resource management, and IT infrastructure. Strategic alignment was measured as the alignment between business strategic orientation and IS strategic orientation that used in the research of Chan et al.(1997). In the relationship between three IT governance implementation factors and IS effectiveness, the results of multiple regression analyses showed that IT human resource management is an important determinant to influence IS effectiveness. The additional analysis using multiple regression showed that strategic alignment of IS strategy with business strategy has moderated the relationship between IT governance implementation factors and IS effectiveness.

White-box cryptography presented by Chow et al. is an obfuscation technique for protecting secret keys in software implementations even if an adversary has full access to the implementation of the encryption algorithm and full control over its execution platforms. Despite its practical importance, progress has not been substantial. In fact, it is repeated that as a proposal for a white-box implementation is reported, an attack of lower complexity is soon announced. This is mainly because most cryptanalytic methods target specific implementations, and there is no general attack tool for white-box cryptography. In this paper, we present an analytic toolbox on white-box implementations of the Chow et al.'s style using lookup tables. According to our toolbox, for a substitution-linear transformation cipher on n bits with S-boxes on m bits, the complexity for recovering the $$O\((3n/max(m_Q,m))2^{3max(m_Q,m)}+2min\{(n/m)L^{m+3}2^{2m},\;(n/m)L^32^{3m}+n{\log}L{\cdot}2^{L/2}\}\)$$, where $m_Q$ is the input size of nonlinear encodings,$m_A$ is the minimized block size of linear encodings, and $L=lcm(m_A,m_Q)$. As a result, a white-box implementation in the Chow et al.'s framework has complexity at most $O\(min\{(2^{2m}/m)n^{m+4},\;n{\log}n{\cdot}2^{n/2}\}\)$ which is much less than $2^n$. To overcome this, we introduce an idea that obfuscates two advanced encryption standard (AES)-128 ciphers at once with input/output encoding on 256 bits. To reduce storage, we use a sparse unsplit input encoding. As a result, our white-box AES implementation has up to 110-bit security against our toolbox, close to that of the original cipher. More generally, we may consider a white-box implementation of the t parallel encryption of AES to increase security.

The separate order for the electrical work is an institutional plan to improve the electrical construction quality and strengthen the competitiveness of the electrical contractors. The systematic approach for the policy implementation of the separate ordering system can make its adaptability higher and lead to a policy success. There are many kinds of effects on the implementation of the separate order, but institutional foundation is needed for increasing the policy adaptability. The necessity of the systematic and theoretical foundation was detected in various factors by considering policy implementation theory. In order to fix the separate ordering system, reasonable methods such as finding inducements and offering incentive are more effective than legal procedures. At last, a variety of policy adaptability plans must be founded in order to invigorate the separate ordering system in a view of the policy implementation.

Construction materials usually constitute a major portion of the total cost in a building construction project. Despite the potential benefit of ICT, convincing construction organisations to embrace its use and implementation has proved a difficult task. This study seeks to identify the implementation of ICT for materials management processes in construction projects. The findings from the interviews reveal that the implementation of ICT in the materials management processes for construction projects in Malaysia is at early stage. Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet and handheld devices are found to be the common ICT tools adopted in the materials management processes. The main barrier is found to be the cost involvement at the initial stage or overall implementation of ICT in the materials management processes. Finally, this paper concludes the finding from interviews towards the ICT implementation of materials management in the construction projects.

This paper investigates how strategy formulation and implementation processes used by the University of Cape Coast (UCC) in building its digital collections compare with the Andrew's strategic formulation and implementation theoretical framework. Theory-testing case study methodology was used. The data collection instruments were the key informant interview technique and document reviews. During the formulation phase, two aspects (resources and aspirations of senior management) were emergent. During the implementation phase, five aspects (achieving results, processes and behaviour, standards, motivation, personal) were emergent. All other elements of building the UCC digital collections were planned during both the formulation and implementation phases. Although the emphasis on students and learning is laudable and apt, there seems to be lack of focus on research support beyond digital collection building, despite the fact that research excellence is one of the UCC's key priorities. Opportunities exist for improving feedback mechanisms between the users, digital library staff and the university management; and inclusion of social media tools in the digital library project. Since only the experience of a single institution of higher learning is considered, it cannot be definitively stated that strategy formulation and implementation will be similar in every institutional context. However, the results provide a basis for academic digital libraries to draw lessons from this case. In African public universities, there is little earlier research on strategy formulation and implementation in digital library management. Strategy formulation and implementation is a critical issue for higher education academic libraries especially in developing countries like Ghana, due to limited financial resources and the rapid change in the information environment during the last several decades.

In this paper, we present a FPCA implementation of IDEA algorithm. Target technology is Altera FLEX 10K FPCA. The correctness of the implementation is verified by the timing simulation with max+plus II.

The first purpose of this study is to inquire into the effect of new generation housewives'etiquette awareness on their etiquette implementation. For this purpose, this study will search the levels of new generation housewives'etiquette awareness and etiquette implementation, how the etiquette awareness and etiquette implementation vary according to their background variables, and the effect of new generation housewives'etiquette awareness as well as the background variables on their etiquette implementation. The major findings are as follows . First, the level of etiquette awareness was somewhat higher than that of etiquette implementation. Second, generally, their etiquette awareness didn't show a significant difference by the socio-demographic variables, but showed a significant difference by the psychological variables including communication level and humanism/materialism value orientation. Third, new generation housewives'etiquette implementation showed a significant difference only by monthly income like etiquette awareness. Meanwhile, as the psychological variables, etiquette implementation showed a significant difference by all Psychological variables except sex-role attitude. fourth, according to result of looking into relative influence of socio-demographic variables, psychological variables, and etiquette awareness about etiquette implementation, etiquette awareness was a significant variable which affects etiquette implementation.

Since information technologies have become critical to business success as a tool for organizational Innovation, successful implementation of IT Innovation is viewed as one of the most crucial tasks for many organizations. This paper examines the fit between the relevant variables and the implementation types and its impact on the success of implementation. We clarify the concept of IT innovation by distinguishing between IT innovation object and IT innovation process. Four types of IT innovation implementation were classified according to the dimensions of implementation scope and implementation pace. We developed a set of relevant prepositions and examined them through multiple case studios following the Yin's case study methodology.
