This study aims to develop an integration performance measurement model for each stage of information systems integration. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, first of all, the concepts of IS integration or consolidation are analyzed through theoretical and practical reviews. Also, a number of important studies of domestic and overseas cases about the stage models of IS integration or consolidation are critically reviewed. Second, we proposed three step stage model of is integration, Physical Integration stage, Application Integration stage, Service Integration stage, and Also proposed the performance measurement model for each stage of information systems integration. Third, especially in case of performance indicators and performance measurement methodology for physical integration stage are illustratively proposed, based upon the case of NCIA (National Computing Integration Agency) in Korea. This study provides the theoretical basis for reasonably deriving the stage model and performance measurement model for each stage of Information Systems Integration, and they are validating through investigating domestic and foreign practices. The results of this study are very likely to contribute to presenting the practical guideline for desirably implementing is integration or IS consolidation.

A strain smoothing meshfree formulation with stabilized conforming nodal integration is presented for modeling the consolidation process in saturated porous media. In the present method, nodal strain smoothing is consistently introduced into the meshfree approximation of strain and pore pressure gradient variables associated with the saturated porous media. Meanwhile, in order to achieve a consistent numerical implementation, a smoothing approximation of the meshfree shape function within a nodal representative domain is also proposed in the stiffness construction. The resulting discrete system of equations is all expressed in smoothed nodal measures that are very efficient for numerical evaluation. Subsequently the space-time fully discrete equations are further established by the generalized trapezoidal rule for time integration. The effectiveness of the proposed meshfree consolidation analysis method is systematically illustrated by several benchmark problems.

The purpose of this study is various discussion and alternatives focusing on integration of center for enhancing family policy delivery system and family support service the long term. The subject is managers who work at Healthy Family Support centers and Multicultural Family Centers. And they are responded non-structural questionnaire. The results were follows: First, 82.4% respondents of healthy support center and 50% respondents were in favor of integration. Second, reason of integration are conformance for social integration, the efficiency of center operations, the adequacy of program for various family, doing program with the goal of both centers of the similarity, complementary, and user convenience, prevent duplication and missing of services and so on, If the amount charged against the project of the center dissimilarity of institutions, including the operating direction was different. Third, the Center for the meaning of integration are name, organization, reorganization or consolidation of functions, was regarded as entrusted to corporate consolidation. Fourth, the consolidation that occurs during problem solving to ensure the succession of budgeting and human resources and program alternative for dressing up, commissioning center was the difference as problem solving.

In recent, the concept of system-on-package (SOP) for highly integrated multifunctional systems has been paid attention to for the miniaturization and high frequency of electronic devices. In order to realize SOP, co-integration of passive devices, such as capacitors, resistors and inductors, and active devices should be achieved. If ceramic thick films can be grown at room temperature, we expect to be able to overcome many problems in conventional fabrication processes. So, we focused on the aerosol deposition method (ADM) as room temperature fabrication technology. ADM is a novel ceramic coating method based on the Room Temperature Impact Consolidation (RTIC) phenomena. This method has a wide range potential for fabrication of co-integration of passive and active devices. In this paper, I will present the future potential of ADM introducing various ceramic dielectric thick films for the integration of electronic ceramics.

In order to overcome the small scale of Korea waterworks and to achieve comprehensive improvement and innovation transformation, the waterworks integration was reviewed. The effect of consolidation was confirmed by the integration of the water supply business in the southern Gangwon region and the western Gyeongnam region in Korea, such as an increase in the flow rate and a decrease in the production unit cost. After facing management and service limitations overseas, more than 1,000 small-scale waterworks projects in the UK were integrated into 27 waterworks providers, and Japan also revised the Waterworks Act in December 2019 and is in the process of integrating waterworks. It is considered appropriate to promote the integration of waterworks projects in Korea by respecting the autonomy of local governments, but using a participatory method, a win-win method, and a linkage method. For the integration of waterworks projects, three strategies are proposed: First creating a national foundation for integration (revision of the Waterworks Act), Second establishing a waterworks integration strategy led by local governments, Third forming an external consensus and providing incentives for participation.

Superloading yield surface concept is newly introduced together with subloading yield surface conception in order to describe full gradation continuously of the mechanical behavior of soils from typical sand through intermediate soil to typical clay (All Soils). Finite deformation theory has been applied to the soil skeleton-pore water coupled continuum mechanics, which enables us to discuss things in a perpetual stream from stable state to unstable state like from deformation to failure and vice versa like from liquefaction to post liquefaction consolidation of sand (All States). Incremental form of the equation of motion has been employed in the continuum mechanics in order to incorporate a rate type constitutive equation, which is "All Round" enough to predict ground behavior under both static and dynamic conditions. The present paper is the shortened version of the lecture note delivered in 2008 Theoretical and Applied Mechanics Conference, Science Council Japan, but with newly developed application examples.

Strategic aim of Poland is an accession to The European Union. This accession means consolidation of democratic transformations and acceleration of economical development. Possibly full and quick execution of preparing works at building domain is one of conditions of Polish membership in the European Union. Poland has to adopt rules and standards, which are required at EU. It will permit to make polish companies more attactive at international market. We should know, that economical, legal whether political reforms, this is not all what consists on membership at the Union European. We must change internally, become open to the world, to represent dynamism, enterprise, knowledge and culture. We must become more tolerant and be able to communicate with people with different culture whether political orientation, we have to accept this dissimilarity and will find way of dialogue and cooperation.

The paper presents a comparison between a semi-implicit time integration linear finite element implementation and fully-implicit nonlinear Newton-Raphson finite element implementation of a triphasic small strain mixture formulation of an elastic partially saturated porous medium. The pore air phase pressure pa is assumed atmospheric, i.e., $p_a$ = 0, although the formulation and implementation are general to handle increase in pore air pressure as a result of loading, if needed. The solid skeleton phase is assumed linear isotropic elastic and partially saturated 'consolidation' in the presence of surface infiltration and traction is simulated. The verification of the implementation against an analytical solution for partially saturated pore water flow (no deformation) and comparison between the two implementations is presented and the important of the porosity-dependent nature of the partially saturated permeability is assessed on comparison with a commercial code for the partially saturated flow with deformation. As a result, the response of partially saturated permeability subjected to the porosity influences on the saturation of a soil, and the different behaviors of the partially saturated soil between staggered and monolithic coupled programs is worth of attention because the negative pore water pressure in the partially saturated soil depends on the difference.

이 글에서는 한국 여성 결혼이주자정책의 특징과 한계를 상호문화주의(interculturalism)적 측면에서 조망하고 과제를 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 초점은 한국에서 압축적으로 급속하게 진행되고 있는 다인종사회화의 현황과 정책적 대응을 개괄하고, 여성 결혼이주자정책에서 나타나고 있는 인종 지향적이고 젠더 편향적인 이슈들을 검토한다. 그리고 여성 결혼이주자들은 '초국적 사회적 장'(transnational social field)에서의 독특한 정체성 재형성 과정을 거친다는 점에서 한국 여성 결혼이주자정책이 지향할 수 있는 현실적 지향점으로서의 상호문화주의의 개념과 특징, 유럽의 정책 및 사업 사례를 예시하고, '상호문화적 시민권'에 대한 인식 제고와 교육 프로그램 강화, '선택적 동화'를 통한 '다원적 통합' 지향, 여성 결혼이주자의 상호문화적응프로그램 강화, 한국의 특성을 고려한 상호문화성 측정 지표 개발과 평가 결과의 이주자정책에의 피드백 등 상호문화성 강화를 위한 과제를 제시한다.

다양한 네트워크 환경에서 상황인지 서비스의 제공은 데이터 간의 이질적인 문제로 통합과 공유에 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 연구는 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 온톨로지를 이용하는 통합 모델을 제안한다. 본 모델은 수집된 상황인지 정보를 통합하기 위해 온톨로지를 이용한다. 온톨로지는 수집되는 정보의 메타 데이터들의 수집, 의미론적 분석 및 추론을 통해 생성한다. 이것은 추가되는 시스템의 요소 분석 및 통합의 근거가 된다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 온톨로지의 생성 방법과 이를 적용하는 방안을 연구한다. 제시된 방안의 장점은 기존의 도구를 수정 없이 사용할 수 있고, 시스템의 확장이나 통합을 쉽게 수행할 수 있다.
