  • This study is to prove the effect of raising the value of the expert knowledge of technical experts or researchers that obtained systematic education on finance and management, on the individual's performance, and to do so, BSC(Balanced ScoreCard) is to be used to analyze how the individual's performance was affected. The results indicates that development and management of substantial programs on finance and management-related educations, with the purpose of inspiring management mind on professional employees, are demanded.

  • This research knowledge and practice about a patient's oral health and oral hygiene related quality of life you want to measure the impact of oral health impact assessment, one of OHIP was evaluated by using the.   • Modern society is changing rapidly toward the intellectual one. The needs of knowledge sharing are highly demanded for its growth and progress through the society at large. Even though university creates the knowledge in various fields, university members could not share the knowledge effectively for some reasons. This K university students case study reveals that usage of IT, college sponsoring and communicative culture affect educational performance indirectly as well as directly through knowledge sharing.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore how IT routines influence firm performances. To do this, a research model are proposed which includes 5 constructs: firm performance, business process performance, IT infrastructure flexibility, IT personnel knowledge, and IT routines. It is presumed that the IT routines enhance other IT capabilities (IT infrastructure flexibility and IT personnel knowledge) and subsequently business process performance which in turn influence firm performance. Then, with 243 firm level data, the proposed dynamics were empirically validated and tested using PLS. The study result revealed that all the routes proposed in the model are statistically significant.

  • This paper suggests a new model connecting various knowledge activities through classification systems such as classifications of research, technology, industry, major and job. Although research activities are linked to technology and industry areas or to education and job areas, there is no effort to link these kinds of activities. There are a few studies to link research and technology or research and education respectively. But, there have been no studies to connect technology-industry linkage and education-job linkage. This paper suggests that research area can be a basis of link between technology-industry linkage and education-job linkage. The methods building the links are not simple, but easy; 1) setting up new science/research classification system having two dimensions of research and application, 2) building electronic systems and databases allowing fields for several classification systems, and 3) making rules using multi-dimensional classification systems following the purpose of the programs. The model is designed to meet the needs of nationwide R&D and human resources policies, and for the preparation of knowledge society to grasp the relationship between sequential activities using knowledge. If we know the interactive relationships between various areas, we can trace related phenomena in different activities with restricted information.

  • Today's organizations make a large investment in information technology (IT) that supports knowledge management. The perceived importance of transactive memory systems (TMS) is increasing in the aspect of team performance. This study aims to understand the mediating effect of knowledge sharing and usage from the perspective of the relationship between IT support for knowledge management and TMS for team performance. To this end, this study analyzes the survey responses obtained from 224 members of 37 different teams using IT support for knowledge management. The results are as follows. First, the effect of IT support on knowledge management was significant in TMS. Second, the mediating effect of IT support on knowledge management through TMS was higher than its direct effect on knowledge sharing and usage. Third, IT support for knowledge management had a greater effect on knowledge sharing than on knowledge usage. Fourth, the effect of TMS appeared to be ordered by tacit knowledge sharing, explicit knowledge sharing, tacit knowledge usage, and explicit knowledge usage. Fifth, the relationship of team performance with knowledge sharing and usage was significant in the order of tacit knowledge usage, tacit knowledge sharing, and explicit knowledge usage.

  • The tactical data link is a military data network to improve the ability to recognize battlefield situations. The ROK military is promoting the tactical data link performance improvement programs. Tactical data link is essential to combine and integrate various platforms, sensor data, and command and control (C2) systems. Therefore, the research on related technical fields is required. However, the tactical data link has not disclosed detailed technical information due to the characteristics of military operation. In this paper, we propose a data-based automated analysis methodology using intellectual property information to understand the technology trend of tactical data link. In this paper, data related to intellectual property is automatically collected and pre-processed, and analyzed in terms of time series. In addition, the current status of each institution of patent technology information was generated, and the process of identifying key-researchers through network analysis was presented with providing results of our approach in this paper.

  • The synthesis of gates of injection-molded parts has been done empirically, since it requires profound knowledge about the gate design,. which is not available to designers through current CAD systems. GATEWAY is a knowledge module which contains knowledge to Permit non-experts as well as mold design experts to generate acceptable gate design of injection-molded parts. A knowledge-based CAD system is constructed by adding the knowledge module, GATEWAY, for gate synthesis and appropriate CAE programs for mold design analysis to an existing geometric modeler to provide designers, at the initial stage, with comprehensive process knowledge for gate synthesis.   • The paid knowledge platforms market is growing rapidly due to the constant demand for high-quality knowledge and a change in the positive perception of paid contents. Among them, the growth of paid knowledge platforms in China is overwhelming. The various paid knowledge platforms have emerged in China over the years, and Zhihu occupies the largest share among them. There have been some studies on paid knowledge platforms in China, but studies centered on Zhihu were relatively insufficient, so I conducted the research on Zhihu. In this paper, the development status of China's paid knowledge platform was investigated, the functions provided to users based on the menu configuration of the Zhihu app were analyzed and the business model of Zhihu was explored. In addition, the features of Zhihu were analyzed. It is expected that this paper will be an important data for research on paid knowledge platform.

  • The knowledge resources take a role in promoting the sustainable growth of organization. Therefore, it is important for the members of organization to acquire knowledge consistently so that the company can continue to grow. Knowledge service is the field that provides information and infrastructure which enable the members of organization to acquire new knowledge. As we recognized the importance of knowledge services, we analyzed the level of knowledge service management and development through the impact of knowledge quality on user capabilities. First, the matrix of knowledge patterns was presented based on the type of information and the level of customer interaction. According to patterns, the knowledge service was classified into three types of information providing, information analysis, and infrastructure, and then the results of structural model analysis were presented for each type. It found that the impact of knowledge service quality on user competence was different according to the type of service. The results suggested new indicators for measuring the performance of knowledge services, and provided information for reconstructing services based on the user considering the integrated operation of knowledge service and organizational designing knowledge service.
