  • The study aims to examine the connection between psychology in human unconsciousness and color, after looking at the meaning and symbolism of the characteristics and colors in Klimt's paintings from an analytical psychological point of view, Gustaf Jung's archetype theory. After analyzing Jung's archetype theory, First, in Klimt's paintings, the gold and yellow colorful decorations and patterns expressed desire with unconsciousness, sex, and especially a woman's desire for sex. The physical relationship between men and women is described as eros, life, and death. Second, the main colors in the paintings were blue, black green, gold, yellow, and orange, indicating anger and oppression, passion, desire, hope, and eroticism, and orange and yellow colors represented the inner healing colors of hope. Third, the artist's inner healing process contains color for himself and incorporates the inner unconsciousness and consciousness. The colors expressed in paintings are not only therapeutic meaning but also being conscious of inner unconsciousness, which is valuable as healing. Therefore, the color will be useful as a means of conveying psychological expression in the psychological counseling sessions.

  • There should be no problem in the measurement system for scientific quality management. In this paper, we want to correctly identify the factors that can affect the measurement results during the measurement process and identify what causes them when the measurement results cause problems in terms of location and variation. Variations in the measurement system are largely described in terms of location and dispersion. Location-related attributes are accuracy, stability, and linearity while dispersion-related attributes are reproducibility and repeatability. Analyzing the factors associated with dispersion is an R&R analysis, in which the size of repeatability and reproducibility is represented by a range of differences between multiple measurements and a range of differences between measurements, and 99% of dispersion is determined. Experimental design can also be used for measurement system analysis. Proper analysis is performed only when the factors causing the fluctuation, the worker and the product, are correctly identified as random or fixed factors.

  • This study used a method of comparing and analyzing various editions of Jeokcheonsu, and aims to confirm why different views have arisen on commentaries that differ according to the perspective of one original text, which interpretation is more valid among them. It is not easy to grasp the theories of Myeongri because Jeokcheonsu is composed of the sentences of Si-bu with being well refined and having hidden meaning. Various perspectives makes the people more confused in reading commentaries. Lim Cheol-cho make additional annotations and try to subdivide the contents of Jeokcheonsu and classify them with quoting lots of 512 exemplifications in Ming Dynasty, and it is his great contribution to the Myeongri theory. The perspective that 'Eokbu Theory' is core contents of Myeongri theory in the first half of Jeokcheonsu is predominate. The sentence that 'Eokbu Theory' is mentioned for the first time is 'Cheayong, and we can quote 'Jeongsin', 'Soewang' and 'Junghwa' as a sentence paired together.'Eokbu Theory' of Jeokcheonsu is discussed continuously in the 'Gangyou' 'Junggwa' of Myeongri particulars which is connected in the middle of Jeokcheonsu.

  • This study tried to analyze the growth background of Starbucks, a competitive company in the Korean coffee industry. Therefore, by using the STEEP analysis technique, each company's competitiveness was analyzed and the results were used to derive competitive factors. And the research results are as follows. Looking at the social aspect, economic activity has been a catalyst for women as the standard of living has increased due to economic growth. In addition, in the case of coffee culture in the past, Starbucks' response strategy, which has seen the transformation from vending machine mixed coffee culture to a consumer market that emphasizes cultural and spatial aspects, was effective. Looking at the technical aspect, the deviation has been reduced by securing uniform standardization of the taste of coffee beans at franchise stores, and the operation of a standardized operating system was possible by operating the store directly. And looking at the economic aspect, as the coffee consumption market continues to expand, the overall size of the market has also grown proportionally, creating a stable growth environment. Lastly, looking at the environmental and policy aspects, it is that the marketing strategy direction based on the policy activities as an eco-friendly company as a market leader has been the main focus of the recent policy direction emphasizing eco-friendliness.

  • Purpose - This paper empirically investigates the competition effect of exports between Korea and China in their common-export markets considering market sophistication. Modern market sophistication includes an importing country's aggregate demand for products of high quality, design, novelty, eco-friendliness, and even IPR protection. Using an empirical analysis to identify the demand for product quality across countries, this paper estimates the effects of market sophistication on the competition between Korean exports and Chinese products. Design/Methodology - Our empirical model considers the relationship between an importing country's consumer sophistication and the export competition between Korea and China. This study employs the existing theoretical framework to identify the aggregate demand for product quality across countries. Using a quite direct measurement (the consumer sophistication index, our analysis investigates the differential effects of Korea's export market sophistication, particularly in markets where Korean exports are in competition with similar Chinese products. Findings - Our main findings can be summarized as follows: the negative effects of the export competition between Korea and China on Korea's exports are stronger in third markets where consumers are less sophisticated while the effects are not as pronounced in markets where consumers are more sophisticated. This result, however, best applies to differentiated goods which significantly vary in product quality. Originality/value - Existing studies focus on the supply side of production and make the assumption that the market preference for export quality is identical across countries. This paper attempts to evaluate the export competition between Korea and China from the demand-side perspective. This area of trade studies is underexplored both empirically and in theory, although the issue has long been important to Korean and world trade.
