This study conducted a hypothesis test to examine the effect of integrated service quality of nursing and care on medical service performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, the perceived performance, loyalty, perceived performance, perceived loyalty, and perceived loyalty of medical service achievement, perceived performance of medical service performance, responsiveness, confident, empathy, The results show that adoption has a positive impact on loyalty. In other words, the integrated service quality proved to be very important for the medical service capacity. In order to do this, institutional efforts should be given priority to increase the number of nursing staff. In order to nurture excellent nursing team members, in addition to professional nursing ability, emphasis should also be placed on personality education for positive relationships through patient empathy. In this study, we can find the implication of the study that we measured the effect of integrated service quality on medical service performance.

This study used survey research method to identify factors affecting suicidal ideation in adolescents. The results of this study are as follows. First, it is necessary to narrow the psychological distance between the parents and the adolescents, to make efforts in each family to be more harmonious within the family, and to reduce consciously the physical and verbal violence which is sometimes unintentionally applied between the parents. Second, when adolescents attempt suicide, counseling agencies in schools, educational institutions, and local communities should be able to respond effectively to adolescent crisis situations, and follow-up measures such as suicide prevention education and suicide attitude education must be conducted Efforts should be made to reduce juvenile delinquent suicide and impulsive suicidal thoughts. Third, when developing adolescent suicide prevention and related programs, differentiated programs and suicide prevention education should be tried. Fourth, I think that it is necessary to prevent the suicidal thoughts of adolescents by early detection and intervention of high - depression adolescents by establishing a system that can be applied to adolescents out of school.

This study analyzed the effect of participation of in - company events on organizational commitment. A total of 52 questionnaires were analyzed for workers. The results of this study were as follows: First, there was no statistically significant correlation between employees' satisfaction with organizational life satisfaction and the correlation coefficient between MT / WS and Sports events was -.478, p <.01 Level negative correlation. This study reviewed the structural and operational systems of two professional learning communities in Korean society and analyzed their strengths and weaknesses: the Association of Korean History Teachers and the Communities of Elementary School Classroom Management. In order to analyze these cases, Robey's organizational change model was used as a theoretical frame. Two research methods were mainly employed for this study: literature review and on-site interviews. The analysis found several strengths (easy accessibility, led by teachers' initiative and autonomous will, abundant and practical teaching solutions) and weaknesses (financial burden, lack of theoretical background, sporadic participants). In conclusion, this study suggests three strategies for an educational leader who has an important role in developing a teacher's professionalism: 1) Make an institutional effort to stimulate teachers' motivation to learn, 2) Create a strong network of university professors and other experts for career advice, 3) Build a synthesized and consolidated system.

This study is to consider that group art therapy is necessary for the psychological adaptation that children of multicultural families need in the growth process, and discusses the effects of group art therapy. The research results are as follows. First, children from multicultural families were able to express themselves gradually through art work experiences and interactions with researchers, and experienced the objectification, acceptance and resolution of their emotions, thoughts and inner desires through artistic expression. Second, children from multicultural families were newly aware of themselves in an unstructured group art therapy environment that promoted active self-expression, spontaneity, and emotional expression, and gradually experienced an active attitude, that is, recovery of spontaneity. This study is to find social welfare practices that married women migrant can provide to them in order to relieve the stress of cultural differences and enjoy a good family life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the industrial accidents data with survival model. EDA approach is used to explore the relationship between two variables and among three variables for the past 10 years of industrial accidents data. Survival models are also tried. Survival curve drops more rapidly for the business with fewer employees as time goes by. Industrial accidents occur more often as the total number of industrial accidents gets larger and as the number of employees gets smaller. Agriculture, fishing and forestry have a higher level of industrial accidents than construction while service industry and 'transportation·storage and telecommunication' have a fewer number of industrial accidents than construction. Korea Safety and Health Agency's and Ministry of Employment and Labor's involvement were not effective but Civilian's was. Recurrent event data analysis reveals all most the same result as for non-recurrent data analysis.

This study concerns of how the Qing dynasty overcame the national inferiority on the process of the Ming-Qing war in the East Asia during the early 17th century. Historically the Qing came forward in succession the total 12 Emperors whose posthumouses were recorded according to a respective independent system. These studies will be commented the alliance between Manchurian and Mongolian tribes. As the researching result, it will be commented that the Qing's emperors possessed the names of the Emperor of Han's race, Khan of Mongolian tribe, Han of Manchurian clan at the same time. Furthermore in other to follow the war against the Ming dynasty the Qing dynasty promoted positively the strategic alliance through the marriage connection with Mongolian royal family. And the Qing dynasty succeeded in organizing the Military Eight Banners so that Qing dynasty could utilize the reorganized social civilian groups into the avaliable groups to the battle. Thus this Eight Banners were comprehended all members who were not only the Mongolian clans allianced but also the submitted soldiers from the Ming in the war.
