Objectives: In this paper, we propose the ethical education direction by analyzing the personal information recognition and practice of music therapists. Methods: For the analyses, we selected 60 music therapists who answered a questionnaire from members of K Music Therapy Association, and analyzed task recognition and practice ask performance using IPA method. Results: In the IPA table, the areas of high recognition and practice (1) are the areas of personal information protection information management. In the IPA table, the areas of low awareness and high practice (2) are areas of privacy communication for those who have completed ethics education. In the IPA table, the areas of low awareness and low practice (3) are areas of privacy communication when ethics education is not completed. In the IPA table, areas of high awareness and low levels of practice (4) are areas of privacy protection. Conclusions: Continuing education should be provided to improve the curriculum on the protection of personal information for music therapists, thereby raising the awareness and practice of privacy.

The purposes of this study were to : a) develop the quality assessment tool of hospital foodservice management, b) evaluate the S hospital's foodservice quality by this tool, and c) do the feasibility study about this tool in hospital food-service field by establishing quality management strategies. The developed quality assessment tool of hospital food-service management was consisted of 20 items for quality evaluation by Likert 5 point scale and two additional questions with the most satisfactory item and the most unsatisfactory item. As a result of evaluation, S hospital's foodservice quality was somewhat high, on the factor 'personnel attitude', especially. The IPA technique proved nine items including Q5, Q7, Q8, Q11, Q12, Q13, Q15, Q16, Q17 were in 'Doing Great, Keep It Up' and seven items such as Q1, Q2, Q3, Q6, Q9, Q18, Q19 that got high expectation and low perception needed to be focused in quality management strategy.

IPA 기법은 간단하고 효과적인 분석방법으로써 관광객 만족도 연구에 중요한 연구 방법이다. IPA 분석 기법은 피조사자를 중요도와 성취도로 구분하여 조사 대상의 지표를 평가한다. 일부 연구자들은 전통 IPA 기법이 이들 조건을 충족시킬 수 없음을 발견하고, 여러 가지 수정 IPA 기법을 제시하였다. 그 중에 Deng의 수정 IPA 방법이 가장 대표적이다. 국 내외 연구를 조사한 결과, 전통 IPA 기법과 수정 IPA 기법에 대한 비교 연구는 없는 실정으로, 서로 다른 IPA 기법의 차별성과 효율성에 대한 판단이 쉽지 않다. 본 연구는 사례연구와 비교연구를 위해 경주시 양동마을을 방문하는 중국 관광객을 대상으로 만족도 분석 중에 전통 IPA 기법과 수정 IPA의 적용성에 대하여 연구하였다. 아울러 전통 IPA와 수정 IPA 분석 결과에 대한 차이점과 원인을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 양동마을의 바람직한 관리를 위한 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

The purposes of this study were to: a) develop the quality assessment tool of Web-based Instruction (WBI) for nutrition education, b) evaluate the operated WBI (NutriZone) by this tool, and c) do the feasibility study about quality assessment tool for WBI by establishing the instruction and operating strategies. The developed quality assessment tool of WBI for nutrition education was divided into three categories of instruction design, contents and support ＆ operation. And a total of forty items were measured by Likert 5 point scale, computed as one point per item, and amounted to forty points in all. As a result of evaluation, NutriZone got 21.79 out of 40 points and fulfillment rate of 54.5%. The IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) was applied to establish the instruction and operating strategies, and nine items characterized as attractiveness, multimedia, and learner-initiative were in 'Doing Great, Keep It Up', and so it was regar-ded as program designed with concern in WBI's characteristics unlike the conventional face-to-face education. But twelve items such as 'Errors on switch to other screens are few.', 'Ready correction leads to be out of systemic error.', 'Highlight marks and moving pictures were used in sign of importance.' and etc. that got high importance and low performance needed to be focused in instructional strategy.

The purpose of this study is to identify the difference between the current retention level and the required level of engineering students' career competency that they think they need based on their perceptions. Ultimately, the results of this study are used as basic data when designing the major/general education program and the curricular/extra-curricular career program. The task of this study is to identify the difference between the current retention level and the required level of engineering students' career competency. And based on this, it is to confirm the educational needs of engineering students for the career competency. For this purpose, literature research on career competency education in universities was reviewed in the theoretical background. Next, previous studies on career competency and sub-competence derived from career competency-related studies and detailed questions were analyzed. Based on this, an initial evaluation tool for career competency of engineering students was developed. Finally, through expert review, a career competency evaluation tool with a total of 43 items in 10 competency groups was developed. A career competency evaluation questionnaire was conducted for 197 engineering students who participated in the 2022 Engineering Education Festa, and as a result of the IPA analysis, 'global competency' was found to be the competency with the largest difference between importance and execution. Next, 'major job competency' and 'career development competency' appeared in order. Reflecting the results of this study, it is expected that mutually organic design of competency-based liberal arts curriculum and major curriculum that can cultivate global competency, major job competency, and career development capability will be carried out through learning activities and field practice.

Purposes of this study were to apply and examine that the importance-performance analysis(IPA) could be a useful park management tool. The IPA is an easily-applied technique developed in marketing field to measure attribute importance and performance. It displays them simultaneously on a 4-quardrant action grid; therefore, park managers can upgrade current services and address marketing strategies for various user segments. The children's grand park was selected as a study are. Two different types of questionaires were utilized for data analyses. They were collected from one respondent by on-site distribution or by mail survey, because attribute importance and performance should be rated before and after visiting a park, respectively. Then, total data was segmented systematically by 2 variables-age and benefit sought. Action grids from order to meet the needs of each segment. Several comments on both data collection methods and segment variables selection were described to improve the IPA in recreation settings for future researches.

Objectives : In this paper, we proposed a method to comprehensively examine the roles of medical insurance review nurses' by analyses of task importance and task performance. Methods : For the analyses, we used the responsesof 268 nurses who completed a questionnaire for members of the Medical Insurance Review Nurses Association in 2015, and analyzed task importance and task performance using the IPA method and the standard task guide. Results : There were significant differences in task importance and task performance according to task position. In the category of 'Keep up the good work,' 'Calculate benefit standard' was indicated only in administrative positions, and in the category of 'Concentrate here,' 'Manage hospital resources' and 'Process after appeal results' was demonstrated only in general positions. There were differences in the 'Low priority' and 'Possible overkill' categories by task performance according to task position. Conclusions : Our results indicate the necessity of a new education system and task reassignment according to task importance and task performance as perceived by medical insurance review nurses.

This article examines the effects of education service quality of culinary education facility on the learning outcome. For this, items for figuring out the relation between education service quality and the learning outcomes has been deducted through IPA regarding education service quality. Further, the factors of education service, which is for verifying the effects of relevant experiences (culinary certificate) have been examined according to advanced studies. Self administered questionnaires have been prepared by 231 samples in total and the collected data have been analyzed through frequency, factor, reliability and regression analyzing methods by using SPSS 18.0. The results from paired t-test performed on the importance and performance of culinary education service quality indicate that expertise, level of knowledge, education method of instructor and additional convenience facilities (locker and lounge etc) are the most important factors respectively. The results from IPA analysis show that the quadrant 1 includes knowledge level, education method, kindness of instructor. The quadrant 2 contains awareness of instructor while the third one includes culinary facility, tool structure and convenience facility. In addition the quadrant 4 includes hygiene of learning place. According to the results from hypothesis test, education service quality affects learning outcome and the experience (certificate) of learner from culinary education facility results in difference in education service quality and awareness of learning outcome therefore the hypothesis is partially verified.

This study aims to identify the dimensions of trade show performance in Iranian trade shows and apply the revised importance-performance analysis. The IPA method integrates two types of indirect importance and a composite I-P mapping using traditional four-quadrants, as well as a diagonal line on a two-dimensional grid. Based on the analysis results, this study presents several suggestions to contribute to the development of the trade show industry. First, it is noted that the dimensionality of trade show performance in a developing country context can be different from that of prior literature. Taking different industry development stages of a show hosting countries, examining the dimensions of each trade show performance with every effort to derive proper exhibitors' implications is necessary. Second, the use of statically-derived importance is recommended while considering respondents' convenience to reduce their time and fatigue when collecting data at the busy booths. Further, applying composite I-P mapping is suggested as an effective diagnostic tool to provide optimal trade show strategies for the exhibitors under the dynamic and ever-changing global business environment.

본 연구의 자료처리는 '코로나 19와 프로야구', '코로나 19와 프로야구 무관중'과 관련된 키워드를 중심으로 텍스톰(textom)프로그램의 텍스트마이닝과 소셜네트워크 분석을 활용해 문제점 도출 및 시청품질의 변인을 설정하는데 활용하였다. 정량적 분석을 위해 시청품질에 관한 설문지를 구성하였으며, 270부의 설문응답자 중 250부의 설문을 최종연구에 사용하였다. 설문지의 타당도와 신뢰도를 확보하기 위한 도구로 탐색적 요인 분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였으며, 타당도와 신뢰도가 확보된 설문을 바탕으로 IPA분석(중요도-만족도)을 실시하여 결과 및 전략을 제시하였다. IPA분석을 실시한 결과 1사분면에 영상과 관련된 요인(영상구성, 영상배색, 영상 선명도, 영상 확대 및 구도, 고음질 영상)이 나타났고 2사분면은 경기상황(응원 팀 경기수준, 응원 선수 경기수준, 스타선수 발굴, 라이벌 팀과의 경기)과 경기정보(경기일정 안내, 선수정보 확인, 팀 성적 및 선수성적, 경기정보), 상호작용(응원팀과의 공감대) 일부의 요인이 나타났으며, 3사분면은 해설자(야구관련 지식, 의사전달 능력, 발음과 목소리, 표준어 사용, 경기관련 정보 소개)와 상호작용(프런트와 실시간 소통, 시청자와의 공감대, 채팅 등의 정보교환)의 요인이 나타났다.
