Additional frequencies are allocated in maritime digital data exchange to alleviate overload of the VHF data link. The shipborne ad-hoc network (SANET) for this frequencies was subsequently proposed, which provides various IP-based services to ships on behalf of satellite communications. In SANET, a ship should determine its own IP address to achieve IP connectivity to the shore. Accordingly, this paper proposes a SANET configuration (SANETconf) protocol as an IP configuration protocol. SANETconf propagates non-overlapping IP addresses across the network from the shore to ships. A ship obtains its IP address by exchanging Request and Response messages with its neighbors. Therefore, SANETconf eliminates the process of DAD and managing the movement of ships. Extensive simulations were performed to verify the applicability of SANETconf. Based on results, 85% of the ships can determine their own IP address within one frame. Also, SANETconf has a high resource efficiency by using 0.024 percent of resources for IP configuration.

라우터의 IP 주소검색은 라우터에 도착한 IP 패킷의 목적지 주소를 이용하여 적절한 출력링크를 검색하고 결정하는 것으로 고속 IP 주소검색은 초고속 라우터 개발에 필수적인 부분이다. 본 논문은 일반 PC에서도 고속의 라우팅 검색이 가능 하도록 2-단계 트라이를 이용하는 트라이 기반의 IP 주소검색 자료구조를 소개한다. 2-단계 트라이는 최소 크기의 포워딩 데이블을 구축, 접근속도가 빠른 캐시 메모리에 저장함으로써 고속의 검색이 지원된다.

기존의 네트워크 환경에서 서비스 제공자들은 사용자들이 사용하고 있는 네트워크의 느린 속도와 가상 IP 사용으로 인해 빠른 대역폭과 대형 저장 공간, 그리고 고정 IP를 가진 서버를 운영함으로써, 사용자들에게 일방적으로 서비스를 제공하는 방식으로 발전해왔다. 그러나 인터넷 사용자의 폭발적인 증가와 함께 네트워크의 속도가 향상되어 각 사용자들은 서버를 경유하지 않고 사용자간 직접적인 파일 송수신을 할 수 있게 되었다. 각 단체에서는 이러한 P2P 환경의 장점을 이용하여 여러 P2P 응용프로그램들을 개발하였지만, 네트워크 그룹에 참여하기 위하여 프로그램 내부에 서버의 IP가 지정되거나 사용자가 직접 IP를 입력해야 하기 때문에 서버가 더 이상의 서비스를 제공하지 않는다면 일반 클라이언트를 사용하는 사용자들은 서비스를 제공받지 못하는 문제점이 발생하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 순수 P2P 환경에서 각 피어들은 인접한 피어로부터 다른 피어들의 IP를 얻어 목록으로 관리함으로써, 소켓으로 연결된 피어가 종료하여도 목록에 유지된 다른 피어에게 연결하여 네트워크 그룹에 지속적으로 연결 유지를 할 수 있는 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 이 제안기법은 죄초 실행시 기존의 방식과 같이 특정 피어의 IP를 지정해주지만, 이후의 동작과정에서는 어떠한 피어 IP도 지정하여 주지 않기 때문에 더욱 더 안정된 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다.

PMIC chips based on a BCD process used in automotive semiconductors require multi-time programmable (MTP) intellectual property (IP) that does not require additional masks to trim analog circuits. In this paper, MTP cell size was reduced by about 18.4% by using MTP cells using PMOS capacitors (PCAPs) instead of NMOS capacitors (NCAPs) in MTP cells, which are single poly EEPROM cells with two transistors and one MOS capacitor for small-area MTP IP design. In addition, from the perspective of MTP IP circuit design, the two-stage voltage shifter circuit is applied to the CG drive circuit and TG drive circuit of MTP IP design, and in order to reduce the area of the DC-DC converter circuit, the VPP (=7.75V), VNN (=-7.75V) and VNNL (=-2.5V) charge pump circuits using the charge pumping method are placed separately for each charge pump.

In this paper, H.235 based security mechanism for H.323 multimedia applications was implemented in embedded environment. H.235 covers authentication using HMAC-SHAI -96, authenticated Diffie-Hellman key exchange, security capability exchange, session key management for voice encryption, and encryption functions such as DES, 3DES, RC2. H.235-based mechanisms were also analyzed in terms of its security and possible attacks.

As the value and role of intellectual property increases in our knowledge-based economy, countries around the world have exerted various efforts to secure, utilize, and protect their intellectual property. The present study diagnoses the level of IP infrastructure of major OECD countries and analyzes their characteristics and impact. According to the diagnosis, the US, Switzerland, and Germany form a leading group followed by the mid-level countries of Korea, Ireland, Australia, and France, with Spain and Italy in the bottom group. In contrast to Korea's competitiveness in S&T and R&D infrastructures, its competitiveness in IP infrastructure is lower than the OECD average. This is thought to be due to Korea's IP infrastructure being hastily formed under the influence of international pressures rather than having been gradually built up by internal needs. A TFP analysis of the impact of IP infrastructure on economic growth shows IP infrastructure positively influences economic growth. Though this analysis is limited due to inability to secure sufficient data and indicators, it is a useful guide for understanding the nature and key characteristics of IP infrastructure.

In this paper, end-to-end VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) performance is evaluated by simulation with NS-2 simulation tool. There are many results studied and published for VoIP performance over TCP/IP networks. But, almost all of them were focused on wired or wireless Internet environments. About MANET (Mobile Ad Hoc Network), VoIP is currently studying several points of research. In this paper, analysis of VoIP performance is done with focusing on the mobility of MANETs. MOS(Mean Opinion Score), network delay, packet loss rates are considered as end-to-end QoS performance parameters.

차세대 이동통신망은 "ALL-IP Network" 이라고 불리는 차세대 이동 통신망을 위한 새로운 전송기술과 새로운 망으로 기존 망이 진화하게 될 것이다. 네트웍 계층에서 볼 때 기본적으로 이동단말기에서 IP 패킷을 생성하고 무선/유선 통신망을 통과할 때 이 IP 패킷이 그대로 유지되어 End-to-end 로 전달되는 것을 그 목표로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 두 상이한 이동 패킷 통신 시스템간의 Seamless한 통신을 위한 핸드오프를 Mobile IPv6 [4]관점에서 접근할 것이다. (Voice에 대한 고려는 생략하였다.)

Privacy IP hacking problems such as invasion of privacy, password cracking, voice wiretapping and internet over charged occurred, because VoIP internet voice phone service gradually spread. This thesis attempted to attack the VoIP service network by application. First use application to spoof IP address then attempted wiretap the VoIP service and sends a lot of messages to disturb service movement. At this point, we connected VoIP soft terminal, so we can operate real-time filtering operator to block the SIP Flooding offence by monitor the traffic and detect the location where it got attacked. This thesis used experiment to prove it is possible to detect the offence and defend from SIP Flooding offence.

오늘날 대부분의 신기술은 통신규제를 우회하므로, 각국 정부는 규제를 포기하고 기술과 시장이 통신업종의 발전을 지향하는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 그러나, IP Telephony와 관련된 최근의 동향은 기존의 법률과 규제가 각국에서 IP Telephony의 발전을 결정하는 강력한 요소임을 보여주고 있다. 본 고는 IP Telephony와 관련한 기술발전 추세와 표준화동향, 시장도입효과를 알아보고 특히, IP Telephony와 관련한 구체적인 도입방안을 위한 논의가 있었던 유럽연합과 프랑스를 중심으로 규제동향을 살펴보았다.
