다중 통신 프로토콜 기반 비가시권 임무 드론 조종 시스템 (Multi-Communication Protocol-based Invisible Mission Drone Control System)

  • 드론의 발전으로 인해 드론의 임무는 다양한 분야에서 수행되며, 광범위한 영역에서 비가시권(BVLOS, Beyond Visual Line Of Sight) 비행한다. 대부분 드론은 무선 주파수(RF, Radio Frequency) 통신을 통해 운용되고 약 1-2 km의 제한된 반경에서만 비행이 가능하다. 이를 극복하기 위해 본 논문에서는 RF와 LTE (Long Term Evolution)를 활용하여 BVLOS에서 임무를 수행하는 드론을 조종하기 위한 다중 통신 프로토콜 기반 드론 조종 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 크게 조종부와 드론부로 이루어진다. 조종부는 조종기에서 발생한 하나의 조종 신호를 RF와 LTE를 통해 전송한다. 드론부는 RF와 LTE를 통해 이중으로 전송된 조종 신호를 통신 프로토콜의 우선순위에 따라 분류하여 FC (Flight Controller)로 전달한다. 제안한 조종 시스템을 통해 RF 통신 거리 한계를 극복하고 통신 연결 불능 상황을 방지할 수 있다.

비트율과 움직임 벡터를 이용한 적응적 동영상 워터마킹 (Adaptive Video Watermarking using the Bitrate and the Motion Vector)

  • 본 논문에서는 MPEG2 부호화기내에서 워터마크 세기를 비트율과 움직임 벡터의 크기에 따라 적응적으로 조절하는 방법을 제안한다. I 프레임에 대하여는 양자화 스텝 크기에 따라 워터마크 세기를 가변적으로 조절하고, P, B 프레임은 고효율의 압축이 실현되므로 워터마크의 강인성을 유지하기 위해 비트율과 매크로 블록의 움직임 벡터의 크기에 따라 적응적으로 워터마크 세기를 조절한다. 워터마크 검출은 MPEG 동영상을 완전히 복호화하지 않고 MPEG 복호화시에 DCT 영역에서 실시간으로 검출한다. 실험 결과, 제안한 방법은 화질의 차이가 눈에 띄지 않고 GoP 변환후 동영상 재압축, 저주파 필터 공격과 프레임 삭제 등의 동영상 편집 공격에서도 강인함을 나타낸다.

  • 최근 몇 년 동안 인터넷을 기반으로 한 디지털 영상 기술과 디지털 콘텐츠의 사용이 빠르게 증가하고 있어서 디지털 영상 보호에 대한 요구가 더욱 중요시되고 있다. 디지털 이미지의 저작권 보호를 위해, 콘텐츠 인증, 소유권 인증, 불법 복제등과 같은 인증 기술의 검증이 필요하다. 영상에 디지털 워터마크를 삽입하는 비가시적 부호화 기술인 디지털 워터마킹은 정교한 인지 정보를 워터마킹 과정에 영상의 투명도와 강건함을 제공하기 위해 사용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 시각 특성을 이용한 주파수 영역에서 DWT 변환을 이용해 위조 공격, 소유권 보호 및 인증 방지를 위한 디지털 워터마킹 알고리즘을 구현하고자 한다.

자동차 산업분야의 효과적인 제조협업 구현을 위한 디지털 엔지니어링 적용 방법론에 대한 연구 (The Methodologies of Digital Engineering Applications to Manufacturing Collaborations in Automotive Industries)

  • Very special and tentative considerations including emotional aspects are required to apply any new mechanism and methodologies for manufacturing fields due to several reasons. This study reviews the characteristics of manufacturing collaborations through specific cases applied digital engineering to enhance the collaboration performance in manufacturing domains. Two cases of collaboration related with automotive manufacturing process are analyzed to extract meaningful insights for better collaboration model suggestions. The first case deals the robot simulation to find out advance errors in jig and fixture design during the various welding process of body-in-whites. The effective communication protocol to share their idea and agreed schedules are essential for this collaboration. More severe requirement of collaboration between R&D and manufacturing departments are studied in the second case for e-coating process. The invisible barriers among different departments are lowered by the process application of Computer Aided Engineering which can make sure their own interesting effectively. Those technical and managerial suggestions can be used when the information system and standard process are sought to implement and update not only when innovation projects are executed.

조리교육과정에 요구되는 직업기초능력과 역량에 관한 연구 (A Study on Basic Vocational Competencies and Capabilities required for Culinary Arts Curriculum)

  • Vocational education has been constantly blamed for training skills that are not suitable for the field. This study was sought for finding out the necessary skills for the hotel entry-level cooks by conducting in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and case studies in terms of NCS's basic competencies and competencies required at work environment. The results of this study are as follows: First, in the field, job performance ability is more important than skills and knowledge. Second, among the NCS's basic competencies, communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-development skills, information skills, and professional ethics are prioritized competencies for hotel-entry level cooks. Third, in terms of competency factors at work, it is necessary to learn the adaptability of the field. Fourth, in case of overseas culinary institutes, the core of their culinary education was the system to learn how to operate the site rather than the education about cooking skills or knowledge. Fifth, in holistic approach, the result showed that four elements which are skills, knowledge, field practice, and simulation training are required for Culinary Arts curriculum.

블록 기반 웨이블릿 변환을 이용한 워터마킹 기법 (A Watermarking Technique using Block-based Wavelet Transform)

  • 본 논문에서는 블록 기반의 웨이블릿 변환을 이용한 워터마킹 기법을 소개하고자 한다. 시각모델을 이용하여 위터마크를 삽입함으로써 워터마크를 삽입한 영상(워터마크 된 영상)과 워터마크를 삽입하지 않은 원래 영상(원 영상)을 비교할 때 시각적으로 워터마크가 눈에 띄지 않도록 하였다. 또한, 워터마크를 영상의 모든 주파수 대역에 삽입함으로써 영상처리에도 강인하도록 설계하였다. 특히, 잡음과 JPEG압축에 강인함을 확인할 수 있었고 워터마크 된 영상에 임의의 조작을 가했을 때도 원 영상 없이 조작된 부분을 검출할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안한 워터마킹 시스템은 실험을 통해 워터마크의 비가시성, 강인성, 그리고 원 영상 없이 검출할 수 있는 특성을 모두 만족함을 확인하였다.

한국기업의 해외정부조달분야 수출증대방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Export Promotion Strategy to Foreign Government Procurement Markets for Korean Firms)

  • Recently, the world government procurement market has been greatly opened thanks to the WTO Government Procurement Agreement and FTA etc..In spite of that, many companies trying to export their products into overseas procurement market have been still facing many kinds of invisible barriers and practices for restricting the market access. With the survey results, this study aims to suggest strategic and political implications for the exporting companies in the procurement area for preparing the marketing strategy and introducing the export assistance regime and developing the negotiation position in the concerned FTA. This study has showed some kinds of important implications for the export promotion in the area. Firstly, the companies have to try to increase their products competitiveness, to strength efforts for bids information gathering, to use special program for the foreign companies in some countries. Secondly, the Korean Government also has to try to establish a realistic system for gathering many information about the foreign government procurement market, to assist the companies's export marketing, to introduce the global standards for adapting international technical specifications, and to conclude the FTA agreement with the concerned developing countries in the procurement area etc..

  • As a part of HMS(Human-Machine System), the car is very important thing in common life. It is also a significant part to study on the controllers of car that is intentively related with all sensibilities during driving. There are lots of controllers on seating buck of the car. However, there are few study on the sensibility analysis of them. Most of all, the foot controller could be easily overlooked because it could be invisible. This study was based on relationship that the controllers fitted to the driving posture in the drivers' sensibility difference of two transmission modes, automatic and manual transmission. The results show the driver's preference driving posture and sensibility in two kinds of transmission cars. Consequently, it should be designed the seating buck for two different types respectively to be taken comfort driving posture and improve the safety for drivers. Also, it could reduce the fatigue and discomfort in the task of driving. The design of the controllers strongly effects on the drivers' response time. hereby this study was accessed to the sensibility of Korean with analyzing the relationship, quantitative data, and sensibility difference between two kinds of transmission cars.

Impact of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax on Economic Growth in Vietnam

  • Tax can be categorised into direct tax and indirect tax. This paper uses the ordinary least-squares regression method to study the impact of direct and indirect tax on economic growth in Vietnam in the period 2003-2017. Statistical data is collected from the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam. Theoretically, tax generates the state budget revenue and is a tool to regulate the economy. The results of statistical tests show that tax has a positive impact on Vietnam's economic growth. However, the effects of direct tax and indirect tax are different. The indirect tax has a positive influence and promote Vietnam's economic growth, while the impact of the direct tax is invisible. There has not been sufficient evidence to confirm that the indirect tax has a more positive impact than the direct tax. To promote economic growth, Vietnam needs to restructure its tax system towards: (1) Increasing the proportion of indirect tax, reducing the proportion of direct tax in the state budget revenue; (2) Expanding tax bases; (3) Reducing tax rates of corporate income tax and personal income tax; (4) Increasing tax rates of environmental protection tax, natural resources tax, value added tax and excise tax on some types of goods which harm health and environment.

  • The system using augmented reality can save the time and cost. It is verified in various fields under the possibility of a technology by solving unrealistic feeling in the virtual space. Therefore, augmented reality has a variety of the potential to be used. Generally, multimodal senses such as visual/auditory/tactile feed back are well known as a method for enhancing the immersion in case of interaction with virtual object. By adapting tangible object we can provide touch sensation to users. a 3D model of the same scale overlays the whole area of the tangible object; thus, the marker area is invisible. This contributes to enhancing immersive and natural images to users. Finally, multimodal feedback also creates better immersion. In this paper, sound feedback is considered. By further improving immersion learning augmented reality for children with the initial step learning content is presented. Augmented reality is in the intermediate stages between future world and real world as well as its adaptability is estimated more than virtual reality.
