In this paper, I try to develop a model the effects on organizational behavior and job performance of members of the organization's Information Management System. I conduct a survey on organizational performance received IMS and analyze the correlation between the variables. By the results, as the level of awareness of IMS determined the level of organization's performance. I proposed an alternative for improving performance and management improvements. How a positive influence on organizational performance analysis and efficient operating IMS.

In this study, we extend the application of the interface-matrix(IM) method for reflector modeling to Analytic Flux Expansion Nodal (AFEN) method. This include the modifications of the surface-averaged net current continuity and the net leakage balance conditions for IM method in accordance with AFEN fomular. AFEN-interface matrix (AFEN-IM) method has been tested against ZION-1 benchmark problem. The numerical result AFEN-IM method shows 1.24% of maximum error and 0.42% of root-mean square error in assembly power distribution, and 0.006%Δk of neutron multiplication factor. This result proves that the interface-matrix method for reflector modeling can be useful in AFEN method.

본 논문은 UMTS 기반의 3GPP에서 제안하고 있는 차세대 IP 기반 멀티미디어(IM) 서비스를 위한 핵심망 서브 시스템의 구조와 기능 요소 및 관련 신호 프로토콜에 대해 기술하고 있다. IM 서비스란 이동가입자에게 하부에 IP 전송 프로토콜을 기반으로 하는 다양한 형태의 패킷 서비스들을 동시에 제공하는 것을 말한다. 이를 위해 3GPP에서 제시하고 있는 논리적인 ALL IP 망 구조는 IM CN 서브시스템을 포함하고 있는데, IM CN 서브시스템의 중요한 기능 요소로는 Call Session Control Function(CSCF)와 Home Subscriber Server(HSS) 등이 있다. CSCF는 가입자가 위치하고 있는 망에 따라서 가입자의 세션과 서비스를 제어한다. HSS는 가입자의 마스터 데이터베이스로 기존의 3G HLR의 모든 기능과 User Mobility Server(UMS) 기능을 가진다. 본 고에서는 위의 두 기능 요소들의 기능과 상호 간의 시그널링 프로토콜을 최신 동향을 기반으로 분석하고 기본적인 시그널링 절차도 기술한다.

This paper propose a improved parameter estimations of five-phase squirrel-cage induction motor(IM) for speed control system on field oriented control(FOC). In order to high performance control of ac the motors using a FOC and DTC(direct torque control) algorithm, there are required precise motor parameters for slip calculation, flux observer, controller gain, rotor position and speed estimation, and so on. We are suggest a estimation method of the motor parameters that developing five-phase squirrel-cage IM have a stator of concentrated winding for experimental. There are results of stator winding test, no-load test, locked rotor test, and obtained equivalent circuits using manufactured experimental apparatus. For presenting the superior performance of the speed control system in adapted the parameters, experimental results are presented using a 32-bit fixed point TMS320F2812 DSP with 1.5[KW] IM.

This paper present ZVS Half-Bridge converter Using IM(Integrated Magnetics). In converter system, magnetic components are important devices used for energy storage, energy transfer, galvanic isolation and filtering. The purposes of IM(Integrated Magnetics) are to reduce the number of magnetic components and voltage/current ripple. This topology is use of three magnetics components thus increasing the cost and size of the system. A prototype featuring 300V input, 15V output, 400kHz switching frequency, and 150W output power.

Sphingolipids play important roles in cell regulation and signal transduction. Recently, a sphinogomyelin cycle has been described in which activation of neutral sphingomyelinase leads to the breakdown of sphingomyelin and the generation of ceramide. Ceramide, in turn, has emerged as a candidate intracellular mediator for the action of certain cell agonists and has multiple biologic actions. Ceramide is a potent suppressor of cell growth and an inducer of apoptosis. The present studies show that exposure of IM-9 cells to ceramide resulted in internucleosomal cleavage of DNA, yielding laddered patterns of oligonucleosomal fragments characteristic of apoptosis. DNA fragmentation induced by ceramide was also confirmed by diphenylamine assay. The effect of ceramide on cell cycle progression was also studied. The addition of ceramide increase G$_{1}$ phase distribution in cell cycle. Cell cycle-related cyclin D$_{1}$ gene expression was decreased in a time-dependent manner. These results suggest that apoptosis induced by ceramide is related to cell cycle associated with the alteration of cell cycle in IM-9 cells.

Depth-area-duration(DAD) relations are important to hydrological plans and designs for the water resources as well as the flood defence. And these relations have been still in analysis and use today because they can be applied to readily available data. In this paper, rational and consistent DAD models were developed using the multiple regression analysis and basic relationships of area ratio-runoff volume about heavy rainfall occurring in the Im-Jin river basin, 1999. In addition, revised DAD models and curves that can convert a maximum point rainfall to mean area rainfall were developed and evaluated. As results, these models seem to have predictive value in order to plan and design hydrological structures of flood defence in the Im-Jin river basin.

This paper describes the variable speed drive of an induction motor by the line commutated inverter, which is operated in the forced commutation mode from start-up to operating point of load commutation. A novel forced-commutation circuit is proposed in this paper. The selection range of leading condenser to decide load commutation starting point is simulated by the sampling data of a general purpose IM and a high speed IM. The experiment to drive IM by a line commutated inverter with the proposed forced commutated circuits is performed. There was no problem in driving IM from standstill to starting point of load commutation by a line commutated inverter with forced commutation.
