In this paper, surface transfer impedance measurement of RF cables according to IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) Standard 96-1 is described and surface transfer impedance of a commercial RF cable is obtained from the measured voltage and scattering parameter with a triaxial fixture fabricated in the operating frequency range from 1 MHz to 30 MHz.

Recently, EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) becomes very important, which demands the measurement of EMI (electromagnetic interference) in the chip level. NFS (near-field scanning) systems defined in IEC 61967 and IEC 62508 are typical methods to analyze EMI in the chip level. As chips becomes faster, frequency measurement of NFS system should become wideband, but it degrades SNR (singal-to-noise ratio) of the NFP (near-field probe). This paper surveys SNR enhancement technologies of the NFS while maintaining wideband characteristics.

국내에 적용되는 방송통신기자재에 대한 전기안전 규격기준은 기존에 IEC 60950에 따르고 있으나 2005년 이후 IEC 60950-1로 전면 개편됨으로 인하여 국내 적용 기준의 변화를 요구하고 있다. 또한, 최근에는 가전제품과 통신기능 모듈의 융합 추세에 따라 개별 제품에 대한 인증을 복합적으로 운영하여야 할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 배경하에 관련된 우리나라의 기술기준으로서 '방송통신설비의 기술기준에 관한 규정' 제11조(전기안전기준)에 이러한 변화를 반영할 고시 근거를 마련해 두었으며, 이에 따라 전파연구소의 신규 기술기준 고시를 제정하도록 추진하였다.

IEC 61850은 변전소자동화시스템에 대한 국제 표준 규격이다. IEC 61850 파트 6은 통신관련 IED(Intelligent Electronic Device) 구성과 IED 파라미터, 통신 시스템 구성, 개폐소 구조 및 이들 간의 관계를 설명하는 파일 형식을 규정한다. 이 파일 형식의 주요 목적은 IED 능력 설명, 호환되는 방법으로 여러 제조사들의 IED 엔지니어링 도구와 시스템 엔지니어링 도구 간의 SA 시스템 설명을 교환하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 XML을 이용한 IED Configurator TOOl 구현을 제시하였다.

Owing to WTO/TBT, Many countries are trying to accord their own various national codes and standards with international standards. Also Korean electric power code is being made consistent with the new standards which include the international standards. The new code will affect the many aspects of building construction. In order to cope with the change of the electric power code, this paper analyzed the trend of the international standard(IEC 60364, IEC 61024) and we think this study will help engineers to understand the international electrical standards.

Because the puretone audiometer is an important medical instrument used to diagnose hearing loss, the IEC and ANSI has been published a specification with which audiometer should comply. This paper describes development of Linux based real-time spectrum analyzer which is dedicated to puretone audiometer. It can measure not only hearing level but also compliance of IEC standard for puretone audiometer such as frequency accuracy, harmonic distortion, pulsed tone, narrow band noise and linearity. We have verified our real-time spectrum analyzer through comparing to commercial product.

본 논문에서는 국, 내외 피뢰설비 규정을 고찰하고 ESE 피뢰침의 평가기준이 무엇인지 반문하였으며 우리 나라에 적 합한 피뢰 규정으로 KS C IEC - 61024(한국산업 표준규격)와 NF C 17-102(프랑스 산업표준규격)의 혼합형인 이중보호방식을 제시하였다.

디지탈 기기를 포함한 일반적인 전기전자기기로 부터 발생하는 방해전자파는, 낮은 주파수 대역(MF, HF 대역)에서는 전원성 등의 도선을 따라서 전달(전도성 방해파)되고, 높은 주파수 대역(VHF, UHF 대역)에서는 직접 공간에 방사(방사성 방해파)된다. 이러한 전도성 및 방사성 방해파의 측정은 IEC, CISPR, FCC, VDE 등의 규격이 정하고 있는 규정에 따라서 실시된다. 이들 규격은 방해파 측정법을 규정하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 재현성이 좋은 측정을 실현시키기 위해 측정용 시설에 대해서도 자세하게 규정하고 있다. 방사성 방해파의 측정에 사용하는 측정시설로서는, 기본적으로 야외시험장(Open Area Test Site, OATS)을 사용하도록 규정하고 있는데, 측정치의 상호연관성을 위해서는 규약에 정해진 적합성이 평 가되고 확인되어 있어야만 한다. 여기서는 방사성 방해파 측정용 시설중에서 가장 기본적이고도 중요한 야외시험장의 적합성 평가 파 라미터 - 두 지점간의 전송손실, 이를 시험장감쇠량 이라함 - 에 대하여 기술하기로 한다.

소프트웨어의 다양화로 인하여 하드웨어 형태의 보안 제품에서 소프트웨어 형 보안 제품으로 점차 변화하고 있는 중이다. 이러한 변화 속에서 소프트웨어 형 보안 제품의 품질을 평가하는 기준이 없어, 현재 ISO/IEC 9126 의 표준으로 소프트웨어 형 보안 제품을 평가하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 하지만 소프트웨어 형 보안 제품을, 기존 소프트웨어 품질 평가 기준으로 적용하기에는 한계가 있다. 지금까지 소프트웨어 제품의 평가 방법과 요구 사항에 대한 프로세스가 국제 표준으로 제정 및 정의되어 있으나, 소프트웨어 형 보안 제품의 경우, 이러한 국제 표준을 적용하여 제품을 평가하는 데는 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현재 사용중인 소프트웨어 평가 기준 인ISO/IEC 9126-1에서 규정하고 있는 6개의 소프트웨어 품질특성 중 기능성 의 부 특성인 보안성의 매트릭스를 확인하고 ISO/IEC 15408(공통평가기준)의 내용 중 일부를 발췌 및 보완하여 기존 6가지의 소프트웨어 품질특성 중 기능성의 부특성인 보안성을 보완한, 새로운 보안성 품질 매트릭스를 제안한다.

IEC 60270 에서는 부분방전 시험회로와 측정 시스템에 관하여 기술하고 있을 뿐 아니라 측정 시스템의 교정 및 교정기(Calibrator) 와 측정 시스템의 유지 관리 방법에 대해서 규정하고 있다. 유지관리 방법으로는 type tests, routine tests, performance tests, performance checks 가 있으며, 본 논문에서는 사용자가 주기적으로 시행하는 performance tests, performance check 에 관하여 기술한다.
