Since the late 20th century, there has been rapid development in the display industry. Only 30 years ago, we used big cathode ray tube displays with poor resolution, but now most people use televisions or smartphones with very high-quality displays. People now want images that are more realistic, beyond the two-dimensional images that exist on the flat screen, and digital holography-one of the next-generation displaysis expected to meet that need. The most important parameter that determines the performance of a digital hologram is the pixel pitch. The smaller the pixel pitch, the higher the level of hologram implementation possible. In this study, we fabricated the world-smallest $3-{\mu}m$-pixel-pitch holographic backplane based on the spatial light modulator technology. This panel could display images with a viewing angle of more than $10^{\circ}$. Furthermore, a comparative study was conducted on the fabrication processes and the corresponding holographic results from the large to the small pixel-pitch panels.

An elevator maintenance company maintains many types of elevators from many manufactures. So, they want to use manufacture- or type-independent elevator remote monitoring system. To do this, data logger, that receives elevator operating state data from sensor module installed in elevator and transfers the data to database, is required. In this paper, we design and implement data logger of elevator remote monitoring system for providing elevator operation state information to elevator maintenance company. Data logger receives elevator operation state data from sensor module installed in elevator, decodes data, and converts to API data for transferring elevator operation state data to server. In this paper, we describe the implementation of data logger using python, and show that our implementation of data logger is successfully operating in a real elevator operating environment via log message displayed at screen.

It is difficult to prevent and solve the contrary function of informationized society by a coercive or physical way. It is believed that a systematic education, teachers, experts, parents and students of schools are to be united as one to put every effort on preventing the contrary function of informationized society. In this study, ICT ethics behaviour test system has been designed and implemented with the aim of setting up an appropriate sense of values and cultivating ICT ethics index of juveniles. ICT ethics behaviour test system developed is to meet the contrary function of informationized society actively so the system should prevent the negative phenomenon derived from it. And it is expected to help the system build up the ability of keeping and developing the primary function of informationized society.

This paper suggests that it provides a electricity management system for wasting electricity, from power demand growth environments. This Energy management system based on ICT(Information & Communication Technology) can control Smart Power Outlet connecting to this system with Web Browser and Android phone, anytime, anywhere. Through analysis of acquisition data from them, this proposed system can monitor and control power consumption efficiently. This system was organized mesh network of Smart Power Outlet, gateway by wireless Zigbee, and ESS(Energy Saving System) by TCP/IP beyond existing limit of communication distance and space.

The article deals with problems of innovation development on a network basis, which require effective mechanisms of innovation communications. In research the organizational aspects of ICT infrastructure development for innovation networks sustainable development based on cooperative marketing principles is considered. The proposed research idea is based on the idea that ICT implementation is based not only on the operational approach for innovation management as a factor of efficiency of internal communications, but also on knowledge economy and post-industrial economy trends. Therefore, the purpose of study is to develop an ICT model of innovation infrastructure to improve its effectiveness (strategic character) and efficiency (operative character) through increasing the efficiency of network communication interactions. Creation of information space and communication tools to support innovation network sustainable development and cooperation activities in research is proposed to be solved with the help of specialized ICT platform. It is shown, that ICT platform of innovation cooperation innovation network is important tool for common work of participants. ICT platform is considered as an integrated information system designed to automate business processes related to the sustainable development of innovation network, segment management and integration with HEI information systems and industrial cooperation. The main factors that determine the need to use a special ICT platform for innovation network cooperation were considered. The main issues of concurrent engineering (C-technology) application in high-technology industries and innovation cooperation for integrated product development were studied.

최근 학교 현장에서는 전통적인 교수 학습 방법을 탈피한 정보통신기술을 활용한 교수 학습 방법은 거스를 수 없는 정보화 사회의 새로운 교수 학습 모형으로 보편화되어 가고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현실 여건을 개선하고 교육과정이 요구하는 목표 달성을 위하여 학생들의 인터넷 사용의 대부분을 차지하는 커뮤니티 활동을 미니홈페이지라는 공간을 통해 교사와 학생 사이에 학습과 대화의 장으로 활용하기 위해 ICT 활용 교육 커뮤니티를 구축하였다. 이를 활용하여 학생들이 학습에 대한 관심과 흥미를 유발하고 시간과 장소에 구애를 받지 않으며 학생 자신이 주도적으로 학습 과제를 해결하는 학습과정으로 교수 학습 방법의 개선을 통하여 학생의 자기주도적 학습 능력이 신장되도록 ICT 활용 교육을 활성화하여 ICT 활용 교육이 우리 학교 현장에 튼튼히 뿌리를 내리는 데에 기여하고자 HTML학습을 위한 홈페이지를 블로그툴을 이용하여 구현하였다.

This paper describes the design and trial development of a system that supports continuous hazard mapping by local residents in their daily life. We performed an interview survey to design our system in a model traditional town in Saga Prefecture, Japan. The results show that despite continued efforts, many practical problems remain and residents feel unsafe. Considering these results, we designed and developed a unique information and communication technology-based support system that contributes to community-based disaster prevention and reduction. The continuous resident participation and posting design are the core concept for our community-based approach. Our system continues to support making a hazard map by integrating the community-based hazard information. Local residents register information (disaster types, risk level, photographs, comments, positional information) about locations that could be dangerous in a disaster. In addition, our system enables information sharing through a Web server. We expect that this information sharing will allow local hazard information for each district to be used.

본 논문에서 제안하는 내용은 기존의 포털 검색의 키워드 입력 방식과는 달리, 검색하고자 하는 대상을 스마트폰과 같은 모바일 기기의 카메라로 촬영하면, 해당 촬영 이미지가 사용자 입장에서는 검색 키워드와 같이 동일한 역할을 할 수 있도록 이미지에 해당되는 검색 키워드를 추출 및 매칭하여 검색을 위한 질의어로 사용할 수 있도록 해주는 것을 목적으로 한다.

스마트폰과 같은 모바일 기기의 발달과 함께 사용자의 위치에 기반한 다양한 서비스가 출현하고 있다. 그중 사용자의 위치를 기준으로하는 길안내 서비스가 가장 대표적이다. GPS에 기반한 실외 중심의 길안내는 다양한 비콘과 WiFi 등의 기술과 함께 실내에서도 길안내 서비스가 가능하도록 해주고 있다. 하지만, 상기의 사용자 위치에 대한 길안내 서비스는 거리에 대한 인식 단계가 세밀하지 못하기에 해당거리별 상세 서비스가 어려운 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 BLE 비콘의 Immediate, Near, Far의 3단계 거리인식을 6단계까지 확장하여 보다 상세한 안내가 가능한 실내 길안내 서비스를 제안한다. 또한 편의적 기능을 위해 목적지 입력 및 길안내가 음성에 기반하여 구동될 수 있도록 구현하였다.

21세기 사회는 국가의 경쟁력이 사회 전반의 정보화 수준에 따라 결정되는 지식 정보화 사회이다. 따라서 교육의 실천 방안도 교수-학습 교육정보화 종합 계획을 통하여 기존의 교육방식과는 차별화본 연계·통합교육으로 발전되고 있다. 교육정보화 종합 계획의 실천을 통하여 기존의 개별 교과로만 다루어지던 기술 교과교육을 ICT 활용교육과 연계하여 기술교과 교수-학습의 효율성을 높이는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 환경에서 교육자료를 학습자에게 교수함에 있어 웹 문서 표준인 XML을 활용하여 교육자료의 효율적인 관리와 저장 기능을 높이고, 동일 업무에 대한 교육자료의 재편집 과정을 감소시킴으로써 교육 자료의 가치를 높이는 XML 문서를 생성하고 저장하는 시스템의 설계 겐 구현의 한 방안을 제시한다.
