본 연구에서는 중등 기술 가정 교과 교육에서의 컴퓨터 환용을 위한 체제 및 실태를 조사하여, 기술 가정 교과교육에서의 ICT 활용을 저해하는 요인이 무엇인가를 분석하고 이를 통하여 제 7차 교육과정에서 요구하는 ICT를 활용한 교과교육이 활발하게 이루어질 수 있는 방안을 찾아 본다.

본 논문에서는 ICT를 활용한 교수 학습에서 효과적으로 이용될 수 있는 평가 모형과 평가 방법들을 연구하였다. ICT를 활용한 교수 학습의 유형에는 정보 탐색하기, 정보분석하기, 정보 안내하기, 협력 연구하기, 전문가와 교류하기, 웹 토론하기, 웹 펜팔하기, 정보 만들기 등의 8가지 유형이 있는데 그 중 가장 많이 활용되고 있는 정보 탐색하기와 정보 분석하기 유형에 대한 평가 모형과 평가 방법을 제시하였다. 현재 ICT활용 수업에서 평가 모형과 방법에 대한 선행연구가 없기 때문에 본 논문에서 제시한 평가 방안은 ICT활용 교수학습의 효과를 높이는데 기여할 것이다.

제7차 교육과정은 국민공통기본 교과 수업에서 정보통신기술을 10% 이상 활용하도록 하는 목표를 제시하고 학년별로 주당 학습시간을 정하여 실시하도록 한다. 하지만 초등학교의 교육현장에서 보면, 아동들이 컴퓨터실에서 ICT 활용교육을 실시하기 위한 환경이 부족한 편이다. 교사들 또한 준비되어 있지 않아서 7차 교육과정의 실시에는 부족한 점이 많다. 이에 본 논문은 초등학교에서 실시하고 있는 ICT 교육의 실태를 파악하고 개선 방안 모색을 목적으로 초등교사들의 의견을 설문지를 통해 조사한다.

Joint research on software, electronic engineering, computer engineering, and financial engineering and the use of ICT knowledge through network formation play an important role in strengthening science and technology-based innovation capabilities and facilitating the development and production process of products using new technologies. For the purpose of this study, I would like to strategically propose ICT specialized education in the 4th industrial revolution. To this end, the ICT specialization model, ICT specialization strategy analysis, and ICT specialization operation and effect were explored to establish ICT specialization strategies centered on software, electronic engineering, computer engineering, and financial engineering in the era of super-intelligence, hyper-connected, and hyper-convergence. Secondly, a roadmap for detailed promotion tasks related to efficient ICT characterization based on core strategies, detailed promotion tasks, and programs was proposed, focusing on talent related to ICT characterization. Thirdly, we would like to propose a reorganization of the academic structure and organization related to ICT characterization. Finally, we would like to propose the establishment of a future-oriented education system related to ICT specialization based on the advanced education and research environment.

This study discusses the library professionals' perception of the ICT Applications in engineering college libraries in Tamil Nadu. The relevant data was collected from the library professionals in the self financing engineering colleges situated in Kanchipuram and Thiruvallur district of Tamil Nadu. 625 questionnaires were distributed, 504 replied with a response rate of 80.64%. It was found that the respondents with experience 'Below 5 years'gave 'Lack of infrastructure' as the first priority. 'Lack of interest on the part of users' and 'No support from administration in training library professionals' were the second and third preferences indicated by the respondents. The least preferences were given for 'Fear of ICT application'. Similarly, respondents with experience '6-10 years' indicated 'No support from administration in training library professionals' as the first priority. The least preference was given for 'Inadequate training in ICT applications' by the above respondents. It can be inferred that the professionals accepted and need the training in ICT applications.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the views on utilizing ICT material, especially the reasons for ICT material choice. Numerous recent studies have demonstrated increased use of electronic devices including smartphones in educational settings. But the reasons for using it as a learning tool have not been relatively researched from the point of view of pre-service teachers. Therefore, this study analyzed the pre-service teachers' thinking about utilizing ICT material and their learning experience. In that regard, data was collected in various ways such as surveys, interviews, and brief writings of participants. According to the study result, pre-service teachers were motivated in utilizing ICT material rather than text material. That is the reason why, as adult learners, especially pre-service teachers could be more motivated in self-directed learning environments. This study will be useful in considering ideas for the instructional design of pre-service teachers.

As the information society appears, the increasing power and access of personal computers along with wide spread use of the information technology has not only changed the landscape for communication but it has opened up new and exciting opportunities for education. One of the ways that information technology could help improve education is to be used in interactive communication to share the knowledge and experience of all the teachers as well as students. In this paper, the use and application of information communication technology[ICT] into mathematics classroom are described and showed several examples. furthermore, the web site design and developed for this study was introduced of the purpose of sharing the ideas about the knowledge and usage of the history of mathematics and examples of mathematical connections. The study suggests that enabling mathematics in incorporating of ICT by teachers and students requires more effort to be made in training teachers on the use and application of ICT into mathematics classroom.

본고는 정보통신기술(ICT) 산업을 ICT 생산 산업과 ICT 이용 산업으로 구분하고 각 산업의 경제성장 기여도를 추정하였다. 이를 통해 ICT 생산 산업이 전체 경제성장에 미치는 직 간접적인 영향의 크기를 분석하였다. 한편, 이러한 산업별 성장기여도 분석은 각 산업이 전체 경제성장에서 차지하는 비중의 크기를 사후적으로 보여줄 수는 있어도, 특정 산업이 전체 경제에 영향을 미치는 파급 원인 및 그 과정에 대하여는 파악할 수 없다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 극복하고자 본고는 ICT 생산 산업 재화의 가격변화에 초점을 두고 ICT 생산 산업 재화의 상대가격, ICT 이용 산업에 투입되는 ICT 생산 재화의 비중, 경제 전체의 생산 간에 장기적으로 안정적인 관계가 존재하는지 여부를 실증분석 하였다. 분석 결과 경제 전체의 성장은 지속적으로 둔화되고 있으나 ICT 관련한 산업의 전체 경제 성장에 기여하는 정도가 꾸준히 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 특히, ICT 생산 산업이 전체 경제성장에 직접 기여한 것 보다는 ICT 이용 산업을 통해 간접적으로 기여한 효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 한편, ICT 생산 산업 재화의 상대가격과 ICT 이용 산업에 투입되는 ICT 생산 재화의 비중 간에 장기적으로 안정적인 부(-)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 ICT 생산 산업 재화의 상대가격 하락이 ICT 이용 산업에 투입되는 ICT 생산 재화의 비중을 증가시키고 이를 통해 경제 전체의 생산도 증대시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 ICT 생산 산업의 가격하락이 여타 산업의 생산효율을 증가시켜 경제전체의 성장에 직 간접적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 해석될 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 초등학교 고학년(4,5,6학년)생들에게 ICT 활용능력을 향상시킬 목적으로 재량활동 시간 또는 특별활동 시간에 컴퓨터 소양 및 활용 수업을 받은 뒤 활용능력 정도를 측정해 볼 수 있는 수행평가 척도표를 개발하여 제안하였다. 제안된 평가 척도표는 각 영역별로 초등학교 고학년생들이 반드시 이수해야할 교육내용들을 먼저 국가수준의 기본 컴퓨터교육과정과 비교하여 정리한 뒤 성취기준과 평가기준을 구별하여 기술하였다. 따라서, 개발된 평가척도표를 이용하면 수행평가를 훨씬 쉽게 해결할 수 있다. 개발된 수행평가 척도표를 이용하여 초등학생들에 대한 컴퓨터 활용 능력을 테스트한 결과 다소 제한적이긴 하지만 만족한 수준의 결과를 얻었다.

초등학교 ICT 교육과정의 개정에 따라 학교 현장에서 ICT 교육과정을 운영하기 위한 교육과정 내용의 체계화 방안을 제안하였다. 컴퓨터 교과 교육의 정당화를 바탕으로 교과 내용의 선정 기준과 조직 원리를 탐구하였으며 개정된 ICT교육과정의 내용 체계에 이를 적용 분석하였다. 이를 학습자의 인지 발달에 따른 사고활동 과정과 결합하여 학년 간에는 교육 내용을 계열성 및 계속성의 원리에 따라 논리적으로 조직하고, 동 학년은 학습자의 경험을 중심으로 학습 과제를 확대하는 심리적 조직 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 컴퓨터 교과의 목적과 개정방향에 비추어 내용의 양과 범위를 제안하였다. 이것은 초등학교 ICT교육과정 운영 및 교재 개발의 이론적 배경을 제공한다.
