본 연구에서는 ICT 교육의 효과를 높이고자 ICT 활용 학습 과정 시 학습자에게서 나타나는 오류의 사례들을 분석하여 오류 유형을 설정하고 그에 대한 효과적인 처치 방안을 탐색하였다. 관찰, 면담, 설문 조사 등의 방법을 이용하여 오류 사례를 탐색한 결과 기능 혼동 오류, 개념 혼동 오류, 인터페이스 해석 장애 오류, 심리적 불안으로 인한 오류, 학습자 성격 유형에 의한 오류, 습관적인 오류 등 6가지 오류 유형을 설정하였다. 그중 가장 많은 빈도를 차지하는 기능 혼동 오류와 개념 혼동 오류 중심으로 웹 기반 Q&A 학습 시스템을 개발하고 이용한 오류 처치 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 제안한 오류 처치 방안을 현장에 적용하고 그 효과를 검증하였다.

We propose pulse-mode dynamic $R_on$ measurement as a method for analyzing the effect of stress on large-scale high-power AlGaN/GaN HFETs. The measurements were carried out under the soft-switching condition (zero-voltage switching) and aimed to minimize the self-heating problem that exists with the conventional hard-switching measurement. The dynamic $R_on$ of the fabricated AlGaN/GaN MIS-HFETs was measured under different stabilization time conditions. To do so, the drain-gate bias is set to zero after applying the off-state stress. As the stabilization time increased from $ 0.1{\mu}s$ to 100 ms, the dynamic $R_on$ decreased from $160\Omega$ to $2\Omega$. This method will be useful in developing high-performance GaN power FETs suitable for use in high-efficiency converter/inverter topology design.

Out - of - distribution (OOD) samples are frequently encountered when deploying a classification model in plenty of real-world machine learning-based applications. Those samples are normally sampling far away from the training distribution, but many classifiers still assign them high reliability to belong to one of the training categories. In this study, we address the problem of removing OOD examples by estimating marginal density estimation using variational autoencoder (VAE). We also investigate other proper methods, such as temperature scaling, Gaussian discrimination analysis, and label smoothing. We use Chonnam National University (CNU) weeds dataset as the in - distribution dataset and CIFAR-10, CalTeach as the OOD datasets. Quantitative results show that the proposed framework can reject the OOD test samples with a suitable threshold.

This study examines how specific technology from Information and Communications Technology (ICT)-which plays a critical role in increasing productivity by promoting a spread of technology across the society though the use of big data, mobile or wearable devices-impacts of the productivity of society and productivity of added values, respectively. The impact of technology was studied from the perspective of efficiency levels of input. In order to provide an analysis, we have categorized ICT into 16 specific technologies and have set the number of companies and number of employees each as an input factor while setting the respective output and the output of added values as an output factor. Afterwards, we have applied data envelopment analysis (DEA) which is a form of nonparametric frontier analysis and measured the productivity and efficiency of added values for each technology. According to the analysis results, there were 2 technologies by the CRS standards, and 3 technologies by the VRS standards that showed relative efficiency levels. We have also presented some efficiency improvement strategies for specific technologies that revealed relative inefficiency and offered a reference set and projection point. In addition, we provide an analysis on scale efficiencies (SE), diminishing returns to scale (DRS), and increasing returns to scale (IRS) of each ICT.

The era of information technologies has stimulated the demand of educational reform based on the use of information and communication technology (ICT). It requires explicit guidelines, vibrant objectives, mobilization of resources and political commitment at all levels of the country to achieve the desired results. However, change is not easy, it requires to overcome the impediments that hinder the successful integration of ICT in public schools. The pace of this reform is active in developed countries, while developing countries are lagging behind in achieving the required goals. The foremost purpose of this study is to highlight the barriers in the effective integration of ICT faced by developed countries in general and developing countries in particular. Reviewing the impediments to the integration of ICT in public schools may assist educators to become technology adopters in the future. Findings of the study reveal that intrinsic barriers are easy to surmount; once extrinsic barriers have been subdued successfully.

Purpose: In the current era of rapid development of the information and communication technologies (ICT) sector, the formation of an effective regulatory approach is important. There are some methodological shortcomings and difficulties in the approach system of international organizations that assesses the level of application of ICT in various areas in terms of quantity and quality. The basic element of economic growth differs according to the economic conditions prevailing in the period and the country. While the agricultural sector plays an active role in economic growth or development in an underdeveloped country, in a developed country, capital-intensive and even technology-intensive production is the main element of economic growth. From this point of view, the contribution of information and communication technologies (ICT) to Azerbaijan's socio-economy for the period between 2010-2020 will be examined. Research design and methodology: The unit root test and Granger causality test were applied by taking the CDPPC per Capita, Employment, and Unemployment Rate from the social-o-economic data as the dependent variable, fixed and mobile phone usage and internet usage as the independent variables. The principal results: According to the results obtained; It has been determined that the use of ICT positively affects the socio-economic economic situation.

This study examines the effects of adopting Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in livestock farm management on farm sales revenue. Using the 2020 Census of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, a nationally representative data set constructed by Statistics Korea, this study focuses on a sample of 9,020 livestock farms in South Korea. We employ Propensity Score Matching (PSM) methods to address the potential selection bias between 2,076 farms that used ICT for livestock farm management and 6,944 farms that did not. The findings consistently show that the use of ICT significantly increases farm revenue, taking into account the selection bias. The utilization of ICT in livestock farms leads to a higher increase in sales revenue, particularly for farms with greater sales.

The world has witnessed a phenomenal growth in information and communication technologies (ICT). The development of new broadband communication services convergence of telecommunication with computers and recent developments in the field of communication protocol have fostered challenges as well as offerings in the wide-ranging use of ICT to support the creation of dynamic and interactive teaching and learning environment. By emergence of ICT, most of education and training institutions are struggling to integrate ICT and education and training systems. It is so important to apply proper delivery systems for utilization of the computerized teaching and learning contents in the classrooms. It will be a preliminary activity for building open and flexible distance teaching and learning systems in developing countries. In this paper, we would like to suggest and recommend the proper delivery systems for utilization of the computerized teaching and learning contents in the classrooms for education sector reform in developing countries.

세계는 산업화 사회에서 순식간에 초고속 정보통신사회로 급격하게 변해가고 있으며 이러한 시대적, 환경적 변화는 교육분야에도 일대의 전기를 맞이하게 되었으며 변화를 요구하게 되었다. 그 결과 지식 정보화 사회에 적합한 소양과 적응력을 기르기 위한 대안으로 정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용한 교육이 등장하였으며 이를 위한 다양한 하드웨어와 소프트웨어가 개발되어 적용되고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 진행된 측면이 인프라 구축이라는 여건 조성에 초점이 맞추어 졌으며, 개발 보급된 소프트웨어도 교수적 측면의 단순 제시용 프로그램이 다수였으며, 보급된 소프트웨어에 대한 학습자와 교사의 평가나 체계적인 관리 체계가 미흡한 것이 문제점이라 할 수 있겠다. 그래서 본 연구는 학습자 중심의 적극적인 학습 참여를 이끌 수 있는 학습용 게임에 대한 교사들과 학생들의 환기를 주의시키고, 이들 학습용 게임형태의 소프트웨어에 대한 체계적인 관리와 평가를 겸한 서비스에 대한 제안을 함으로써 현재 교육현장에서 진행중인 ICT 활용 교육을 활성화하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The Research on the ICT(Information & Communication Technology) is proposed the category to IT839 strategy by Government. Government is driving to researching on technology about IT839 Strategy. By transforming this category and research information into Semantic Web environment, it is possible to search function utilizing knowledge base and information object by use of TBox and ABox. In this regard, this study proposes technology for generation of Semantic Web Document about ICT Research Information. The ontology is constructed by using category to IT839 Strategy. The features of framework proposed in this study is to have used a skill to directly map Ontology instance and in case of inability of direct mapping, proposed a skill to establish reliable Semantic Web Document by suggesting indirect mapping skill using mechanical study. In addition, it is possible to establish low cost/high quality Semantic Web Document about ICT research information.
