This study presents the information management item and the business process improvement plan managed all construction technique services of Design, Construction Supervision and Construction Management which is ordered and constracted by the public institution in the field of construction and business steps. In addition, it develped the Management System of Construction Technique Service Performances based on improved processes for the Public Agencies and Construction Service Director to register, review and approve the Service Performance Information. As a result, it would be help transparently managed Technical Engineer's work duplication status of Constuction Company, and checked online without having to submit Company performance data by providing objective and reliable information.

Recently, with the development of ICT technology and the rapid spread of smart devices, a huge amount of information is being generated. The recommendation system has helped the informant to judge the information from the information overload, and it has become a solution for the information provider to increase the profit of the company and the publicity effect of the company. Recommendation systems can be implemented in various approaches, but social information is presented as a way to improve performance. However, no research has been done to utilize trust cluster information among users in the recommendation system. In this paper, we propose a method to improve the performance of the recommendation system by using the influence between the intra-cluster objects and the information between the trustor-trustee in the cluster generated in the online review. Experiments using the proposed method and real data have confirmed that the prediction accuracy is improved than the existing methods.

It is not easy to implement an energy management system in an industrial complex where small businesses are scattered, so the method of collecting and adjusting energy-related data is mainly used. FEMS is a system that responds to the demand for a paradigm shift from a passive energy management method to an active energy management method using IoT and ICT. In this study, a factory energy management system(FEMS) is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises located in chemical industrial complexes. Efficiency was confirmed by reviewing energy saving measures and efficiencies through FEMS for the electric energy of facilities built in each company. The cost effectiveness of FEMS is created when it is utilized by responsible and empowered personnel within the business processes of the host company. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize EMS that can be applied to the planning, support, operation and evaluation, and continuous improvement of the energy management system to achieve corporate organization and energy management goals.

In Korea, small and medium sized domestic enterprises(SMEs) play an pivotal role in the national economy, accounting for 99.8% of all enterprises, 87.9% of total employment, and 48.3% of production. and SMEs were driving a real force of the development of national economy in many respects such as innovation, job creation, industrial diversity, balanced regional development. Despite their crucial role in the national development, most of SMEs suffer from a lack of R&D capabilities and equipments as well as funding capacity. Government-Supported Research Institute(GRI) can provide SMEs with valuable supplementary technological knowledges and help them build technological capacities. so, In order to effectively support SMEs, government and GRI must be a priority to know about the factors influencing the performance related to technology transfer and technological collaborations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Innovative competences and CEO's entrepreneurship on Organizational performance in ICT small and medium enterprises, including the moderating effect of Social capital. This study adopted research variables such as Innovative competence, CEO's entrepreneurship as independent variables, with Organizational performance as a dependent variable, including the moderating variable of Social capital. 1,200 companies data which in the field of ICT SMEs were collected from the survey. The result of this empirical study is summarized as follows, First, CEO's entrepreneurship was confirmed to have a significant effect on organizational performance, and social capital variables were confirmed to have a moderating effect between entrepreneurship and organizational performance. Second, it was found that the company's Innovative competence was significantly affected the organizational performance. and also that social capital variables moderating effects. From these findings, it was confirmed that the Innovatibe competence plays an important role in influencing corporate performance.

The information security (information security knowledge) industry is technology-intensive, high value-added industries. South Korea's response has excellent ICT skills and experience and skills in a variety of cyber attacks, has become a benchmark in the world. However, the small size of the domestic information security company, supporting infrastructure is lacking. Domestic information security industry is the primary condition to activate the export. In order to export it is necessary to develop for the Korean Cybersecurity Goods Menu for products, services and technologies of the domestic information security industry. Buyer Menu as well as foreign and domestic Seller, companies and governments know the details of the assets and product information security industry and is a prerequisite to sell. In this study, the improvement of the IP system, which is the core infrastructure of the MRO project, and its effect were analyzed. Systematic problems and problems that are not competitive in the actual operating environment were systematically derived, and based on this, the most suitable method for target system development was found and improved. And the data of the improved system was analyzed and the effect was verified through empirical analysis of the system improvement effect through the user questionnaire. As a result of the study, the item with the highest improvement effect was convenience, which increased by 12.43 points. Then it increased by 10.25 points in terms of features. In particular, you will notice a significant improvement in speed by 30-50%. This is because the empirical analysis results are more objective and realistic than other conceptual models. Also, from the practical point of view, based on the results of the empirical analysis, corporate management can more effectively promote the intellectual property system, which is expected to contribute to the enhancement of corporate competitiveness.

The Kakao bank can be conveniently used if there are only smartphones, identity cards, and bank accounts. However, a few days before the inauguration of Kakao Bank, the company opened an account for receiving loans from other people. In order to avoid such cases, the financial transactions will be detected if the SDS is withdrawn at a short interval of time. The detection system of FDS has four functions which are monitoring and auditing, collection, analysis, and response. There are security problems of the cocoa banks in various directions. With the help of this study, we aim to investigate the influence of Financial Distress (FD) and information and communication technology (ICT) on the operating performance and efficiency of banks in the Indian banking sector. FD can be defined as a position in which a company or individual is not in a condition to fulfill their promise of paying their obligations on time. The term "financial distress" refers to a situation in which a corporation or individual is unable to keep their promise of paying their debts on time. In this work, panel data analysis (PDA) was used to analyze data from 33 Indian banks over ten years (2010 to 2019). According to the findings, FD has a positive and significant impact on bank operational performance and efficiency. The current study will give the banking industry a better understanding of how a bank's performance can be negatively impacted by distressing conditions that render it inefficient and ineffective. Second, it will show investors how the level of distress can have a significant impact on bank performance in the market, finally resulting in the loss of money invested.

The Korean government has selected job creation policy as first goal in order to overcome the recession and response of 4th industrial revolution. Technology based start up is worth noting in order to job creation. Because the ripple effect of technology based start up is higher than self-employment. Therefore, the government and the private sector conduct various policies and services for the vitalization of technology based start up. In order for technology based start up to be successful, it is necessary to maximize personal (founder) capacity. In this study, the correlation between "features of personal (motivation, capability, experience, entrepreneurship)", "competitiveness of company" and "corporate performance" was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). Also, in this study analyzed the differences between 2 groups based on the career of CEO (work for government funded research institutes VS the others). This study can be utilized when policy making and practice about technology based start-up.

Due to the high inflation rate of dining out, along with changes in group meals or cafeteria services, office workers are increasingly using workplace cafeterias to reduce their meal expenses even slightly. With the recent development of ICT technology, various fields are realizing that not only are smartphones becoming more popular, but they are also becoming an integration of the latest technologies. In this paper, we analyze the current status of cafeterias with a large number of customers and propose ways to improve problems or difficulties. Since most people always carry their smartphones for urgent communication or work tasks, we aim to develop a cafeteria management system that utilizes the NFC function of smartphones. By presenting the process from customer entry to menu selection, it will enable more efficient use of the cafeteria.
