위험은 파견, 용역 직원에게 외주화 되는가?: 간접 고용이 안전, 건강, 만족에 미치는 효과 (Is the Risk Unloaded on Dispatch and Service Supplier?: Influence of Indirect Employment on Safety, Health and Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of employment type(direct employment, dispatch and service supplier) on risk factor exposure, health and satisfaction. The data of the 4th wave of Korean Working Conditions Survey (KWCS) conducted by Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (KOSHA) in South Korea was used. Business support service industry and manufacturing industry were selected as appropriate industries for analysis. In the final analysis, 5,865 in the manufacturing industry and 1,361 in the service support industry were included. Various variables related risk, safety, satisfaction and health such as risk factor exposure, MSDs exposure, work environment satisfaction, injury probability, dangerous work, workload, physical health problem, perceived health, positive emotions, stress, participation for decision making and experience of accident/disease were analyzed and company size and age was controled. An ANCOVA was conducted to identify significant mean differences of risk, safety, satisfaction and health related variables among direct employed workers, dispatch and service supplier workers. The results showed that all the variables except stress showed a significant difference depending on employment type in the service supply industry. In the manufacturing industry, there were significant difference in the risk factor exposure, MSDs exposure, work environment satisfaction, workload, physical health problem, perceived health, and participation depending on employment type. These results indicated that the risks are unloaded to subcontract and outsourcing company workers. Based on these results, the implications of this study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

  • 전문건설 업체의 안전보건경영시스템 도입·구축·운용은 안전시스템 도입과 운영 과정에 소요되는 비용이 발생하는 문제가 있다. 그리고 건설 안전 분야 기술 인력을 보유하지 못한 열악한 환경에서 안전시스템 구축 및 인증 취득 및 정착으로의 선순환 체계 구축이 쉽지 않은 실정이다. 이 논문의 목적은 건설업 안전보건경영시스템 관련 문헌을 조사·검토하고 실태 등 다양한 연구 동향을 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 통하여 건설업 안전보건경영시스템 구축 및 인증을 취득하고자 하는 전문건설 업체와 인증 취득 후 사후심사 및 연장심사를 이행 중인 전문건설업체의 안전보건경영시스템 수준 향상을 위한 방안을 모색하는데 있다.

공공·행정기관 모바일전자고지서비스의 기술적인 안전성 확보 방안에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Securing Technological Safety of Mobile Electronic Notification Service in Public and Administrative Agencies)

  • 최근 비대면 서비스의 급속한 확대로 인해 다양한 분야에서 모바일 기기를 활용한 모바일전자고지서비스가 등장하고 있다. 모바일전자고지서비스는 지류 기반의 우편고지서비스가 가진 여러 문제점(개인정보노출, 오배송, 환경 오염, 비용 증가 등)들을 해결하기 위해서 휴대전화 문자나 앱 기반의 메시지 푸시(push) 기능으로 고지문을 전달하고 송달 여부에 대해 전자문서중계사업자가 유통을 증명해 주는 서비스이다. 공공·행정기관들이 모바일전자고지서비스 제공을 위해서는 이용자가 보유하고 있는 휴대폰 번호나 가입된 앱의 사용자 식별정보(카카오 계정 등)가 필요하다. 그러나 이러한 정보는 개인정보에 해당하여 수집 시 이용자 동의가 필요하고 동의 받은 사용자들에게만 고지가 가능한 한계가 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 ICT규제 샌드박스 제도를 활용하여 공공·행정기관이 보유한 이용자의 주민등록번호를 연계정보(Connecting Information: CI)로 일괄변환을 허용하고, CI를 전자문서중계사업자에게 전달하여 해당 CI 이용자가 보유한 모바일 기기로 공공·행정기관이 전송을 요구한 전자고지문을 발송하도록 임시로 허용하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일전자고지서비스에 있어 이용자 CI에 대한 안전한 관리, 전자고지문 열람자의 본인확인, 그리고 전자고지문의 위·변조 방지까지의 기술적인 방안을 제안한다. 제안한 방안에서는 모바일전자고지문 이용자를 식별하기 위해 주민등록번호와 CI를 사용하여 공공·행정기관과 모바일전자문서중계사업자 간의 새로운 식별정보를 생성하고, 모바일 전자고지문 열람자 확인 및 위·변조 방지를 수행하기 위한 절차를 제시한다. 제안한 방안을 통해 이용자의 편리성과 더불어 CI에 대한 기술적인 안전성을 확보함으로써 모바일전자고지서비스의 역기능을 최소화하여 서비스가 활성화 될 수 있음을 확인한다.

교육 수요 조사를 통한 스마트 수산 양식 분야의 융합형 인재 양성 교육 프로그램 개발 방향 설정을 위한 탐색적 연구 (An exploratory study on establishment of a development direction on education training program for cultivating convergence human resources in smart aquaculture through a demand survey)

  • The objective of this study is to develop education programs for cultivating smart aquaculture experts through a education demand survey of industries, high school students, university (graduate) students and field workers. The industry demand analysis was conducted as an in-depth interview on representives from seven companies. Education demand surveys were conducted on 96 students and field workers in the Jeonnam region. Results on the demand survey were analyzed using frequency analysis and cross-analysis. The company representatives responded that they want to participated in internship and retraining programs to proactively secure manpowers with convergence capabilities about smart aquaculture. Seven companies preferred manpowers with basic competencies on ICT (Information and Communications Technologies) or aquaculture. The most respondents in the demand survey want to participate in the education program for experience on advanced technology, self-development and enhancement of work capability. On the other hand, some respondents said that the education is time-consuming and that the education program does not fit their level. Thus, the education program should be developed in a way to minimize the spatial and temporal limitations of education targets and to improve understanding of non-majors by reflecting the demands of human resources in the industrial field.

우리나라 친환경자동차산업 활성화를 위한 정책방안 (Policy Measures to Promote Eco-Friendly Vehicle Industry in Korea)

  • As serious consequences of climate change became indisputable, vehicles based on fossil fuel has to be shifted toward more sustainable way to drastically reduce carbon emissions. Eco-friendly vehicles contribute mitigating climate change through reducing the greenhouse gas emissions. The goal of this research is to find ways to promote the eco-friendly vehicle industry in Korea. In order to achieve this goal, surveys are collected from the professionals of eco-friendly vehicle industry, and analyzed through Delphi method. Results show that the first thing is to promote the eco-friendly vehicle market by introducing the economic incentives. The second thing is to allow more emission credit for eco-friendly vehicle manufacturers. The third thing is to build more concrete infrastructure for the eco-friendly vehicles. The increase of the number of the electric or hydrogen charging system would be one of the good examples of the infrastructure. The fourth thing is that the government supports the research & development of eco-friendly vehicles. The fifth is to regulate that the government agency is mandatory to use the eco-friendly vehicles. The sixth thing is to provide the low-carbon certification for eco-friendly vehicles. The seventh thing is to support advertising the eco-friendly vehicles. The results from this research can be used as a guideline to make policies to stimulate the eco-friendly vehicle industry in Korea.

A Study on the Job Career Patterns of Korean IT Personnel

  • With the increasing severity of the shortage of highly-skilled IT personnel, more and more attention is being paid to the professional career path and systematic career management of IT employees. Although some studies have been conducted to describe the current status of IT personnel, limited attempts have been made to analyze the career paths or career patterns of IT professionals from a longitudinal perspective. In this context, this study explored the job career patterns of IT professionals in Korea and examined their relationship with subjective and objective career success. To identify job career patterns over time, detailed information about jobs and positions were used and an optimal matching analysis (OMA) was conducted to calculate the dissimilarity matrix between employees' career sequences, while a cluster analysis was used to categorize the meaningful groups based on this dissimilarity data. This analysis revealed that career patterns among Korean IT personnel are more varied than previously thought. These career types have a significant relationship with individual profiles, such as age, education, industry and company size, and account for significant variations in the three main career success variables, i.e. quality of life, assessment of software quality, and wage level. It is expected that the findings of this study will contribute to refining the Korean career path so as to retain IT personnel, and raise the need to improve the low quality of life and poor SW work environment of IT personnel.

  • Quantum information has passed the theoretical research period and has entered the realization step for its application to the information and communications technology (ICT) sector. Currently, quantum information has the advantage of being safer and faster than conventional digital computers. Thus, a lot of research is being done. The amount of big data that one needs to deal with is expected to grow exponentially. It is also a new business model that can change the landscape of the existing computing. Just as the IT sector has faced many challenges in the past, we need to be prepared for change brought about by Quantum. We would like to look at studies on quantum communication, quantum sensing, and quantum computing based on quantum information and see the technology levels of each country and company. Based on this, we present the vision and challenge for quantum information in the future. Our work is significant since the time for first-time study challengers is reduced by discussing the fundamentals of quantum information and summarizing the current situation.

The Impact of Buzz Marketing on Customer E-WOM Intention: An Empirical Study in Vietnam

  • Customers' perceptions of information about a company's products or services have altered as a result of the development of ICT and social networks. This gives rise to a fact that buzz marketing, which is a marketing technique employed commonly in today's business and communication, has a significant impact on customers' electronic word of mouth intention (e-WOM). However, very few studies about this issue have been conducted so far, which reveal a gap in understanding buzz marketing from an academic perspective. Based on the results of a cross-sectional survey in Binh Duong city, this study investigates the efficiency and effect of buzz marketing on customers' e-WOM intention through mediating variables of message credibility. Data from 367 time-lagged individual samples were collected and analyzed by the structural equation modeling method (SEM). Results showed that creativity, clarity, and humor variables have a positive relationship with message credibility and then impact the intention to conduct e-WOM of social networks' users. Marketing campaigns employing the buzz technique should be launched with easy-to-understand and entertainable messages. Findings from this study also provide managers with a scientific understanding of buzz marketing and the effectiveness of this technique as well as reveal the potential for future studies to explore further in this area.

Analysis of Information Security Issues and Classification through Metaverse Infringement Cases

  • In the age of Web 3.0, the metaverse is emerging as a new innovative element to replace the Internet. Leading major ICT companies, it is striving to become a metaverse platform or infrastructure-oriented company. Along with the expansion of the VR and AR market, governments of each country are investing large budgets in this field. However, security concerns about metaverse are also growing. In addition to potential damage to infrastructure, platform and services, personal information leakage and privacy damage are expected to increase further. In this study, we investigated and closely analyzed cases of infringement on the infrastructure, platform, and service of Metaverse. We have clearly identified the current state of metaverse security and the characteristics of the risks of greatest concern. The research procedure is composed of a method of determining the metaverse security area for case analysis first and deriving the type of threat by area through the type of infringement. In particular, the results were mapped into Domain, Case, and Threat, and the implications of the results were analyzed. Through these results, researchers want to contribute to finding the right direction of research by clearly understanding the latest metaverse security status.

인재우대 정책이 팀장의 인지된 조직 내부프로세스 역량과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 다수준 분석 - 사내기업가 정신의 조절효과 중심으로 - (Multi-Level Analysis on the Influence of Core Employment Policies on the Team Leader's the Perceived Internal Process Organizational Competency and Job Satisfaction - Moderation Effect of Corporate Entrepreneurship -)

  • 최근 기업들은 우수한 인재를 확보하기 위한 인재우대 정책과 혁신 지향적 조직문화를 구축하기 위한 사내 기업가 정신에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 인재우대 정책이 팀장의 인지된 조직 내부프로세스 역량과 직무만족도 간에 어떠한 인과관계가 있으며 그 과정에서 사내기업가 정신이 조절효과를 보이는지 실증 분석하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 인적자본패널(HCCP) 7차년도를 활용하였으며, ICT기업이 포함된 비금융서비스 업종을 대상으로 하였다. 연구표본은 국내 79개 기업의 팀장직급 367명을 표본으로 활용하였으며, 개인수준과 조직수준의 변수를 동시에 분석할 수 있는 위계적 선형모형(HLM)의 다수준 분석을 활용하여 연구의 정확도를 높였다. 연구분석 결과, 인재우대 정책은 팀장의 인지된 조직 내부프로세스 역량과 직무만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 인재우대 정책이 두 결과변수에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 사내기업가 정신의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 사내기업가 정신은 인재우대 정책이 직무만족도에 영향력을 강화시키는 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직 내부프로세스 역량에 대한 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 인재우대 정책과 같은 조직수준의 변수가 개인수준의 변수에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 사내기업가 정신과 같은 조직 문화적 요소가 중요한 영향변수임을 확인하였다. 학술적으로는 인적자원 관리 차원에서 인재우대 정책과 같은 회사 전략의 효과성을 높이기 위해서는 업종과 조직의 특성에 맞는 적합한 문화적 환경 조성이 중요하다는 것과, 새로운 혁신이 필요한 기업은 사내기업가 정신을 활용할 필요성이 있다는 시사점을 제시하였다.
