The current National Curriculum clearly states that students should utilize digital information as a core competency. With ICT-based non-face-to-face learning has become commonplace, that ability has become as basic and essential as the competency to read and write in traditional education. Therefore, this work analyzed the characteristics of ICT utilization learning in the social studies curriculum of elementary school to cultivate basic abilities and skills for learners' future, and these discussed from the perspective of digital literacy. The results are as follows. First, the ICT utilization learning could be found in most units for the subject, but most of them were just the searching material and the watching video. Second, when approached from the perspective of digital literacy, the main activities were the 'access' in the lowest level. Third, the higher levels such as 'understand' and 'create' were few activities. This result gave the task of reflecting on the ICT education so far. Rather than just focusing on increasing the frequency of the ICT using, it is necessary to improve the quality of students' activities in ICT learning for progressing digital literacy. For the students' skills of utilizing digital information could be developed differently depending on the type of ICT learning activity.

Recently substantial learning model is strongly demanded through which ICT could be effectively used at PBL, teaching and learning method, based on constructivism putting an emphasis on learner centered education. This thesis is designed to introduce the way to make the most of ICT when teachers try to make teaching plan applying PBL to science class. PBL courseware is designed to make teacher and student use by applying traditional science class model to the model for problem solving of PBL. analysing class according to the degree of connecting ICT with contents of learning. This paper suggests 8 stages of PBL package development and 5 stages of teaching pattern to grasp whole procedure.

본 논문은 이미지 인식, 지도 기반 검색, 그리고 키워드 검색을 활용한 문화유산 검색 어플리케이션의 개발과 성능 분석에 대한 연구를 다룬다. 우리는 이러한 다양한 기술과 기능을 결합하여 사용자에게 맞춤형 문화유산 정보를 제공하는 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현하였다. 더불어, 어플리케이션의 성능을 평가하고 향상시키기 위한 실험과 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 이미지 인식 및 지도 기반 검색을 활용한 어플리케이션은 문화유산 관련 정보를 빠르고 정확하게 제공함으로써 사용자의 경험을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구는 문화유산 검색 어플리케이션의 개발과 성능 향상을 위한 중요한 기여를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

ICT는 21세기 지식기반사회에서 교육효과를 증대시킬 수 있는 강력한 도구라는 여러 가지 이유로 ICT 활용교육이 중시되어 왔었고, 학교 현장에서는 ICT를 활용한 교수 학습이 활발하게 도입되었다. 그 중 Excel은 뛰어난 수식 계산과 논리 판단 기능을 갖추고 있어서 간단한 계산에서부터 함수를 이용한 복잡한 수식 작성과 문자의 연산, 데이터의 비교 분석과 그래프를 통한 통계처리까지 거의 모든 종류의 계산을 할 수 있다는 점에서 수학과에서 그 가능성이 제시되어 왔다. 그러나 기존의 연구는 대부분 중 고등학교 수학과에 한정되어 있어 초등학교에서 활용하기에는 무리가 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등학교 수학과에서의 Excel 활용 수업을 적용하기에 적합한 학습 주제를 선택하여 학생들이 계산하는데 걸리는 시간보다는 문제해결을 위한 사고에 중점을 둔 문제해결 수업모형을 개발하여 적용해 보기로 하였다.

The Ministry of Education gives increasing weight to ICT-in education to produce creative and positive people in response to the demands of the 21st century's Information Age. The use of ICT in teaching-learning process aims largely to facilitate the creative thinking and diverse learning activities of students to help achieve learning objectives. The purpose of this study was to sort out what's available for teaching- learning activities from among Edunet contents for teacher and to assist teachers to have easier access to them, as ICT-in education gains in importance. And it's found that this attempt would serve to make Edunet more accessible even to teachers who are not acquainted with ICT, and learning effectiveness would be greater by integrating well- organized and well-selected ICT-in education into academic education. Furthermore, this would enable teachers to have better computer skills and teach students with more confidence.

The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between Online Lecture System, Motivation for Use, ICT Utilization Ability, and Lectures Satisfaction as online lectures continue. For that, conducted survey of students at Woosong University, secured 330 valid samples, and conducted with analysis of actual proof with using SPSS 25.0. The results of the study confirmed that the system's Convenience, Simplicity, Security and Motivation for Use have significantly affected to Lecture Satisfaction, and also confirmed that ICT Utilization Ability, the variable of Moderating Effect, also has meaningful correlation between System Characteristics(Simplicity and Security) and Lecture Satisfaction. Therefore, the need for development and operation of additional education programs to improve ICT Utilization Ability as well as development of new online system are presented in order to enhance online Lecture Satisfaction of students. Lastly, various sample surveys and researches are seems to be needed in the future in order to increase the Lecture Satisfaction.

Super aged society, Japan actively uses Information Communication Technology(ICT) as one of solving methods for various social problem. Especially, for Korea where soon will become super aged society, it would be meaningful to examine the current policy trends and utilization of senior support using ICT in Japan. This study explores the policy trends and utilization of senior support using ICT in Japan through literature review, and then proposes some suggestions as follows. Opportunities for practical use of ICT should be widened in the field of senior support, and efforts are needed to build an information linkage network between institutions for senior support because linkage between care sector and medical sector is important for the elderly support. Besides, simplification of paperwork and easing of burden of care providers or workers in the field should be sought by development and dissemination of various robots. Moreover, the spread of technology for emotional support and stability should be actively pursued by using ICT.

This study tested students’ ICT application capability and Problems solving ability by ICT instructional environment when ICT teaching method is applied to $\boxDr$Understanding of Myself and Family$\boxUl$ unit of home economics. Following research Problems were formulated for this study : 1. Are there any differences of the effects on improvements of students’ ICT application capability by ICT instructional environment\ulcorner 2. Are there any differences of effects on improvements of students’ problems solving ability by ICT instructional environment\ulcorner 3. Are there any differences of effects on improvements of students’ Performance assessment results by ICT instructional environment\ulcorner The researcher developed a homepage for the ICT teaching-learning. and prepared Problems-based teaching-learning lesson plan. The students were divided into two groups (experimental group 1 and experimental group 2) by ICT instructional environment. The Pre-test and post-test were conducted before and after the experimental class. The ICT class experimental period was for 16 weeks. from March 10. 2002 to July 10. 2002. The experimental group 1 was given 16-weeks classwork under the classroom environment of 1 PC for each classroom(The classroom with advanced educational equipments) . while the experimental group 2 was given 16-weeks classwork under the classroom environment of 1 PC for each student(multimedia classroom) . The results of the study are as follows: 1 All of the ICT teaching methods under both instructional environments were found to be effective on the improvements of the ICT application capability. 2. There were statistically significant differences of problems solving ability between two groups in application and the measure of validation. 3. The experimental group 1(1 PC for each classroom) did not show any improvements of Performance assessment results. while the experimental group 2(1 PC for each student) showed some improvements.

최근 건설분야에 화두가 되고 있는 건축정보모델링(BIM, Building Information Modeling)은 건설산업의 패러다임 전환을 통한 새로운 성장동력의 미래로 부각되고 있으며, 건축분야는 서울시, 용인시, LH공사 등 BIM을 활용한 공공 발주사례가 확산되는 추세다. 토목분야는 건축보다 기간이 길고 비용이 크며 이해당사자가 너무 다양해서 발생하는 정보의 양이 방대할 뿐만 아니라 활용분야를 다양화하지 못하고 이를 뒷받침해주는 제도나 지침의 부재 등으로 인해 건축분야보다 BIM도입이 늦어지고 있다. 이에 토목분야에서 활용할 수 있는 3차원 형상정보와 관련된 정보모델표준, 지침, 가이드를 개발하기 위해 BIM 적용시 가장 효과가 크고 도입의지가 강한 엔지니어링사의 BIM에 대한 인지도 분석을 통해 토목분야 BIM 도입을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

최근 인공지능을 활용한 대기질 예측 모델 개발 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 특히 시계열 데이터 기반 예측 시스템 개발에 장점을 가진 DNN, LSTM 알고리즘을 활용한 다양한 예측 시스템이 제안되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LSTM을 활용한 모델과 Fully-Connected 기반의 DNN 모델을 활용한 대기질 예측 시스템을 개발하고 두 모델의 예측 정확도를 비교한다. 성능 평가 결과를 보면 LSTM 모델이 DNN 모델보다 모든 면에서 좋은 결과를 보여줬다. 그리고 이산화황(SO₂), 이산화질소(NO₂), 초미세먼지 (PM_2.5)에 대해서는 그 차이가 두드러지게 나타났다.
