In this paper, I analyze error cases a learner made during learning using ICT, set up error types, and search for effective treatment methods in order to enhance the effects of ICT education. I search for error case to use the methodology of the study which is observation, interviews, and survey. I set up the error types which is the error type of confusion with functions, that of confusion with concepts, that of barriers in interface interpretation, that caused by psychological anxiety, that according to learner personality patterns, and habitual error type. The biggest frequency of errors was found in the error type of confusion with function and that of confusion with concepts, whose treatment methods were searched for using the web-based Q&A learning. Also, I apply the error treatment methods on the classroom and prove the effect.

A nursing department of a university operates the curriculum called, "Introductory Computer Use" with its goal of achieving international certification MOS, which is caused by the result of course analysis and the easiness in getting a job overseas as a nurse. In this paper, we statistically analyze the relation among academic achievement level, task value recognition level, and learning satisfaction by using ICT-based questionnaire and SPSS/WIN 21.0. Finally, we suggest the ways to improve the class-quality and to achieve the class goals required by the course.

The purpose of this research was to develop and applicate In based teaching$\cdot$learning process plan for Environmentally friendly Housing. The 3 main stages of process were used: analyses, planning & development, and application & evaluation. Three teaching subjects were selected to teach Environmentally friendly housing in the analysis stage. The webhard learning environment was consisted of contents and various materials such as digital video, PPT, group activity, discussion, individual and group reporting forms, and questions. The number of 101 high school students participated for the application stage during september 22-27, 2003. Most of all students evaluated very positively the various aspects of contents as well as LT cooperative learning methods md the web based learning environment. They strongly expressed to practice the practical ways of Environmentally friendly housing learned in the class in the future. The results imply that the contents and In teaching learning plan developed in this study seem to be adequate to be included in the regular text.

Development of information & communication technologies brought a lot of changes into a fashion industry system. Based on this advancement, various classes which utilized a computer is opened in the educational field. However, because of the shortages of ICT quality of leaner, It must spare a section equivalent for ICT literacy during educational contents. In secondary education and the culture process of a university It is because ICT literacy education was not realized directly. This study is purposed to present more desirable direction the curriculum of Fashion Design, in order to study like the fashion design technical education division, defined the ICT literacy ability that leaner must have and under the tyrannies that that kind of ICT quality ability was had, designed a educational 'process in the fashion design that utilized the ICT which was suitable for information oriented society.

In this paper, I analyzed the cause on difference of ICT literacy level according to region scale in elementary school. According to precedent research, ICT literacy score of elementary student in 2016 were higher in order of big city, small city and rural area. To find the cause of difference by region scale, I compared ICT literacy score and ICT use habit. As a result, The cause for this is that students in large areas have more chances to use computers at home, learn more with computers, and have more information (computer) education than students in small areas appear. Therefore, Based on the results of this study, I proposed methods to reduce the regional ICT literacy score difference. The methods are to provide computers for low-income students, to guide learning methods using computers at home, and to provide more computer education opportunities.

선진 각국에서는 지식기반 정보사회로의 급속한 이행과 사이버 공간의 확장에 따라 사이버 교육에 대한 법적 제도적 근거를 마련함은 물론 이의 적극적인 활용을 모색하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 교육혁신과 인적자원개발을 위한 2단계 교육정보화종합발전 방안을 마련 및 교육과정의 개편, 실행에 옳기고 있다. 새로운 이론인 구성주의에 근거 마련된 제7차 교육과정에서는 교수 학습시 ICT의 활용을 적극 권장하는 바, 훈련 받은 교사에 의한 아동의 교수 학습 효과가 현저하여 교사의 ICT활용 관련 기회의 요청이 요구되고 있다 본 연구에서는 전국규모의 교육용소프트웨어 공모전에 참여하는 경북지역 교사들의 ICT 활용 능력과 학교급별, 지역별, 저작도구별, 분과, 분야별, 저작인수별 실태를 파악하기 위하여 당해연도 경북도 대회 2등급 이상 상위 입상작 48편에 대한 분석 및 고찰을 실시한 결과, 교원의 ICT활용 능력 신장, 지역간 정보격차 해소, 교수 학습 방법 개선 지원을 강화할 필요가 있는 등 다수의 유의미한 결과를 얻었다.

본 논문은 구성주의적 관점에서의 학습환경을 구축하기 위하여 설계·구현된 웹 기반 협동학습 시스템을 기술한다. 웹 상에서 인터넷을 통해 상호작용적인 의사소통을 촉진하고 자기 주도적 협동학습을 가능케 하기 위해 관리자, 그룹관리자, 학습자의 3가지 모듈을 구성·설계하였고, 과제와 평가 역시 서로 연동시킴으로써 보다 내실있는 시스템을 설계하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 강조되고 있는 ICT(Information & Communication Technology) 찬용 교육에 있어 의다 효율적인 협동학습 공간을 구축하는 데 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

The researchers developed On-line Lesson Planner System so that teachers can make a lesson plan using ICT(Information & Communication Technology) on line. Developed On-line Lesson Planner System can make ICT using lesson plans store in the database, manage them systematically and help maximize share, use and storage of the lesson plans. It can contribute to the school informatization. It is important to suggest solution through analyzing the educational effects and problems appeared during applying to this developed system in real fields. Thus, this study suggests first, procedure of designing the lesson plan using ICT for the development of this system, second. the summary of designing and embodying methods, and third, the improvement and analysis of the effects and problems revealed in elementary school fields. This study provided educational grounds of the solution to the problems and consideration of this On-line Lesson Planner system.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual ICT utilization and recognition, to identify the effective and relevant chapters of home economics which can be taught using ICT in teaching and learning method. There were 372 secondary school teachers being participated in the survey. The results of this study can be summarized as follows 1. The reason why they have ICT utilization Instruction is to help the learners improve the academic accomplishment in the development stage through providing data from web-surfing and presentational data such as developed CD, animation and presentations. 2. Regarding ICT utilization capability. teachers have the capability to send and receive E-mail, make a presentation data. practical use of Internet. In addition, the group with less than 10 years experience have a higher capability in information technology. 3. Concerning ICT utilization recognition, this result shows that ICT Instruction is the most effective to motivate learners, and teachers anticipate ICT Instruction would improve the quality of the teaching & learning. 4. The chapter such as 'how to make clothing and recycling'(database). 'the foundation of cooking and its application' (database). 'gender and acquaintance of the opposite sex', 'nutrition of during adolescence' (simulation program) should be the first priority in the development.

The objective of this study was to develop a Web based learning environment for Home Economics Education(HEE) using ICT (Information & Communication Technology). For the study, the following procedures were performed: 1) the review of literature, 2) development of teaming environment and questionnaires based on Web for HEE using ICT. The Web based learning environment was investigated and designed, and evaluated by the users. The problems indicated through the evaluation were revised and complemented. In addition, 13 sets of Learning questionnaires, which were verified using the same procedure as above, were developed to provide problem solving ability through the Web based learning environment. Learning environment based on the Web entitled "Together with the classroom of HEE" has a main menu, which is composed of rooms for HEE, students, teachers, various topics, recommendation sites, chatting, and e-mail. A room for HEE, in which teaming activity mainly occurs by following the sequences of learning procedures, includes other sub-rooms for the guidance of Loaming, discussion, directories for reference, question and answer, submission of homework, evaluation, and an encyclopedia. Therefore, this study implicates: 1) achievement of teaming environment using the ICT mainly made by students who solve problems closely related to daily life, 2) development of practical learning questionnaires fitted in the present state, 3) preparation for the curriculum. Finally, from this study, I suggested that further studies are needed to develop models for learning, interaction between students and teachers, and the learning materials under the Web based loaming environment.
