This study is the content about the development of ICT(Information and Communication Technology) teaching-learning model to support the korean language learning. Firstly, we proposed 3 types on developing models for ICT teaching-learning in korean language learning, we developed 4 ICT teaching-learning models based on analysing the curriculum of korean language course and studying the preceding works. Moreover we offered the strategies for applying ICT teaching-learning models with korean language learning. The developed 4 ICT teaching-learning models in this study are expected that ICT will use to design ICT teaching-learning model in another courses and teachers take advantage of the 4 models in korean lesson effectively.

제7차 교육과정에 적용되는 ICT 교육은 정보 통신 기술 교육 운영지침에 의해서 모든 교과에서 10% 이상의 수업에 ICT를 활용하도록 하였다. 그러나 초등학교 6학년 교과서에서 ICT 활용 교육 내용의 실태는 매우 저조하고 단순한 형태로 나타났다. 또한 ICT 활용 교육 내용의 수준이 ICT 교육 운영지침에 제시된 2단계까지의 내용만을 제시함으로써 ICT 소양 교육과 교과 활용 교육 간의 연계가 효과적으로 이루어지지 않는다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 ICT 운영지침에 의한 ICT 교육과 ICT 확용 교수-학습 방법에 대한 이론적 연구와 ICT 활용 교육을 위한 교과서 실태 분석을 실시하고, ICT 활용 도구별 교수-학습 유형을 제안하고 이를 실제 수업에 적용할 수 있는 예 를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this research was to develop and analyze the effects of ICT based teaching learning process plans for 'Designing My Home' unit of Technology Home Economics subject in High School. The seven housing contents were selected from 8 textbooks and 8 teaching resources at the analyses stage. A specific homepage(ieduhome.cafe.com) was built to utilize the eight ICT teaching learning process plan as well as many other resources at the planning & development stages. The number of 68 highschool students have participated for the application stage during September 4-26, 2003 and the same number have studied the same contents through regular teaching learning plans as a comparison group. Experimental groups have significantly more increased in the knowledge and understanding of the housing contents than have comparison groups. The same results occurred in the interests in Home Economics, Housing, and Internet utilized study. The Design reports were not statistically differed between two groups based on the objective evaluation criteria. The results of this study generally supported previous research and showed that the In teaching learning plans were more effective in various aspects than were the regular plans.

본 연구에서는 중등 기술 가정 교과 교육에서의 컴퓨터 환용을 위한 체제 및 실태를 조사하여, 기술 가정 교과교육에서의 ICT 활용을 저해하는 요인이 무엇인가를 분석하고 이를 통하여 제 7차 교육과정에서 요구하는 ICT를 활용한 교과교육이 활발하게 이루어질 수 있는 방안을 찾아 본다.

본 연구에서는 제7차 교육과정에 의하여 발행된 수학I 교과서의 통계단원에 수록된 ICT 소재에 대하여 활용성 및 접근용이성의 측면에서 분석하였다. 즉 각 교과서에 소개된 모든 컴퓨터 프로그램을 실행 시켜 보았으며 그 내용 및 활용의 용이성을 분석하고 소개된 사이트의 폐쇄 여부와 학생들의 활용 가능성에 관하여 조사하였다. 이와 같은 교과서의 비교분석을 통하여 통계 단원의 보완점을 모색하고, 교육현장에서 기본 자료로서 활용하도록 하였다.

As it is shown that the Ministry of Education has asked teacher to use ICT (Information and Communication Technology) at least 10% of class time in core subjects of the 7th national curriculum, the ICT using education is being facilitated. In this point of view, current information subject curriculum can be criticized due to the lack of series and redundancy, less connectivity with ICT utilization in other subjects, limitation of training students to adapt rapidly changing world environment. Therefore, we analyze the England's ICT curriculum and derive the concrete objects for competence of students according to their ability, systematic connection with other subjects, class teaching methods based on activities. We insist on that information subject curriculum should focus on the development of learners' concrete competencies rather than learning of tools' functions.

지식정보화 사회에 발맞춰 학교현장에서도 초 중등학교 정보통신기술교육 운영지침 개정안의 내용을 바탕으로 정보통신기술 교육을 강화하여 소양 교육과 교과 활용교육 간의 연계를 통하여 효과적으로 교육 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 노력하고 있다. 하지만 체육교과 부문의 ICT활용에 관한 연구는 다른 교과에 비해 다소 부족한 편이라 할 수 있다. 이에 발전적인 ICT 활용 체육수업을 위해 2007 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등교사의 ICT 활용 체육수업에 대한 실태분석 및 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study analyzes PISA's ICT background survey on OECD countries published in December 2019 to analyze ICT accessibility and utilization of each subject. In Korea, ICT accessibility at home is 40.40%, ranking 17th, slightly higher than the OECD average (43.01%). Access to schools is 40.40%, ranking 21st below the OECD average(43.01%), which has improved from the lowest group to three in the middle three years ago. In nine subjects, the proportion of students using digital device in the classroom is 2.96%, well below the OECD average(8.22%), and ranked 31st in the OECD country. This shows that the state needs a change in education policy in order to cultivate the talent needed for the AI era.

According to analysis of the effectiveness of digital textbooks for the last three years, it was turned out that student's ICT ability is the most effective factor, Also, that is the basic ability required to use digital textbooks. Therefore, in this paper, the effects of ICT ability on various factors were analyzed. For this purpose, after the level of learner's ICT ability was divided into upper, middle, and lower, and the effects of each level on social competency(communication ability, collaboration ability) were analyzed. As a result, It turned out that student's ICT ability has a close correlation with social competency(communication ability, collaboration ability), and has a significant effect on that. In particular, the group with lower level of ICT ability had the greatest influence on social competency(communication ability, collaboration ability), and the group with upper level had the greatest influence on that in score improvement. Therefore, this paper suggests that various types of ICT literacy education are needed to use effective digital textbooks.

The purpose of this study has been found to be effective using ICT teaching-learning than traditional teaching-learning method on academic achievement applying the meta-analysis method. This study set the following questions to be answered. 1. The 85% subject of analysis of ICT-using teaching-learning selected in this study turned out to be clear effective than traditional teaching-learning method in academic achievement of students. 2. ICT-using teaching-learning is more effective for academic achievement of elementary school students and university students than for middle school students and high school students relatively. 3. ICT-using teaching-learning is a most effective method in subject of art and physical education and social subject but less effective in mathematics subject.
