The purpose of environmental education is to cultivate democracy citizens suitable for sustainable society. Suitable citizens for sustainable society are fostered person of environmental literacy, environmental sensibility, ecological and synthetic sights of environmental problems, decision making of environmental problems, and environmental responsibility etc. by environmental education. To achieve this purpose of environmental education effectively, it is desirable that produces and utilizes ICT(Information and Communication Technologies) works and methods that can show efficiently special sides(inter-relation, long-term effects etc.) of environmental problems. ICT environmental education materials and methods are raising the interest and participate of teenagers to environmental education because they are accustomed to the Internet in South Korea. Students can easily conversation with the person of similar interests and environment experts through cyber ICT environmental education. The directions of developing ICT teaching materials for environmental education to enforce self-directed learning, cooperation studying etc.

To study the applications for ferroelectric non-volatile memory and ferroelectric memristor, etc., deposition pressure dependent electric the properties of $(Hf,\;Zr)O_2$ thin films by RF sputtering deposition method were investigated. The bottom electrode was TiN thin film to produce stress effect on the formation of orthorhombic phase and top electrode was Pt thin film by DC sputtering deposition. Deposition pressure was varied along with the same other deposition conditions, for example, sputtering power, target to substrate distance, post-annealing temperature, annealing gas, annealing time, etc. The structural and electric properties of the above thin films were investigated. As a result, it is confirmed that the electric properties of the $(Hf,\;Zr)O_2$ thin films depend on the deposition pressure which affects structural properties of the thin films, such as, structural phase, ratio of the constituents, etc.

본 연구에서는 교육소외계층의 이러닝 평생교육을 활성화하기 위하여 이러닝 접근성을 향상시켜줄 수 있는 ICT 활용 교육의 방향을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 소외계층을 대상으로 이러닝 접근성의 실태를 파악하고 이러닝 접근을 향상 시켜줄 수 있는 성인 기초 ICT 활용 교육의 방향을 제시하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 성인 학습자들은 연령별 이러닝 접근 능력 격차가 아주 심한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 ICT 활용 교육은 연령별로 실태를 고려하여 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. 10 20대 연령층은 인터넷 동호회, 워드프로세서, 동영상 등의 순으로, 30 40대는 채팅, 인터넷 동호회, 검색엔진 등의 순으로, 50 60대는 채팅, 인터넷 동호회, 동영상 등의 순으로 ICT 활용 교육이 진행이 필요하다. 또한 인터넷 동호회 활동을 활성화시켜 이러닝 참여 능력을 스스로 적극 개발할 수 있도록 유도하는 것이 필요하다.

ICT가 도입되면서, 업무의 수행이 예전에 비해서 파편화되고 있다. 파편화는 업무의 연속성을 해친다는 측면에서 생산성에 부정적일 수 있지만, 일의 파편화를 잘 관리하여 조합한다면 업무의 모드를 효과적으로 미래형으로 전환하여 생산성을 향상시킬 수도 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 일의 파편화가 어떠한 유형으로 나타나고, 유형에 따라 업무의 특성들은 어떻게 다른지를 조사 분석 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 파편화의 종류와 정도, 그리고 ICT 사용을 포함한 업무의 특성에 관해서 설문을 구성하였고 이를 활용하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 실제 기업 근무자들을 대상으로 수집한 300건의 설문 응답을 분석에 사용하였다. 군집분석을 통해 업무 시간/공간 편중형, 업무 시간 분산형, 업무 공간 분산형, 업무 시간/공간 파편형의 4가지 군집 유형을 도출하였다. 군집별로 업무 영역, 경력, 업무의 특성, ICT 사용에 대한 특성들의 차이를 분석하였다. 결론에서는 이렇게 변화하여 나가고 있는 업무 특성의 본질적인 변화를 수용하기 위해서는 어떠한 정책과 대응책이 필요한지, 본 분석의 시사점들을 중심으로 논의하였다.

본 연구는 ICT 분야 중소기업을 대상으로 유일하게 융자금을 지원하고 있는 ICT 융자사업 수혜기업을 대상으로 정책융자금에 대한 전반적인 수요조사를 실시하였으며, 특정 수혜기업을 대상으로 융자지원 받은 기술개발과제의 연구배경 및 연구성과, 파급효과, 기대효과, 에피소드 등을 살펴봄으로써 융자금 지원이 실제적으로 얼마나 ICT 중소기업의 기술적 경제적 성과 제고에 도움을 주고 있는가를 보여주고 있다. 실제로 ICT 분야의 중소기업들은 더 많은 규모의 정책융자금을 요구하고 있으며, 안정적인 자금조달이 기술개발 성공의 핵심요인이자 가장 어려운 과제라는 응답결과를 보여주고 있다. 결과적으로, 기술경쟁력을 지닌 ICT 중소기업들의 기술개발 필요자금을 융자해 주고 나아가 개발된 기술을 사업화함으로써 영세한 기업재정의 건전성을 회복할 수 있는 자금지원 정책을 마련할 필요가 있음을 시사해 주고 있다.

Infinite competition on ICT industries is starting again. The basis of competence over global dominance will be human resource, a global ecosystem for products and national agenda for science and technology, etc.. This paper presents the six solution for the Global Competitiveness and Coexistence of Korean ICT Industries. Korea should nurture the brand of "World Best Korean ICT Forever" to secure technical competency of ICT related fields in global market. All ICT technologies should be aligned to global standard and market demand from beginning and the ecosystem around product needs to be established. System framework for utilizing the resource of core SW experts must be established. Through global partnership with China as manufacturing base for Korea-developed products, technical competency can be maintained including product planning. Security measure for technical assets is mandatory. Finally, core technology that will drive the future of ICT industries in Korea should be regarded as core subjects.

The world's unique geographical, multilingual, multiethnic, multiracial and multi religious Himalayan country Nepal has more than 100 years history on telephony service and it has been formulating appropriate policy and regulation for the adoption of new technology, introducing the competitive market environment for the overall development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructures and application of ICT service and tools for socio-economic transformation. The Nepalese market seems to be continuously growing and having huge demand of mobile telephony and internet subscriptions trend. The ICT infrastructure development in difficult geographical area is quite challenging and thus operators are focusing mobile telephony and mobile internet services. Nepal has been doing its best effort on formulating policy and regulation, adoption key strategies for ICT sector development and at the same time joining hands with international and regional bodies such as ITU, SAARC etc for ICT sector development. Due to geographical diversity, policy and regulatory barriers in some extent, power supply constraints and low affordability from customers on ICT tools and services, Nepal has been facing challenges on ICT infrastructure development. However, the national statistics on ICT, Networked Readiness Index and ICT Development Index show that Nepal has done quite good progress and is keeping its pace on ICT development despite the these challenges. Moreover, there seems to be quite uncovered market segments on internet service and big opportunity on ICT sector development in Nepal in the days to come.

인터넷 뱅킹과 같은 부가서비스, 채팅 등과 같은 대화형 서비스를 이용하는 정보화 사회가 정착되었고, 더욱이 스마트기기를 이용한 서비스 사용이 급속하게 발전함에 따라 신규 보안기술 분야로 디지털 포렌식에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 포렌식에 관한 기존의 연구를 체계적으로 분석하고 앞으로 정부의 ICT R&D 중장기 전략과 ICT 패러다임 변화를 반영하여 첨단 IT기술과 우리나라 법체제를 융합하는 체계적인 디지털 포렌식 표준정립을 위한 기술-정책적 통합프로세스 프레임워크를 제안한다.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has revolutionized the world and has profound impact on the social and economic development of a country. Implementation, practice and accessibility of ICT is viewed as an integral part of any countries' strategy today. These new technologies are becoming popular due to their ability to produce, distribute and provide instant access to massive information in no time. ICT has pervaded almost every aspect of human endeavor that may include health, education, economics, governance, entertainment etc. Tourism is one such vital industry that find enormous application of ICT in its strategic and operational level, to promise long term benefits and enhance economic growth. Tourism industry in western world and some developed countries of Asia have applied ICT for more than 30 years, and have gained tremendous benefits. Nepal which is also growing as one of the favourite tourist destinations lacks proper implementation of ICT in this industry. In our study we examined how the ICT can play a vital role in developing the tourism industry of Nepal. This study is an exploratory research based on primary data collected from tourist visiting Nepal, supported by information from tour operators, government agencies, NGOs and INGOS. A framework is devised on the basis of data and information collected and finally, discussions elaborate on the prospect and challenges of implementation of ICT in tourism industry of $Nep{\grave{a}}l$.

The paper suggests making a policy and strategies for a way of exporting Korean ICT product effectively in the EU and Eastern area, and an effective preparation of 4^th industrial revolution through analysis of preparation status of 4^th industrial revolution of the Visegrad group. Analyze policy, status, what they want for 4^th preparation in the Visegrad group from comparing characteristics analysis of each country's official data, publication data, portal, paper, and etc. They have been preparing for 4^th industrial revolution long time ago as basic research and business before 4^th wave word. With these basic results, they are trying to apply such as, AI, S/W, security, ICT, etc. of 4^th wave core technology. For the development of new export market in EU, the Korean team should research with university and research center or venture company. Through these cooperation, they should understand their personal characteristic, lifestyle, and what consumers want to purchase in EU. And this results can be used in South Asia and India that give a big effect to all over the world ICT market. The external impact of the 4^th wave must have a long-term shift in manpower, and production policy is related to the EU's strategic role, or the preparation of the 4^th wave to the V4 country in the short term.
