옴니채널 브랜드체험이 옴니채널 브랜드 관계형성 및 성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of Omni-Channel Brand Experience on Omni-Channel Brand Relationship Formation and Achievements)

  • 본 연구는 본 연구의 목적인 옴니채널 브랜드체험이 옴니채널 브랜드 관계형성 및 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해, 옴니채널 브랜드인 SSG.닷컴 이용경험이 있는 210명의 부산지역 대학생과 직장인을 대상으로 하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구모형을 바탕으로 SPSS 25.0과 LISREL 8.30을 이용하여 가설을 검증한 결과 총 12개의 가설 중 1개의 가설(가설 5)을 제외하고 모든 가설이 채택되었다. 이에 대한 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 옴니채널 브랜드 체험 및 관계형성의 관계는 다음과 같다. 먼저 옴니채널 브랜드 체험은 브랜드 신뢰(가설 1), 브랜드 동일시(가설 2), 소비자-브랜드 관계(가설 3)에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 브랜드신뢰는 브랜드동일시(가설 4)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있지만, 소비자-브랜드 관계(가설 5)에는 통계적으로 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 브랜드 동일시는 소비자-브랜드 관계(가설 6)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 소비자-브랜드관계는 재구매의도(가설 7), 구전의도(가설 8), 브랜드확장 수용성(가설 9)에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 옴니채널 브랜드 브랜드 성과간 관계는 다음과 같다. 먼저 재구매의도는 구전의도(가설 10)와 브랜드확장 수용성(가설 11)에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 구전의도는 브랜드확장 수용성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Corporate Competence and Business Performance: Focus on Korean Domestic Venture Companies in the Service Industry

  • Purpose: This study empirically examines the relations among corporate performance, technology, and corporate capabilities for service companies to find factors that could affect the competitiveness of the service industry. Most study on technology in the service industry have been conducted in developed countries, and yet there exist not sufficient empirical reviews. Research design, data and methodology: This paper, using rare empirical data, examines Korea's service industry and aims to make an academic and managerial contribution to the understanding of the relation between corporate competence and performance. This study analyzes 567 Korean Domestic Companies in Non-manufacturing and Service Industry, using the 2020 Detailed Survey of Venture Businesses (2500) data. Frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis are performed. Results: Results show, Hypothesis 1 that internal competence has positive influence on technological strength, is supported. However, Hypothesis 2 that technological strength mediates between internal competence and business performance, Hypothesis 3 that external competence has positive influence on technological strength and Hypothesis 4 that technological strength mediates between external competence and business performance are all partially supported/rejected. Conclusions: This study suggests that technological strength is an important factor that affects both market share and sales. And mediating effect of technology strength emphasized in market share. However, in managing sales, more cautious approach and a more detailed analysis are needed..

귀추전략 과학수업이 초등학생의 과학적 개념 이해와 초인지에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Science Classes Using Abductive Strategies Applied to Elementary School Students on Scientific Concept Understanding and Meta-cognition)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of science classes using abductive strategies on the scientific concept understanding and meta-cognition. The subjects included two classes of sixth graders from K Elementary School in B Metropolitan City and they divided into two groups. Research group was composed of 21 students(10 boys, 11 girls) and comparative group was composed of 21 students(11 boys, 10 girls). In order to achieve aims of this study, proper contents to apply abductive strategies were selected from the first semester science curriculum for sixth graders. Also five-steps study papers were designed to elicit abductive reasoning. While the research group received 20 times of reframed science lessons using abductive strategies, the comparative group received common science lessons according to the teachers' manual. The results of this study are as follows. First, science classes using abductive strategies were effective for the scientific concept understanding. Also there were statistically significant differences between the research group and the comparative group in overall science sub-domain. In the process of hypothesis formulating, students tried to find out scientific causes thoroughly to present the optimal explanation and they concentrated on the analysis of each scientific concept. It is thought that this process contributed to better understanding in scientific concepts. Second, science classes using abductive strategies were effective for improving meta-cognition. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups and especially in monitoring that is one of sub-factors of meta-cognition. It indicates that hypothesis formulating process gave positive effect on meta-cognition by stimulating critical thinking and manifesting elaboration.

언어 네트워크 분석법을 통한 중학교 과학영재들의 사실, 가설, 이론, 법칙과 과학적인 것의 의미에 대한 인식 조사 (Semantic Network Analysis of Science Gifted Middle School Students' Understanding of Fact, Hypothesis, Theory, Law, and Scientificness)

  • 과학교육과정에서 과학의 본성은 교육의 중심에 있었으며, 특히 과학영재교육에서의 중요성은 더욱 크다고 할 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 과학영재들의 과학의 본성에 대한 개념구조가 어떻게 형성되어있는지의 연구는 많지 않다. 이 연구에서는 언어 네트워크 분석법을 통해 중학교 과학영재의 사실, 가설, 이론, 법칙 그리고 과학적인 것의 의미에 대한 이들의 인식을 탐색하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 개방형 검사지에서 얻은 응답들을 언어 네트워크 분석법을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 참여자들의 총 110명의 대학부설 과학영재교육원 소속 중학교 과학영재들이 연구에 참여하였으며 이들의 응답에 의해 5가지의 언어 네트워크를 얻었다. 네트워크 분석결과 이들이 인식하고 있는 사실은 증명여부와 실제성 문제, 가설은 잠정성과 불확실성, 이론은 실험에 의해 증명된 가설이라는 통념, 법칙은 절대성과 권위를 상징하는 언어들, 과학적인 것은 사실근거, 증명 가능여부, 정확하고 논리적인 이론체계 동반을 가장 중요한 인식의 핵으로 하고 있었다. 통합네트워크 분석결과, 연구에 참여한 중학교 과학영재들은 절대주의적이고 논리-실증주의적인 과학관을 형성하고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구에 활용된 언어 네트워크 분석법은 학습자의 보이지 않는 특정 내용을 어떤 방식으로 인식하여 개념구조를 형성하고 있는지 시각화하고, 학습자 개개인 및 지식별 통합적 정신모형을 구축하는데 유용할 것으로 기대된다.

팬 시민행동이 스포츠마케팅 성과 간 구조적 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Structural Relationship Between Fan Citizenship And Sports Marketing Achievement)

  • 본 연구는 팬시민행동이 스포츠마케팅 성과 간 구조적 관계에 관한 연구로 부산지역 롯데자이언츠 팬을 대상으로 220부의 설문지를 배포하였으며, 205부의 설문지를 최종 사용하였다. 연구모형을 바탕으로 SPSS 25.0과 Smart PLS 2.0을 이용하여 가설을 검증한 결과 총 17개의 기설 중 4개의 가설(가설 5-3, 가설 6-1, 가설 6-2, 가설 6-3)을 제외하고 모든 가설이 채택되었다. 이에 대한 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 팬시민행동은 구단자산(가설 1), 스폰서 자산(가설 2), 지역 자산(가설 3)에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 구단자산은 스폰서 자산(가설 4)에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 지역이미지(가설 5-1), 지역사회기여(가설 5-2)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 사회적 교류(가설 5-3)에는 통계적으로 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 스폰서 자산과 지역자산과의 관계는 다음과 같다. 기업이미지는 지역 자산 모두에 통계적으로 유의하지 않으며, 기업인지도는 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 팬 시민행동이 스포츠마케팅 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 종합적인 이해와 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

사회감정전략을 이용한 영어독해수업 모형제시를 위한 이론 및 사례연구 분석 (An analysis of the theories and a case study for teaching EFL reading with the use of socioaffective strategies)

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine some of the theories concerning socioaffective strategies, to analyze the dialogues of the students negotiating for meaning of a reading material and to suggest some implications of socioaffective strategies for teaching reading. The examination of the theories - the interaction hypothesis and the sociocultural theory - suggest that the use of socioaffective strategies facilitates more effective understanding of information that is to be found. distributed, and taken in among the participants. The discourse analyses of the students' interaction in a Korean college English reading class show ample evidence of the use of socioaffective strategies that helped them understand the meaning of a text. However, the analyses show that the strategies are mostly used to ask questions concerning the meaning of clauses. Only few analytical questions are raised for some structural and pragmatical features in the text which are crucial to the understanding of its meaning. Imbalance also exists in the types of the questions used by the participants. The analyses indicate that, instead of negotiating more interactively, the students tend to rely upon a more advanced student when they face difficult English sentences. Therefore as a conclusion this paper emphasizes the importance of teaching socioaffective strategies to help students to help themselves to become more cooperative, independent and analytical in reading English texts.

간호학생 임상실습 평가에 대한 수간호원의 태도조사 연구 (A Study on Head Nurses’Attitudes Toward Evaluation for Clinical Performance of Nursing Students)

  • Evaluation for students’performance is a very important and difficult responsibility of head nurses. This study was undertaken to investigate and identify head nurses’attitudes toward evaluation for clinical performance of nursing students. Data were gathered through questionnaire from eighty eight head nurses at three hospitals in Kwang Ju City and four hospitals in Seoul, during the period of April 9th-26th, 1978. The questionnaire developed by the researcher included 19 statements which concerned the attitudes of head nurses: their perception about objectives of evaluation for the students clinical performance, their attitudes toward responsibility as evaluator, their attitudes toward method of evaluation, their understanding and interest in nursing students. Mean attitude score more than 60% were classified as positive or favorable, and less than 60% to be negative or unfavorable. The result obtained could be summerized as follows: 1. The mean score of head nurses’attitudes was positive (67.9%). Hypothesis I was rejected, 2. Head nurses’perception about objectives on performance evaluation was very favorable (85.5%). 3. Head nurses’attitudes toward evaluating method were negative (50.9%), post-evaluation interview were perceived to be a part of evaluating process (73.9%), although only few (22.7%) implemented. 4. The head nurses’attitudes in the responsibility as a evaluator were unfavorable (58.2%). 5. Relatively favorable response was revealed in understanding and interest about nursing students (79.6%). 6. Educational level, duration of clinical experience, marital status, and geographical region of head nurses were no significant influence on the attitudes toward evaluation for clinical performance (P > 0.05), while only age revealed significant difference (P < 0.05) Hypothesis 2, 3, 5 and 6 were accepted, hypothesis 4 was rejected.

Pre-service Teachers' Conceptions of the Nature of Science

  • We have studied 73 pre-service science teachers' conceptions about the nature of science (NOS) using 120 true-false test items based on AAAS Benchmarks statements. We have found that participants have inadequate understanding of the NOS, especially in understanding of five categories of conceptions; change and continuity in science, bias in scientific investigations, hypothesis in scientific investigations, things common in science, and science ethics. The result also indicates that there is a difference between primary pre-service teachers and secondary pre-service teachers. From the analysis of consistency, we also found that this inadequate understanding comes from confusion rather than misconception. All the results support that there is a need of intense pre-service teacher education concerning thenature of science.

고등학생의 탐구 사고력 문제 해결 과정에 나타난 유형과 특징 (The High School Students' Problem Solving Patterns and Their Features in Scientific Inquiry)

  • The high school students' problem solving patterns and their features in scientific inquiry, especially on controlling variables and stating hypothesis have been investigated. The 8 problems on controlling variables and stating hypothesis were selected out of the scientific inquiry area in the experimental tryout of Aptitude Assessment for College Education, and had been used to find the patterns and their features. The results of findings are as follows: There were seven patterns in the process of solving problems. Five of seven patterns were found in right answers and four patterns in wrong answers. Two patterns were found in both right and wrong answers. Some students could solve the problems even though they did not understand the elements of the scientific inquiry, controlling variables and stating hypothesis. The false application of physics concepts, misunderstanding about the elements of the scientific inquiry and using unrelated experience and conjectures were the features of students' wrong answers. On the other hand, the right application of physics concepts, understanding and applying the elements right, infering answers from the tables and figures on statements of suggested problems were the features of right answers. The further studies on this kind may helpful to find the higher mental abilities related to scientific inquiry and to develop tools for testing students' scientific inquiry thinking skills.

Perspectives on a Critical Period for Language Acquisition: Implications for language research and practice

  • In recent years there has been much discussion about whether there is a critical, or sensitive period for language acquisition. Research on a critical period provides an excellent example around which we can organize a discussion of the behavioral and neural evidence. In this paper, the early history of critical periods and evidence for the existence of critical periods in various domains of human cognition and learning are reviewed. Followed by this overview, evidence for a critical period in both linguistic and non linguistic area are presented. The paper then provides some unresolved questions regarding a critical period in language acquisition and states what the outcome of this issues mean for an understanding of language acquisition. Finally the paper concludes with some educational implications of a critical period for practice.
