유압 엔진 마운트의 동특성 해석 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 방법 연구 (A Computer Simulation Method for Dynamic Analysis of Hydraulic Engine Mount System)

  • In this paper, a computer simulation method for dynamic analysis of the hydraulic engine mount system is proposed. The hydraulic engine mount system controls the damping characteristics using the viscosity of fluid flow The complex stiffness of the main rubber of the hydraulic engine mount system is computed by finite element analysis for the viscoelastic materials and hydro-static elements. A numerical analysis method is presented to solve nonlinear equations of the hydraulic engine mount system. which is composed of an engine mass, fluid in inertia track and a vertical inertia force of reciprocating mass in the engine. Also. dynamic properties of the hydraulic engine mount system are analyzed in the frequency domain. Effects of the hydraulic engine mount system running over the rough road are investigated using a vehicle dynamic model. These results are compared with those of the rubber mount system.

  • This paper presents a torque control method of a hydraulic actuation system for measuring the dynamic stiffness of missile fin actuators. We propose a new control technique called Dual Dynamic Torque Feedback Control(DDTFC), which improves the stability of the torque control system and enables fast tracking of torque command. The developed control scheme is derived from the physical understanding based on mathematical modelling and analysis. The dynamics of hydraulic torque control servo-system is unravelled via physics-based modelling and nonparametric system identification. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method, the experiment is carried out with a test equipment for measuring the dynamic stiffness. The experiment and simulation results show that DDTFC gives stability improvement.

  • Hydraulic mounts show strong1y frequency-dependent stiffness and damping characteristics in low frequency range, which result from so called inertia track dynamics. A lumped mass has been incorporated in several mechanical models of the literature to take the inertia effect of the fluid in the track into consideration. Although complex s%illness by the mechanical model showed good agreements with the measured values, there exists a critical pitfall. In this paper, the shortcomings of mechanical models with lumped mass for hydraulic founts are clearly identified by illustrating actual measurements of the stiffness parameters for a hydraulic mount. It is conclusively discussed that the inertia effect of the fluid flow through the circular track is significant but latent. As an alternative to the mechanical model, a hydraulic model is claimed to be used for further dynamic analysis of engine/mount system or whole car system.

  • Hydraulic actuators are important in modern industry due to high power, fast response, and high stiffness. In recent years, hybrid actuation system, which combines electric and hydraulic technology in a compact unit, can be adapted to a wide variety of force, speed and torque requirements. Moreover, the hybrid actuation system has dealt with the energy consumption and noise problem existed in the conventional hydraulic system. Therefore, hybrid actuator has a wide range of application fields such as plastic injection-molding and metal forming technology, where force or pressure control is the most important technology. In this paper, the solution for force control of hybrid system is presented. However, some limitations still exist such as deterioration of the performance of transient response due to the variable environment stiffness. Therefore, intelligent switching control using Learning Vector Quantization Neural Network (LVQNN) is newly proposed in this paper in order to overcome these limitations. Experiments are carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm with large variation of stiffness of external environment. In addition, it is understood that the new system has energy saving effect even though it has almost the same response as that of valve controlled system.

킥모터 FM 규격 연소관에 대한 강성저하 평가 및 파열압력 측정 (Evaluation of Structural Stiffness Degradation and Burst Pressure Measurement of the FM Kick-Motor Combustion Case)

  • 필라멘트 와인딩으로 제작된 고체 모터 연소관의 구조강성저하 평가 및 파열특성을 확인하기 위한 수압시험을 수행하였다. 본 연소관의 파손 요구조건으로서 운용 중 최대 예상압력(MEOP)의 1.5배 이상의 압력에서 실린더 파손이 일어나야함을 제시하였다. 해석 결과 연소관의 내부압력이 2088psig 일 때 실린더층의 섬유가 끊어지는 것으로 나타났으며 수압시험을 수행하여 2200psig 수준에서 실린더 부위가 파손됨을 검증하였다. 또한 제작 후 1년 정도 경과 후에도 강성저하가 없음을 알 수 있었다.

  • An experimental modal analysis and dynamic stiffness evaluation of a moving body structure of a high speed machining center are presented in this paper. The natural frequencies and corresponding modes, and dynamic compliance of a moving body structure of high speed machining center are investigated by using F.E.M., hydraulic exciter test, and impulse hammer test. The lowest three natural frequencies were found to be 56.6 Hz, 112.7 Hz, and 142.7 Hz by FEA respectively, while those were 55 Hz, 112 Hz, 131 Hz by experimental analysis. Furthermore, both computed and measured absolute dynamic compliances of the moving body structure in iso-direction showed good agreement especially at the first two mode frequencies. With our experimental data, the dynamic characteristics of the machining center can be exploited to get a new development of structural dynamic design and modification.

  • The dynamic characteristics of a hydraulic press for micro-stamping are investigated by Finite Element Analysis. This machine requires high precision in producing milli-structure of electric products such as TFT-LCD back-up light reflector. First, the modal analysis of the parts and the assembly of the hydraulic press is performed. Then, the sensitivity analysis is carried out. The results show that the bearing stiffness and the base mounting stiffness affect the specific mode shapes.

  • In this paper, a computer simulation method is presented far the dynamic analysis of a hydraulic engine mount system. The hydraulic engine mount system controls the damping characteristics using the viscosity of fluid flow. The complex stiffnesses of the main rubber for the hydraulic engine mount system are computed using a finite element analysis. The equations of motion considering the parameters of the hydraulic engine mount system are derived. To investigate the effects of the hydraulic engine mount system, the computer simulation running over a typical rough road is carried out using a vehicle dynamic model. These results are compared with those of the conventional rubber mount system.

  • Conventional brake system was used for passenger cars and SUV for a long time. However, the high performance brake system has strongly required because of increase of engine power and customer's favorites etc. In this paper, a new high performance brake system for Europe was proposed. For this system, the high performance caliper and disc were newly developed. The superiorities of the developed high performance brake system were verified via heat capacity, hydraulic stiffness, corrosion and harsh braking mode test. Also, the high performance caliper and disc for the light-weight were applied to AL-Alloy and can obtain the weight reduction effect of 2.9 kg per vehicle. Finally, a developed high performance brake system is expected to be used for realization of the high performance at the same platforms.
