  • Presently, Online / Offline Users are facing cyber attacks every day. These cyber attacks affect user's performance, resources and various daily activities. Due to this critical situation, attention must be given to prevent such users through cyber attacks. The objective of this research paper is to improve the IDS systems by using machine learning approach to develop a hybrid model which controls the cyber attacks. This Hybrid model uses the available KDD 1999 intrusion detection dataset. In first step, Hybrid Model performs feature optimization by reducing the unimportant features of the dataset through decision tree, support vector machine, genetic algorithm, particle swarm optimization and principal component analysis techniques. In second step, Hybrid Model will find out the minimum number of features to point out accurate detection of cyber attacks. This hybrid model was developed by using machine learning algorithms like PSO, GA and ELM, which trained the system with available data to perform the predictions. The Hybrid Model had an accuracy of 99.94%, which states that it may be highly useful to prevent the users from cyber attacks.

  • In the recent fourth industrial revolution, the demand for additive processes has emerged rapidly in many mechanical industries, including the aircraft and automobile industries. Additive processes, in contrast to subtractive processes, can be used to produce complex-shaped products, such as three-dimensional cooling systems and aircraft parts that are difficult to produce using conventional production technologies. However, the limitations of additive processes include nonuniform surface quality, which necessitates the use of post-processing techniques such as subtractive methods and grinding. This has led to the need for hybrid machines that combine additive and subtractive processes. A hybrid machine uses additional additive and subtractive modules, so product deformation, for instance, deflection, is likely to occur. Therefore, structural analysis and design optimization of hybrid machines are essential because these defects cause multiple problems, such as reduced workpiece precision during processing. In this study, structural analysis was conducted before the development of an additive/subtractive hybrid processing machine. In addition, structural optimization was performed to improve the stability of the hybrid machine.

  • Image morphing methods make seamless transition changes in the image and mask the meaningful information attached to it. This can be detected by traditional machine learning algorithms and new emerging deep learning algorithms. In this research work, scope of different Hybrid learning approaches having combination of Deep learning and Machine learning are being analyzed with the public dataset CASIA V1.0, CASIA V2.0 and DVMM to find the most efficient algorithm. The simulated results with CNN (Convolution Neural Network), Hybrid approach of CNN along with SVM (Support Vector Machine) and Hybrid approach of CNN along with Random Forest algorithm produced 96.92 %, 95.98 and 99.18 % accuracy respectively with the CASIA V2.0 dataset having 9555 images. The accuracy pattern of applied algorithms changes with CASIA V1.0 data and DVMM data having 1721 and 1845 set of images presenting minimal accuracy with Hybrid approach of CNN and Random Forest algorithm. It is confirmed that the choice of best algorithm to find image forgery depends on input data type. This paper presents the combination of best suited algorithm to detect image morphing with different input datasets.

  • This paper presents a new hybrid serial-parallel robot(HSPR), which has six degrees of freedom driven by ball screw linear actuators and motored joints. This hybrid robot design presents a compromise between high rigidity of fully parallel manipulators and extended workspace of serial manipulators. The hybrid robot has a large, singularity-free workspace and high stiffness. Therefore, the presented kinematic structure of the hybrid robot is particularly suitable for multi-tasking machining processes such as milling, drilling, deburring and grinding. In addition to the machining processes, the hybrid robot can be used for welding, fixturing, material handling and so on. The study on design of the hybrid robot is performed. A kinematic analysis and mechanism description of the hybrid robot with six-controlled degree of freedom is presented. In the virtual design works by DADS, workspace and force analysis are discussed. A numerical model is treated to demonstrate our analysis and to determine the range of permissible extension of the struts. Also, we determine some important design parameters for the hybrid robot.

  • The ideas of cyberspace and bio-mechanic hybrid architecture which has been made in conjunction with the electro-mechanic environment and human body as an organic body are newly illuminated in the main stream of contemporary architecture. This study aims at the analysis of the expression of the image of cyborg as a hybrid of an organic body and machine after modern era and its methods of application to arthitectural design. The results are as following: Cyborg is a hybrid of human and machine that is made according to the principle of cybernetics, and is a kind of bachelor machine in the late 20th century. The cyborg images in modern architecture were expressed as prosthetic object-machine, organic image, pataphysical machine. The cyborg images in contemporary architecture are expressed as auto-control function, organic machine, cyberspace.

  • This paper presents the design and characteristics analysis of induction machine for diesel-electric hybrid vehicle powertrain. Diesel-electric hybrid vehicles are very efficacious in reduction of consumption energy, environment pollution and saftly yields with high dynamic of machines. However, their sophisticated construction requires from designers both complex made-technology and control strategy which would be able to put into practice this requirements. These problems are still considered in processing the design and analysis of induction machine. The requirements for a given volume, input power to weight ratio, high efficiency and wide speed range are met by the induction machine.

  • This paper presents the hybrid stepping machine for linear oscillating generators. The focus of the work is the suggestion of the improved model through the comparison of proposed models ; new flux concentrating PMs mover of the hybrid stepping generator is proposed based on the symmetrical and non-symmetrical stator cores of the surface mounted PMs mover, and non-slanted PMs and slanted PMs of the flux concentrating PMs mover. It is achieved using equivalent magnetic circuit considering leakage elements. Finally, this study suggests new hybrid stepping structure of linear oscillating generator.

  • A radial basis hybrid neural network (RHNN) is presented for an on-line detection of machine condition change. Two-phase modeling by RHNN is designed for describing a machine condition process and for predicting future signal. A moving block procedure is also designed for detecting a process change. A fast on-line learning algorithm, the recursive least square estimation, is introduced. Experimental results showed the RHNN could be utilized efficiently for on-line machine condition monitoring.
