In this paper the functional requirements of a B-ISDN access network based on MAN are investigated. Firstly, criteria of designing access network for the B-ISDN is studied. Secondly, the types of subscribers and their service requirements are defined. Thirdly, various architectures of CPNs(Customer Premises Networks) are considered and their characteristics are studied, Finally, the interworking functions of a DQDB MAN as an access network are investigated.

신재생에너지에 대한 세계적인 수요는 2010년도 이후에도 계속 증가하는 추세이다. 이러한 이유는 에너지 고갈과 기후변화에 기인하며, 화석연료의 경우 사용가능 연한은 석유 54.2년, 천연가스 63.6년, 석탄 112년에 불과하며, 기존 화석연료 사용에 의한 온실가스 배출 등은 각종 환경문제를 발생하고 있다. 따라서 세계 여러 나라에서는 에너지 고갈을 해결하기 위한 다양한 방안을 모색중이며, 대안으로 신재생에너지를 인류의 새로운 에너지원으로 주목하고 있다. 하지만 물, 바람, 태양 등 신재생에너지원의 경우 출력특성 등이 매우 불안하여 이들 에너지원을 효율적으로 사용하기 위해서는 반드시 에너지저장시스템(ESS, Energy Storage System)이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 태양광 가로등을 대상으로 기존의 납축전지를 대체하기 위한 리튬이차전지를 사용한 배터리팩을 개발하고 표준화 및 범용화를 위해 셀들의 조합을 용이하게 하기 위한 유니버셜 모듈을 제안한다.

최근 스마트폰 시장은 기하급수적인 성장세를 지속하고 있다. 또한 소비자들의 사용패턴 또한 기존의 음성통화에서 데이터 통신으로 변화되면서 소비전류 및 사용시간이 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 사용자의 불만을 해소하기 위해서는 배터리의 용량 증대가 필요하나 공간상의 제약으로 인해 한계점에 도달한 상태이다. 따라서 제한된 체적내에서 최대의 용량을 사용하기 위해 배터리팩의 과충전 차단전압은 점차 높아지고 과방전 차단전압은 점차 낮아져서 배터리팩의 가용영역을 확대하고 있는 추세에 있다. 이러한 사용전압영역의 확대는 배터리팩의 안전성 및 수명 등에 악영향을 미치나 배터리의 신소재 개발, 보호회로의 채용 등으로 이러한 단점을 보완하고 있다.

A 532 nm Nd-YAG laser was applied to crystallize amorphous Si thin films in order to evaluate the applicability of a Nd-YAG laser to low-temperature polycrystalline Si technology. The irradiation of a green laser was controlled during the crystallization of amorphous Si thin films deposited onto glass substrates in a sophisticated process. Raman spectroscopy and UV-Visible spectrophotometry were employed to quantify the degree of crystallization in the Si thin films in terms of its optical transmission and vibrational characteristics. The effectiveness of the Nd-YAG laser is suggested as a feasible alternative that is capable of crystallizing the amorphous Si thin films.

홍제천 유역의 평창 배수분구를 대상으로 합류식 하수관거 월류수의 발생특성을 파악하고자 유량 및 오염물질 발생경향, 오염물질별 상관관계, 연간 강우유출 오염부하량 등에 대하여 살펴보았다. 강우시 오염물질의 초기세척현상은 누적오염 부하량비를 이용하여 분석하였으며, 모든 수질항목에 대하여 초기유출현상이 나타났으며, 초기 $20\%$ 유출 유량에서 오염부하가 $30\%$ 정도로 유출되고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 수질항목별 상관계수를 보면, 건기시의 상관계수는 COD와 SS가 0.4857, 월류수의 경우에는 SS와 TN의 상관계수가 0.7723으로 가장 크게 나타났다. 연간 강우에 의하여 방류선으로 배출되는 면적당 오염부하는 COD 1,202kg/ha/yr SS 494kg/ha/yr로 산정되었다.

This paper presents a production method to GRM coefficients which is consists of 3n polarities to n variables over GF(3). General production method is searching for transformation matrix for a single variable and then kronecker products for n times. This paper presents a production method of GRM coefficients using DD(Decision Diagrma). Change of coefficients to a single variable are apply to DD and extended to n variables.
