비 직선적 정(+) 저항온도계수 특성을 갖은 PTC thermistor눈 전이온도(큐리점) 부근에서 온도변화에 대하여 극히 큰 저항 값의 변화를 나타내는 산화물계반도체 저항기(또는 발열체)로써, 일반적으로 반도체의 온도-저항 특성과 같이 상온영역에서 온도의 상승과 함께 부성저항 특성을 나타내어 감소하다가, 온도가 점점 증가하여 큐리점 부근에 도달하면 저항이 급격히 증가하는 독특한 특성을 갖는다. Perovskite 구조의 BaTiO$_3$를 주성분으로 미량의 Dopant를 첨가하여 도전성을 갖게 한 N형 반도체의 일종으로, 저항-온도 특성, 전류-전압 특성, 전류감쇄 특성 등을 이용하여 과전류 보호회로, 히터, TV 소자회로(degausser) 모터기동회로, 온도센서, 정온발열기기 등으로 널리 사용된다. 본 연구는 큐리점 부근의 급격한 저항변화 현상과 결정입계의 전위장벽 형성 및 그에 따른 정온발열 기능의 상관성으로부터 정온발열 탐사기능 온열부츠 제작 용 PTC 부픔소재의 응용성을 조사하였다.

Air pollution characteristics and the influence of sea breeze on air pollution concentration were studied using the data measured at 7 air quality continuous monitoring stations in Pusan, 1993. Maximum air pollution concentration in Pusan was Gamjeondong for $SO_2$, Sinpyeongdong for TSP, Daeyeondong for $O_3, Kwangbokdong for $NO_2$, Beomcheondong for CO and all substances were under annual ambient air quality standards. Increased rate of concentration for sea breeze was 24.4% for 502, 31.5% for TSP, 8.0% fort $O_3, 26.7% for $NO_2$, 15.7% for CO. Frequencies distribution of $SO_2$, TSP, $O_3$, $NO_2$, and CO concentration for sea breeze moved toward high concentration class.

The effect of microwave irradiation on waste activated sludge was investigated in order to improve solubilization. a different levels of microwave irradiation time were varied within a range from 1 min to 15 min. When WAS was pretreated at 1, 3, 5, 7, and 15 min, the SCOD concentration increased according to microwave irradiation time. A simple batch procedure was used to measure the VFA potential, i.e. the amount of VFA that can be formed through digestion of organic constituent in sludge. At equilibrium point, TVFA in the case of 1, 3, 5, 7 and 15 min microwaved sludges was 8%, 122%, 243%, 279% and 232% higher than that in the case of raw sludge, respectively.

본 준설토 투기장은 국제도시 부산의 관문이 될 부산신항만 입구부에 위치한 관계로 아름답고 튼튼한 호안이 될 수 있도록 하였다. 본 사업은 부산신항만 개발 중 발생하는 준설토를 수용하는 호안 축조공사로서, 적용된 설계사례 및 설계특화내용을 설명하고자 한다. 지형적 특성상 복잡한 형태의 고파랑작용으로 수리학적으로 월파, 반사파, 연파를 제어하는 경사호안 구조물을 도입하였고, 개선된 S.C.P 연약지반 처리공법을 적용하여 기초굴착 없는 친환경적이고 배수기능을 향상시킨 융기토 유용형 S.C.P공법을 적용하였다. 호안전구간은 친수 개념을 도입하였으며, 호남도 주변 해양생태계 보호를 위하여 미티케이션 개념을 도입하여 환경복원 계획 및 생태형 친수호안을 구상하였다.

We made densified wood pellet by hemp woody core as replacing wood resource. Hemp was separated into the bast fiber and the woody core by hot steaming treatment. The hemp woody core had a similar lignin content and carbohydrate composition with hardwood. Also, the hemp had a low ash content, which resulted in a low ash formation in pellet burning. Heating value of the hemp pellet had a very similar to the pellet made by hardwoods. The hemp woody core can replace hardwood for densified wood pelletmaking.

A set of modal parameters of a stay-cable have been extracted from a moving picture captured by a digital camera supported by shaking hands. It is hard to identify the center of targets attached on the cable surface from the blurred cable motion image, because of the high speed motion of cable, low sampling frequency of camera, and the shaking effect of camera. This study proposes a multi-template matching algorithm to resolve such difficulties. In addition, a sensitivity-based system identification algorithm is introduced to extract the natural frequencies and damping ratios from the ambient cable vibration data. Three sets of vibration tests are conducted to examine the validity of the proposed algorithms. The results show that the proposed technique is pretty feasible for extracting modal parameters from the severely shaking motion pictures.

권선형 동기전동기에서 브러시와 슬립링을 제거하고, 회전자 인버터를 내장하는 새로운 형태의 브러시리스 동기전동기의 구조를 제안한다. 또한, 적절한 회전자 인버터 회로의 구조를 제안하고, 제안된 전동기의 수학적 모델을 제시한다. 이를 바탕으로 회전자 인버터의 계자 전류 제어와 전력 제어를 적절히 수행함으로써 별도의 전원 없이 회전자 인버터가 구동될 수 있음을 확인한다. 이를 실험을 통해 검증하고 제안된 브러시리스 전동기의 실현 가능성에 대하여 고찰한다.
