분산형 GOMS애 의한 원전의 Human-Machine Interface 평가

  • GOMS 평가는 운전원 개인의 인지과정에 초점을 두어 직무 절차의 학습시간과 직무 실행시간을 예측하고 직무 실행시 요구되는 인지부하를 분석한다. 하지만 실제 원전의 운전은 그룹에 의해 이루어지므로 운전원간 의사소통과 직무의 상호 의존관계를 고려하여 기존의 GOMS를 확장한 분산형 GOMS를 고안하였다. 본 논문에서는 분산형 GOMS 평가기법을 CE형 원전의 비상운전절차서에 시험적으로 적용해 본 결과를 제시한다.

  • Display is an essence in human-machine communication interface. As mobile environment such as internet of things (IOT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) progress, importance of display increases. Here we review research trend in flexible organic light emitting displays (OLEDs). This review article covers all the components consisting of flexible OELDs and shows direction of the recent research. This paper would be helpful for readers and researchers working in this field and provide perspective for future displays.

  • In this paper, an simple load management system was introduced. This system is composed of Main Controller, DTU(Dispersion Terminal Unit), Power Line Modem and HMI (Human Machine Interface) program. To control distant loads, network function using powerline communication is implemented in DTU, with HMI program, the untrained users are able to operate system easily. Additionally using the Powerline, the cost and time of installation is saved. The system performance was proved in a several experiments.

  • 본 연구에서는 차량 네트워크를 구성하는 CAN(Controller Area Network), MOST(Media Oriented System Transport)등의 버스 시스템을 중심으로 IVN(In-Vechicle Network)에 대한 선행연구와 지능형 통합 Gateway 개발 연구를 통해 통합적인 차량 상태정보 수집 및 교환을 위한 차량 Gateway를 제시하고, Soc(System on Chip)형태의 차량용 인터페이스(HMI, Human Machine Interface)를 통한 지능형 통합 GateWay 통신 기술을 OSGi의 번들 형태로 제작하여 알아본다.

  • 본 연구는 식당에서 사용하는 외식서빙 로봇의 서비스 절차 및 인터랙션 방식에 중점을 두고 연구한다. 사용자 설문조사,사용자를 관찰하고 고객과 레스토랑 종업원의 인터뷰를 통한 레스토랑 서빙 로봇과 고객의 교류방식을 분석하고 사용자 요구를 파악하기 위해 사용자 여정 지도를 구축한다. 또한 서비스 절차에서 배달 서비스 뿐만 아니라 주문 서비스, 접대 서비스 및 테이블 정리 등을 모두 서비스 로봇이 행하는 것을 의도한다.최종 제안 연구 목적은 기존의 서빙 로봇 GUI을 개선하고 새로운 서비스 청사진을 설계하는 것이다.

이온주입장치의 원격제어시스템 구축 (Remote Control System of Ion Implanter)

  • The goal of this research is to implement a PC-based remote control system of ion implanter using Visual Basic programming. Presently, skilled process engineers are required to regularly setup and adjust implanter parameters. Any reduction in the number of production hours devoted to ion beam implanter setup or recalibration after a species change would represent substantial improvements in both manpower and equipment utilization. An optical communication system for the remote control and telemetry in the operation of the 50kev potential was designed and constructed. This system enables continuous and safe operation of the ion implanter and can be the basis for the automation. The isolation characteristics of optical fiber were 10kV/cm, and performance tests of the system under the intense noise environment during the implanter operations showed satisfactory results. This system is designed to completely replace the existing human-machine interface with many new functions. This paper describes the important components of the system including system architecture and software development. It is expected that this system can be used for the communication and control purpose in the high noise environments such as the operation of the MeV energy implanter or other high power, high noise systems.

뇌파 탐지용 Gel-free probe 연구 (A Study on Gel-free Probe for Detecting EEG)

  • Over the past 15 years productive BCI research programs have arisen. Current mainstream EEG electrode setups permit efficient recordings but most of electrodes has the disadventages of need for skin preparation and gel application to correctly record signals. The new gel-free probe was adapted for EEG recording and it can be fixed to the scalp with the micro needle without neuro-gel. It use standard EEG cap for wearing electrodes on scalp so it is compatible with standard EEG electrodes. A comparison between electrode characteristics is achieved by performing simultaneous recordings with the gel electrodes and gel-free probe placed in parallel scalp positions on the same anatomical regions. The quality of EEG recordings for all two types of experimental conditions is similar for gel-electrodes and gel-free probe. Subjects also reported not having special tactile sensations associated with wearing of gel-free probes. According to our results, it is expected that gel-free probe can be adapted to BCI, BMI(Brain Machine Interface), HMI(Human Machine Interface) because of its simple application and comfortable wearing process.

차세대 원전 주제어실 설게 기본개념의 인지공학적 평가

  • Since most human activities in a nuclear power plant are perfirmed in the main control room (MCR), it is important to have its design well human-engineered, both physically and cognitively. Much research efforts have been given for better, operator-centered designs of human-machine interface in MCR capitalizing today's advanced information technology. Korea is among those who are actively expending such research for the next-generation nuclear plants. This paper analyzes two forerunners among the emerging MCR designs, namely Nuplex 80+ and N4, from the perspective of cognitive systems engineering. Since the two show some fundamental differences in their design concepts, the principles with their pros and cons must be enumerated to benefit our own design of new control rooms. This paper also lists many other decision-making points that emerged due to the new availability of cognitively based on cognitive engineering principles. The future scope and directions of related research are suggested.

  • 자판은 문자론 대상으로 인간과 인지단말기 사이를 이어주는 연결고리로서 인지활동으로 얻어진 지적 내용물을 정보기구로 입력시키는 장치다. 이러한 이유로 자판은 인간과 기계가 어울려지는 인기일체(人機一體)시스템으로 "인지 공학적 고려"와 "행동 과학적 효율"이 동시에 고려해야한다. 본 논문은 정음한글의 정보공학적 특성을 반영하여 한손자판을 배치 하였고, 어문결합에 의한 오인식 정정 및 문장 편집이 가능한 정음한손자판을 설계 및 구현 하였다.

  • The emotion recognition is one of the most significant interface technologies which make the high level of human-machine communication possible. The central nervous system stimulated by emotional stimuli affects the autonomous nervous system like a heart, blood vessel, endocrine organs, and so on. Therefore bio-signals like HRV, ECG and EEG can reflect one' emotional state. This study investigates the correlation between emotional states and bio-signals to realize the emotion recognition. This study also covers classification of human emotional states, selection of the effective bio-signal and signal processing. The experimental results presented in this paper show possibility of the emotion recognition.
