성인용 치약의 세포독성 평가의 융합적 연구 (A convergence study of cytotoxicity evaluation of adult dentifrices)

  • 본 논문은 치약의 성분이 구강 내 세포에 영향을 미치는 정도를 확인하기 위하여 세포활성도, 세포독성을 평가하고자 하였다. 일반치약 6종, 미백치약 3종, 천연치약 2종, 양성대조군으로 SLS(sodium lauryl sulfate)를 사용하였다. Immortalized human gingiva fibroblast cell 을 사용하여, 세포활성도 평가를 위하여 WST test, 세포 독성평가를 위해 Agar diffusion test를 시행하였다. 일반치약그룹, 미백치약그룹, 천연치약그룹 순으로 세포 생존률이 높게 나타났으며, Agar diffusion test는 일반치약그룹과 미백치약그룹은 높은 세포독성을 나타낸 반면 천연치약그룹은 낮은 독성을 나타냈다. 세포핵염색 결과 세포모양과 핵활성도 또한 천연치약이 가장 높은 활성도를 나타냈고, 미백치약, 일반치약 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과, 치약의 사용목적에 따라 나누어지는 종류와 성분별 세포독성을 확인할 수 있었다. 소비자의 올바른 선택을 위해 치약의 자세한 성분표기가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

초등학생을 위한 인체탐험캠프가 건강증진에 미치는 교육적 효과 (The Educational Effect of Human Body Exploration Camp on Health Promotion of Elementary Students)

  • 본 논문은 아동 및 청소년을 위한 전문적이고 체계적인 건강증진교육을 통한 올바른 생활습관 확립과 건강관리의 방법을 익혀 평생건강의 초석을 마련하고, 학교보건교육의 문제점을 보완한 새로은 패러다임을 제시하고자 하였다. 강원대학교 의학전문대학원 교수와 학생들이 중심이 되어 전국의 초등학생 61명을 대상으로 인체탐험캠프를 진행하였고 참가학생들의 건강지식이해도와 건강증진태도의 변화를 개발된 검사도구를 이용하여 분석하였다. 참가자에게 사전 동의를 얻어 캠프 사전, 사후, 추후(3개월) 총 3회 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS WIN18.0프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 통계처리 하였다. 설문조사 결과, 참가자들의 건강지식이해도와 건강증진 태도 문항에서 사전과 사후(p<0.01) 추후 (p<0.05) 세 시기의 시간경과에 따른 변화과정을 반복측정 분산분석(Repeated measures ANOVA)으로 통계 처리하여 비교분석하였으며 모두 유의하게 긍정적인 변화를 나타내었다. 또한 세 시기별 통계처리 방법에 짝지은 두 평균치를 비교하는 대응표본 T검정 처리로 상관관계를 분석하였다. 참가학생들의 프로그램 만족도가 높을수록 건강증진에 대한 태도 변화도 큰 것으로 나타났다(r=.737, p<0.01). 결론적으로 기존의 전통적인 건강증진교육의 형태를 벗어나 주제별 실습 중심의 건강증진교육의 시도는 새로운 대안적 생물교육 및 보건교육방법을 제시할 것으로 사료된다.

인간과학적 배경과 Watson의 돌봄이론 (Human science paradigm and Watson's theory of human caring)

  • Nursing have been caught between the paradigm of medical science with a body part view of a person and the paradigm of medical science with an emphasis on unsurpassable control, rigor, objectivism, and neutrality of value. But it is inappropriate to apply impersonal, objective model of science for the personal unique and gestalt experiences of nursing phenomena. Jean Watson proposed a theory of human caring based on human science paradigm to explain human phenomena. This study reviewed the theory of nursing by Jean Watson and the researches based on Waton's theory. In this study the researcher examined the philosophical back ground, value system and key concepts of Watson's theory Watson's perspective of person and human existence includes humanistic and phenomenological characteristics. She also emphasized nurse-patient relationship as an intersubjective(transpersonal) caring relationship. Examination of the studies based on Watson's theory consistantly revealed Watson's theory of human caring based on the human science paradigm is more appropriate than traditional medical science paradigm for explaining nursing phenomena. For the purpose of refining the theory and promoting usefulness of the theory, it would be desirable to test the theory to the nursing phenomena and to apply the theory to practice and education.

근로자의 인적자원개발과 직무수준인지가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Workers' Human Resource Development and Recognition of Job Performance Level on their Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of workers' human resource development and their recognition of human resource on-the-job satisfaction. A sample of 4,727 workers that was selected from Korea Labor Panel Data was analyzed by t-test and multiple regression, and was tested by causal effects among related variables. The major findings were as follows: First, the workers' recognition of their job performance level vs. educational attainment was affected by their annual income, job status, educational attainment, gender, and experiences of human resource development. Second, the workers' job satisfaction was affected by gender, age, educational attainment, health status, job status, annual income, experiences of human resource development, recognition of their job performance level vs. educational attainment, and recognition for their job availability. Third, the factors that had a causal effect on workers' job satisfaction were educational attainment, gender, age, health status, annual income, and experiences of human resource development. Above all, workers' educational attainment had a strong direct effect on job satisfaction, and annual income had a strong indirect effect on it. From these findings, it can be concluded that workers' effort and trial for development and investment of human resource played an important role in increasing job satisfaction.

The Effect of IT Human Capability and Absorptive Capacity on Knowledge Transfer

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between IT human capability and knowledge transfer and the role of absorptive capacity between them. From the test of both measurement and structural model using Partial Least Squares (PLS), IT human capability is found to be significant to absorptive capacity and knowledge transfer. Absorptive capacity is also significantly related to knowledge transfer. The interesting result found in this study is that the path of absorptive capacity drawn from IT human capability to knowledge transfer is stronger than the direct relationship between IT human capability and knowledge transfer, indicating that absorptive capacity plays an important role in knowledge transfer. This result indicates that IT personnel with stronger technical skill, interpersonal skill and management capability are more likely to acquire and learn knowledge effectively from outside expertise. Moreover, this study shows that absorptive capacity, the individual’s ability to utilize external knowledge is derived from IT human capability and strongly effects on transferring knowledge from outsourcing vendors. This study suggests IT related managers that the development of IT human capability and absorptive capacity should be recognized for a successful exploitation of outside knowledge within a firm. It is also a necessary condition for a successful IT implementation and maintenance independently and economically from outside vendors.

수술실 간호사의 인간관계 만족도와 저해요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job-Santisfacion and Its Depressive Facors in Human Relation Among Operation Room Nurses)

  • This study was done for the purpose of analyzing the job-satisfaction and its depressive factors in human relation of operating room nurses of university hospital. Therfore, it makes an offer the basic data to help the resolution and prevention of the problems in operating room nurses. Furthermore, this study was conducted in order to find out some kinds of scientific data for the better control of depressive factors of job-satisfaction expressed by the operating room nurses. The structred questionaire reports of 246 operating room nurses who were employed in 5 different university hospitals which have over 1, 000 beds located in Seoul, Korea were used, which wer collected from August 24th to August 30th of 1992. The author visited supervisors of operating room in each university hospital and explained the aim of this study. The most of them(90.0%) answered to the questionaires. Analysis of the collected data were done by mean, standard deviation, percentage, t-test, F-test, Q-test, correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA.and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The job of the operating room nurses were remarkably related with the satisfaction in human relation, which was defined as the behavioral job with thoughtful action rather than with mechanical action. However, the degree of satisfaction in human relation with personnel in other departments was found to be the lowest and its the main depressive factors were appeared due to the absence of interaction and uncooperative attitudes. Therefore, it was required that the members of other job need more cooperative attitude to the actual works in the operating room nurses. 2. The depressive factors in the satisfaction degree of human relation with offical seniors wer significantly related with their irresponsibility and partialness. Moreover, the job attitude of the operating room nurses is abundantly required to be improved, 3. The depressive factors in the satisfaction of human relation with medical doctors were significantly related with their insincerity and the class-consciousness. It is clearly suggested that the medical doctors do more cooperative behaviors for the jobs of the operating room without the suggested that the medical doctors do more cooperative behaviors for the jobs of the operating room without the superiority feeling of class-consciousness. 4. There was a significantly positive association between the satisfaction degree of human relation of the nurses with the following charateristics. (1) The registered nurses which had a tendency to be satisfied about the registered nurses' job. (2) The registered nurses which had a tendency to be a technique-aptitued in the motivation of the registered nurses'job. (3) The registered nurses which had a tendency to be satisfied about the total hospital working carrier and the aspects of old ages. Finally, these findings indicated that the operating room nurses should require the professional education courses associated with a high-development techniques and setisfaction in their jobs.

  • Background : Eight-Constitution Medicine (ECM) devides the human body into eight constitutions. Up until now, checking the pulse types is only way to classify the eight constitution. Recently we try to make a questionnaire that is based on the Eight-Constitution characters and analyze the answer from patients who were classified into one of the eight constitutions according to their pulse types and their responses to constitution-acupuncture therapy Objective : This study intends to analyze each answer of the Eight-Constitution Questionnaire with independent sample t-test. Methods: Participants of this study were outpatients in ECM clinics located in Korea. The resources were collected from 925 patients who were classified into one of the eight constitutions according to their pulse types and their responses to constitution-acupuncture therapy. SPSS 13.0 for Windows was used for independent sample t-test. Results and Conclusions: 1. The proportion of participants' constitutions is in the order of Pancreotonia (28.0%), Colonotonia (17.3%), Pulmotonia (18.1%), Hepatonia (18.1%), Vesicotonia (8.5%), Cholecystotonia (7.0%), Renotonia (2.6%) and Gastrotonia (0.4%). 2. Eight-Constitution Questionnaire consists of 5 parts; Appearance, Character, Body reaction, Physiology & Pathology and Food reaction. 3. 44 items were chosen among 128 question about Body reaction, Physiology & Pathology and Food reaction. 4. Due to the deficiency of Gastrotonia examples, useful items have to be given up. If we can gather Gastrotonia examples, we can use meaningful items more than 44.

임상연구 동의서 교육 시행의 효용성 검증 (Validation of the Effectiveness of Education for Obtaining Consent in Clinical Study)

  • Purpose: To validate the effectiveness of obtaining consent education on errors in the consent process and to develop the education program for researchers. Methods: From February 2019 to February 2022, a 30-minute, 1:1 face-to-face consent education developed using the ADDIE model was conducted on 78 nurses as principal investigators. An informed consent audit tool, which includes 6 items developed by Asan Medical Center Human Research Protection Center, was used to analyze errors in obtaining informed consent process. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS ver. 25.0, and the Mann-Whitney U-test and χ2-test were utilized to verify the difference in errors between the experimental and control groups. Results: The participants consisted of 42 in the experimental group and 36 in the control group, with no statistically significant difference between the 2 groups. Both 2 groups showed the highest frequency of documentation errors, followed by format errors, errors related to a suitability of investigator, participant, or participant's legally acceptable representative, witness and confidentiality issues. After education, there was a significant decrease in both format errors (p=0.002) and documentation errors (p<0.001) in the experimental group. The proportion of participants without any errors in all items was higher in the experimental group (35.7%) compared to the control group (5.6%), and this difference was statistically significant (p=0.001). Conclusion: The obtaining consent education program was found to be effective in reducing informed consent errors. This study emphasizes the importance of education, suggesting the need for its expansion and accessibility, as well as the necessity for all researchers conducting clinical studies to receive the obtaining consent education.

다문화가정 미취학 아동의 학교생활적응을 위한 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증 (Development and Evaluation of School Adjustment Program for Young Children from Multi-cultural Families)

  • This study developed and evaluated a school adjustment program for children from multi-cultural families. The program was developed to enhance Korean language ability and adjustment to school for children from multi-cultural backgrounds. 14 preschool children (5 boys and 9 girls) participated in this program. The effect of this program was assessed through a preschool-children's receptive and expressive vocabulary test as well as through a reading ability test. Results showed there was a significant experimental effect (p<.05) in receptive and expressive vocabulary test scores. After the experiment, children showed higher scores in the receptive and expressive vocabulary test than before. Results of the program evaluation revealed this program was helpful for promoting Korean language ability in children and assisted their adjustment to school for children from multi-cultural backgrounds.
