패밀리레스토랑의 서비스 접점 요소가 고객의 감정적 반응 및 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Study on the Effects of Service Encounter Elements in a Family Restaurant Based on Customers' Emotional Response and Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the interrelationships between customers' perception of service encounter elements, customers' emotional response and customer satisfaction in a family restaurant. Based on a total of 408 samples, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 4 hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships of the model were tested simultaneously using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, ${\chi}^2$=821.151 (df=333), CMIN/df 2.466, GFI .878, NFI .927, IFI .955, TLI .949, CFI .955, RMSEA .060. The results showed that human factor ($\beta$=.426) and physical factor ($\beta$=.266) as service encounter elements in family restaurants were indicated to have a positive (+) influence on customers' positive emotion. For influence of customers' negative emotion, human factor ($\beta$=-.157) was surveyed to have a negative (-) influence. Also, customers' positive emotion ($\beta$=.716) and negative emotion ($\beta$=-.081) had significant effects on customer satisfaction. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

  • 로봇은 조립, 도장, 용접 등 단순 반복 작업이나 위험한 지역의 탐사 및 산업현장에서 벗어나 좀더 다양한 분야로 발전되어지고 있다. 최근 로봇의 형태는 인간의 명령을 이행하고 스스로 학습하며, 감정을 지닐 수 있는 인공지능을 내장한 로봇이다. 활용의 예 중에는 '가족 도우미'의 역할을 수행하는 로봇으로 가사, 방범, 오락, 교육 그리고 인공비서 등의 기능을 담당하는 형태로 향후 가정의 필수품으로 자리 잡을 전망이다. 이러한 가정용 로봇의 구현을 위해서 인공지능의 요소를 활용하는 것은 당연하다. 일차적으로 로봇이 여러 가지의 기능을 수행하기 위해서는 환경 정보를 받아들이는 센서의 역할이 크며 이런 센서를 사용조건에 맞게 활용하는 것도 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 로봇에 부착된 여러 개의 센서를 응합하고 융합된 여러 종류의 센서값을 이용하여 로봇이 주변환경에 맞게 행동을 할 수 있도록 소프트 컴퓨팅 기법을 이용하였다. 또한 로봇의 행동모듈을 구성하여 인간에게 시각$.$청각적인 효과를 줄 수 있도록 인간 친화형 지능 로봇을 구현하고자 한다.

Molecular Identification of Diphyllobothrium latum from a Pediatric Case in Taiwan

  • Human diphyllobothriasis is a parasitic disease caused by ingestion of larvae (plerocercoids) in raw or undercooked fish and commonly found in temperate areas. Rare cases were reported in tropical or subtropical areas especially in children. The first documented case of pediatric diphyllobothriasis in Taiwan had been reported 11 years ago. Here, we report another 8-year-old girl case who presented with a live noodle-like worm hanging down from her anus, with no other detectable symptoms. We pulled the worm out and found the strobila being 260 cm in length. Examination of gravid proglottids showed that they were wider than their lengths, containing an ovoid cirrus sac in the anterior side and the rosette-shaped uterus. Eggs extracted from the uterus were ovoid and operculated. Diphyllobothrium latum was confirmed by molecular analysis of the mitochondrial DNA cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (cox1) gene. The girl was treated with a single oral dose of praziquantel, and no eggs or proglottids were observed from her stool in the subsequent 3 months. The reemergence of human diphyllobothriasis in non-endemic countries is probably due to prevalent habit of eating imported raw fish from endemic areas. This pediatric case raised our concern that human diphyllobothriasis is likely underestimated because of unremarkable symptoms.

학교 아침급식이 남자 중학생의 아침식사 및 아침급식에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of School Breakfast Service on Attitudes Toward Breakfast and School Breakfast of Male Middle School Students)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the effect of male middle school students' eating school breakfast on their attitudes toward breakfast and school breakfast. In addition, the effect of school breakfast on breakfast-related eating behaviors and academic achievement was investigated. The study subjects were selected from a male middle school located in Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. Breakfast was provided at the school for 7 weeks during the 2nd semester of the year 2006. Two sophomore classes were selected for the experimental study. All the students from one class (n = 34; School Breakfast Eaters) have eaten school breakfast while none of the students from the other class (n = 33; School Breakfast Non-eaters) have done so. About two weeks after the school breakfast service was terminated, questionnaires were distributed to the two classes and the responses were analyzed. The results showed that School Breakfast Eaters had more positive attitudes toward breakfast and school breakfast than School Breakfast Non-eaters. In addition, School Breakfast Eaters perceived the positive effect of eating breakfast on their school life more highly than School Breakfast Non-eaters. However there was no significant difference between the two groups in their breakfast eating behaviors in terms of breakfast skipping when the breakfast service was not available. No significant difference was found between the two groups with regards to math score variation before and after school breakfast service. In conclusion, school breakfast for 7 weeks had positive effects on male middle school students' attitudes toward breakfast and school breakfast, although the effect was not confirmed in their breakfast-related eating behaviors after the school breakfast service was terminated

학교급식 영양교사와 영양사의 역할갈등, 자기효능감, 직무만족 및 직무몰입 비교 - 영양교사와 영양사의 상호작용을 중심으로 - (Comparison of Role Conflict, Self-Efficacy, Job Satisfaction, and Job Involvement between Nutrition Teachers and Dietitians at School Food Service in Incheon Metropolitan City - Focusing on the Interactions between Nutrition Teachers and Dietitians -)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare differences in role conflict, self efficacy, job satisfaction, and job involvement perceived by school nutrition teachers and dietitians. A total of 335 female school nutrition teachers and dietitians from Incheon area were surveyed by a self-report questionnaire in November 2010. Collected data were processed using SPSS 15.0. The reliability of the questionnaire was tested and differences between the two groups were analyzed using the Student's t-test, the chi-square test, and a two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The job satisfaction level of nutrition teachers was higher than that of dietitians. The effect of role conflict and job satisfaction for nutrition teachers and dietitians was different according to age. In addition, self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and job involvement of nutrition teachers and dietitians were influenced by their annual salaries. The frequency of meals served also affected role conflict, job satisfaction, and job involvement of the nutrition teachers and dietitians, and the effect of job involvement by the nutrition teachers and dietitians was different according to meal service type. Therefore, it is necessary to establish strategies for resolving role conflicts among school foodservice specialists and improve their self-efficacy for enhancing consumer's satisfaction with the general quality of school food service. These efforts may contribute to job satisfaction and job involvement of food service specialists and ultimately to the productivity of food service and the establishment of food service specialist roles.

  • In this paper, an effective intention reading scheme is proposed for human-friendly interface. Soft computing techniques such as fuzzy logic and artificial neural networks are used for this. And Gabor filter based feature(GG feature) is also proposed to deal with local activity in the human face. It is based on human visual system and Gabor filter based approach is very popular in these days. The proposed scheme is adopted for human-friendly interface for rehabilitation service robotic system KARES II.

Science and Technology Human Resource Capacity for Economic Growth: The Case of Korea

  • This paper presents the policies Korea adopted to educate and train scientists/researchers and technicians/skilled workers. The Korean policies for the increase of human resources in science and technology that stimulated an upgrading of skills in industry and adapted to technical advancements are identified. An important factor is that the supply and demand mechanism created a virtuous circle so that the science and technology education and training policies were responsive to economic demands. In addition, policies to foster a human resource capacity have enhanced the contribution of human resources in science and technology for innovation and economic growth.

  • This study is to identify the present condition and level of human resource administration in domestic profit and non-profit organizations, and to investigate on the relation between human resource management and management performance in enterprise. This study is to make items related to the human resource management of American Malcolm Baldrige Award's level and management performance researching questions, investigates seven patterns of organs surveyed positively. The results are as follows: Firstly, the profit organs like manufacturing companies shows more positive than non-profit in comparison with human resource management of each organs. And a local government and public enterprise which is non-profit show to recognize human resource management is insufficient on th whole. Secondly, perception level of a medical institution, educational institution and service industry about aromaticity of human resource management by global standard shows to be positive, but the local government negative. Thirdly, the profit organ in the recognition of human resource management about details practice too, shows to be positive, while non-profit negative. Fourth, the result which compares and analyzes management performance between the similar industry overall show to recognize positive, but public enterprise negative about product, service performance and human resource management. Fifthly, the details practice of human resource administration shows to influence meaningly to all management performance. Therefore, all organizations will positively confront human resource management, make the circumstance of organization through systematic program, and promote the management performance of the organization.

서비스학 학위과정 프로그램개발 연구 (A Design of Service Science Degree Program)

  • 본 연구는 21세기를 선도할 학문인 서비스학을 학위과정 프로그램으로 설계하기 위한 탐색적 연구를 수행하였다. 새 시대는 산업간 융합이 가속화되고 직업의 이동성이 크게 증가하는 시대이므로, 고등교육에서 양성해야하는 인재상도 크게 달라지게 된다. 역량 개발을 통해 자신의 직업을 창조할 수 있는 인재를 양성해야하며, 산업간 경계가 해체된 생태계에서 창조적 주도성을 발휘할 수 있는 인재를 양성해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 기존의 수직적 전공 학과체제에서 수평적 연계전공 체제로의 전환이 요구되며, 서비스학은 이러한 전환을 위한 핵심 프로그램으로서 역할이 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 신경제사회의 변화를 반영하고 신교육수요를 반영하여 서비스학 학위 프로그램을 설계하였다. 서비스학 프로그램은 독립전공으로서 학위를 수여할 수도 있고, 기존 전공들과의 연계전공으로서 또는 부전공으로서 역할을 수행할 수도 있으므로, 이에 대한 분석을 제시하였다. 서비스학은 세계경제포럼에서 21세기 인재상으로 정의한 역량을 가장 효과적으로 배양하는 학문으로서 역할이 기대되므로, 향후 연구에서 교육 내용과 방법론에 대한 심화 연구가 필요하다.

인적자원의 인적자산화 과정과 자산유형 (Appropriation of Human Resources into Human Assets and Its Typology)

  • 서비스가 과정이라면 지식과 역량 등 인적자본은 그 실체이다. 일반적으로 자원은 공유된다. 이 자원이 시장경제의 원동력이 되는 기업 활동의 토대인 자본(capital)이 되려면 그 이전에 자산화 되어야 한다. 자원이 자산화 되는 과정에서 사유화(appropriation) 현상이 일어난다. 일찍이 존 로크는 바로 이 과정에서 개인의 인격과 자유에 기초한 사유재산권의 법철학적 기초를 찾았다. 인적자원(human resources) 또한 이러한 사유화 과정을 거쳐 인적자산(human assets)으로 전화된다. 오늘날 서비스경제 서비스경영에 대한 논의에서 일종의 블랙박스처럼 남아 있는 부분이 무형의 자원, 자산, 자본의 구별과 그 실체에 관한 탐구이다. 이 논문은 인적자원이 인적자산화 되는 과정을 연구한다. 우선 인적자원이 학습에 의하여 형성됨을 밝히고 이렇게 형성되는 인적자원이 인적자산화 되는 과정이 바로 사유화(appropriation)임을 밝힌다. 특히 서비스경제하에서 지식과 학습의 개념이 확대되면서 전통적인 왜(why)와 어떻게(how)에 관한 지식과 학습 이외에 누가 무엇을 언제 어디서에 관한 학습과 지식이 광범하게 경제적 자원 즉 공유자원으로 남겨지고 있으며 이를 사유화(appropriate)하는 과정이 지식경제 서비스경제에서 광범하게 진전되고 있음을 지적하였다. 이렇게 해서 인적자원이 인적자산화 되는 것이다. 이어 연구자는 학습행위와 사유화 행위의 주체가 일치하는 경우 불일치하는 경우를 나누어 검토하고 그에 따라 인적자산의 형태가 실체적 인적자산과 관계적 인적자산으로 나누어짐을 분석한다. 더 나아가 학력 학위를 포함한 자격법제와 무체재산법제가 실체적 관계적 인적자산을 유형화하고 공시하는 기능을 수행함을 밝힌다. 이러한 작업은 그동안 이론적으로 정립되지 못해온 지식경제 서비스경제의 토대를 이루는 무형자산법제의 실질을 밝히고 더 나아가 교육학습법제와 자격법제 및 무체재산권법제 간의 차이와 상호관계를 체계적으로 이해하고 관련 제도의 발전을 위한 토대가 될 것이다.
