This paper reviews and assesses the analogy between the human immune system and network intrusion detection systems. The promising results from a growing number of proposed computer immune models for intrusion detection motivate this work. The paper begins by briefly introducing existing intrusion detection systems (IDS's). A set of general requirements for network-based IDS's and the design goals to satisfy these requirements are identified by a careful examination of the literature. An overview of the human immune system is presented and its salient features that can contribute to the design of competent network-based IDS's are analysed. The analysis shows that the coordinated actions of several sophisticated mechanisms of the human immune system satisfy all the identified design goals. Consequently, the paper concludes that the design of a novel network-based IDS based on the human immune system is promising for future network-based IDS's

The purpose of this study is to suggest some implications by empirical testing the relationships between children's self-perception and human rights recognition in local children's center. For this study, Total 438 children were sampled and surveyed. The analytical results are the followings. First, personal characteristics was shown to have a significant effect to human right recognition. Second, self-perception was shown to have a significant effect to human right recognition. Third, right guarantee of center was shown to moderate the relationship between self-perception and human right recognition. This study provides some theoretical and polcy implications basing on these analytical results.

This study is a theoretical account of HRs requirements in educational institutions in light of the growing influence of digital technology on human rights. It intends to reveal prominent human and civilizational values encapsulated in modern human rights regulations. It dwells on educational and societal requirements for educational inclusion in the school and university curricula in light of changes that have taken place in HRs in the digital age. Relying on the descriptive documentary research design, the study concluded that HRs are inherently moral duties and fixed values. They include the importance of tolerance, freedom, peace, justice, science, work, and equality. Because education is arguably based on human and civilized values, educational foundations require intake of awareness, systematic integration and responsibility from all academic and community institutions, including family and media institutions. The article closes on a note of how technology has impacted human rights in the digital age. It provides implications and recommendations to pedagogies accordingly.

As systems for real time computer vision are confronted with prodigious amounts of visual information, it has become a priority to locate and analyze just that information essential to the task at hand, while ignoring the vast flow of irrelevant detail. A method of achieving this is to using human visual attention mechanism. In this paper, short review of human visual attention mechanisms and some computation models of visual attention were shown. This paper can be used as the basic data for researches on development of visual attention system that can perform various complex tasks more efficiently.

Volunteer services in communities work to provide human and material resources needed in social welfare centers and help the centers efficiently and effectively respond to diverse needs in society as well as provide quality services to clients. With this in mind, this study presents a few political suggestions on their utilization. First, potential volunteer development should be done in communities. Second, users of diverse volunteering services should be developed. Third, centers should pay attention to promotion of volunteers and the volunteers should be completely educated before services are rendered.

본 논문에서는 머리카락의 모델링 및 애니메이션을 다룬다. 자연스러운 머리모양의 모델링을 위한 방법을 제시하고 디자인된 머리카락의 애니메이션을 구현한다. 빠른 구현을 위하여 역동적인 충돌감지법을 제안하고 머리카락을 군으로 나누어서 다룬다.

It is necessary to measure all the size and contours of the human figures to design all the materials for the human natures. So this study is provided to develop new method on the measurements of human contour (Athromet) using image Process techniques which would be more simple and accurate then the other known methods. T.V. cameras, quantizer, micro computer and printer are utilized to this study. The author had acknowledged that this process provides the accurate and speedy results from the vast majority of data compare to the formerly developed methods.
