The present study examined effects of human rights education activities using bullying fairy tales on young children's human rights attitudes and self-esteem. The subjects of the study were a total of 40 five years old. children. Twenty of children were assigned to an experimental group and the other 20 children were assigned to a control group. The experimental group participated in human rights education activities using bullying fairy tales 21 times, 3 times a week for 7 weeks and the control group participated in Nurui curriculum activities during the same periods.. The study results indicated that the experimental group showed more improvement in their human rights attitudes and self-esteem than the control group. Therefore human rights education activities using the bullying fairy tales used in this study might be an effective educational mothod to enhence young children's human rights attitudes and self-esteem.

본 연구는 민주시민교육에 대한 시대적 요구와 함께 학교 교육과정에서 인권교육이 나아가야 할 방향성을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2022 개정 교육과정 총론(시안)에 나타난 민주시민교육 내용과 OECD Education 2030 프로젝트에 제시된 역량교육을 토대로 분석 및 제시하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 2022 개정 교육과정 내용 중 범교과 학습을 통한 인권교육 강조 및 인권 교과 교육과정을 보다 상세화, 체계화할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 학생의 인권 의식 함양과 인권보장을 위한 다양한 범교과 학습, 창의적 체험활동의 지속적인 인권교육의 실시과정이 제공되어야 한다. 셋째, 교사의 인권 기반 관점과 역량 함양을 위한 지속적인 노력과 함께 인권 친화적 학교 문화를 조성할 필요가 있다. 끝으로 2022 개정 교육과정 개정을 앞둔 시점에서 학교 인권교육을 선도할 수 있는 토대의 마련과 가능성을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 만 5세 누리과정 교사용 지도서에 수록된 유아인권 관련 교육내용을 활동 유형 및 흥미영역, 5개영역, 생활주제별로 분석준거에 의해 분석되었다. 연구결과 첫째, 활동 유형 및 흥미영역에 나타난 유아인권 관련 교육내용은 대 소집단 활동, 자유선택활동, 바깥놀이 활동순의 빈도로 높게 나타났으며 그 가운데 교육과 휴식이 가장 높은 빈도를 보였다. 둘째, 5개 영역 가운데 유아인권 관련 교육내용을 가장 많이 다루고 있는 영역은 사회관계 영역으로 나타났으며, 그 중 참여가 가장 많이 다루어지고 있는 인권관련 교육내용으로 파악되었다. 반면 가장 적게 다루어지고 있는 영역은 신체운동 건강영역으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아인권 관련 교육내용을 가장 많이 다루고 있는 주제는 '봄, 여름, 가을, 겨울'이었으며, '나와 가족'의 주제에서는 가장 낮은 빈도의 유아인권 관련 교육내용을 다루고 있었다. 또한 전체 생활주제 가운데 교육과 휴식이 가장 높은 빈도의 유아인권 관련 교육내용으로 다루어지고 있는 반면, 학대와 방임(폭력)의 유아인권 관련 교육내용은 전체 생활주제에서 전혀 다루어지고 있지 않았다. 본 연구결과를 통해 유아인권 관련활동을 균형 있게 계획하고 전개하는데 도움을 주며, 초등학교와 연계된 인권교육 프로그램의 활동을 구성하는 데에도 중요한 기초자료를 제공하고자한다. 더 나아가 유아를 위한 체계적인 유아인권교육에 관한 프로그램을 개발하는데 있어서도 기초적인 정보를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

인간이라면 누구나 보호받아야 할 인권을 가지며, 오늘날 인권 보호에 관한 중요성은 사회 모든 분야에서 강조되고 있다. 산업계에서도 인권 경영을 위하여 인권교육을 시행하고, 인권침해 대응 체계를 마련하는 등 근로자의 인권을 보호하기 위한 활동을 수행하고 있다. 그러나 선박에 승선하고 있는 선원은 그 폐쇄적인 환경과 특수한 근로조건으로 인하여 인권 보호에 사각지대에 놓여 있는 경우가 많다. 특히, 실습선원을 비롯한 초급 선원을 중심으로 다수의 인권침해 사례가 발견되고 있으며, 관련 실태조사나 연구가 타 직군에 비하여 미흡한 현실이다. 인간의 기본권을 제한받는 직업은 누구에게도 선망의 대상이 될 수 없으며, 해기사를 꿈꾸는 실습선원의 인권 보호와 권익 신장은 해기인력 확보와 선원직 매력화를 위하여 선행되어야 할 과제이다. 이 연구에서는 실습선원을 대상으로 한 인권 실태조사 결과와 인권침해 사례를 바탕으로 시사점과 문제점을 도출하였고, 그에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 실습선원은 승선 전 선상에서의 인권침해에 대하여 매우 부정적 인식을 가지고 있었으나, 실제로 승선 후 선내 인권침해에 대한 부정적 인식은 완화된 것으로 나타났다. 실습선원이 승선 전 불필요한 두려움과 공포를 가지는 것으로 확인되었으며, 이에 대한 개선방안으로 실습선원의 지위에 관한 법제도 마련, 비물리적 인권침해 완화를 위한 조치, 인권침해 처리 절차와 대응 체계 개선, 인권교육의 실효성 확보 등을 제시하였다.

Purpose: A new form of sports human rights platform is needed for policy-related officials, athletes, leaders, and parents to easily share information on sports human rights and to promote communication between the sports community and the outside. Research design, data, and methodology: Participants were collected from athletes (n=3,007) who were registered in Korean Sport & Olympic Committee. Participants were asked to respond the survey items measuring their experiences of human right violations in sport. Descriptive analysis, t-test, and ANOVA were used to analyze data. Results: The platform should include information on prevention and safety of human rights violations during sports activities, procedures and methods for reporting damage, countermeasures, leader education programs, human rights protection guidelines, roles and supervision of sports organizations and institutions, and related statues. It can form a community as well as exchange information in the Internet space through the operation of bulletin boards by professional athletes, student athletes, parents, and leaders, and plays a role in crisis counseling or information provision. Given the reality that players can be blocked from the outside world, information communication channels on SNS can be a useful means of protecting and improving players' human rights. Conclusions: Therefore, it is necessary to provide a foundation for creating related platforms so that sports human rights sites or SNS can be operated voluntarily. Implications and future directions were discussed.

목적 : 국내 작업치료사의 인권감수성 및 옹호활동을 조사하고 상관관계 및 인권감수성이 옹호활동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 연구방법 : 본 연구의 조사대상자는 국내 작업치료사 면허를 소지한 자를 대상으로 하였고, 조사기간은 2019년 5월 1일부터 6월 1일까지였다. 연구도구는 온라인 설문조사 방식으로 연구대상자의 일반적 특성을 알아 볼 수 있는 7가지 문항과 인권감수성을 측정할 수 있는 6가지 에피소드로 이루어진 36가지 문항 그리고 옹호활동을 측정할 수 있는 7가지 문항을 포함하여 총 50문항의 문항의 설문을 배포, 수집하여 총 116부를 분석하였다. 결과 : 작업치료사의 인권감수성 평균은 69.00 ± 17.67점이었고, 인권감수성 3가지 하위영역별 평균은 상황지각(23.25 ± 5.62), 책임지각(23.00 ± 6.54), 결과지각(22.75 ± 6.54) 순으로 높게 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 작업치료사의 인권감수성은 여성이 남성보다, 미혼이 기혼보다 높았고 근무지역에 따라 서울이 경상도보다 높게 나타났다. 근무기관에 따라서는 대학/종합병원, 재활/요양병원이 기타 기관보다 높은 인권감수성을 보였으며, 근무분야에서는 노인을 대상으로 하는 집단이 기타 대상에 작업치료 서비스를 제공하는 집단보다 더 높은 인권감수성을 보였다. 작업치료사의 일반적 특성에 따른 옹호활동의 차이는 근무지역, 근무기관, 임상경력에서 차이가 있었다. 근무지역에 따라 옹호활동은 서울, 경기도가 경상도보다 더 높게 나타났고, 근무기관에 따라서는 재활/요양병원이 기타 기관과, 대학/종합병원보다 더 높았다. 임상경력에 따른 차이는 3~5년차와 6~10년차가 11년차 이상보다 옹호활동이 더 높게 나타났다. 인권감수성의 3가지 하위영역과 옹호활동의 상관관계는 모두 통계적으로 모두 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 인권감수성이 옹호활동에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 양(+)의 방향으로 유의한 영향을 보였고, 이때 옹호활동 변수의 40.5%를 설명하였다(F=79.288). 인권감수성의 3가지 하위영역을 독립변인으로 동시에 투입하여 옹호활동과의 관계를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 옹호활동에 대하여 상황지각과 결과지각은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 책임지각은 양(+)의 방향으로(p<.001) 유의한 영향을 보였다. 구체적으로 책임지각이 1점 증가할 때마다 옹호활동은 .076점만큼 증가하였고, 이때 옹호활동 변수의 43.4%를 설명하였다(F=79.288). 결론 : 인권감수성과 옹호활동은 상관관계를 보였으며, 인권감수성 3가지 하위영역 중 책임지각 변수가 옹호활동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 작업치료사의 옹호활동을 증진시킬 수 있는 인권감수성의 개념이 포함된 인권 프로그램 개발과 적용이 필요하다.

This study investigates the effect of environmental club activities of the creative experiential learning activities on the improvement of students' Environmental Literacy and Pro-environmental Behavior. For that purpose, This study divided 24 students at Jinhae U Elementary School into test groups of 12 students and Control groups of 12 students. Test groups participated in the 'GomGomi' environmental Club for sixteen times from March 2011 to December 2011. Conclusions of this study include; First, we found that the environmental club activities is effective to improve the students' environmental Literacy overall. Specifically, the Environmental Club Activities was effective in the sub-catagories of environmental Literacy such as 'rights of nature' and 'eco-crisis'. However, there was no significant change in the sub-category of 'human exemptionalism' Second, we found that the environmental club activities is effective to improve students' pro-environmental behavior overall. Specifically, the environmental club activities was effective in the sub-domains of Pro-environmental Behavior such as 'cognitive domain' and 'affective domain'. However, there was no significant change in the sub-domains of 'behavioral domain'. Summary, the environmental club activities was shown to be effective for improving their environmental literacy and pro-environmental behavior; This study implies that the environmental club activities of the creative experiential learning activities would be a effective tool to help students to improve their environmental literacy and pro-environmental behavior.

Among human intellectual creations, the right granted by law to what is worth protecting is defined as intellectual property rights. Copyright is a legal right to creative finished products made by individuals, and in recent years, this legal right has been recognized as very important. In other words, copyright is a system created to protect the rights of individuals who created creations and to recognize their efforts. Works subject to copyright vary from poetry, thesis, novels to designs, paintings, music, and architecture, and the scope of the subject is gradually expanding. Recently, research has begun on how far the Metaverse design area absorbed into the real world among works. Computer-generated video productions and software program works are also subject to digital copyright protection, but it is also true that the interpretation of the author protection law for works, designs, and trademarks in the virtual world is unclear. This study aims to analyze copyrights based on case studies and theoretical backgrounds on copyright protection and to discuss the protection limitations of Metaverse design in the virtual world. In other words, the direction for the protection of Metaverse design is presented through clear distinction and definition of copyright protection in the tertiary virtual world. This study aims to present methods for design copyright protection in the era of Metaverse, respect copyright holders' creative activities, and develop our culture through protection of creations.

인간 활동의 대부분이 플랫폼 안으로 빠르게 좁혀지는 비대면 사회를 지난 몇년간을 지나오면서 외부 활동에 대한 제약이 결국은 디지털 기술의 내부 확장성을 가져왔다. 그 중 메타버스는 사실상 현실을 대체하며 다양한 분야에서 활용 가능성을 높이고 있다. 그러나 메타버스, 특히 장애학생의 교육적 효과와 관련된 연구는 여전히 부족한 미지의 영역이다. 본 논문은 메타버스 교육이 사회선과 포용적 교육을 실현하기 위해 장애학생들의 다양한 요구에 부응하는 교육분야를 확대하고 있으며, 상호작용의 장벽 해소 등 소통효과가 두드러진다는 점에 주목한다. 연구방법으로는 의사소통적 기능에 중점을 준 장애학생 교육방법과 AR/VR, 메타버스를 연계한 논문에 대한 문헌연구와 전문가 인터뷰, 기사, 칼럼 등을 살펴보고, 특수장애교육에 대한 정책 제언과 시사점을 살펴본다. 연구의 한계가 확인되고 있지만, 원추이론을 통한 직접적인 몰입형 경험이 교육적 효과의 극대화를 제공하고, 사회적 선의 실천 차원에서 학습의 동기부여, 흥미, 접근성, 학습권확보 등 장애학생들의 인권을 실현하는 포용적 교육에 유의미한 결과가 있음을 발견한다. 향후 장애학생을 위한 메타버스 교육의 발전적 활용에 대한 후속 연구가 진행되길 바라며, ICT 사회에서 사회적 취약계층이 기술에서 소외되지 않도록 포용적 정책과 혜택을 꼼꼼히 관찰하기 위한 다양한 학제간 논의가 이루어지길 바란다.

In order to adapt to the economic change with the rapid world change, the wise consumers should have positive cognizance of their roles and are requested to fulfil their duties as a consummer. Such capability of the consumer could be acquired from home, mass media and school, and specially the role of mother at home would have a great influence on their early children's consummer activities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the interrelationship of the consumer behavior between mother and their children. As a result of this study, the mother with higher educational background could manage effectively the allowance of the children. The mother with older age had a great influence on the consumer's role of the children and high record of the execution. Employed mother had higher level of execution for the consumer's rights than their count part. Accordingly, the consumer behavior of the mother will have an influence on the children's consumer behavior. Such a result showed the meaningful statistic relations(r=3.6, p<.001) for the economy activity of the children the home management and economy life of the mother, and the purchasing activity of the children including the execution of the consumer's right. In their regard, there was the significant statistic relations(r=19, p<.05) between the children's pocket money and the housekeeping management of the mother. In the meantime, it showed that another changing factor concerned with the consumer behavior of the mother have little influence the children's allowance.
