학령기 자녀를 둔 빈곤가족의 스트레스 -일 지역 빈곤가족의 실태와 경험을 중심으로- (A Study on Stress in Poor Families with School Children)

  • In the family life cycle, the most important task the families with school children should perform is ‘child education’ and ‘socialization’ However, economic stress on poor families with school children presents multiple problems through the shortage of resources necessary for child education and socialization, inappropriateness of family appraisal, and the insufficiency of the control channels for the efficient management of these confined resources and appropriate appraisal. The objectives of this article are : First, to report research on the actual conditions of the poor families in one area of Cheju and on the relevant health welfare policy, and to examine the appropriateness of the direction and the substance of this policy in terms of the intervention in economic stress on the poor families under the categories of resource management and control of appraisal. Second, to analyze qualitative data extracted from the memoirs of single-parent families living in several areas of Korea under the conceptual framework constructed by literature review in order to get a better understanding of the stress which poor families with school children have experienced. And third, to confirm the factors that can be risk factor but, at the same time, strength to these poor families from presented data and to use them as the basic data from which an intervention model can be developed, based on resource management and control of appraisal. The findings of this article are : First, while the number of absolute poor families in one area of Cheju is increasing and, as a result, the danger of the possibility that multiple problems will occur is also growing, the supporting level of the current policy is no more than a direct resource offer and there is no evidence that resource management is being professionally carried out. When it comes to control of appraisal, due to absence of the professional human resources in this matter, policy performances such as technical education training can have a negative impact. Second, a conceptual framework introduced in this article, ; Economic Pressure → Helplessness → Poor self-esteem → Marital Conflict → Parent-Child financial conflict → Inappropriate socialization → Poor child social competence : is partly verified. And third, judging from the results of the qualitative data, it is confirmed that the healing families, having overcome poverty, show several positive characteristics including : hope, strength, and social support. These findings are identified with the factors of resiliency considered above. According to these results, this article suggests the following. The anti -poverty policy in the future should focus not only on a direct resource offer but also on resource management and the control of appraisal that can magnify its effects. In particular, close attention should be paid to school children since they are in the most crucial period for socialization. Moreover, an emotional labor is such an essential resource for intervention that skilled nurses should play pivotal roles.

  • 국내 개인정보 보호를 위한 법률은 공공 기관의 개인정보 보호에 관한 법률을 바탕으로 개인정보 보호에 대한 전문 법안으로 제정 및 개정되어 왔다. 그러함에도 불구하고 법률에서 안전성 확보 제한 사항이 명확하지 않고 일부는 폭넓게 제시되어 있어 위협이 지속적으로 발생해 왔다. 이처럼 국제 제조 기업들이 보유한 다양한 내부 및 외부 고객의 개인정보에 대한 기업마다의 고유 식별 Key 값을 연계하는 방식으로 보호 접근 방식을 제안하고 정책적인 측면과 관리적 접근을 동시에 시도함으로써 개인정보 보호를 위한 인력과 비용에 대한 부담을 줄이고자 활용 했던 적용 기술인 인사 관리 국내 ISP 서비스인 클라우드 인사 정보 관리 서비스가 점차 축소되고 시장이 점차 직접 기업이 운영하는 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 따라서 완벽한 안전성 확보를 보장을 위한 연계 관리의 편리성은 보장하되 연계함으로써 발생하는 해외의 국제 제조 기업 인력에 대한 관리 운영 포인트 융통성과 안전성에 대한 괴리를 본 논문을 통해 확인하고 연구를 하고자 한다.

자원 순환형 학교 폐기물 관리 방안 연구 (A Study of the Resource-Recycling Waste Management at Schools)

  • A 'Resource recycling society' is the common goal to reduce environmental impact from human activities and to conserve natural resources. The Resource-Recycling Waste Management is necessary to explicitly show objectives, and to evaluate the achievement level gained by school administration. In this paper, focusing on resource-recycling school waste management, three indicators are designed to evaluate the present conditions of school waste management, which include evaluation of school policy, waste management and education for waste management by school administration. Each indicator is made up of three or four questions that are supposed to be answered by school managers, teachers and students. Questionnaire surveys, which is based on the resource-recycling school waste management indicators, were carried out in elementary school, middle school and high school in the National Capital region. The resulting of indicators well describe the situation of school waste management among these schools. Influential strategies towards resource-recycling school waste management have been found in analysis.

  • 의료기관에서의 인적자원관리의 중요성은 많은 관심이 제기되고 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서, 효과적인 인적자원관리 전략들은 의료기관을 포함한 조직성과에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 임상간호사를 중심으로 그들이 지각하고 있는 감정노동, 직무소진, 그리고 이직의도의 영향관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 분석하기 위하여 최소자승법에 의한 회귀분석을 실시하여, 병원경영전략을 제시하면서 의료기관 종사자들의 인적자원관리 분야의 전략을 개발하고자 하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 임상간호사들이 느끼는 사회적 지지는 감정노동과 직무소진의 영향관계에 매개효과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 임상간호사들이 느끼는 사회적 지지는 감정노동과 이직의도의 영향관계에서도 또한 매개효과를 보이고 있었다. 본 연구결과는 간호조직의 인사관리를 발전시키기 위하여 그들이 지각하고 있는 직무소진과 이직의도를 감소시키는 등의 심리적 요인의 중요성을 제시하고 있다. 또한 본 연구는 병원조직 운영에 경영학과 심리학의 융복학적 인사관리를 통해 효율적인 병원조직 관리방안을 모색하였다.

리더십 유형에 따른 미용종사자 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Leadership Styles and Job Satisfaction of the Beauty Salon Workers)

  • It is apparent that managing a beauty salon lays weight on human resource due to its strudtural nature. Among others a beauty salon has, human resource nay be the most important which affects success of its business because most business of a beauty salon is fulfilled between man of 'customer' and man of 'employee'. Thus, this study analyzes on effects of job satisfaction by leadership styles. Besides, this study tries to find out what style of president's leadership is desirable to promote employee's job satisfaction. To sum up, findings are as follows. First, leadership with high consideration and structure shows a higher job satisfaction, an administrative policy, and working condition. Second, while the leadership styles do not influence duty.

New Perspective of Radical Innovation based on Upper Echelon Theory

  • This study examines how experience diversity of chief technology officer (CTO) drives radical innovation of the firm, and the moderation effect of group attributes of top management team. Using data of 148 firms in U.S. manufacturing industries, this study finds that a CTO's diverse functional experience increases a firm radicalness, and diverse industrial experience also increases the radicalness. This study also examined the moderating effect of top management team (TMT) characteristics such as TMT size, TMT tenure, and gender composition in TMT. The positive relationship of CTO knowledge diversity and firm radicalness is weakened as TMT size or TMT tenure increased while the relationship is strengthened as gender diversity in TMT increased. These results of the analysis of firm-level radicalness provide implications for both academics and practitioners.

고용유연성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 컴퓨터 프로그래밍, 시스템 통합 및 관리업을 중심으로 (A study on the effect of employment flexibility on the business performance in the computer programming, system consultancy and related service industry)

  • This study investigates what effects employment flexibility have on the business performance in the computer programming, system consultancy and related services. An analysis of the effects of employment flexibility on outcomes of human resource management revealed that companies which had a higher proportion of temporary agency workers and adjusted employment more frequently had higher turnover rates. The study also showed that the higher the proportion of non-regular workers, outsourcing and the easier it was to adjust working hours, the higher the absence rate. Meanwhile, companies that made employment adjustments more often showed higher defect rates and lower customer satisfaction. It was also found that in companies with a higher proportion of outsourcing and higher possibility of employment adjustments, workers were less interested in new technologies.

직장인의 여가활동 유형 및 여가만족과 직무만족과의 관계 (A Study on the Relationship among Leisure Activity, Leisure Satisfaction, and Job Satisfaction)

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze the types of leisure activities and level of leisure satisfaction with practice of a five-day workweek, and examined the relationship between leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction. The data were based on the questionnaire with 264 working employee residing in Seoul. The results indicated that the most frequently participating activities were sports, use of media, loaming activities in order. And there were no significant differences in types of leisure activities between 5 day working employees and 6 day working employees. Secondly, general level of leisure satisfaction was the highest when participating religious activities. Thirdly, it was found that only social satisfaction was positively related to job satisfaction, and social satisfaction influenced job satisfaction. Further discussions and implications were discussed.

사물인터넷(IoT) 산업 진흥을 위한 정부의 역할에 관한 연구 -AHP를 활용한 정책 중요도 분석을 중심으로- (Searching Role of Government for Promoting IoT Industry -Utilizing Importance of Individual Sub-Policies using AHP-)

  • 본 연구는 IoT 분야의 다양한 정부정책을 파악하고, 이들 간 상대적 중요성을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전문가를 대상으로 Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)분석방법을 활용하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, IoT 관련 정책범위가 광범위함에도 불구하고, 학계, 산업계 등의 정책 전문가가 매우 제한적이었고, 둘째, 만족도관점에서 해외진출정책, R&D지원 정책, 벤처지원정책, 인력양성정책, 규제정책의 순이었으나 전반적인 만족도 수준은 낮았으며, 셋째, 중요성 관점에서 벤처지원이 가장 높았으며, 그 다음으로 R&D지원, 인력양성, 규제정립, 해외진출의 순으로 높았다. 종합하면 연구활동 지원, 해외시장 개척지원, 벤처제품우선구매, 산학협동 대학교육 강화 등의 선도자적 정부역할에 높은 중요성을 부여하고 있었던 반면에 조정자적 역할에 대한 중요도 인식은 상대적으로 낮았다. 그러나 전문가집단도 정부가 중요한 프로젝트에서는 기본적으로 시범사업이나 실태조사 등을 수행해 와서, 이의 중요성에도 불구하고 제대로 인식하지 못하였을 수 있다.

맞춤형 인력양성을 위한 지역 산업인력 수급분석: 충남지역 제조업을 중심으로 (An Analysis on the Forecasting Demand and Supply of Regional Industrial Labor for Customized Nurturing Human Resource: Focused on Manufacturing Industry in Chung-Nam Province)

  • In this paper the demand and supply of labor are forecasted over the next 10 years for customized nurturing human resource focused on Manufacturing Industry in Chung-Nam Province. Despite that the industrial structure is rapidly changing, industrial labors are nurturing on the basis of past industrial structure. This research is conducted for reducing mismatched labors throughout forecasting human resources until 2020. As a practical approach, the BLS Methodology is partially utilized. And the previous researches and official statistics data are reviewed. In conclusion, this study presents that more human resources on Manufacturing Industry than other Industries will be needed in Chung-Nam province. In details, it shows that there will be required more Industrial labors for strategic industries for examples, Audio and Video related industry, and Car related industry which is propelling by overall local government. In additions, policy implications are developed by analyzing current status and forecasting the labor demand and supply in the Chung-Nam Manufacturing sector.
