일-가정 균형을 위한 보육 및 학교 영역에서의 요구도와 정책: 맞벌이 가정을 중심으로 (The Study on the Need and Related Policy for Work-Family Balance in the Area of Educare and School: Focused on the Dual Worker Families)

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze the needs for the balance of work-family and to provide the related policies for dual worker family. We focused on the life area of educare and school. Data were collected from 197 working mothers who have 1 or more children under age 10. The findings were: 1) after-school programs, holidays on every alternate Saturday, arbitrary no school days were not appropriate to the working parents' everyday life patterns, so the paradigm and practical conditions should be adapted to the needs of working parents. 2) the most working parents depended on the kindergarden, but the parents' satisfaction with the quality of service, time duration, the human resource of educare teacher was not sufficient, so these issues should be discussed more profoundly.

고용유연성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 컴퓨터 프로그래밍, 시스템 통합 및 관리업을 중심으로 (A study on the effect of employment flexibility on the business performance in the computer programming, system consultancy and related service industry)

  • This study investigates what effects employment flexibility have on the business performance in the computer programming, system consultancy and related services. An analysis of the effects of employment flexibility on outcomes of human resource management revealed that companies which had a higher proportion of temporary agency workers and adjusted employment more frequently had higher turnover rates. The study also showed that the higher the proportion of non-regular workers, outsourcing and the easier it was to adjust working hours, the higher the absence rate. Meanwhile, companies that made employment adjustments more often showed higher defect rates and lower customer satisfaction. It was also found that in companies with a higher proportion of outsourcing and higher possibility of employment adjustments, workers were less interested in new technologies.

스마트공장 고도화 수준의 조직수준 결정요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Determinants of Organizational Level for the Advancement of Smart Factory)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to explore the determinants of the organizational level for the advancement of smart factory. We suggested three determinants of the organizational level such as CEO's entrepreneurship, high-involvement human resource management, and cooperative industrial relations. Design/methodology/approach - The population of our survey was manufacturing SMEs, and we took a sample and conducted a survey of 232 companies. Since the level of smart factory advancement, which is a dependent variable, was measured on an ordinal scale, ordinal logistic regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. Findings - The higher the level of high-involvement human resource management, the higher the level of smart factory advancement. As the level of high-involvement human resource management increases by one unit, the probability of smart factory advancement increases by 22.8%. On the other hand, the CEO's entrepreneurship did not significantly affect the level of smart factory advancement. Interestingly, the cooperative industrial relations negatively affected to the level of smart factory advancement, contrary to the hypothesis prediction. Research implications or Originality - This study explored determinants at the organizational level that affect the advancement of smart factories. Through this, various implications are presented for related research and policy fields.

시스템 사고에 의한 학교 자율화 정책 분석 (Analysis of School Autonomy Policy based on the System Thinking)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the school autonomy policy based on the system thinking perspective using causal loop diagrams. School autonomy was the main educational policy concerning school domain during the last government and was the instrument for school-based management, but it was not implemented effectively in site. The school autonomy policy practically disappeared as an explicit policy agenda in the current government. This study displays causal loop diagrams about the policy's logic and contents of school autonomy, in terms of curriculum, human resource management, and a supportive system. The causal loop diagrams depicting the implementation of the school autonomy policy are suggested concerning excessive enforcement and the confirmative mechanism for policy implementation. The conclusion provides some research implications and future directions.

New Perspective of Radical Innovation based on Upper Echelon Theory

  • This study examines how experience diversity of chief technology officer (CTO) drives radical innovation of the firm, and the moderation effect of group attributes of top management team. Using data of 148 firms in U.S. manufacturing industries, this study finds that a CTO's diverse functional experience increases a firm radicalness, and diverse industrial experience also increases the radicalness. This study also examined the moderating effect of top management team (TMT) characteristics such as TMT size, TMT tenure, and gender composition in TMT. The positive relationship of CTO knowledge diversity and firm radicalness is weakened as TMT size or TMT tenure increased while the relationship is strengthened as gender diversity in TMT increased. These results of the analysis of firm-level radicalness provide implications for both academics and practitioners.

  • 의료기관에서의 인적자원관리의 중요성은 많은 관심이 제기되고 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서, 효과적인 인적자원관리 전략들은 의료기관을 포함한 조직성과에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 임상간호사를 중심으로 그들이 지각하고 있는 감정노동, 직무소진, 그리고 이직의도의 영향관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 분석하기 위하여 최소자승법에 의한 회귀분석을 실시하여, 병원경영전략을 제시하면서 의료기관 종사자들의 인적자원관리 분야의 전략을 개발하고자 하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 임상간호사들이 느끼는 사회적 지지는 감정노동과 직무소진의 영향관계에 매개효과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 임상간호사들이 느끼는 사회적 지지는 감정노동과 이직의도의 영향관계에서도 또한 매개효과를 보이고 있었다. 본 연구결과는 간호조직의 인사관리를 발전시키기 위하여 그들이 지각하고 있는 직무소진과 이직의도를 감소시키는 등의 심리적 요인의 중요성을 제시하고 있다. 또한 본 연구는 병원조직 운영에 경영학과 심리학의 융복학적 인사관리를 통해 효율적인 병원조직 관리방안을 모색하였다.

국가에 의한 노후보장 기대수준 결정요인 (The Determinants of the Expected Demand for Elderly Care by Government in Aged Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of policy demand for elderly care in aged Korea. The data from the first wave of KLoSA (Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing) aged over 45 were used (n=10,165). The major findings were as follows: First, human capital, social capital, and socioeconomic variables influenced on the expected demand for elderly care by government, controlling the expectations of future life and society. Second, the effects of determninants on the expected demand for elderly care by government varied by the level of human capital, social capital, and socioeconomic variables, including ADL and IADL, familial support by children, public transfers, and age. Based on the empirical results, the implications for welfare mix of elderly care were provided.

여성의 인적자원 관리행동: 컨택센터 여성상담사의 직무성과와 이직의도 - 대구지역 이동통신 고객센터 여성상담사를 중심으로 - (Human Resource Management Behavior of Women: The Determinants of Job Performance and Turnover Intention of Female Advisors in Contact Center - Focused on Mobile Communication Contact Center in DaeGu -)

  • This research was carried out to investigate the determinants of job performance and turnover intention of female advisors in mobile communication contact centers located in Daegu. The independent variables are individual characteristics, work duty related variables, working environments and the leadership of the middle managers. The factor analysis and the hierarchical regression analysis were implemented to the subjects of 282 advisors which gathered from 7/14/2008 to 7/23/2008. The results are as follow. First, the older advisors were, the higher job performance was. The higher educational background presented more turnover intention, and married advisors had higher job performance than unmarried ones. Second, the longer employment period showed higher job performance. Third, As advisors were more satisfied with promotion and welfare policy, and with coworkers, higher job performance was presented. As advisors had lower satisfaction with policy and authority, they showed higher turnover intention. Fourth, the leadership of middle managers positively had a influence on job performance and turnover intention. As the middle managers motivated and encouraged advisors well, the advisors showed higher job performance. If the middle managers showed lower charisma leadership, the advisors was intended to turnover more. Fifth, the most influential factor of advisors' job performance and turnover intention was working environments.

하이브리드 인식 기술을 이용한 전사적 인적자원관리 (Enterprise Human Resource Management using Hybrid Recognition Technique)

  • 인적자원관리는 IT기술을 접목하여 다양한 변화를 가져오고 있다. 특히 HRM이 집단차원의 관리, 물리적 사업장, 근무시간의 제약, 개인적 접촉 등 비과학적 방법으로 이루어졌다면, 현재의 전자적 인적자원관리(e-HRM)는 개별 차원의 관리, 가상 작업 공간의 등장(예. 스마트워크센터, 홈워크 등), 근무시간의 유연화 및 탄력화, 컴퓨터 기반의 통계자료 및 과학적 방법에 의한 분석 및 관리를 근간으로 이루어지고 있다는 점에서 큰 차이가 있다. 따라서 환경의 변화에 따라 기업들은 보다 효율적이고 전략적인 인적자원 관리 체계를 구축하기 위하여 RFID 카드, 지문인식 근태관리 시스템 등 다양한 기술을 도입하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 전사적 인적자원 관리를 위한 멀티 카메라를 이용하여 2D 및 3D 얼굴인식기술 기반의 근태관리, 출입통제관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 여기서는 기존 2D방식의 얼굴인식기술이 가지고 있는 문제점인 조명 및 자세에 따른 인식률 저하를 극복하여 90% 이상의 인식률을 확보하였다. 또한 3D 얼굴인식방식의 문제점인 많은 계산량을 개선하기 위하여 3D와 2D 인식기술을 병행하여 처리함으로써 하이브리드 영상인식 및 인식속도를 개선할 수 있었다.

학령기 자녀를 둔 빈곤가족의 스트레스 -일 지역 빈곤가족의 실태와 경험을 중심으로- (A Study on Stress in Poor Families with School Children)

  • In the family life cycle, the most important task the families with school children should perform is ‘child education’ and ‘socialization’ However, economic stress on poor families with school children presents multiple problems through the shortage of resources necessary for child education and socialization, inappropriateness of family appraisal, and the insufficiency of the control channels for the efficient management of these confined resources and appropriate appraisal. The objectives of this article are : First, to report research on the actual conditions of the poor families in one area of Cheju and on the relevant health welfare policy, and to examine the appropriateness of the direction and the substance of this policy in terms of the intervention in economic stress on the poor families under the categories of resource management and control of appraisal. Second, to analyze qualitative data extracted from the memoirs of single-parent families living in several areas of Korea under the conceptual framework constructed by literature review in order to get a better understanding of the stress which poor families with school children have experienced. And third, to confirm the factors that can be risk factor but, at the same time, strength to these poor families from presented data and to use them as the basic data from which an intervention model can be developed, based on resource management and control of appraisal. The findings of this article are : First, while the number of absolute poor families in one area of Cheju is increasing and, as a result, the danger of the possibility that multiple problems will occur is also growing, the supporting level of the current policy is no more than a direct resource offer and there is no evidence that resource management is being professionally carried out. When it comes to control of appraisal, due to absence of the professional human resources in this matter, policy performances such as technical education training can have a negative impact. Second, a conceptual framework introduced in this article, ; Economic Pressure → Helplessness → Poor self-esteem → Marital Conflict → Parent-Child financial conflict → Inappropriate socialization → Poor child social competence : is partly verified. And third, judging from the results of the qualitative data, it is confirmed that the healing families, having overcome poverty, show several positive characteristics including : hope, strength, and social support. These findings are identified with the factors of resiliency considered above. According to these results, this article suggests the following. The anti -poverty policy in the future should focus not only on a direct resource offer but also on resource management and the control of appraisal that can magnify its effects. In particular, close attention should be paid to school children since they are in the most crucial period for socialization. Moreover, an emotional labor is such an essential resource for intervention that skilled nurses should play pivotal roles.
