Recently, as the number of patients with dementia using nursing homes increases, the interest about the quality of care services is increasing. Job satisfaction of caregivers is very important factor in the quality of care service. In addition, as perception of human rights is heightened, human rights behavior in nursing homes is also recognized as an important factor. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between job satisfaction and human rights behavior, job stress, and social support of dementia workers who have significant influence on quality of care service. For this purpose, 210 questionnaires were collected from 300 dementia workers working in the elderly nursing home, day night care center, and domiciliary visit care center in Gyeonggi province. After excluding 13 questionnaires, the questionnaires were analysed by AMOS and SPSS 21.0. The results of the analysis are following. It was found that job stress significantly affects the social support directly (-.276). Also, social support significantly affects job satisfaction (.315). On the other hand, human rights advocacy has a direct effect on job satisfaction (.175) and an indirect effect (.102), showed a total effect of (.277). This shows that social support partially mediates human rights advocacy and job satisfaction. Job stress had a direct effect on job satisfaction(-.217) and an indirect effect(-.095), indicating a total effect of (-.312), and social support partially mediated job stress and job satisfaction Could know. The results of this study suggest that in order to improve the job satisfaction of the dementia workers, it is necessary to increase the human rights advocacy behavior and reduce the job stress in an environment that recognizes the social support.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of personnel selection process according to type of personnel manager and to examine whether the relationship between the type of personnel manager and the satisfaction with the personnel selection process was moderated by the applicant's perception of procedural justice. This study was conducted using a between-group design with 208 students from a four-year university in Korea. One group watched a video in which a human personnel manager selected employees and the other group watched a video in which an AI personnel manager selected employees. Participants were randomly assigned to a condition, responded to a demographic questionnaire, and answered measures of procedural justice and satisfaction with personnel selection after watching the video. As a result, the selection process satisfaction was significantly higher when the human personnel manager conducted the selection process than when the AI personnel manager conducted such process. In addition, when procedural justice was perceived as low, there was a significant difference in satisfaction between human and AI groups. However, when procedural justice was perceived as high, there was no significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups. Based on study results, the significance and limitations of this study and suggestions for future studies are discussed.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of job stress on job satisfaction according to interpersonal relationship type among school dieticians and nutrition teachers. The online survey was conducted from Oct. 26th to Nov. 7th, 2017 in 2,000 randomly selected dieticians and nutrition teachers in the capital area. A total of 453 collected questionnaires were used for analysis. SPSS v.21.0 Statistical Package Program was used for the statistical process. For the results regarding interpersonal relationship type of dieticians, open-type (73.3%) was the highest, followed by self-assertive-type (23.0%), isolated-type (2.6%), and careful-type (1.1%). Regarding overall job satisfaction, 'human relation' was the highest, followed by 'job itself', 'working environment', and 'personal rating & welfare system', in that order. According to interpersonal relationship type, in the case of 'open-type' or 'careful-type', job satisfaction was relatively high. Regarding overall job stress, 'job demand' was the highest, followed by 'lack of reward', 'organizational system', 'interpersonal conflict', 'occupational climate', 'job insecurity', and 'insufficient job control', in that order. In accordance with interpersonal relationship type, overall job stress index was high in terms of 'self-assertive-type' or 'careful-type'. For the results of analyzing the correlation between job satisfaction and job stress index, all areas showed statistically significant negative correlations. Multiple regression analysis was performed to study the effects of job stress on job satisfaction mediating interpersonal relationship type. Job stress had different effects on job satisfaction in terms of 'open-type' and 'self-assertive type'. In conclusion, different strategies are needed for dieticians with different interpersonal relationship types to improve job satisfaction and to reduce job stress.
The study was conducted by regression analysis based on a survey with the subjects of 107 daycare teachers working at 120 daycare facilities located in Gyeonggi-do, so as to investigate the influence of daycare teachers' 'job stress' and 'job satisfaction' on their 'psychological happiness'. The results are: first, there was significant difference in job stress(F(3,103)=2.85, p<.05), job satisfaction(F(3,103)=5.88, p<.05) and psychological happiness(F(3,103)=3.52, p<.05) accordant to the kind of work facilities among social demographic variables. In the correlation between 'job stress' and 'job satisfaction', there was negative correlation(r= .-56, p<.(01). Second, in the correlation between 'job stress' and 'psychological happiness', there was negative correlation(r= .-41, p<.001). Third, in the correlation between 'job satisfaction' and 'psychological happiness', there was positive correlation(r= .54, p<.001). In the relationship between 'job satisfaction' and 'job stress', job stress had influence on job satisfaction($R^2$= .43, F=79.42, p<.001). The explanatory power of it was 43%. In the relationship between 'job stress' and 'psychological happiness', 'job stress' had influence on 'psychological happiness'($R^2$= .41, F=21.46, p<.001). The explanatory power of it was 17%. In the relationship between 'job satisfaction' and 'psychological happiness', 'job satisfaction' had influence on 'psychological happiness'($R^2$= 59, F=5457, p<.001). We study empirically analyzed the final 216 copies of the responses from SME organization members in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions using statistical programs of SPSS24.0 and AMOS 24.0. In other words, the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational culture and job environment characteristics perceived by members of the organization, and the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance is shown as follows. First, the organizational culture of consensus, development, hierarchy, and rationality was statistically significant in job satisfaction. Therefore, the hypothetical one-man organizational culture was adopted by showing a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, job environment characteristics such as autonomy in job performance, compensation system, physical environment, and human environment had a positive effect on job satisfaction. That is, the job environment characteristics of hypothesis 2 were adopted as a positive (+) influence relationship on organizational satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction was expressed as a positive (+) influence relationship with job performance, so hypothesis 3 was adopted. As a result of this study, the higher the organizational member's perception of organizational culture and job environment characteristics is, the higher the job satisfaction is, and the improvement in job satisfaction is meaningful in that it provides theoretical and practical implications that indicate job performance.
The purpose of this study was to explore organizational justice (distributive, procedural, and interactional justice) as the antecedent of and career satisfaction by conducting an integrative literature review. In addition, this study aimed to identify organizational support for career development (i.e., organizational sponsorship) as the potential mediating variable between organizational justice and career satisfaction. Based on an integrative literature review of previous research, this study proposed the conceptual model on the relationship between organizational justice and career satisfaction along with organizational support for career development. According to the conceptual model, organizational justice can add to the pool of important antecedents of career satisfaction, and organizational support for career development could mediate the relationship between organizational justice and career satisfaction. This study contributed to the human resource development (HRD) field through investigating the relationship between organizational justice and career satisfaction in a career development context in the workplace. Further, this study provided additional theoretical backgrounds to conduct organizational justice related research on diverse factors, such as potential mediating variables, influencing career satisfaction.

This study aims to investigate the impact of Human Resource Management Practices (HRMP) on improving Employee Performance (EP). The study is accomplished by hypothesizing the impact of HRMP on EP, additionally, this impact is theorized to be mediated through job satisfaction. Employee engagement is also taken into account because of the potential moderating effect it has within the theorized model. Data was collected from 480 questionnaires which were distributed among commercial banks' workers in Jordan and were analyzed using structural equation modeling techniques (SEM), path analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Analysis of a moment structures (AMOS) software version 24 was applied to complete our analysis. The results show that HRMP had a positive impact on EP, as well as job satisfaction and its components (job stability and job enrichment). The mediating role of job satisfaction (enrichment and stability) was discovered. Finally, employee engagement emerged as a moderating variable linking HRMP and EP. The findings of this study show the importance of the role played by job satisfaction and employee engagement in achieving human resources performance goals. Future analysis is recommended to gain deeper insight into the relationship between HRMP, job satisfaction, worker training, and performance appraisal.

Nurses' job satisfaction was influenced by intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. According to motivation theory, job satisfaction is determined by the degree of discrepancy between employees' expectation and rewards to employees that meet their basic needs. Spiritual wellbeing is a combination of religious wellbeing and existential wellbeing. It is not simply religious but one of the essentials among basic human needs. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between spiritual wellbeing and job satisfaction for nurses. The subjects consisted of 306 nurses who were employed in Wonju Christian Hospital. A positive relationship between spiritual wellbeing and job satisfaction was found. (r=.48, p<.001) Both spiritual wellbeing and job satisfaction were affected by the length of experience and by marital status and religion. The degree of satisfaction which was measured by one overall question and spiritual wellbeing were found to explain 35.63% of the total job satisfaction variance in regression analysis. From above the results, spiritual wellbeing can be considered as one of the important factors to improve job satisfaction for nurses. In order to improve job satisfaction, administrators must pay attention to the assessment of spiritual wellbeing for nurses who are employed in the hospital and develope programs to raise the level of spiritual wellness.
