The purpose of this study was to find out which factors can affect customer satisfaction in the life insurance industry. Specifically, it was designed to investigate whether there were significant differences in the perceived service quality according to demographic characteristics to investigate whether there was a significant relationship between each service quality type and consumer satisfaction and to investigate whether the location in demographic characteristics serves to moderate the links between the perceived service quality and customer satisfaction. Data were collected from insurance subscribers living in Seoul and the Gyeonggi-do area and 364 questionnaires were taken into account in the analysis. Major findings of this study were as follows: First, there were significant differences in the perceived service quality according to demographic characteristics. Second, there were significant differences in customer satisfaction according toeach service quality type. Finally, the location in demographic characteristics did serve to moderate the links between the perception of service quality and customer satisfaction.

High water vapour content in air can cause a number of problems as for human or surrounding materials. For human a high water vapour can create physiological stress, discomfort, and also can encourage ill health. While, the cause for the environment is can accelerate the corrosion of metals, accelerate the growth of spores and mould, can reduce the electrical resistance of insulators and etc. Desiccant systems have been proposed as energy saving alternatives to vapor compression air conditioning for handling especially the latent load and also sensible load. Use of liquid desiccants offers several design and performance advantages over solid desiccants, especially when solar energy is used for regeneration. The liquid desiccants contact the gas inside the packed tower of liquid desiccant solar cooling system and the heat transfer and mass transfer will occur. This thesis is trying to study the characteristics inside the packed tower of dehumidifier systems. This characteristics consist of mass transfer rate, heat transfers rate, human comfort and energy that consume by the system. Those characteristics were affected by air flow rates, air temperature and humidity, and desiccant temperature and all that variation will influence the performance of the systems. The results of this thesis later on can be used to determine the best performance of the systems.

The principal objective of this study was to evaluate the quality characteristics of dried noodles when different concentrations of Lotus root powder were added to the wheat flour. The cooking quality, mechanical textural properties, and viscosity were measured, and a sensory evaluation was conducted with the prepared noodles. The gelatinization points of the composite Lotus root powder-wheat flours were shown to have increased and the viscosity at $95^{\circ}C$, viscosity at $95^{\circ}C$ after 15 minutes, and maximum viscosity values of those samples were reduced, as the Lotus root powder content was increased as measured via amylography. As increasing amounts of Lotus root powder were added, the L and b values were reduced, and the color values, weight, and volume of the cooked noodles increased, as did the turbidity of the soup. With regard to the textural characteristics, the Lotus root powder additive increased hardness and reduced adhesiveness, cohesiveness, and springiness. Overall, the noodles prepared with 15% Lotus root powder were preferred more than the other noodles, according to the results of our sensory evaluation.

Background: Long-term care insurance for the elderly has been stably established along with the quantitative expansion of long-term care facilities. Indeed, the need for a paradigm about human rights-based service approach is being raised throughout society from a service perspective. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the association between elderly human rights awareness and quality of service by considering human rights education as a moderate variable. Methods: This study conducted surveys with 138 caregivers working in long-term care facilities located in Seoul and Gangwon. General characteristics, awareness of human rights, and the level of service quality were examined using descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, and correlation analysis. And multi-variable linear regression with a hierarchical framework was employed. These analyses were performed using IBM SPSS ver. 25.0. Results: Of the 138 caregivers, 97.1% were female, 87.7% were more than 50 years old, and most of their education level was high-school graduates. Their length of employment ranged from more than 5 years to less than 10 years. The level of awareness regarding elderly human rights of the elderly was below normal (mean=2.21), but the quality of service was high (mean=4.21), and the need for human rights education was also high (mean=4.28). Among the general characteristics, the length of employment was significantly associated with awareness of elderly human rights. Moreover, political rights awareness, included as sub-domains of human rights, was positively associated with quality of service. However, the moderating variable, human rights education, was not significantly associated with the quality of service. Conclusion: In this study, human rights education, as a moderating variable, did not have a statistically significant effect on caregivers' human rights awareness in relation to service quality. This finding is inconsistent with previous research results. These results can be explained by the fact that the frequency of education in long-term care facilities was a significant factor in the practice of protecting the human rights of the elderly. Therefore ongoing encouragement for the frequency of current human rights education and improvements in the educational approach appear to be necessary. In addition, these findings reveal the need for strength of education policies and effective in-depth research about human rights and quality of service to respect the human rights of the elderly.

이 논문에서는 전신 과 손-팔에 전달된 진동에 대해 사람들의 주관적 진동 응답특성을 연구하였다. 인간의 진동 노출 한계를 정의하기 위하여 ISO Standard 2631 에서 지정한 일련의 진동 한계 실험 측정치를 조사하였다. 이 기준에 따라 진동에 대한 인간의 진동 응답 계산을 위한 방법이 설명되었다.

The effects of replacement of sucrose with isomaltooligosaccharide(IMO) on physical, sensory and textural characteristics of high-ratio cakes were investigated. As IMO level increased, the specific gravity of batter decreased and the moisture content of crumb increased. A higher degree of IMO replacement for sucrose made cakes softer and more moist. The 40% and 60% IMO replcement cakes showed good acceptability. The hardness, chewiness and gumminess measured by texture analyzer were decreased with increasing IMO level.

To understand the dynamics of a drifting object, an analysis based on fluid dynamics theory is presented. A simplified analysis shows a consistency with the linear formula currently used for search and rescue mission. Also an experiment using miniatured human models has been conducted to study the drift characteristics of Person-in-Water. The tests were carried out at the water channel facility and the models were tested in different positions and styles. The measured drag coefficients for human body ranged over 0.4-1.2.

This paper extends and enhances the existing inverse kinematics technique using the concept of motion characteristic capturing. Motion characteristic capturing is not about measuring motion by tracking body points. Instead, it starts from pre-measured motion data, extracts the motion characteristics, and applies them in animating other bodies. The resulting motion resembles the originally measured one in spite of arbitrary dimensional differences between the bodies. Motion characteristics capturing is a new principle in kinematic motion generalization to process measurements and generate realistic animation of human being or other living creatures.
