중소형 공동주택거주자의 주거선호 (Housing preferences for Small/medium size multi-family dwellings of Ulsan Households)

  • The purpose of the study was to supply the demand prediction of housing market with useful information by identifying housing preferences as housing norms of family levels. The survey uses questionnaires which are delivered to the 329 households who live in more $66m^2$-less than $99m^2$(2 0pyoung) or more $99m^2$-less than $132m^2$(30 pyoung) multi-family dwellings in Ulsan. The frequency test, t-test, factor analysis and One-Way analysis were used for the analysis of the results. more than half of households have held house-moving plan within 3 years. most of them have desired to live at the high-rise apartment in Nam-Ku area and have wanted wide size through an average of $3.3m^2$(10 pyoung) than present house size. It was revealed that the characteristics of moving behaviors, residential areas and housing preferences were significant variables which affected to housing satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study is to establish the rainwater Utilization for the housing complex through the using rainwater, infiltration and detention. This study focused on the following items. 1) Legal basic conditions for the rainwater utilization in Germany 2) Case study on the rainwater management with examples. As the results of this study, it is necessary to implement these rainwater management system in laws, legal norms and technical regulation.

개화기 이후 이상주거 담론에 나타난 주의식 (Housing Consciousness Revealed from the Discourse of Ideal Housing since the Enlightement Era)

  • The purpose of the study is to examine how housing consciousness has been changed through various discourse on ideal housing from opening ports to the present. Reviews of literature including newspapers, magazines, novels, advertising materials, research papers, books, and so on are mainly utilized in accomplishing the purpose. This study covers four periods such as the enlightenment era, the Japanese colonial nile, before and after the Korean war, and after the economic development to present. During the enlightenment period in which foreign culture and housing were introduced, with reconsideration on traditional housing basic physiological housing value including health and hygiene was appeared. The desires of Munhwa housing with western styles and housing improvement were emphasized due to the new cultural improvement during the Japanese colonial rule. Before and after the Korean war which was chaotic times with rehabilitation, the provision of a large amount of public housing with minimum conditions for the basic human needs was the most important. After 1960s, due to the housing policy focusing on the mass-provision of apartments and the discourse on apartment as an ideal housing for the ordinary households in Korea, apartment dwellings become structure type norms in Korea.

한국 근대가구의 변용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Change of Modern Furniture in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to arrange the modification and the changes of modern fniture in Korea. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The style of traditional furniture was influenced by changes in class structure and social system, an increase in Honsu norms in terms of both quantity and quality, family, marrige, housing patterns, and behavioral patterns etc. 2) Modern furniture in Korea devided into two groups, one was traditiional group of innovative function and scale, the other was electing group of Japanase or Western style. 3) Due to the Honsu norms, Wedding furniture items became more various in kind. Empirical Study on Factors Affecting Housing Transactions Based on Theory of Reasoned Action

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the rational decision-making process and perception differences of housing transactions in the market environment. It was designed through an analysis of the factors influencing housing sales based on the rational behavior theory model. Objective evidence was provided for the impact factors affecting the attitude towards housing sales, with the spouse and children being identified as significant influencers. Additionally, children and friends were found to have an impact on subjective norms related to housing sales, especially for unmarried individuals under 40 years of age and those with low income, who were found to be more influenced by their parents. It was also discovered that the influence of these factors varied based on age and income levels. Younger individuals tended to rely more on their parents or friends, while those with high incomes showed stronger willingness to purchase homes. The presence of beneficial infrastructure for children was found to directly influence the decision to purchase a home. The study also provided objective evidence that the decision to purchase a home is influenced not only by economic factors but also by continuous encouragement and information from those around the buyer. These findings demonstrate the importance of the influence of close acquaintances in the rational decision-making process of home buyers. However, this study only investigated a limited portion of the factors influencing housing sales, as the market is affected by a variety of financial and governmental policies. Therefore, future research should consider various complex factors simultaneously when analyzing the influence of housing sales.

집합주거 선호 및 규범에 관한 연구 (Preferences and norms for multi-family dwellings of Korean households)

  • 주택부족 문제의 효율적 해결방안의 하나로 보급되기 시작한 아파트는 다양한 문제의 표출에도 불구하고 '좁은 땅에 많은 주택 공급'이라는 한국 현실에 가장 적합한 주거유형으로 정착되고 있다. 본 연구는 아파트를 비롯한 여러 유형의 집합주거가 어떤 계층의 가족에 의해 선호되고, 나아가 이상적인 주거유형 규범으로 인식되고 있는지 규명하기 위한 것이다. 모델에 포함된 변인중 가장의 연령과 학력은 현재 거주하는 주거유형 및 집합주거 선호에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현재 집합주거에 거주하는 가정일수록 높은 집합주거 선호를 보였다. 집합주거 규범에 관한 분석에서는 집합주거 선호 변인만 유의적인 영향을 주어, 집합주거를 선호하는 가정일수록 이를 한국 사회의 주거유형규범으로 생각하는 경향이 많은 것으로 해석할 수 있다.

친환경소비행동 집단 간 내적동기, 외적동기와 환경지식에 관한 연구 (A Study of Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and Environmental Knowledge in the Eco-Friendly Consumption Behavior between Groups)

  • The major findings are(were) as follows: 1) The Eco-friendly consumption behavior was divided into three(3) clusters, namely "The Middle Group" of eco-friendly consumption behavior(cluster I), "The Inferior group" of eco-friendly consumption behavior(cluster II), and "The Excellent Group" of eco-friendly consumption behavior(cluster III). 2) The differences in the general characteristics among the three clusters were founded on the experience of green consumption information and sources of information. 3) The characteristics of cluster I(The Middle Group) were(are) found to be eco-conscious, and aware of the consequences of behaviors, green market conditions and environmental issues. This cluster was the middle-average group. The characteristics of cluster III(The Excellent Group) were(are) found to have the willingness to pay additional costs, being aware of the social norms of the reference group, having an awareness of eco-institutional conditions, being knowledgeable about environmental policy, and finally, being personally involved in green consumption behavior. This cluster was the high-average group, whereas cluster II(The Inferior Group) was the low-average group.

중국 전통주택의 구성원리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Organizational Principle of Chinese Traditional Houses)

  • This study is on the organizational principles of Chinese traditional houses. It has been assumed that a common cultural background did influence dwelling construction in most areas of China, some specific concepts are used to build a connection between the culture and architecture. There are four aspects of cultural influence being explored: traditional concept of space by the philosophical influence, religious influence, the Feng Shut method, and traditional system of family organization. The influence of the Chinese culture on dwelling architecture is predominant. Housing types from different areas of China, despite their different physical appearance, have similar spatial concepts. This cultural influence was due to the historic development of the Chinese empire. The organizational principles of Chinese dwelling architecture determined by its own cultural background have five major invariable norms. They are as follows: 1. Internal and enclosed spatial organization. 2. Grouping of buildings around axes. 3. Spatial organization and extension by courtyard. 4. Spatial expansion by adding units. 5. Hierarchical organization of space.

미국의 주거소비규범에 관한 연구 (The existence of and deviations from housing consumption norms in the United States)

  • 본 연구는 주거소비규범에서의 이탈과 관계된 변수들을 조사하고자 시도되었으며, 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 연구과제는 다음과 같다. 1. 미국의 각기 다른 가구유형별(가족생활주기 측면에서 구성된) 주거소비규범이 존재하는가\ulcorner 2. 규범보다 높은수준의 주거소비와 관계된 변수는 무엇인가\ulcorner 규범보다 낮은 수준의 주거소비와 관계된 변수는 무엇인가\ulcorner 자료는 미국엣 실시된 1990년도 소비자지출 조사의 인터뷰대상에서 추출된 4,923개의 소비자단위로 연구과제를 해결하기 위해 ordinary least squares(OLS) 중회귀분석방법이 사용되었으며, 본 연구에서 주거소비규범은 다음과 같은 4가지 주거특성, 즉 방수, 주거유형, 침실당 사람수 및 주거소유유형으로 확인되었다. 분석결과, 가구유형 및 크기가 규범이 존재한다고 믿어지는 4가지 주거특성과 유의하게 관련되어 있었으며, 이는 이러한 특성에 대해 규범이 존재한다는 결론을 지지했다. 한편, 다른 많은 가구들이 그들의 가구유형규범과 크기규범에 일치하지 않는 주거에서 살고 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 이러한 이탈은 소득, 가장의 연령 및 성별과 같이 자원제약을 나타내는 변수와 관계되어 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 왜 인구통계적 변수가 주거 및 다른 소비와 관계 되는지에 대한 이유를 설명할 수 있도록 하는 근거를 제시하고 있으며, 주거소비만족과 주거조정행동의 근거를 이해하는데 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

정책대상집단의 주차규제정책 불응요인에 관한 연구 -합리적 행동이론을 중심으로- (Noncompliance Factor of Parking Regulatory Policy in the Policy Target Groups -Focused on The Theory of Reasoned Action-)

  • 본 연구에서는 합리적 행동이론을 적용하여 주차규제정책에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 집행기관에 대한 신뢰가 직접적으로 주차규제정책에 대한 행동의도와 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지와 간접적으로 행동의도를 매개로 하여 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고, 거주지역과 주택종류에 따른 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 주차규제정책이 적용되고 있는 지역의 정책대상집단을 대상으로 설문조사하고 실증분석하였다. 구조방정식모형에 의한 가설검정결과, 주차규제정책에 대한 태도와 주관적 규범 요인이 행동의도에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 행동에는 태도와 집행기관 요인이 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 행동의도를 매개로 하여 행동에도 각각 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 주거지역과 주택종류에 따른 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 주거지역에서는 태도와 행동의도 간의 관계에, 주택종류에서는 집행기관과 행동간에 관계에 따른 조절효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 주차규제정책에 대한 순응과 불응을 위한 실천적 방향을 제시하였다.
