<셜리에 관한 모든 것>(2013)에 나타난 움직임 분석 (Analysis of movement in (2013))

  • 본 논문은 구스타프 도이치(Gustav Deutsch) 감독의 영화 <셜리에 관한 모든 것>(2013)에 대한 연구이다. 이 영화는 화가 에드워드 호퍼(Edward Hopper)의 회화를 오마주 해 영화로 변환하였는데. 회화 작품을 있는 그대로 활용하면서 움직임을 가미였기 때문에 마치 그림이 움직이는 것 같은 효과를 준다. 그런 점에서 영화와 회화간의 재매개라는 문제를 제기하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 <셜리에 관한 모든 것>이 호퍼의 그림을 영화로 전환함에 있어 어떤 방식으로 움직임을 다루었는가를 배우의 움직임과 화면의 움직임이라는 두 측면에서 살펴본다. 조르조 아감벤의 몸짓(gesture) 개념이 이 과정에서 분석의 틀로 사용되었다. 이 영화에서 배우의 움직임은 사건을 만들고 전개하는 일반적인 액팅(action)이라기보다는 인물의 동작과 표정 그 자체를 드러내는 몸짓이다. 스토리를 목적으로 하는 연기가 아닌 조르조 아감벤이 영화의 가능성으로 말했던 물화된 이미지를 해방하는 몸짓인 것이다. 편집과 카메라 움직임은 정면성을 유지한 채 사용된다. 이는 화면의 움직임이 관객 시선임을 말해주며 언뜻 보기엔 원작의 관음증적 시선을 구현하고 있다. 하지만 관객은 주류 허구 영화에서와 같이 이미지 대상을 일방적으로 보는 것이 아니라 자신 또한 보여지고 있다. 또한 화면의 디테일을 자세히 보려는 카메라 움직임은 세부를 드러내는 수단이라기보다는 움직임 그 자체를 보여주고 있다. 영화의 현실감은 움직임을 통해서 만들어진다. 이영화는 회화와 영화 사이에서, 말과 이미지 사이에서 현실의 비전을 질문하고 있다. 움직임은 현실을 매개하는 수단이지만, 이 영화는 그 매개성을 드러냄으로써 아감벤이 말했던 잃어버린 몸짓을 다시 되찾고 있다. 이는 현실의 비전이 그러한 매개성을 가렸을 때 출현함을 말해준다.

  • This study deals with the estimation of dredged soil-quantity using DGPS&Echo-Sounder method. In measurement of topography, surveyors have been surveying the depth with rod and sounding lead. This method, however, is not effective because of long time and a lot of human power, in addition it is incorrect. This paper has studied on the solution of those problems using DGPS&Echo-sounder data to calculate the dredged soil-quantity. This paper says the effective and economical methods using DGPS&Echo-Sounder data there.

  • 유압이 변화할 때 증기기포의 크기를 구하는 공식을 제시하였다. 이 공식은 변화하는 유압하에서 기포의 크기를 상한과 하한으로 표시한 Hopper, Faucher 및 Eidlitz가 제시한 공식과, Plesset과 Zwick이 해결한 일정유압하에서 성립하는 기포에 관한 간단한 asymptotic 공식을 모두 대체 하기 위한 것이다. 여기에 제시한 새로운 공식의 정확성을 검토하기 위하여 Hooper, Faucher 및 Eidlitz가 보고한 실험결과와 이론적으로 얻은 결과와를 비교하여 보았다.

  • This research inspects the discharge state for inside of sedimentation basin, and, through the aboard literature and data, examine sedimentation sludge about discharge plan of effective sedimentation sludge that can discharge in state of high concentration. In this study, we are going to attempt an economy with improvement efficiency for discharge of sedimentation sludge in a water treatment plant.

  • Recently, freight cars for diverse purposes were developed to increase the speed of freight car in conventional line. The welded type bogies are applied to these vehicles like container car, gondola car, hopper car, etc. This study was focused on the dynamic characteristics and the stability of freight car to guarantee the running safety. We have conducted the running tests of freight cars in conventional line and described the test results in this paper.

소립종자용 평면배열 진공노즐식 반자동 파종기 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of a Semi-automatic Seeder with Vacuum Nozzles of Quadratic Arrangement for Small-sized Seeds)

  • A large scale seeding system was stable in terms of techniques but a convenient seeding system of small size was unsettled. This study was performed to develop a semi-automatic seeder for small and medium sized scale farm. To investigate optimum needle diameter and vacuum pressure was used vacuum suction needle seeder. Although the needle diameter according to the kinds of seed was different, the needle diameter for salvia and lettuce seed was suitable for 0.34 mm needle nozzle and 0.4 mm taper nozzle. The prototype consisted a seeding frame attached with needle nozzle, seed hopper, vibrating device, seeding part, vacuum ejector, seed tube etc.. As the result with the experiments, the seeding rate of the seeder was 92% and more at 0.34 mm diameter needle nozzle and 0.4 mm taper nozzle. Eccentric weight for seed hopper vibration was suitable that weight is 11 g and eccentric distance is 0.5 mm. Vibration acceleration of upward direction was 0.363 m/$s^2$. Working capacity of the seeder was possible 160 trays per hour. It was possible for sowing small seeds but it was required to make compact and simple model.

경운기 부착형 점파식 마늘파종기 개발 (Development of a Garlic Clove Planter Attached to Power Tiller)

  • The garlic, along with the red pepper, is one of the major seasoning vegetables in Korea. Garlic clove planting is one of the most laborious operations. Labor cost is the main source of high production cost of the garlic. Because of the geometrical uniqueness and irregularity of garlic cloves, mechanization of garlic clove planting is very difficult. To overcome price competition against the imported garlic, however, there has been a need of development of a clove metering device and a planting device for the garlic clove planter. Computer simulation, laboratory tests and field tests were conducted to develop a garlic clove planter. This research was conducted to drop garlic cloves into a soil holes through a drum bucket metering system and a rotary type planting system. Followings are the major achievements from this study. 1. The metering device consisted of a drum, a guide, a bucket and a bucket cover. Opening positions of the metering hopper were evaluated at different positions and trajectories of planting hoppers. The simulation showed that the optimum positions of hopper was -15${\sim}$0 mm in the x direction. 2. When the planter was tested under different soil textures and water contents, the best performances were obtained in a upland field with 29.1% water content and a paddy field with 18.3% water content where single clove metering and missing rate were 88.4% and 1.3%, and 90.7% and 2.0%, respectively.

자주식 심토환경 개선기 개발(2) - 본체 제작 및 성능 평가 - (Development of Self-propelled Explosive Subsoiler (2) - Construction of Prototype and Performance Evaluation -)

  • This study was carried out to develop a self-propelled type explosive subsoiler for improving the root zone soil conditions in orchard and other forest fields. Prototype was designed to be able to inject air and other soil improving material such as lime into soil at the same time, and thus improve the air permeability and drainage of orchard soils to promote the root growth of tree for high quality fruit production. Soil penetration device of explosive subsoiler is composed of air hammer, penetration rob and air injection nozzle. To support the soil penetration device of explosive subsoiler to penetrate vertically, modified Scott-Russel mechanism was used. Timing control device for simultaneous injection of soil improving material with air was attached to the out side wall of air cylinder and as the cylinder move, the soil improving material was injected into soil at the same time. Turning radius of prototype was 2.2-2.3 m with good mobility in sloped land. It took approximately 1 minute for lime injection system to reach the optimum pressure of 9.9 kg/$cm^2$, average 10-20 seconds were required to rupture soil with the depth of 50 cm and 2-3 seconds were required for explosion, so all in all about 1 minute and 20 seconds were required for one cycle of explosion. Maximum soil rupture depth and diameter were 50 cm and 3-4 m respectively depending on the soil type and soil moisture content. For final design of explosive subsoiler inclination angle of lime hopper was increased from 60 degree to 70 degree and the shape of hopper was changed from rectangular cone to circular cone to solve the clogging problem of lime at out let. Agitating system operated by compressed air was attached to the metering device of the prototype, thus more than 90 cc of lime was discharged per cycle from metering device without clogging problems.

  • In this study, a garlic clove planter which is capable of planting holes in soil and planting a clove at the same time was designed and tested for film mulched beds. Planting characteristics of the planter were measured through field experiment. Some characteristics were analyzed with multibody dynamic simulation software. Simulation was performed on opening time of the planting hopper. Measured characteristics were position, angle, and reposition amount of garlic in sowing hole. Experiment results showed that the planted position of garlic in planting was 23.0 mm from the hole wall. The reposition amount of garlic was varied with its position and angle when the planted garlic was pressed by an angled compaction wheel. In case of type II position, the position movement of garlic was larger than type I. Average position movement of type II was 11.5 mm at $20^{\circ}$ of compaction wheel angle. These data suggest that cutting diameter of film opening must be larger than 33 mm to provide enough space for garlic sprouting. Also, simulation results showed that the maximum opening time of the planting hopper was 0.26 second.
