DEA 분석에 의한 아시아 공항 운영 효율성 연구 (Operational Efficiency Analysis Using DEA Approach for the Major Airports in Asia)

  • 지난 10년간 아시아 태평양 지역은 세계에서 가장 급속히 성장한 항공 운송 시장이며 1990년대에 수익성이 높은 항공사들은 대부분 아시아 지역의 항공사들이었다. 아시아 지역의 항공교통 수요가 빠른 속도로 증가할 것으로 예측됨에 따라 아시아 각국은 치열하게 전개되는 항공시장에서의 경쟁 우위를 점하고자 허브 공항을 목표로 신공항 건설 또는 공항 확장 사업을 추진하고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 DEA를 이용하여 아시아 주요 공항들의 여객터미널 운영 효율성을 측정하고 비교 분석하는 데 있다. 분석대상 공항은 2001년 여객처리실적 상위 100위권 내에 있으며 아시아 지역의 허브 공항을 목표로 하는 공항 중 자료 수집이 가능한 11개의 공항을 선택하였다. 전문가 설문을 통해 5개의 투입 변수와 1개의 산출 변수가 실증 분석을 위해 선정되었고 분석대상 공항의 여객 터미널 운영 효율성을 측정하였다. 또한 에어사이드에 대한 DEA 분석도 추가로 시행하였다.

중국에 있어서 외국중재판정의 승인 및 집행 거절 사유인 공서와 법의 지배 (The Public Policy Ground for Refusing Enforcement of Arbitral Awards and Rule of Law in Chinese)

  • In a global economy where, private parties increasingly favour arbitration over litigation, many foreigners are unfortunately reluctant to arbitration with China's parties because the China national courts do not scrutinize the merits when deciding whether to recognize and enforce foreign awards. As a result, the finality of arbitral awards hangs in uncertainty. Overseas concern is that China's courts may abuse "Public Policy" grounds provided for in the New York Convention to set aside or refuse to enforce foreign awards. The purpose of this article is to examine the distrust to enforcement of arbitral awards whether that is just an assumption. In spite of the modernize and internationalize her international arbitration system and many reforms provided in the related law and rules, the most vexing leftover issues are caused of the lack of "rule of law" in China. This situation imply the risk of pervert 'Public Policy' as the ground for refusing enforcement of arbitral awards. Some cases reflect the fear. But it is unclear whether those cases caused from the lack of "rule of law" in China. Same uncertainty present between Hon Kong-China under th one country-two legal system after the return of Hong Kong to China on 1 July 1997. While China is striving to improve its enforcement mechanism in regard to the enforcement of arbitral awards, it can only be expect following the establishment of rule of law in the future.

대구지역 환경대기 및 VOC 발생원의 BTEX 농도비 특성 (Characteristic of BTEX Concentration Ratio of VOC Emission Sources and Ambient Air in Daegu)

  • This study assessed the characteristic of BTEX (Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Xylene) concentration ratios of industrial emission sources and the neighborhoods of industrial area, fuel such as gasoline, light oil, LPG, and similar gasoline, and ambient air in Daegu. The BTEX in aromatic compounds was the most abundant VOC in Daegu. The BTEX ratios were (0.2:2.6:1.0:1.8) for the neighborhoods of industrial area, (2.6:11.3:1.0:1.2) for residential area, (2.2:11.0:1.0:1.6) for commercial area, (1.0:14.9:1.0:1.3) for industrial area, and (0.2:2.6:1.0:1.8) for the neighborhoods of industrial area. Average BTEX ratios in Daegu were B/T ratio (0.1), B/EB ratio (1.5), B/X ratio (1.1), T/EB ratio (12.6), T/X ratio (10), EB/X ratio (0.7), Expecially, B/T ratio in Daegu was similar as the other cities, Bangkok, Manila, and Hongkong. Comparing other cities with B/T ratio, the main sources of VOC were vehicular exhaust and emission of industrial facilities. Furthermore, BTEX correlation were evaluated at the emission sources and regional areas. Results showed that correlation coefficient values of emission sources, fuels and neighborhood of industry were significant magnitude above 0.65(p<0.01). Also, there showed highly significant correlations among BTEX. Calculated correlation coefficients of ambient air sampling sites were $0.61{\sim}0.954$ for commercial /residential area and $0.613{\sim}0.998$ for industrial area. However, they showed different correlation between commercial/residental area and industrial area. It implied that the emission sources were different from each area.

  • Purpose: The MERS(Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) outbreaks in Korea highlighted dramatically the failings of traditional hospital environment for controlling or preventing infections among both patients and healthcare workers. MERS is transmitted by droplets that can be airborne over a limited area. The point should be emphasized that MERS in South Korea was predominantly a hospital-acquired (not a community-acquired) infection, because approximately 93% of MERS cases were resulted from exposure in hospital settings. This paper tries to suggest the design guidelines of negative pressured isolation ward for the sake of proper control of severe respiratory infectious diseases. Methods: Literature survey on the design guideline and regulations of airborne infection wards in Korea, Europe U.K. and CDC of U.S. have been carries out. 4 special infection wards in Hongkong, Germany, Japan and Korea have been surveyed in order to make the best use of the experiences related to facility design and operations. Results: Operating system influencing the facility design, space organizations of infectious ward including required space and zoning, and circulations of patients, staffs and materials are proposed. Implications: The results of this paper can be the basic data for the design of the airborne infection ward and relevant regulations. Afterwards in-depth study such as the development of space standards for the single bedroom, locker room and so on could be explored.

감염 예방을 위한 인공신장실 의료 환경에 대한 고찰 - 근거 기반의 디자인 중심으로 (A Review of Renal Dialysis Unit Environment for Infection Prevention - Focused on Evidence Based Design)

  • Purpose: The increase in patients requiring hemodialysis has resulted in an increase dialysis-associated infections risk. but there are no Renal Dialysis unit design standard meet specified safety and quality standards. Therefore, appropriate Establish standards and legal regulation is important for the provision of initial certification and maintenance of facility, equipment, and human resource quality. Methods: Literature survey on the design guideline and standards of Renal Dialysis unit design in Korea, U.S, Germany, Singapore, Hongkong, Dubai. Results: There are no established standards for facilities in dialysis units in Korea. To prevent infections in dialysis patients, necessary establish standards. Considering the domestic and overseas Health-care facilities standards, the major factors to be considered in the medical environment for Renal Dialysis Unit are as follows. First, planning to separate Clean areas(treatment area) from contaminated areas(medical waste storage area). Second, ensure sufficient space and minimum separation distance. Although there may be differences depending on the circumstances of individual institutions, renal dialysis unit consider the space to prevent droplet transmission. Third, secure infrastructure of infection prevention such as sufficient amount of hand hygiene sinks. Hand washing facilities for staff within the Unit should be readily available. Hand hygiene sinks should be located to prevent water from splashing into the treatment area. Fourth, Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system for Renal Dialysis Unit is all about providing a safer environment for patients and staff. Implications: The results of this paper can be the basic data for the design of the Renal Dialysis Units and relevant regulations.

축제식(築堤式) 폐양식장을 활용한 고창 갯벌 복원계획 수립 (A Establishment of Mud Flat Restoration Plan in Gochang Using Abandoned Embanked Farms)

  • This study was started with the objective of restoring abandoned embanked farms, which are recently increasing, to mud flat by putting in least amount of energy in the aspect of environmental restoration. For the direction and establishment of the proposal for the restoration of mud flat using embanked farms, a case of Maipo Wetland in Hongkong was analyzed, and a proposal was prepared considering the condition of mud flat in Gochang. The restoration of mud flat in Gochang is intended to create various wetland ecological spaces as well as to provide opportunities for experience, education, recreation, and tourism. Effort was made to development an environment closest to the local ecological environment considering the shape and topographical condition of existing abandoned farms. For construction of the habitat, a target species was chosen and the plan for selection, planting, and management of species of trees suitable for the target species was established. In addition, the water level will be controlled by water gates to conform to the resting, spawning, breeding, and migration period considering the behavioral pattern of waders, the target species. The research on the restoration of mud flat in Korea is in incipient stage and this study provided an opportunity to review the possibility of restoration of abandoned embanked farms to mud flat. For the success of mud flat restoration from a long-term perspective, development of acclimating design infrastructure, technology improvement for mud flat restoration, and basis of partnership for the maintenance should be prepared in a systematical way.

인천지역의 복합운송체계별 발전방안 연구 - 인천과 상해이북지역 중심으로 - (A Study on a development plan for multi-transportation in Incheon: Focused on Incheon and main cities in Northern China)

  • 본 연구에서는 국제적인 공항과 항만을 동시에 지닌 인천의 복합운송시스템 구축을 위한 역할과 과제는 무엇인지 살펴보기 위해 물류기업 및 공공기관, 연구기관 임직원을 대상으로 개별 심층면접조사(Depth Interview)를 실시하여 국제복합운송 물류거점 선점을 위한 경쟁력 요인선정, 주요 도시별 복합운송측면에서의 경쟁력 점수를 측정하였다. 주요 도시별 경쟁력 최종 점수를 100점 만점으로 환산하여 살펴보면 1위는 상해(64.8점), 2위 홍콩(64.5점), 3위 인천(62.9점), 4위 부산(60.4점) 등으로 나타나 인천이 향후 동북아지역에서 국제복합운송 물류거점으로서 발전할 수 있는 잠재력은 어느 정도 보유한 것으로 평가되었다. 또한 본 연구 분석 결과를 토대로 인천지역이 동북아 지역의 복합운송거점으로서의 나아가야 할 발전방안에 대해서 제시하면 첫째, 인천-천진간 해공복합운송 공동물류센터 건립 및 제도 간소화 협정체결사업이 필요하며, 둘째, 인천-상해간 해륙복합운송활성화를 위한 페리-트럭 복합운송 활성화를 위한 선박에서 통관절차 수행 등의 제도 개선 추진사업이 요구된다.

인터넷뱅킹 요인 결정에 대한 연구 (A Determination of the Factors Contributing to Internet Banking)

  • 현재 국내은행 및 외국계은행 이용자는 인터넷뱅킹을 통해 편리하게 조회, 자금이체, 대출신청과 같은 서비스를 이용하고 있고, 이 같은 인터넷뱅킹 이용추세는 증가하고 있다. 본 논문은 인터넷뱅킹 이용과정에 사용자가 중요하다고 생각하는 요인을 결정하고, 각 요인의 상대적 중요도를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전국적으로 18세 이상 성인을 대상으로 직접 조사하였다. 연구결과 사용 용이성과 유용성, 보안, 흥미, 신뢰성의 네 개의 요인이 확인되었다. 이 결과는 인터넷뱅킹 연구자, 은행의 인터넷뱅킹 서비스를 담당하는 실무자와 정책결정자가 더 나은 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 지침을 제공할 것이다.

환경물류의 주요 실태와 우리나라에서의 확대 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the main Status of Environment Logistics and Expansion Strategy in Korea)

  • 환경의 가치는 매우 높고 중요해서 누구도 가치를 정확하게 평가할 수 없다. 물류영역에서 환경보호는 매우 중요하며 이 나라와 국민의 현재와 미래에 대한 민감한 주제이다. 환경물류는 환경물류와 유사하게 쓰이는 데 자연과 환경의 보호를 의미하며, 현재의 환경을 파괴하거나 악화시키는 모든 유형의 요인과 활동들을 줄이는 것을 의미한다. 이것은 또한 자연의 보전과 지속가능한 개발을 내포한다. 환경물류는 자연자원을 절약하는 것을 목표로 하며 모든 유형의 자원의 재활용을 권장하며, 환경 친화적 대체재의 활용을 증대시키려는 것을 지향한다. 본고에서는 환경물류의 개념과 특성을 요약, 서술하였다. 그리고 주요 선행연구들을 조사, 검토하였다. 일본, 홍콩, 미국 등 주요국과 그리고 필립스의 사례 등에서 도입되고 적용하고 있는 중요한 사례와 경험들이 요약되고 분석되었다. 이런 사례와 분석들을 통해 본 논문에서는 국가, 기업, 개인(소비자)의 3차원에서 한경물류를 개선할 수 있는 대안과 대응전략들이 제안되었다. 그리고 환경물류의 향상을 위한 전략모델이 제안되었으며, 논문의 한계와 향후 연구방향이 설명되었다.

Cr-doped Celsian계 녹색안료의 합성과 적용 (Synthesis of Cr-doped Celsian Green Pigments and Their Application)

  • During the process of synthesizing green celsian pigments, attempts were made to replace a given amount of $BaCO_3$ with $SrCO_3$ to accelerate the hexagonal to monoclinic celsian phase transition, which was assumed to promote color development. Monoclinic celsian have been synthesized from Hongkong-Kaolin, $BaCO_3$, $SrCO_3$, $Al(OH)_3$, $SiO_2$ and $SrCO_3$ with 1 to 1.5 wt% of LiF as a mineralizer from 1100 to $1300^{\circ}C$. It was found that replacing $BaCO_3$ with $SrCO_3$ allowed monoclinic celsian to be formed at a lower temperature. While the pigments containing 1 mole of $BaCO_3$ were difficult to synthesize monoclinic celsian with absence of the mineralizer, the formation of monoclinic celsian was successfully achieved even without mineralizer by using 0.25 mole of $SrCO_3$ at $1250^{\circ}C$ for 1 h. The color development was improved from yellowish green to green with increasing amount of $SrCO_3$ being replaced.
