Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a home care nursing network system for operating home care effectively and efficiently by utilizing a wire-wireless network and mobile computing in order to record and send patients' data in real time, and by combining the headquarter office and the local offices with home care nurses over the Internet. It complements the preceding research from 1999 by adding home care nursing standard guidelines and upgrading the PDA program. Method: Method/l and Prototyping were adopted to develop the main network system. Result: The detailed research process is as follows: 1 )home care nursing standard guidelines for Diabetes, cancer and peritoneal-dialysis were added in 12 domains of nursing problem fields with nursing assessment/intervention algorithms. 2) complementing the PDA program was done by omitting and integrating the home care nursing algorhythm path which is unnecessary and duplicated. Also, upgrading the PDA system was done by utilizing the machinery and tools where the PDA and the data transmission modem are integrated, CDMX-1X base construction, in order to reduce a transmission error or transmission failure.

펨토셀(Femtocell), 가정용 기지국(Home Base Station 혹은 Home e-NodeB) 등 여러 가지 이름으로 불리고 있는 초소형 기지국은 셀룰러 망과 동일한 기술을 이용하여 동일 혹은 인접 주파수 영역에서 서비스를 제공하는 일반 사용자 장비이다. 이미 규격화가 완료되어 서비스 중인 무선 접속기술들은 초소형 기지국을 효과적으로 지원하지 못하고 있는 반면 차세대 무선 통신 기술로 논의가 진행 중인 LTE(Long Term Evolution) 시스템에서는 가정용 초소형 기지국을 논의 처음부터 고려하여 무선 접속 기술 및 시스템을 설계하고 있다. 본 고에서는 현재 LTE 시스템에서 펨토셀을 지원하기 위해 고려 중인 다양한 제안들과 결정 사항들을 알아본다.

As the first communal system of which our society consists is family , the study of its relationship has been the base of analysing the social changes in every society of different culture and age. In our country under various western influences on traditional consiousness, it is very significant to consider how our family consciousness changes up. The aim of this thesis is to understand family consciousness of the women students of 2 University and 1 woman college in Pusan Area with 675 qustioning papers by inquiring the views of family , marriage, birth control and inheritance.

According to recent statistics, the number of family-owned small business have increased. And these growing numbers have created an urgent need for researchers and government to analyse and plan for this population. The purposes of this study were to identify the determining factors of the location of family owned small business and to analyze the factors related to their job satisfaction, and life satisfaction. The data used for this study, were 713 self-employed men and women which were elected from the panel data of 1998 MIPS of Daewoo Economic Research Institute. Statistics performed for the analysis were frequencies, percentiles, t-test, $\varkappa$$^2$, OLS and Logistic analysis. It was found that the person who work at home-base small office were the residents of smaller city, and are older than the office-going attendants. The variable which effects the job satisfaction of the home-based workers was the educational background. And sex was the only factor which affects the job satisfaction of the office-going attendants. It was also found that job satisfaction affects the life satisfaction significantly in both group.

The purposes of this study are to identify the types of teacher efficacy, to present a theoretical base for teacher efficacy among Home Economics teachers and subsequently, to improve the quality in the practices of home economics education. To achieve these purposes, 263 secondary school home economics teachers were surveyed by the prime investigator. The three research questions of this study were: 1. What are the individual characteristics, the environmental characteristics and the trends of teacher efficacy among secondary school home economics teachers? 2. What is the factor in teacher efficacy among secondary school home economics teachers? 3. What are the types of teacher efficacy among secondary school home economics teachers? For these research questions, factor analysis and cluster analysis were conducted. The factor analysis on teacher efficacy with a survey of secondary school home economics teachers produced 5 factors of efficacy: classroom management, needs assistance, instructional strategies, environmental assistance and teaming assistance. The teacher efficacy had a mean of 3.58 and the home economics teachers showed a slightly higher level in teacher efficacy. Of the 5 efficacy factors, classroom management showed the highest level (M=3.89), followed by learning assistance (M=3.81), instrumental strategies (M=3.57), environmental assistance (M=3.42) and needs assistance (M=3.19). Overall, the teachers had positive feeling in teacher efficacy. Three types of teachers were found in the types of teacher efficacy: the supreme, the average and the efforts-needy. Those types were identified based on the mean scores of the five sub-domains from the factor analysis. To enhance the teacher efficacy, the needs assessments for the students and behavioral adjustment issues should be reflected in the curriculum of teacher education and workshops. The primary investigator suggested that continuous and long-term plans for teacher education need to be developed because short-term plans may not be effective in changing attitudes such as teacher efficacy.

The article reports the process, contents and strategies in the development of community based-heath care management program for high-risk infants and family, which was based on literature review, empirical needs assessment from pilot study. The program was divided into two emphasis areas: (1) identification and home visiting nursing care program, and (2) the construction of self-supporting group. The contents of home visiting nursing care were developed from the pilot study of the direct home visiting to premature infants after discharge. The documentation form for home care was standardized, including the demographic data, birth history, home care services, education and counsels, and visiting schedules. The integrated education protocol was elaborated to enhance the body of knowledge as well as clinical competency in caring high-risk infants and family by the supports of neonatologists, nursing scholar, and clinical specialists. In addition, the process and strategies in developing self-supporting group, consisting the high-risk infants and family, and any significant others were addressed. Emphases were given to the role of public health center and the recycling health care referral system to maximize the growth and development of high-risk infants on the community-base, which in turn, contributing to decrease the postneonatal mortality rate.

The Change of environment related to human life, science, technology, economics and education level have much effect on home life. Therefore Home Economics Education have to get out of past trite concept that it is only a method to become good housewife and take the role to widen the human life and to grow creative power as a academic part of science. For these, Home Economics should become life education, life education of secondary school has to have relation to lifelong education. To achieve effective result from Home Economics Education, the object, system and methods of Home Economics Education, the object, system and methods of Home Economics Education have to be improved and teaching material has to be studied systematically. As an object of aboves and education planning in clothing is made for deep understanding the study of Home Economics Teaching Material. And to understand the real state, made some questions, had interview with 63-teaching in Kangweon province and show the results. 1) Tab 1~20 are the level of recognition about object, teaching content, time structure of secondary school. The object is recognized as cultural education and basic job education. 2) Tab 21~30 show the real state of textbook and study of it. To take effect from school lecture other teaching material except textbook is required. 3) Tab 31~40 are the result of sewing and handicraft practice. Sewing and handicraft needs much time and almost all time is used in practicing. 4) Tab 42~54 are the planning of textbook study for effective teaching, self-estimation and teaching material making is also considered. All above is collarless blouse’s planning. Base on above result, all objects of clothing life should be teached. For the development of Home Economics Education 1) Understanding and affection of teachers is required. 2) To solve indicated problem, national policy, education plan in school and education finance are fully supported. 3) More studies is required in Home Economics Education.

Purpose : The this study was performed to purpose the data basis of medical law revision for home visiting physical therapy established as a legal system in hone visiting health care by researching the need, satisfaction, intention to use, management, expected effects. Methods : We were surveyed for 105 patients who was participated business from home visiting health care in community health center. We choose and modified the questionnaire that was used in previous study about home visiting physical therapy and home visiting program for nurses. The questionnaire was consisted of 4 questions of general characteristics of subject, 6 questions of satisfaction, 4 questions of satisfaction of service status, 2 questions of management. And frequency analysis, ANOVA were used for statically analysis. Results : In general satisfaction, satisfaction of service status, the result were very optimistic, but there were no difference by age. In management, participations of 64.8% was answered to within three years of clinical experence and trained in home visiting physical therapy ask on qualification criteria of physical therapists, and participations of 93.3% was answered to once a week ask on desired number of therapy. Conclusion : In our conclusion, home visiting physical therapy is very useful and effective health care system for satisfaction and need, so home visiting physical therapy expected to have great potential in home visiting health care. In addition, by train to home visiting physical therapist for provide professional physical therapy service provide an institutional base which can be expanded and invigorated home visiting physical therapy.

In this paper, we design and implement the authentication system for home network service and applied it to actual sensor nodes. We achieved authentication key, encryption and decryption applied RC5 encryption algorithm of SNEP. In addition, we used pair-wise key pre-distribution for prevention of authentication sniffing in wireless sensor network. The experiment environment consists of a base station receiving data and sensor nodes sending data. Each sensor nodes sends both the data and encrypted authentication key to the base station. As a simulation environment, we assumed some what-if scenarios of security menaces in home network service. And we slightly altered the TOS_Msg construction of TinyOS. The experiences had shown that the malfunction doesn't happen in communication among other groups. And we confirmed in tests that the system is secure when a sensor having malicious propose is added.

Home-based Lazy Release Consistency (HLRC) shows poor performance on lock based applications because of two reasons:(1) a whole page is fetched on a page fault while actual modification is much smaller , and(2) the home is at the fixed location while access pattern is migratory, In this paper we present an efficient lock protocol for HLRC. In this protocol, the pages that are expected to be used by acquirer selectively updated using diffs. The diff accumulation problem is minimized by limiting the size of diffs to be sent for each page. Our protocol reduces the number or page faults inside critical sections because pages can be updated by applying locally stored diffs . This reduction yields the reduction of average lock waiting time and the reduction of message amount. The experiment with five applications shows that our protocol archives 2%~40% speedup against base HLRC for four applications.
