율동적 동작 훈련이 여성 노인의 균형, 걸음걸이, 하지 근력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Korean Traditional Dance Movement Training on Balance, Gait and Leg Strength in Home Bound Elderly Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Korean traditional dance movement training on balance, gait and leg strength in elderly women who are forced to remain at home. Fifteen elderly women of an experimental group between the ages 65 and 75 years who have normal vision and passed the hearing and Romberg test, participated in the 12 weeks' dance movement training. Fourteen subjects of a control group were selected. Korean traditional dance movement training was developed on the basis of Korean traditional dance and music by the authors. It took approximately 50 minutes to perform the dance movement program. The subjects of the experimental group practiced dance training for 3 times a week during 12 weeks. During the 50 minutes workout, the subjects practiced 15 minutes of a warm-up dance, 25 minutes of a conditioning dance, and 10 minutes of a cool-down dance. The intensity for the conditioning phase was between 60% and 65% of age-adjusted maximum heart rates. The balance, gait and leg strength were measured prior to and after the experimental treatment. Total balance scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Scores of sternal nudge, one leg standing balance and reaching up among 13 items have significantly increased after the dance movement training. Total scores of gait of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group following the korean traditional dance movement training. Scores of experimental group in step height, path deviation and turning while walking among 9 items have increased significantly following 12 weeks of dance movement training. The leg strength of experimental group was significantly higher than those of the control group following the Korean traditional dance movement training. The balance, gait and leg strength have significantly correlated in the experimental group following the Korean traditional dance movement training. The results suggest that Korean traditional dance movement training can improve balance, gait and leg strength in home bound elderly women.

  • The theoretical rationale and basic materials for the improvement of the recognition on home economics teachers are suggested in this study through the close examination of the teacher’s recognition and its related variables. For this study, review of literature and questionnaire survey were performed. As the results, the following may be suggested. 1. There teachers more experienced and non-majored the home economics or those who finished professional course should be reeducated adequately for new direction of home economics education in secondary school and new curriculum. 2. The development of qualification for home economics teacher and the educational system and program for training preliminary should be try to find a solution to improve the new and positive recognition of home economics education in secondary school. 3. The institutional and environmental conditions, such as pay and welfare facilities, should be improved to satisfy home economics teacher with new view of home economics education in secondary school with their duties. 4. The systematic and concrete teaching programs for contents of improving new recognition of home economics education in secondary school, and for promoting positive self-recognition as home economics teacher, and for training the abilities of developing teaching materials and guiding practical techniques should be developed.

걷기 훈련이 재택 노인의 낙상방지 체력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Walk Training on Physical Fitness for Prevention in A home Bound Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of walk training on leg strength, flexibility, postural stability, balance and gait in home bound elderly women. Eighteen elderly women of the experimental group aged between 70 and 90 years image who have normal vision, hearing and Romberg test. They participated in the 12 week walk training. The subjects of the experimental group practiced walk training 3 times a week for during 12 weeks. During the 40 minute workout, the subjects practiced 5 minutes of warming-up exercises, 30 minutes of conditioning exercises and 10 minutes of a cool-down exercise. The intensity for the conditioning phase was determined by subject' heart rates, which ranged from 60% to 70% of age-adjusted maximum heart rates. The body composition, leg strength, flexibility, postural stability, balance and gait were measured prior to and after the experimental treatment. The body fat, lean body mass, leg strength (ankle dorsiflexor, plantarflexor, inversor and eversir, knee flexor, extensior), flexibility (range of motion of ankle dorsiflexion, plantarflexion, inversion and eversion), and postural stability of the experimental group were significantly greater than those of the control group. Duration of standing on the right foot and that of standing on the left foot of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group. Total balance scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Among 13 items for balance, the scores of experimental group in balance with eyes closes, turning balance, sternal nudge, neck turning, one leg standing balance and back extension were higher than those of the control group. Total scores of gait of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group following the walking training. Scores of experimental group in step height, step length and walk stance while walking among 9 items for gait were significantly higher than those of the control group. The results suggest that walk training can improve physical fitness for prevention in home bound elderly women.

우리나라 보육실습의 현황분석: 보육실습 기관 및 지도교사, 보육실습생, 보육실습 지도비를 중심으로 (Analysis of the Current Condition of Student Childcare Training in Korea: Student Childcare Training Centers, Guidance Teachers, Student Teachers and Student Childcare Training Fees)

  • This study aimed to investigate the current condition of student childcare training in Korea. Participants were 221 university professors, 467 childcare center directors, and 1,260 guidance teachers in Korea. They completed questionnaires the current condition of student childcare training centers, guidance teachers, student teachers, and student childcare training fees. The results showed 64.4% of these centers charged a student childcare training fee, and 35.6% of them did not charge a fee. The average student childcare training fee was 41,000 won. This study aims to offer a realistic understanding and effective information on student childcare training in Korea and to suggest practical standards for student childcare training.

  • The proportion of the aged people in Korea has increased rapidly by more than 7% in 2000. A survey says that the changing rate from the aging society to the aged is the highest among the OECD countries. The prevalence rate of the aged population is on the increase. Chronic diseases such as arthritis and strokes limits their body's functions and activities of daily living. It is necessary that functional training. ADL training and continuous treatment be provided by Physical or Occupational Therapists. Discontinuance of treatment can cause the aged people to be in a bed state. The aged people need a variety of home care services at their convenience. Occupational and Physical therapist should play a major role in providing the rehabilitation-base home care services. Further they are expected to contribute to the extension of health care services such as home care and nursing home programs.

  • 뇌졸중 환자들은 운동장애, 감각장애, 인지장애 등 다양한 후유증을 경험하게 되며 이를 극복하기 위하여 많은 재활훈련을 받게 된다. 이러한 재활훈련은 병원에서만 이루어 질 때 보다 일상 속에서 지속적으로 수행될 때 그 효과가 극대화 된다. 이를 위해서 다양한 가정용 훈련프로그램이 보급되었지만 이를 수행함에 있어서 적절한 피드백에 제공되어 지는 프로그램 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 3차원 깊이 측정이 가능한 키넥트 센서를 이용하여 사용자에게 필요한 피드백을 제공 받을 수 있는 가정용 운동프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 프로그램은 사용자가 원할 때만 수행지식(knowledge of performance; KP) 피드백과 결과지식(knowledge of result; KR) 피드백을 선택적으로 제공하며 이러한 사용자 주도적인 선택적 피드백은 사용자의 운동효과를 극대화 시킬 것이다.

Effect of Home Training using the App on Metabolic Syndrome Risk Factors and Atherogenic Index in Obese Middle-Aged Women

  • 본 연구는 앱을 이용한 홈 트레이닝이 비만중년여성의 대사증후군 위험이자 및 동맥경화지수 변화를 분석하여 COVID-19의 펜데믹 시대에 비만 개선의 하나의 중재방법으로 제시하고자 실시되었다. 연구의 대상자는 비만중년여성 33명을 대상으로 앱 홈트레이닝 그룹(AHTG) 15명, 통제그룹 (CG) 18명을 모집하여 8주간의 앱을 이용한 홈트레이닝을 주 3회 실시하였다. 이 연구 결과 AHTG의 대사증후군 위험요인 중 WC(p<.001)는 유의하게 감소하고 HDL-C(p<.05)는 유의하게 증가하였으며, 동맥경화지수는 LDL-C/HDL-C(p<.01) 유의하게 증가하였다. 따라서 COVID-19 펜데믹 시대에 PA는 여러 만성질환에 대한 개선 효과 외에도 심각한 COVID-19 대유행을 완화 하는데 중요한 역할을 하며 앱을 이용한 홈트레이닝이 비만 및 대사증후군을 예방에 효율적인 중재 방법이 될 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다.

고등학교 "기술.가정" 교과 교사의 교수행동, 교수자신감, 교수만족도 (Teaching Behavior, Confidence and Satisfaction among Teachers who Solo-Teach Technology and Home Economics in High School)

  • 본 연구는 제7차 교육과정 고등학교 $\ulcorner$기술 가정$\lrcorner$ 교과를 전담지도하는 교사의 전공과 지도영역 및 비전공영역 연수여부에 따른 교수행동, 교수자신감, 교수만족도를 비교함으로써 $\ulcorner$기술 가정$\lrcorner$ 교과의 효율적인 교과 운영과 교수활동을 위한 방안을 모색할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 경기도 지역에 소재한 고등학교 $\ulcorner$기술 가정$\lrcorner$ 교과 교사를 대상으로 우편을 통해 설문조사를 하여 총 171부를 수집하였으며 그 중 전담지도하는 $\ulcorner$기술 가정$\lrcorner$ 교과 교사의 설문지 83부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전담지도하는 $\ulcorner$기술 가정$\lrcorner$ 교과 교사의 전공과 지도영역에 따라 교수행동을 비교해 본 결과 가정전공교사의 가정영역 수업 > 기술전공교사의 기술영역 수업 > 가정전공교사의 기술영역 수업 > 기술전공교사의 가정영역 수업 순으로 유의한 차이가 나타나 교사가 비전공영역 수업 시보다 전공영역 수업 시 교수행동 수행에 더 적극적임을 알 수 있었다. 교수자신감은 전공과 관계없이 비전공영역을 지도하는데 있어서 낮은 자신감을 보이고, 특히 교과영역에서는 이론영역보다는 실기영역에서 그 차이가 더한 것으로 나타났다. 교수만족도 역시 전공과 관계없이 비전공영역을 지도하는데 있어서 낮은 만족도를 나타냈다. 둘째, 전담지도하는 기술전공교사의 가정영역 수업 시 가정연수 여부에 따라 교수행동을 비교한 결과 수업계획 시 다양한 교수매체 준비나 수업평가 시 기본 개념 및 실천적 태도를 평가하는데 도움이 되었고, 교수자신감의 경우 교과내용에 대한 전문적 지식은 도움을 받았으나 실기능력에 대해서는 연수의 효과가 없었으며, 교수만족도에서는 수업계획 시 교수 학습지도안의 작성과 교재연구 및 교수매체 선택 측면에서 연수의 효과로 만족도가 높아진 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 전담지도하는 가정전공교사의 기술영역수업 시 기술연수 여부에 따른 교수행동, 교수자신감, 교수만족도는 모두 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않아 기술연수의 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

태블릿 PC형 전산화 인지재활 프로그램(Brain doctor)을 이용한 가정방문 인지훈련 프로그램이 지역사회 노인의 인지기능 및 우울감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of a Home Visit Cognitive Training Program Using Tablet-Based Recognition Rehabilitation Application (Brain Doctor) on Local Elderly People's Cognitive Function and Depression)

  • Purpose : This study examined the effect of a home visit cognitive training program that uses a tablet-based digital recognition rehabilitation application, Brain Doctor, on local elderly people's cognitive function and depression. Methods : This study featured 20 elderly people living in Busan Metropolitan City, South Korea, who received a voucher for a home visit service to prevent dementia. The subjects were evenly divided into an intervention group provided with Brain Doctor and a control group provided with a conventional cognitive training program. Korean version of Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE-K) and Korean version of Montreal Cognitive Assessment (K-MoCA) were used to assess cognitive function in each group. Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) was used to evaluate the depression levels. Results : The intervention group showed a significant change in cognitive function and depression after the intervention (p<.05). There was a statistically significant change in cognitive function and depression between the intervention and control groups (p<.05). Conclusion : This study confirmed that Brain Doctor had a positive effect on the cognitive function and depression of elderly people in the local community. It is expected to become a useful home visit program for dementia prevention in the future.
