Purpose: This study aimed to identify the training system and current status of home health nurses and to examine ways to retain sufficient number of advanced practice nurses (APNs) in the home health nursing field. Methods: This study analyzed the adequacy of the supply of home health nurse by reviewing the existing research literature and statistical data. Results: Discussions on how to revitalize the home care business have been ongoing since the beginning of 2001. However, despite home health nurses being oversupplied, discussions on the adequacy of supply have always been excluded from the focus of revitalization. The recent expansion of the home care business has resulted in a shortage of workforce, which can be inked not only to the continuous reduction of the designated quota of programs but also to the regional imbalance of educational institutions. The serious imbalance between supply and demand has caused fears that the home care business would drastically reduce. Conclusion: It is necessary to not only increase designated quotas for APNs programs but also integrate those programs of the similar curricula, thus lowering supply shortages in home health nurses.

This study was to propose a basic model of specialization in home economics for vocational high school development in JellaNamdo. The results were summarized as follows. First. based on the changes in economic environment into service industry and national educational policy and local vocational educational Policy, it may be good time to socially discuss special vocational high school in home economics in JellaNamdo in the light of meeting local students' demand. Secondly, considering local students' preference and the conditions of local economy and industry. Thirdly, the system for specialization in home economics of vacational high school may be suggested. The basic model was organized plans of system reformation by stages, a substantial plans, and academic or employment course development. System reformation plans was that the high school-concentrated district should be first selected by area and department and one high school should be selected as special high school in home economics. Then specific method should proceed school name, the measure to recruit students, specific method for reorganizing department. and curriculum. Finally, the annual plan to establish new department and to recruit students should be Prepared. Substantial plans were to actually forward such methods to reorganize system and to enhance the qualify of vocational high school education. the method for making substantial should be studied further It may include: the methods to ensure special teachers, training room, and facilities. the prospect and direction of career development, employment, or initiation, special research, and the application to educational environment. Employment courses were developed SOHO establishment in small capital and special store management. And academic courses was to enter a collage or university in conjunction with major departments.

This study is to describl the child care system in Sweden and to understand how the progressive child care system has been developed. The sex categories of the child care issues were studied based on a review of the literature related to the Swedish child care, family welfare system and the socio-economic information on Sweden. Six categories were : (1) historical and socio-economic background of child care system, (2) supply of and demand for the child care service and the types of public and private child care, (3) child care program activities, (4) child care staff training system, (5) administration and financial support system for the child care, and (6) the family policy and the family support programs in Sweden. For the Korean child care system, this study on the Swedish child care implied that : (1) To provide a progressive system of the child care system in Korea will require serious discussion about concentration of the child care administration system which is currently distributed to Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health and Welfare. (2) The extensive family support programs such as the parental leave and flexible work conditions for women are needed for the infant care by parents at home. (3) to expand the child care services in Korea, public support should be primarily focused on the supply of the public day care centers even though the demands for the various child care services are to be met by public financial support. (4) Most of all, societal recognition that all children are the resposiblity of our society is needed to develop a progressive child care system in Korea.

Human can learn how to shape their brain electrical activity in a desired direction through continuous feedback of the electroencephalogram (EEG), and this technique is known as Neurofeedback (or EEG biofeedback), which has been used since the late 1960s in clinical applications. In this study, a portable wireless EEG (named wEEG) has been designed and implemented, which consists of a mobile station (a wireless two-channel EEG acquisition device) and a base station (a bridge between mobile station and computer). Moreover, a SensoriMotor Rhythm (SMR) training system was also implemented with the wEEG for enhancing attention with virtual environment. Experiment results based on 16 volunteers' (8 females and 8 males, average age is $27{\pm}4$) were reported in this paper. The results show that the SMR ratio of 87.5% subjects increased about 0.7% in training status than that in the stable status. With the proposed system, many training protocol scan be designed easily and can be done at home in our daily life conveniently. Additionally, the proposed system will be useful for disabled and aged people.

Dysfunction of the anterior and dorsal muscles of the trunk have been studied in relation to low back pain of many years. Many muscles of the trunk are capable of contributing to the stabilization and protection of the lumbar spine, recent evidence has suggested that transversus abdominis may be critically involved and has been the focus of rehabilitation. The delay in onset of contraction of trunk muscles associated with movement of the upper or lower limb in patients with low back pain indicates a significant deficit in the automatic motor command for control of disturbance to the spine. The function of transversus abdominis has been largely ignored in the evaluation of spinal stabilization and protection. The most essential stabilizing muscles for the lumbar column are the transversus abdominis and the multifidus. Sling exercise therapy(SET) concept consists of a system of diagnosis and treatment. The system of diagnosis involves testing the muscle's tolerance through progressive loading in open and close kinetic chains. The SET system contains elements such as relaxation, increasing the range of movement, traction, training the stabilizing musculature, sensorimotor exercises, training in open and close kinetic chains, dynamic training of the mobilizing musculature, cardiovasc+ular exercises, group exercise, personal exercise at home. Sensorimotor training is an essential element of the SET concept. The emphasis is on closed kinetic chain exercises on an unstable surface, thereby achieving optimum stimulation of the sensorimotor apparatus.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the state and problems on sex education of junior & senior high schools in Taegu city & Kyungbuk province and then to try to find the solutions. This article is consisted of four parts: the present state of sex education, how to improve sex education, the problems of teacher training and the actual condition of educational materials for that. The item of questionnaires was analyzed by SAS-PC program. the results are marked with frequency, percentage, mean and $\chi$$^2$(chi-square). For effective and better sex education in high schools, development & distribution of various audio-visual teaching material, and systematic & correlative arrangement of educational contents are to be first requisite. Concerning about the teacher training it is needed that to establish the standard o general management and equipment of instruction system.

We describe the development of an interactive aerobic training system using vision-based motion capture and multimedia technology. Unlike the traditional one-way aerobic training on TV, the proposed system allows the virtual trainer to observe and interact with the user in real-time. The system is composed of a web camera connected to a PC watching the user moves. First, the animated character on the screen makes a move, and then instructs the user to follow its movement. The system applies a robust statistical background subtraction method to extract a silhouette of the moving user from the captured video. Subsequently, principal body parts of the extracted silhouette are located using model-based approach. The motion of these body parts is then analyzed and compared with the motion of the animated character. The system provides audio feedback to the user according to the result of the motion comparison. All the animation and video processing run in real-time on a PC-based system with consumer-type camera. This proposed system is a good example of applying vision algorithms and multimedia technology for intelligent interactive home entertainment systems.

최근 스마트제조에 따른 제어시스템은 제품 이동성, 데이터 호환성, 통신 연계성 등이 매우 중요해지고 있다. 이에 임베디드 시스템은 가전제품, 통신, 국방 등 전 산업분야에서 필수적으로 적용되고 있다. 따라서 임베디드 시스템 개발인력 수요는 더욱 더 증가하는 추세이므로 프로그래밍 능력과 하드웨어를 포함하여 산업현장 실무능력을 겸비한 교육훈련 프로그램이 필요하다. 현재 임베디드 시스템 교육은 아두이노를 활용한 다양한 교육을 수행하고 있지만 이는 비전공자와 초심자 중심이며 임베디드 시스템 전공자 교육과정으로 미약한 실정이다. 또한 임베디드 시스템 기반의 시제품 연구는 활발하지만 산업현장에서 요구하는 실무인재 양성을 위한 교육훈련 프로그램은 매우 미비하다. 따라서 본 논문은 스마트제조 적용을 위한 임베디드 시스템 실무인재 양성을 위해 NCS 기반 전문가 10인의 심층 인터뷰와 설문 분석을 바탕으로 능력단위를 선정하고 교육훈련 프로그램과 컨텐츠를 개발하였다.

KEPCO constructed the first 765kV 2 circuit transmission line in the world with its home grown technologies. Through this 765kV transmission system project, KEPCO accumulated experience and technologies related to the 765 kV power system. Based on the successful completion of the 765kV transmission project, KEPCO is conducting overseas business by using its abundant experience and know-how. In particular, KEPCO developed the training course for power system, called the ATT (Advanced Transmission Technology) training courses for overseas business, especially for developing countries. Therefore, KEPCO developed the "Transmission line design system for overseas projects". This system supports the calculation of wind pressure load, tower design, wire selection, insulation design, etc. by applying the meteorological data of foreign countries and design standards. And this system is applied to the training program so that the trainees can design the optimal transmission line for their own countries.

청소년의 건강이 갈수록 악화되어 가고 있는 가운데 학교현장에서는 다양한 건강체력 향상 프로그램이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 교사의 지도 없이 자기 주도적 체력 관리를 하기에는 다양한 제약이 따른다. 이를 위해 체력관리 어플리케이션 활용이 도움이 될 수 있지만 기존의 운동 어플리케이션은 대부분 성인을 대상으로 개발되어 성장기 청소년이 사용하기에는 한계가 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 청소년의 자기 주도적 체력관리가 가능한 체력증진 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. 본 어플리케이션의 특징은 홈트레이닝과 스쿨트레이닝으로 분류하여 다양한 운동 프로그램을 제공하며, 지속적 활용을 위해 흥미요소를 가미하여 제작하였다. 적용 결과 실험집단 학생들의 건강체력이 대다수 향상되었으며, 어플리케이션 만족도 운동시간 지속적 사용에 대한 반응이 긍정적으로 나타났다.
