The aqua-pet industry has been growing rapidly in the world's developed countries as well as Japan and Europe, but it was a small scale in compared with fisheries part, and political interest came mainly limited to food industry and research in Korea so that it has not been activated. Recently, a paradigm change for fisheries policy bring to have a interest in the aqua-pet industry as future growth power source. Therefore, this study shows that the advanced aqua-pet industry of Japan would be researched and analyzed in historical background, national interest and current aquarium market scale in order to predict the domestic aqua-pet industry rapidly developed in Korea.

This article highlights new opportunities of inorganic semiconductor materials for bio-implantable electronics, as a subset of 'transient' technology defined by an ability to physically dissolve, chemically degrade, or disintegrate in a controlled manner. Concepts of foundational materials for this area of technology with historical background start with the dissolution chemistry and reaction kinetics associated with hydrolysis of nanoscale silicon surface as a function of temperature and pH level. The following section covers biocompatibility of silicon, including related other semiconductor materials. Recent transient demonstrations of components and device levels for bioresorbable implantation enable the future direction of the transient electronics, as temporary implanters and other medical devices that provide important diagnosis and precisely personalized therapies. A final section outlines recent bioresorbable applications for sensing various biophysical parameters, monitoring electrophysiological activities, and delivering therapeutic signals in a programmed manner.

This paper reviews various bitstream syntax and parser description (BSPD) languages used in MPEG multimedia standards. Traditionally, the bitstream syntax and semantics have been described in human-readable form. Several languages have been developed to describe the bitstream syntax using a computer-readable language and allow the automatic generation of bitstream parsing function from the description. The languages were designed for different objectives and applications but have a range of commonalities in functionality. The aim of this paper is to provide a historical overview of BSPD languages. The background and target application of the BSPD languages are reviewed. In addition, the technical features of each languages, including the linguistic basis (e.g., XML-based) and parser generation method, are discussed and evaluated. In addition, previous studies based on each language are introduced and categorized according to their objectives. Finally, the relevant technical issues that suggest the direction of the future researches are reported.

A 'TEXT' is a basic unit of culture. It is also the whole of culture organization which is generalizing a culture. Literary texts which are reflection of the culture could be understood as historical discourse. This thesis which is based on the 'Semiotic theory', 'Victor Turner's Performance theory', and Sung Man Lee's 'Information Model', classified the type of meaning to explain how to communicate the meaning of thing which were described in novels, for examples, background, dress, dialogue, era, etc. An interpreter (reader) should understand the culture described in novels to clarify the ambiguous significance. An interpretative theory of symbolic meaning described in text was presented in this thesis, and it was applied to analysis Myung Hee Choi's novel, 'Honbul'.

Korean practices in tolerance setting of pesticide residues on food crops were compiled with an effort to harmonize with international standards. Based on scientific data including historical background, limit setting protocols, adoption of ADI values, food factors, nation's body weights, and regulatory margins which are required for the setting of maximum residue limits, necessary measures to be taken by Korean regulatory authorities were proposed.

This paper tried to identify recognition and historical background about western table decoration. For the study, the documentary study would be accomplished. the range of time was during Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo, and Neo-classic period, and the range of space was among Italy, France, and England. Styles for example architectures, interior designs, arts, and sculptures represented their own period, and had great influences on eating habits, and the eating habits would be influent on kitchen utensils. As a results of the fact, the structural elements and decoration of table would be showed different characteristics according to periods of time. Today's food cultural trends consisted of consumption, taste, sense, and consumers' demands become diversified, so the paper would be an important data to understand new designs proper for our own modem sense that cope with modem feeling.

Osteochondral lesions of the talus are isolated cartilage and/or bone lesions that are known cause of chronic ankle pain. They can occur as the result of a single acute ankle injury or from repetitive loading of the talus. Technical development in radiologic imaging and ankle arthroscopy have improved diagnostic capabilities for detecting osteochondral lesions. Characteristics which are important in assessing an osteochondral lesions include: the size, the type (chondral, subchondral, cystic), the stability, the displacement, the location, and the containment of lesion. Nonoperative treatment involving period of casting and non-weight-bearing is recommended for acute, non-displaced osteochondral lesions in select pediatric and adolescent patients. Operative treatment is recommended for unstable lesions or failed conservative management. Marrow stimulation techniques (abrasion chondroplasty, multiple drilling, microfracture), osteochondral autograft or allograft, autologous chondrocyte implantation, are frequently employed. The purpose of this article is to review the historical background, etiology, classification systems, diagnostic strategies, and to describe a systematic approach to management of osteochondral lesions of the talus.

The purpose of this article is reviewed the historical background and development of oral care devices in the ancient civilization. Through an evolutional process of oral care devices, the prevalence of periodontal diseases and dental caries has revealed decreasing tendency. Because of the changing the role of the toothbrush, the name of brush should be alter from toothbrush to oral brush. Recent we can apply toothbrush to tongue cleaner to diminish the oral breathe odor. Selection of the toothbrush for fittable for each and every person is the one of important point to maintain the oral hygiene. including check-up the oral hygiene status after toothbrush with disclosing solution. This review of literature suggest that the most important way to maintain the oral health shoul be included the selection of proper toothbrush for each person and confirmation of result of toothbrush in oral cavity after had learned tooth brush instruction from professional person.

The concept of humanity is considered as the common issue of various areas in the $21^{st}$ century. The unique aspect is that they focus on the disadvantaged group and want to do something for their severe situation in spite of the economic recession all the world faced. This paper shows how the social design appeared as a paradigm of the $21^{st}$ century design on the historical consideration, and tries to prove that the social design is not a new trend but the subtle movement that begun from $19^{th}$ century.
