경사지의 환경친화적 집합주택 개발방안 (A Study on the Ecological Development of Multi-family Housing on Hillside)

  • This study aims at the suggestion of possibility that a housing density will maintain properly and that an ecological hill housing will recover a rapport with the ground. That is, both residential planning on the hillside and ecological architecture as a concept for development are chosen for study category, and relationship between the hillside and the hill housing is theorized and then propriety is analysed through application of the ecological planning elements. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Now that the hillside is regarded as an idle land that preserves natural environment and maintains ecosystem, it must be developed on the basis of awareness that nature and human beings exist together. 2. Analysis of geographical factors must be advanced because it is inevitable that the development of the hill housing should be performed properly to the geographical characteristics. 3. Planning elements of ecological residential block which are possible for constructing on the hillside can be developed and applied, on the basis of geographical characteristics, by classifying them into two areas; housing estate, building and unit.

부산지역 구릉지 토지이용 및 주택개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Land Use and Housing Development of Hillside Areas in Busan Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 부산의 구릉지 토지이용 실태와 주택개발을 조사하고 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 표고 80m이상 지역을 대상으로 조사하였다. 조사결과, 부산시 면적의 44.22%가 표고 80m이상을 점하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 구릉지 내에 입지하는 건축물의 노후도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주택재개발 등 도시정비예정구역중 표고 80m이상 위치한 구역이 30.13%에 달하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이에 따라 부산의 구릉지역에 대해서 기존의 평지형 정비방식을 적용해서는 곤란하며 지형과 조화로운 개발을 유도할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 결합개발방식을 하나의 대안으로 제안하였다.

  • The Hill housing in korea usually have a low-rise clustered housing style, and they were mostly built during the 1980s. Low-rise terraced houses that can be found in Europe, American or japan cannot be found in Korea due to spatial limitations, so semi-detached houses or duplexes with low-story unit plan have been built in Korea. In this study, the developments will be analyzed, and domestic and foreign cases will be compared. Based on the results of analyses and comparisons, new unit plans and section types applicable to Korea will be suggested.

색채 조화이론을 통해 본 산복도로 르네상스마을 조형성 분석 (Aesthetic Factors of Color Combinations in Hillside Renaissance Villages - An Analysis based on Color Harmony Theory -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the aesthetic factors in color combinations of house exteriors in hillside villages, Busan. The so-called 'Hillside renaissance' is a representative urban regeneration project in Busan. The towns in hillside area in Busan have developed colorful sceneries. But all the colorful sceneries are not the same. Each town has own color characters and different aesthetic color effects. This study is to determine the unique aesthetic components in color combination of Gamcheon and Daecheong. This study is based on the traditional color harmony theories. The analysis focuses, inter alia, on Moon-Spencer's 'Aesthetic Measure'. A house exterior color has relations with two neighboring colors in array. And those three colors with next two houses have again each three hue, value and chroma relations. This analysis is first to determine whether each sample color combination is harmonized, and if harmonized, next step to list which aesthetic factor is dominantly contributing to color harmony. And at last, to study the subcategorized sectors of each color components of the hue, value and chroma.

저층고밀형 주택지 정비수법에 관한 연구 (A Case Study on the Environmental Improvement of Low-Rise and High-Density Housing)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 구릉지의 노후된 주택지 정비에 있어 경관을 고려한 저층고밀형 개발방식의 가능성을 검토하는 것이다. 구릉지역에 있어서는 기존의 평지형 정비방식을 적용해서는 곤란하며 지형순응형 개발을 유도할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 이를 위해 우선 사례지역을 선정하여 GIS DATA 등을 활용하여 토지이용현황을 조사하고 사업의 손익분기점이 되는 용적률을 산출하였다. 그 결과 용적률 180% 정도에서 최소한의 정비사업이 가능한 것을 알 수 있었다. 이에 따라 공동주택과 테라스하우스 등을 혼합한 정비방식을 적용하여 개발시뮬레이션과 경관시뮬레이션을 실시하였다. 경관시뮬레이션은 AutoCAD 2004와 ArcView 3.2a를 활용하였다. 이를 통해 혼합형 저층고밀의 정비방식을 도입한다면 지형순응형 개발에 대한 가능성과 효과가 나타나는 것으로 입증되었다.

서울 중계동 백사마을 가로외관 특성 연구 (The Study on Street Facade Characteristics of Junggye-dong 104 village in Seoul)

  • 104 village has kept the landscape of low-income settlements at hillside village as called 'Daldongnae' since 1960s. It has high urban and social values in modern housing history of Korea. This study is to analyze the basic type, transformed type of street facade and also the meaning in the modern housing history. It analyzes basic elements(building elevation, gate, fence) and subsidiary elements(roof form, door, window), and the type of street facade by the composition of the element.

도시근교 농촌지역에 있어서 산지·구릉지의 개발방향 (A Study on the Design Guideline for Development of Hilly in the Rural Area)

  • It is focused on the desirable development alternations for sprawled unplanned on mountainous hilly areas in the residential areas development of the rural areas, mainly on the idyllic housing residential areas. The major research findings were as follows : (1) 85% of the idyllic housing residential areas of the suburban rural area was developed on the mountainous hilly areas. (2) For the desirable development on the suburban rural area, Environmentally Symbiosis Land Use Plan, diversification of Housing type such as Earthing Row House, diverse housing site planning techniques considering the conditions of mountainous hilly areas, for common space planning, land development, housing planing, hillside development, should be devised. (3) New regulations of strengthening construction permits, District Plan should be introduced in law and system management.

Evaluation of GIS-supported Route Selection Method of Hillside Transportation in Nagasaki City, Japan

  • In this study, the authors evaluate the suitability of the candidate routes selected by the route selection method, which is developed by the authors, by combination of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Analytic Hierarchy Process. To evaluate the suitability of the candidate routes, from the viewpoint of the residents, we have considered element factors such as, population, household, aging situation, elevation, gradient, housing density and the Control Point. The results of this study are expected to assess the suitability of the candidate routes of the hillside transportation for the residents and examine the application limit of the route selection method.

도시녹지와 주민의 삶 - 면적에서 공간의 관점으로 - (Planned Green Space in High Density Residential Zone and Quality of Life : Areal to Spatial Context)

  • 본 연구는 1980년대에 이후 개발된 고밀도주거지역 주변에 조성된 도시공원에 관한 것이다. 지구온난화와 열섬현상은 도시민들의 삶의 질을 위협한다. 도시개발 후 녹지공간을 확대할 수 없는 조건하에서 계속적으로 인접지역에 시설물, 건물, 도로망이 확충되었다. 신도시 건설계획에 따라 조성된 도시공원들을 비교한 결과, 도시계획단계에서 최소한의 녹지를 확보했으나 개발 후 20년 이상 지난 시점에서 주민에게 적절한 녹지공간이 되지 못하며, 녹색섬으로 남거나 냉섬 효과, 녹지연결성, 바람길 통로로서의 기능은 미흡하다. 일부 지역은 재건축이 완료되거나 진행되고 있으며 이는 더욱 더 주민에게 삶의 질을 더욱 악화시킬 수 있는 요소가 될 수 있다.

청주 원도심 내 현존하는 옛마을의 입지특성과 가로체계의 변화 (A Study on the Locational Characteristics and Road System of Existing Old Settlements in Cheongju City)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify locational characteristics and the road systems of existing 22 old settlements in Cheongju downtown of Korea. These old settlements are classified largely into two types by geographical feature; Hill type located in ridge and Valley type in the valley from the ridge. The Hill type is further categorized into San-rock located on ridge and Gogae located on hillside, and the Valley type into closed large and small valley, that is, Daegok and Sogok by the shape and size of the valley. The road systems are classified into outer road, approaching road, inner road, and side road. In San-rock type villages, Inner road is changed side roads by new arterial road, and new ones become inner road. The outer road are almost cut off, but side roads maintain. In the case of the Gogae type, main road becomes inner road, maintain old hierarchical road, and in other cases, villages are formed around side roads derived from main road, and outer road and inner road are cut off. Among the Valley type, Daegok type maintains old hierarchical road, while for Sogok type, outer roads are cut off, and new roads are outer road.
