Hydrocyclone is widely used in industry, because of its simplicity in design, high capacity, low maintenance and operational cost. The separation action of a hydrocyclone treating particulate slurry is a consequence of the swirling flow that produces a centrifugal force on the fluid and suspended particles. In spite of hydrocyclone have many advantage, the application for treatment of urban stormwater case study were rare. We conducted a laboratory scale study on treatable potential of micro particles using hydrocyclone filter (HCF) that was a combined modified hydrocyclone with perlite filter cartridge. Since it was not easy to use actual storm water in the scaled-down hydraulic model investigations, it was necessary to reproduce ranges of particles sizes with synthetic materials. The synthesized storm runoff was made with water and addition of particles; ion exchange resin, road sediment, commercial area manhole sediment, and silica gel particles. Experimental studies have been carried out about the particle separation performance of HCF-open system and HCF-closed system. The principal structural differences of these HCFs are underflow zone structure and vortex finder. HCF was made of acryl resin with 120 mm of diameter hydrocyclone and 250 mm of diameter filter chamber and overall height of 800 mm. To determine the removal efficiency for various influent concentrations of suspended solids (SS) and chemical oxygen demand (COD), tests were performed with different operational conditions. The operated maximum of surface loading rate was about 700 $m^3/m^2$/day for HCF-open system, and 1,200 $m^3/m^2$/day for HCF-closed system. It was found that particle removal efficiency for the HCF-closed system is better than the HCF-open system under same surface loading rate. Results showed that SS removal efficiency with the HCF-closed system improved by about 8~20% compared with HCF-open system. The average removal efficiency difference for HCF-closed system between measurement and CFD particle tracking simulation was about 4%.
Heavy metal contaminants in the shooting range are mostly present in a warhead circle or a metal fragment present as a particle, these fine metal particles are weathered for a long period of time is very likely that the surface is present as an oxide or carbon oxide. In particular, lead which is a representative contaminant in the shooting range soil, is present as more fine particles because it increases the softness and is stretched well. Therefore, by physical washing experiment, we conducted a degree analysis, concentration of heavy metals by cubic diameter, composition analysis of metallic substances, and assessment of applicability of gravity, magnetism and floating selection. The experimental results FESEM analysis and the measurement results lead to the micro-balance was confirmed thatthe weight goes outless than the soil ofthe same size in a thinly sliced and side-shaped structure according to the dull characteristics it was confirmed that the high specific gravity applicability. In addition, the remediation efficiency evaluation results using a hydrocyclone applied to this showed a cumulative remediation efficiency of 71%,twice 80%, 3 times 91%. On the other hand, magnetic sifting showed a low efficiency of 17%,floating selection -35mesh (0.5mm)target soil showed a relatively high efficiency to 39% -10mesh (2mm) efficiency was only 16%. The target treatment diameter of soil washing should be 2mm to 0.075mm, which is applied to the actual equipment by adding an additional input classification, which would require management as additional installation costs and processes are constructed. As a result, it is found that the soilremediation of shooting range can be separately according to the size of the warhead. The size is larger than the gravel diameter to most 5.56mm, so it is possible to select a specific gravity using a high gravity. However, the contaminants present in the metal fragments were found to be processed by separating using a hydrocyclone of the soil washing according to the weight is less than the soil of the same particle size in a thinly fragmented structure.

The influences of protease on the removal of various protein soils from cotton fabrics were studied. The human epidermal stratum corneum, hemoglobin and casein were used as protein soils. The soiled fabrics were denatured by steaming for 30 min. before washing and laundered using Terg-O-Tometer under washing conditions. The removal efficiency was evaluated by analysis of protein on the fabrics before and after washing by means of copper-Folin method. The relations between the removal and the characteristics of protease were discussed. Also the degradation of protein were examined by microscopy. The seperation of human epidermal stratum corneum after hydrolysis was examined by SDS-PAGE. The results obtained were as follow : 1. The protein from the soiled cotton fabric was removed effectively by adding protease. The removal of protein was increased in proportion to increasing of the enzyme concentration up to a certain point, but it began to decrease above the point. The removal effect was high in the order of casein>human epidermal stratum corneum>hemoglobin. Especially the protein was more effectively removed in ADS solution(pH 9.5) containing enzyme. 2. When protease was used with ADS. the removal of protein was efficiently showed in relatively short time(5~15min.) compared to using ADS only. It is due to the properties of this enzyme that reacts with very short time. 3. Even at low temperature the removal efficiency of enzyme was relatively higher compared with the activity of enzyme. The removal of protein soil was increased up to a maximum near $50^{\circ}C$, and then decreased. 4. The removal of protein by protease was improved with the increase of alkalinity in the pH range from 9.5 to 11.0 but it began to decrease above pH 11.0. 5. According to the increase of mechanical agitation, the removal effect was increased. But the removal efficiency of protease was more effective compared with the agitation in detergency. 6. According to the SDS-PAGE separation and micrograph it was confirmed that the human epidermal corneum was effectively hydrolysed by the enzyme added. So the fragments of protein were removed more efficiently by means of the interfacial reaction of AOS.

In this study, ethosomes loaded with Eucommia ulmoides extracts that have anti-inflammatory and anti-aging activities on the skin were prepared as cosmetic materials. The particle size, physical property, and entrapment efficiency of ethosomes to identify their stabilities during 4 weeks were measured. Ethosomes containing 0.01~0.05% E. ulmoides extracts did not show either precipitation or separation. The mean particle size of these ethosomes was 136.4 nm, and monodisperse. The particle size of ethosome containing 0.05% E. ulmoides extracts was 151.15 nm and the entrapment efficiency was 81.79%. Therefore, in vitro skin permeation experiment was performed with ethosome containing 0.05% E. ulmoides extracts that showed the high loading efficiency and stability during 4 weeks. The order of skin permeation of E. ulmoides extracts was ethosome (77.16%) > liposome (62.80%) > ethanolic solutoin (41.59%). These results suggest that ethosomes containing 0.05% E. ulmoides extracts are effective for the skin permeation and may be used as a cosmetic formulation containing plant extracts.
Concentrated water discharged from seawater desalination process contains a high concentration of $Na^+$ ion. Electrolysis was applied to synthesize NaOH solution from the highly concentrated NaCl solution. The effect of various operating parameters of composited laboratory-scale chlor-alkali (CA) membrane cell was investigated. The operating parameters such as membrane types (CIMS and Nafion membranes), pretreatment of the membrane, flow rate (73 mL/min~200 mL/min), initial $Na^+$ ion concentration (1.5 M, 3M and 5 M) and current (1.5A and 2A) were evaluated. It was observed that synthesis efficiency of NaOH solution with CIMS membrane was higher than that with Nafion membrane, but the durability of CIMS membrane on $Cl_2$ gas was poor. The synthesis efficiency of NaOH solution increased with increasing initial $Na^+$ ion concentration and current, while the efficiency decreased with increasing flow rate using Nafion membrane.

Construction companies are trying to apply process management to their business to improve efficiency in business circumstance of high competition and globalization. Since 1990s, construction firms adopted process management to improve internal and external business structure based on process. It however has a few improvement functions. In addition, business support systems for business process efficiency improvement were developed, but separation between business process and IT system occurred because it focused on function-based individual construction and data input/output. To solve this problem, this study proposed business process and IT integration model for supporting user to use business information and system based on visualized business process and improving use of previous business support system. Business efficiency is expected to be improved with this model which based on integration required business condition(stakeholder, business data, functions of business supporting system). This study developved process model, architecture, and BPA of whole construction management business. According to BPA, it analyzed business process stakeholder, detail activities, and input-output data. And also it examined 12 main business supporting system of Korean construction firms. Based on analyzed data, this study developed business process supporting integration model based on business process through PDCA and CRUD analysis.
The particle filtration mechanisms in an infiltration trench should be varying due to the different hydraulic conditions during stormwater runoff. The understanding of these variations associated with different filtration mechanisms and their effect on the particle removal efficiency is of vital importance. Therefore, a LID (Low Impact Development) system comprising of an infiltration trench packed with gravel and woodchip was investigated during the monitoring of several independent rainfall events. A typical rainfall event was divided into separate regimes and their corresponding flow conditions as well as filtration mechanisms in the trench were analyzed. According to hydraulic conditions, it was found out that filtration changes between vertical and horizontal flows as well as between unsaturated, saturated, and partially-saturated flows. Particle separation efficiency was high (55-76%) and was mainly governed by physical straining during the unsaturated period. It was then enhanced by diffusion during the saturated period (75-95%). When the trench became partially saturated at the end of the rainfall event, the efficiency decreased which was believed to be due to the existence of a negatively charged air-water interface which limited the removal to positively charged particles.

The removal of radioactive corrosion products from the reactor coolant through a magnetic filter system is one of the many approaches being investigated as a means to reduce radiation sources and exposures to the operational and maintenance personnel in a nuclear power plant. Many research activities in water chemistry, therefore, have been performed to provide a filtration system with high reliability and feasibility and are still in process. In this study, it was devised the magnetic filter system with permanent and electric magnets to remove the corrosion products in the coolant stream taking an advantage of the magnetic properties of corrosion particles. Permanent magnets were used for separation of corrosion products and electric magnets were utilized for flocculation of colloidal particles to increase in their size. Experiments using only permanent magnets, in the previous study, displayed the satisfactory outcome of filtering corrosion products and indicated that the removal efficiency was more than 90 $\%$ for above 5 $\mu$m particles. Experiments using electric magnets also showed the good performance of flocculation without chemical agents and exhibited that most corrosion particles were flocculated into larger aggregates about 5 $\mu$m and over in diameter. It is, thus, expected that the magnetic filter system with the arrangement of permanent and electric magnets will be an effective way for the removal of radioactive corrosion products with considerably high removal efficiency.
Car exhaust $CO_2$ gas reduction and fuel efficiency of the car lighter for the current era is a big challenge. The developments of high-performance Nd magnets, Li-ion secondary battery and exhaust gas purification performance of PGM catalysts used in the lightweight EV and HEV are activated. Country in order to improve the car lighter and function that use the resources of rare metals are ubiquitous imported from China because of export supply control, as soaring prices have unstable supply and demand. Compared to the emissions from the next-generation automotive recycling, waste scarce resources need to be. This study investigated the recycling technology analysis and development of the information technology, or delivered to the researchers by giving national car industry aims to contribute to the development. Findings, pulmonary high-performance motor vehicle emissions in the exhaust gas purification PGM Catalysts, Li-ion battery and Nd magnets recycling technology, such as pre- and post-processing techniques to classify technology, pre-urban mining technology mechanical separation by screening techniques under development, the study and post-processing technology has, pyro and hydro metallurgical smelting technology is established. Waste Recycling in terms of economic efficiency of mechanical components for the intensive study of screening techniques is needed.

When PFC(Perfluorocarbonate) decontamination technology is applied to removal of radioactive contaminated particulate adhered at surface during the operation of nuclear research facilities, it is necessary to develop a filtration equipment to reuse of PFC solution due to high price, also to minimize the volume of second wastewater. Contaminated characteristics of hot particulate was investigated and a filtration process was presented to remove suspended radioactive particulate from PFC decontamination wastewater generated on PFC decontamination. The range of size of hot particulate adhered at the surface of research facilities measured by SEM was $0.1{\sim}10{\mu}m$. Hot particulate of more than $2{\mu}m$ in PFC contamination wastewater was removed by first filter and then hot particulate of more than $0.2{\mu}m$ was removed by second filter. Results of filter experiments showed that filtration efficiency of PVDF(Poly vinylidene fluoride), PP(Polypropylene), Ceramic filter was $95{\sim}97\%$. A ceramic filter showed a higher filtration efficiency with a little low permeate volume. Also, a ceramic of inorganic compound could be broken easily on experiment and has a high price but was highly stable at radioactivity in comparison of PVDF and PP of a macromolecule which generate $H_2$ gas in alpha radioactivity environment.
