In this paper, we construct the traffic information database by using the acquired data from the traffic information devices installed in road network, and, by referring to this database, propose the intersection simulation system which can dynamically manage the real-time traffic flow for each section of road from the intersections, This system consists of hierarchical 3 parts, The lower layer is the physical layer where the traffic information is acquired on an actual road. The traffic flow control framework exists in the middle layer. The framework supports the grouping of intersection, the collection of real-time traffic flow information, and the remote monitoring and control by using the traffic information of the lower layer, This layer is designed by extending the distributed object group framework we developed. In upper layer, the intersection simulator applications controlling the traffic flow by grouping the intersections exist. The components of the intersection application in our system are composed of the implementing objects based on the Time-triggered Message-triggered Object(TMO) scheme, The intersection simulation system considers the each intersection on road as an application group, and can apply the control models of dynamic traffic flow by the road's status. At this time, we use the real-time traffic information collected through inter-communication among intersections. For constructing this system, we defined the system architecture and the interaction of components on the traffic flow control framework which supports the TMO scheme and the TMO Support Middleware(TMOSM), and designed the application simulator and the user interface to the monitoring and the controlling of traffic flow.
Background: The number of outpatients visiting large university teaching hospitals has increased drastically with the introduction of a nationwide health care insurance in 1989 and the improvement of the socio-economic status of the population. This resulted in long waiting times for services, particularly prescribed drugs, which have been patients' chief complaints. Hospitals have tried to solve the problem with limited success because their approach lacked comprehensive research. The objective of this study is to investigate associations between waiting times and variables defining a total work system. Methods: Data for the outpatient pharmacy department in a tertiary care university teaching hospital located in Seoul was analyzed to achieve the study objective. Associations of pharmacy system variables -- work load, work force, pharmacist work schedule, machine problems, and inventory control -- with mean and 99th percentile of waiting times were examined by the hierarchical stepwise regression method. Day was a unit of the analyses. Results: The regression models explained 65.8% of variance in the mean waiting time and 61.34% in the 99th percentile of waiting times. The break-down of the printer for drug envelops, Automatic Tablet Counters (ATCs), and main computer system lasted longer than 30 minutes increased the mean for 7.7 minutes, 4.5 minutes, and 7.0 minutes, respectively, and the 99th percentile for 14.8 minutes, 9.0 minutes, and 15.7 minutes, respectively. Concerning the work force, study results showed that there were significant differences in the productivity of pharmacists with work experience more than three years, one to three years, and less than one year, and showed that peak time aid work by pharmacists at job assignments other than the outpatient pharmacy, part-time pharmacists, and the installation of ATCs were effective in reducing waiting times, Finally, study findings indicated that the operational policy of work assignment and rotation schedule, supply and inventory of drugs at work tables, and readiness for undisrupted work during the work hours could have a significant effect on waiting times. Conclusion: The study results indicated that efforts to reduce waiting times for prescribed drugs should be geared toward every components of the pharmacy work system ranging from work schedule of pharmacists and supply of dugs at work tables. These findings should provide hospital managers with right directions in battling the problem.

The nonlinear finite element method with eight noded isoparametric quadrilateral element for concrete and two noded element for reinforcement is used for the prediction of the behavior of reinforcement concrete structures. The disturbed state concept (DSC) including the hierarchical single surface (HISS) plasticity model with associated flow rule with modifications is used to characterize the constitutive behavior of concrete both in compression and in tension which is named DSC/HISS-CT. The HISS model is applied to shows the plastic behavior of concrete, and DSC for microcracking, fracture and softening simulations of concrete. It should be noted that the DSC expresses the behavior of a material element as a mixture of two interacting components and can include both softening and stiffening, while the classical damage approach assumes that cracks (damage) induced in a material treated acts as a void, with no strength. The DSC/HISS-CT is a unified model with different mechanism, which expresses the observed behavior in terms of interacting behavior of components; thus the mechanism in the DSC is much different than that of the damage model, which is based on physical cracks which has no strength and interaction with the undamaged part. This is the first time the DSC/HISS-CT model, with the capacity to account for both compression and tension yields, is applied for concrete materials. The DSC model allows also for the characterization of non-associative behavior through the use of disturbance. Elastic perfectly plastic behavior is assumed for modeling of steel reinforcement. The DSC model is validated at two levels: (1) specimen and (2) practical boundary value problem. For the specimen level, the predictions are obtained by the integration of the incremental constitutive relations. The FE procedure with DSC/HISS-CT model is used to obtain predictions for practical boundary value problems. Based on the comparisons between DSC/HISS-CT predictions, test data and ANSYS software predictions, it is found that the model provides highly satisfactory predictions. The model allows computation of microcracking during deformation leading to the fracture and failure; in the model, the critical disturbance, Dc, identifies fracture and failure.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation among family strength, creative personality, and career maturity. This subjects were the 508 middle school students living in Gwangju. Data was analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, cronbach's ${\alpha}$, ANOVA, duncan test, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS/PC 18.0 program. The major findings were as follows; First, the middle school students' family strengths, creative personality, and career maturity were higher than median(3.00). Second, career maturity showed significant difference according to all of family strength(family respect and affection, role sharing and problem solving, communication and family bonding, financial stability) and part of creative personality(self-conviction, perseverance/tenacity, openness of thinking, curiosity). Third, the middle school students' career maturity was influenced by self-confidence and humor. And the middle school students' career maturity was explained about 26% by these variables. The outcomes indicated that career maturity of middle school students is affected by creative personality.

This study was carried out to verify the relationship between the job satisfaction and turnover intention of nurses working in general hospitals The study included 312 nurses working in three general hospitals located in Gyeoungpook area. The data was collected by a survey using self-administered questionnaires structured from February 25 to March 16, 2013. The level of turnover intention was negatively correlated with job satisfaction and professional position, autonomy, administrative capacity, pay, task requirement. In logistic regression analysis, the adjusted odds ratio of the high risk turnover intention was increased significantly in the lower groups of job satisfaction, job autonomy, administrative capacity and pay than in the higher groups of these items. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that the turnover intention correlated significantly with the education level, subjective sleep evaluation, job career, job position, monthly pay, satisfaction with work, fitness of the job, career choice motives, physical burden of work, and job satisfaction. In addition, there was a negative correlation between the job satisfaction and turnover intention in the studied nurses, which showed that the turnover intention increased with decreasing level of job satisfaction. The variations in the job related characteristics and job satisfaction have a significant influence on the turnover intention.

In terms of quality of life, leisure and health have become important issues with increasing incomes and decreasing working hours in Korea. This study empirically investigates the effects of urban open space on outdoor leisure activities, emphasizing that parks, river banks, and physical activity sites can provide opportunities such as walking, jogging, stretching, and cycling, free of charge to all residents. Based on 2010 sample survey data on leisure activities, multiple regression model as well as hierarchical linear model are estimated, taking account of both individual characteristics on demand and environmental/areal factors on supply side, including open space. Major findings include: first, urban open space significantly increases residents' outdoor leisure activities, second, the effect is more significant for the elderly and third, the effect is more valid for those with relatively low incomes and less education. These results imply that urban open space could be available as a local public good to cope with population aging and to realize health city and social welfare, since this space is not only a leisure place but also public health and welfare facilities.
The purpose of study was to examine the entrepreneurial supporting policy and the entrepreneurship which can affect the entrepreneurial intention, and to prove the moderating effect of the business failure burden and the self-efficacy on the relationship of the entrepreneurial supporting policy, entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial intention through the empirical study in the fusion of industries. We used data from 321 survey participants by using structured questionnaires, excluding dishonest respondents, and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 18.0 statistic package. We used hierarchical regression technique to prove our hypothesis. The results showed that education and marketing support which are part of the entrepreneurial supporting policy in the fusion of industries will have positive influence on innovativeness, pro-activeness and risk acceptability which are part of entrepreneurship. It has been reported that only funding support has positive influence on entrepreneurship pro-activeness. The results also indicated that the entrepreneurial supporting policy will have positive influence on the entrepreneurial intention, but business failure burden and self-efficacy will have no moderating effect in the relation between the entrepreneurial supporting policy and the entrepreneurship. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings were discussed and the directions for future research were presented.
This study examined the influences of children's playfulness and teacher-child interactions on their peer interactions, and investigated whether teacher-child interactions had any moderating effects upon the relation between child playfulness and peer interactions. The participants of this study were 240 children in fourth year classes in child care centers in Seoul and Gyoung-gi province and 24 of their teachers. In order to measure the research variables, the Korean version of PIPPS(Pen Interaction Peer Play Scale) by Choi and Shin(2008), the Children's Playfulness Scale(Barnett, 1991), and the modified version of the Caregiver Interaction Scale(Arnett, 1989) were used. The data were analyzed by means of descriptive statics, Pearson's correlations, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results indicated that children's playfulness and teacher-child interactions had significant effects on their peer interactions. Especially, the teacher-child interactions were related to the play disruption and the play disconnection of peer interactions. In addition, teacher-child interactions moderated the effect of children's social spontaneity(children's playfulness) on their play disconnection(peer interactions). The results have some implications for the role of teacher-child interactions in peer play interactions and a range of prevention efforts.

We propose a framework for grouping photographic advertising images that employs a hierarchical indexing scheme based on efficient feature combinations. The study provides one specific application of effective tools for monitoring photographic advertising information through online and offline channels. Specifically, it develops a preprocessor for advertising image information tracking. We consider both global features that contain general information on the overall image and local features that are based on local image characteristics. The developed local features are invariant under image rotation and scale, the addition of noise, and change in illumination. Thus, they successfully achieve reliable matching between different views of a scene across affine transformations and exhibit high accuracy in the search for matched pairs of identical images. The method works with global features in advance to organize coarse clusters that consist of several image groups among the image data and then executes fine matching with local features within each cluster to construct elaborate clusters that are separated by identical image groups. In order to decrease the computational time, we apply a conventional clustering method to group images together that are similar in their global characteristics in order to overcome the drawback of excessive time for fine matching time by using local features between identical images.

For more meaningful implications to HR partitioner in the era of smart working, Data collection was done from the manufacturing companies in Kyungsangnamdo and hierarchical regression was conducted. we investigated the relationship between work-family facilitation and organizational commitment and moderating effect of perceived organizational support between work-family facilitation and organizational commitment. Based on the result, we have proposed some implications. First, we should study more detail processes between work-family facilitation and organizational commitment not only continuous commitment but also affective and normative commitment. Second, we could know that not only work-family balance but also work-family facilitation could positively impact on organizational commitment, there when we design the job of employees, we should consider the family issues of job holder.
