이러한 4차 산업혁명은 ICBM(IoT, Cloud, Big data, Mobile) 기술이 발달함에 따라 가능했으며.
Genetic and environmental factors are the two areas which have received attention in the etiology of congenital cardiac malformation. Genetic factor in many types of congenital heart disease have not been clearly delineated. Congenital heart diseases are a heterogenous category of developmental anomalies, representing in most cases the multifactorial inheritance of threshold characters, the expression of which is the product of a genetic - environmental interaction. Recently we experienced three pairs of congenital heart disease in siblings including ventricular septal defects in twin.
The need of space-resolved x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) has developed scanning photoelectron microscopy (SPEM). SPEM provides space-resolved XPS data from a spot of a sample as well as images of specific element, chemical state, valency distribution on the surface of a sample. Based on technical advancement of tight x-ray focusing, sample positioning accuracy, and electron analyzer efficiency, SPEM is now capable of providing ~100 nm space resolution for typical XPS functionality, and SPEM has become actively applied for the investigation of chemical state, valency, and electronic structure on the surface of newly discovered materials, such as graphene layers, dichalcogenide 2D-materials, and heterogenous new functional materials.
Oral mucosal lesions with a papillary or verrucous surface are a heterogenous group of conditions with widely varying clinical behaviour. The etiology is variable and includes infective, traumatic or neoplastic processes. The majority of these lesions are precanceous lesion. Therefore, a biopsy is required to establish a diagnosis and the microscopic examination must be coordinated with the clinical findings. This paper reviews the clinical features and significance of papillary or verrucous lesions.
Biosynthesis and processing of cytoplasmic mRNA from heterogenous nuclear RNA (hn-RNA) in Aspergillus phoenicis were studied by $^{3}H$-uridine labeling and synchronous culture techniques during their life cycle. Incorporations of $^{3}H$-uridine into hn-RNA and mRNA were most rapid in vesicle-phialide fromation stage and diminished in hyphal growth stage. The processing of cytoplasmic mRNA from hn-RNA was proceeded more rapidly in hyphal growth and conidiophore formation stages than in conidia and vesicle-phialide formation stages. The specific radioactivities of hn-RNA and mRNA were very high in vesicle-phialide formation stage.
ATSC is currently working on standardization of hybrid 3DTV broadcasting service in heterogenous network environment after completion of service-compatible 3DTV broadcasting service standard based on broadcasting channel. This paper proposes a convergence 3D video broadcasting method on broadcasting and IP network while guaranteeing a Full-HD 3D quality without degrading the image quality of legacy DTV. Specifically, this paper describes transmission of the 3D additional video using the ISO/IEC 23009-1 DASH, robust synchronization method under heterogenous network environments and system target decoder model for hybrid 3DTV receiver. Based on experimental results, we confirm that proposed technologies can be used as a core technology in the hybrid 3DTV standardization and a reference model for a development of hybrid 3DTV encoder and receiver.

A 19-year-old man was referred to Seoul National University Dental Hospital for evaluation of a large painless swelling of the left mandibular angle area in August, 1999. The growth had been first noted 6 years ago. He had visited other hospital in 1997. In spite of the treatment given at the hospital, the mass continued to grow rapidly. Conventional radiographs in 1999 showed an expansile, lobulated, and destructive lesion of the left mandibular body. CT scan demonstrated an expansile mass with a corticated margin. Bony septa were seen within the lesion. Internal calcification noted on the bone-setting CT image, and corresponded to the hypointense area in T1-weighted MRI image. MRI clearly delineated the extent of the lesion which had heterogenous intermediate signal intensity in T1-weighted images and heterogenous hyperintense signal intensity in T2-weighted images. The lesion was well-enhanced. Histopathologically, the lesion was well demarcated. Multinucleated giant cells were presented in a fibrous background, demonstrating a storiform pattern. Areas of osteoid rimmed by a few osteoblasts were scattered throughout the lesion. Inflammatory cells, blood vessels, and hemosiderin deposition were also shown. CGCG may show lots of internal calcification foci on the CT, and varied signal intensity in MRI. More cases will be needed to understand the features of the CT & MR finding of CGCG.

Objective : To report eruption of maxillary canine through Bio-$Oss^{(R)}$ graft in patients with secondary bone-grafted alveolar clefts. Methods : Secondary alveolar bone grafts placed in the cleft alveolar defect have been shown to support dental eruption through the graft and may further affect the prevalence of impacted teeth. As the case may be, it could be difficult to do secondary alveolar bone graft with autologous bone. In particular, few reports have been shown the secondary bone graft with heterogenous bone(Bio-$Oss^{(R)}$). In this report, the eruption of canine into bone-grafted alveolar clefts was recorded as panoramic, occlusal radiographs, in 3 patients grafted with Bio-$Oss^{(R)}$ Results : Like autologous bone graft, the canine was erupted and developed into the cleft alveolar defect through Bio-$Oss^{(R)}$ graft. Conclusion : In some cases that autologous bone graft is not available, we can consider heterogenous bone graft into the cleft alveolar defect for dental development and eruption of impacted teeth.

This paper proposes the new object detection system with two laser-scanners and a camera for classifying the objects and predicting the location of objects on road street. This detection system could be applied the new C-ITS service such as ADAS(Advanced Driver Assist System) or (semi-)automatic vehicle guidance services using object's types and precise position. This study describes the some examples in other countries and feasibility of object detection system based on a camera and two laser-scanners. This study has developed the heterogenous sensor's fusion method and shows the results of implementation at road environments. As a results, object detection system at roadside infrastructure is a useful method that aims at reliable classification and positioning of road objects, such as a vehicle, a pedestrian, and obstacles in a street. The algorithm of this paper is performed at ideal condition, so it need to implement at various condition such as light brightness and weather condition. This paper should help better object detection and development of new methods at improved C-ITS environment.
