Objectives: The purpose of this study is to review clinical studies of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on Genito-Pelvic Pain/Penetration Disorder (GPPPD) in women. Methods: Key words "Dyspareunia", "Vaginismus" were searched on Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure Database (CNKI) on April 21th 2019. Results: 2 case reports and 7 clinical trials were collected in accordance with the selection and exclusion criteria. Among the 7 trials, 4 were controlled trials, and 3 were single-arm trials. The types of intervention were herb medication in 8 studies, and compound TCM treatment including acupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping therapy in 1 study. All 4 controlled trials were about dyspareunia and conducted by herbal medicine of TCM. The study results and methods of intervention were analyzed. Conclusions: 2 case reports described the effectiveness of compound TCM treatments (acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping therapy) and herb medicine in dyspareunia. In 4 controlled trials, 2 trials described the effectiveness of herb medicine (oral or vaginal agent) compared to western treatment in dyspareunia, and other 2 trials described no effectiveness of herbal enema compared to danazol. In 3 single-arm trials, 1 trial of dyspareunia and 2 trials of vaginismus described the effectiveness of herb medicine. All the 9 selected studies reported improved or disappeared symptoms of GPPPD, or high effective rate after TCM treatment. There was limitation that the selected studies were retrieved from only one site of CNKI, and generalized results could not be derived, further studies should be carried out. Additional well-designed clinical studies on GPPPD in women are needed in Korea.

Objective : The purpose of this case is to show a case of buerger's disease improved by leech therapy. Methods : The patient received Leech Therapy and Oriental medical therapy(acupuncture and herb medicine). Result : We evaluate through visual analog scale(VAS), neuropathic total symptom score(TSS), fontaine grade and picture of patient's foot. Conclusion : Leech therapy and Oriental medical therapy had a good effect on buerger's disease.

Objectives : We suggest the method of oriental neuropsychiatry treatment about amnesia through herb therapy. Methods : We investigate cause of disease, component of herbs about amnesia with classic current oriental medicine books. Results : Amnesia is due to simsinbulgyo(心腎不交), biwieyangher(脾胃陽虛), dammisimgyoo(痰迷心竅), emotional damage(七情所傷), extravasated blood(瘀血), deficiency of kidney (腎虛). There is 138 kind of herbs are used in our study that we find out that most frequently used herb is ginseng(人蔘). Heart meridian is the highest use in the all meridians. Sungon(性溫) is the highest use in the all kimi(氣味) Conclusions : We could confirm that herbs of amnesia treatment was related to the three vital organs(臟) named of spleen(脾), lung(肺), kidney(腎).

Stomach cancer is one of the most important cause of death. So recently, the first consideration Chinese Medicine Journal(after 1990th) to study on stomach cancer treatment(Herb medicine) and side effect on chemical therapy after side effect rate studied. According to the literally study of journal, the results run as follow. Herb medicine use in combination therapeutic method on stomach cancer decreased reaction.(G-I trouble, marrow and hematisis system) We expect that herb medicine treatment effects give to good advantage on stomach cancer.

Objective : To report one case where Subdural Hematoma(SDH) in operation indication was treated by Scalp Acupuncture therapy. Methods : The changes in clinical symptoms of headache, dizziness, nausea, vommitting were described when this patient was treated with scalp acupuncture therapy and with herb medication. Results : Symptoms (headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting. etc) at admission decayed gradually with Scalp Acupuncture therapy. The patients could walk alone at discharge. Conclusion : Though she had been in op. indication, the patient's health improved by herbmedications of Dodamcheseup($d{\breve{a}}ot{\acute{a}}nchu{\acute{u}}shi$)-Tang etc. and by Scalp Acupuncture therapy.

Objectives : There are a lot of food used herb medicine among the people in order to cure diseases. A medicinal gruel is the easiest and most universal among alimmentotherapy. The purpose of this thesis is to understand a medicinal gruel therapy. Methods: I researched the definition, history, ingredients, application and special feature. Result and conclusion : A medicinal gruel therapy is alimmentotherapy for diseases prevent and diseases treatment which get mixed with her medicine and rice, based on oriental medicine theory. A medicinal gruel therapy was put on record in ${\ll}$A historical book${\gg}$. A medicinal gruel therapy can be used in chronic diseases, convalescent stage, assistant treatment for acute disease, disease prevention, aging prevention, diet food and substitute food for breakfast.

Pursuant to the Medical Product Safety Administration Guidelines for safety assessment of Korean bee vonom for herb-acupuncture, rabbits were used for skin, eye balls, subcutaneous and muscle irritation test. The results were as follows; 1. The skin irritation test of bee venom for herb-acupuncture did not produce any irritation reactions, when the skin was covered with bee venom. 2. The eye irritation test produced moderate to severe stimulating reactions, once the eye mucous membrane was contacted with bee venom. 3. The subcutaneous and muscle irritation test of bee venom showed such local inflammatory reactions as death of cells, infiltration of inflamed cells, dropsical swelling, and congestion, once injected under the skin and in the muscle. As the results of the study on bee venom for herb-acupuncture indicate that severe reactions in such tests as eye balls, subcutancous and muscle irritation exist in the laboratory, more professional caution should be taken in clinical application of the therapy. In addition, further study on subacute, chronic toxicity and allergy reactions should be pursued.

Objectives : Lung cancer is the leading cause of death in cancer patients. Many studies reflect the growing application of integrative korean and western medicine for lung cancer, but its efficacy remains largely unexplored. The purpose of this study is to show that the role of Korean medicine for treatment and manage for lung cancer patients. Methods : In the present study, we searched all the clinical studies of Korean Medical therapies for lung cancer by electronic and manual searching in two databases including MEDLINE, OASIS. Results : Our study showed that acupuncture has strong immunomodulatory effect. Further analysis revealed that acupuncture and herb medicine alleviate the conventional therapy-induced bone marrow supression in lung cancer patients, as well as desease nausea and vomiting. In this study, we showed that acupuncture and herb medicine can improve immediate tumor response, quality of life of lung cancer patients. Conclusions : Korean medicine including that acupuncture and herb medicine is found to be effective in lung cancer treatment and management.

To develop new therapy for prevention and treatment of hair loss is very important according to increase of the number of hair loss people. The aim of this study was to investigate the hair growth promoting effects of pectin lyase-modified red ginseng extract (GS-E3D). We examined antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, human hair dermal papilla cells (HHDPC) proliferation, and testoterone-induced $5{\alpha}$-reductase inhibitory effects. GS-E3D show not only 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity and xanthine oxidase inhibitory effects as an anti-oxidant property, but also lip-oxygenase and hyaluronidase inhibitory effects as an anti-inflammatory property. Human hair dermal papilla cells proliferation by GS-E3D was higher than those of minoxidil or finasteride, using the positive controls. Moreover, GS-E3D exhibited $5{\alpha}$-reductase inhibitory activities after stimulating by testoterone. The present results indicate that GS-E3D has a potential to be as an hair growth promoting agent for cosmetic materials.

Background and Purpose : Forest-Therapy has received attention as a treatment of regulating living habits with the increase of chronic disease. Forest-Therapy and Korean Medicine are in same as their philosophy to adapt to nature and they can suggest new alternative treating of chronic diseases. Now we want to look the possibility of development of Forest-Therapy program adopting Korean Medicine with the analysis of research status and cases of Forest-Therapy. Methods : We searched articles in Korea by using keyword 'Forest-Therapy', 'Forest & Therapy' 'Forest' and 'Therapy' Korean. Results : Even though the domestic research about Forest-Therapy is still insufficient, there is a need of try referring the cases of Germany and Japan. Forest-Therapy program was used to get psychological stability, release stress and treat alcohol diseases. There was some cases that adopt the nature to clinical field actively. The clinical articles were mainly published about stress and health. Conclusions : It seems that running the constitutional program that considers different among individuals adopting Sasang constitutional medicine, utilizing Forest-Therapy Doctor through the participation of Public Oriental Medicine Doctor, and operating experience program applying Herb have sufficient possibility.
