In order to investigate the effect of Mori Folium on immunologic control function, the various immune responses were studied. The results were obtained as follows : 1. The transformation of lymphocyte was increased significantly in all concentration of Mori Folium treated group as compared with negative and positive control. 2. In FACS analysis, the population of helper T cell and T cell were increased significantly in Mori Folium treated group as compared with control. 3. IL-12(p35) and INF-${\gamma}$ were upregulated in Mori Folium treated group 4. NO and carbon clearance were significantly increased in Mori Folium treated group as compared with control. 5. The hemagglutinin titer and hemolysin titer were increased but insignificantly in Mori Folium treated group as compared with control.

In this paper, we report a new cationic lipid composed of L-lysinamide and cholesterol as a potent gene delivery vector. $3{\beta}$[L-Lysinamide-carbamoyl] cholesterol could self-assemble with plasmid DNA forming discrete lipoplexes. From atomic force microscopic images of the complexes, the size distribution was observed to range from 100 to 150 nm in diameter. The transfection efficiency of this amphiphile on different cell lines was evaluated as a micellar solution in the absence of the fusogenic helper lipid, dioleoyl phosphatidyletbanolamine (DOPE). Transfection experiments were performed as a function of charge ratio (lipid/DNA) and transfection time. Cytotoxicity and in vitro transfection efficiency of the amphiphile was demonstrated and compared with those of commercially available Lipofectin and polyethylenimine (PEI).

Acetylarsonate was prepared for testing antitumor and immunological effects. It showed cytotoxicity directly on Sarcoma 180. L1210 and MOLT-4 by MTT assay. It did not seemed to trigger the mitosis of human lymphocytes in culture, but that showed the cytotoxicity with higher dose. The rosette formation and spleen weight of mouse which acetylarsonate was administered to for 2 weeks were increased. Furthermore, peripheral helper T- and cytotoxic/suppressor T-lymphocytes were increased in acetylarsonate-injected-mice significantly when it was estimated with simultaneous 2 color analysis using anti Lyt2-FITC and L3T4-PE monoclonal antibody by Flow cytometer.

The purpose of this research was to investigate effects of Bangpoongtongsungsan water extract(BTSE) on the immune reaction, anti-allergy action and anti-inflammatory action in BALB/c mice. The administration of BTSE (500mg/kg) enhanced the cell viability of thymocytes and the population of helper T cells in splenic T-lymphocytes. BTSE suppressed the production of nitric oxide, but enhanced the phagocytic activity in peritoneal macrophages. BTSE enhanced hemagglutination titer in mice. BTSE inhibited passive cutaneous anaphylaxis induced by egg albumin in rat, the lethal anaphylaxis induced by platelet activating factor and compound 48/80 in mice, and then inhibited the degranulation of peritoneal mast cells induced by compound 48/80. BTSE did not inhibit Arthus reaction, but inhibited the delayed type hypersensitivity induced by SRBC and contact dermatitis induced by DNFB. BTSE inhibited the acute hind paw edema induced by histamine after 30 minutes, the permeability of evans blue into peritoneal cavity induced by acetic acid and the writhing syndrome induced by acetic acid. These results suggest that BTSE has an immunopotentiative action, anti-allergy action and anti-inflammatory action via the inhibition of histamine release.

인터넷의 급격한 발전과 보급은 컴퓨터 응용 및 컴퓨팅 환경에 상당한 영향을 주고 있으며, 여러 분야에서 인터넷 기반의 기술이 활발히 응용되고 있다. 인터넷 기반의 시스템은 기존 시스템들의 문제점을 해결하는 방안으로 현재 활발히 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 상에서 학점을 입력. 갱신, 그리고 관리할 수 있는 학점관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 인터넷은 기본적으로 필요시에만 서버에 접속하여 필요한 데이터를 전송하는 동안만 접속을 유지하고 데이터 전송이 끝나면 더 이상 접속을 유지하지 않는 형태로 동작하므로 다수의 담당교수와 관리자가 동시에 접속하여 학점관리를 할 수 있다. 담당교수는 공간과 시간의 제약을 벗어나서 언제 어디서나 학점을 관리할 수 있다. 본 시스템의 특징은 대부분의 패키지를 Public Domain 에 올라있는 공개 소프트웨어를 사용함으로써 경제성을 고려하였고, 클라이언트 측에서는 웹 브라우저에 Plug-in이나 Helper Application Program을 설치할 필요 없이 일반 담당교수도 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 연구하였다.

This paper presents the incorporation of still-alive access points (SAPs) and helper access points (HAPs) that can be utilized as anchor nodes for position estimation of a First Responders (FRs) for rapidly deployable Emergency Communication Systems (ECS) in disaster recovery. In addition, the localization environment has is formulated and initially examines the use of a distributed Gauss-Newton algorithm (GNA) as optimization technizue. A simulation has been conducted and compared with the commonly used trilateration approach in position estimation.

차세대 미래 인터넷으로 관심을 모으고 있는 CCN은 ICN, CDN, NDN과 비슷한 개념으로 출발한다. 즉, 사용자가 관심을 가지는 데이터를 하나의 컨텐츠로 바라보고 네트워킹을 한다. CCN은 이러한 컨텐츠에 대해 요청 패킷을 보내면 컨텐츠를 가지고 있는 노드에서는 해당 패킷을 보내는 방식이다. IP 기반의 네트워크에서와 마찬가지로 CCN에서도 한정된 네트워크 대역폭에서 소비자에게 전송되는 패킷의 전송 시간에 따른 처리량 향상은 주요 관심사 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 CCN에서의 CCN-Helper 프로토콜을 사용한 소비자의 다운로드 시간 감소 방법을 제안하여 생산자에서 소비자로의 패킷 전송 처리량을 향상시키고자 한다.

스마트폰의 대중화로 인터넷 이용률이 증가함에 따라 온라인 쇼핑 시장의 규모가 커지는 반면 대부분의 온라인 쇼핑몰은 시각장애인의 접근성이 미흡하여 온라인 쇼핑의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 그 불편함은 '정보화 사회에서의 소외감' 이라는 정신적 피해로 이어지고 있는 심각한 상황이다. 따라서 이 불편함을 해소하고 정보 접근의 격차를 줄이고자 <쇼움이>를 설계, 구현하게 되었다. <쇼움이>는 챗봇을 활용하여 일문일답으로 입력 받아 시각장애인들이 쉽고 편리하게 상품을 검색/파악할 수 있도록 설계, 구현되었으며, 시각장애인들이 파악하지 못했던 이미지 내의 상품 정보를 분석하여 텍스트와 음성으로 안내한다. 또 관심 상품 등록, 상품 링크 공유 기능을 구현하였다. 또한 사용자의 편리성 확보를 위해 버튼을 포함한 모든 항목이 안드로이드의 voice-assistant 로 읽히도록 설계, 구현하였다.

The incidence of atherosclerosis is higher among patients with several autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). It is well documented that innate immune cells including macrophages and dendritic cells sense lipid species such as saturated fatty acids and oxidized low-density lipoprotein and produce pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines. However, whether a hyperlipidemic environment also impacts autoimmune T cell responses has been unclear. Among $CD4^+$ T cells, Th17 and follicular helper T (Tfh) cells are known to play pathogenic roles in the development of hyperlipidemia-associated autoimmune diseases. This review gives an overview of the cellular and molecular mechanisms by which dysregulated lipid metabolism impacts the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases, with specific emphasis on Th17 and Tfh cells.

Purpose: This study aimed to provide fundamental data for the development of a human management strategy depending on the followership type in 119 EMTs. Methods: The subjects were thirty eight 119 EMTs working out of hospital in Y, D, S, G city. Data were collected from June 25 to August 10, 2017. The Q sample was selected as 40 statements in total and analyzed using the PC QUANL program. Results: As a result of the study, three followership types explained 67.59% of all the variables. Three different types were identified from the examination. The types were labeled as 'Responsible helper type', 'Quick response type', and 'Enterprising self-development type'. Conclusion: For each type, a leader and follower should develop a team management strategy for 119 EMTs to provide high-quality emergency medical services.
