신세대 특성의 지향과 의류광고 관여 유형에 대한 유행의사선도자와 추종자 집단간 차이 (Differences between Fashion Opinion Leaders and Followers in the Characteristics oriented New Young Generation and the Types of Fashion Advertising Involvement)

  • The purposes of this study was to identify the differences between fashion opinion leaders and followers in the characteristics oriented New Young Generation and the types of fashion advertising involvement. The data were collected via a questionnaire from 431 college students(female=218 male=213) living in Seoul, Korea and analyzed by factor analysis and t-test. The results of this study were as follows: First, eight factors of the characteristics oriented New Young Generation were identified: Fashion, individuality, preference of caffe with affective mood, expression of emotion, indivisualism, preference of tastes oriented Western Europe, activity of pan club and chatting by personal computer. The significant differences between fashion opinion leaders and followers in fashion, individuality, preferences of the caffe with affetive mood, and expression of emotion were found in the data collected from female. There were significant differences between fashion opinion leaders and followers in fashion, individuality in the data collected from male. Second, three factors of fashion involvement advertising were identified: The hedonic involvement, social involvement, utilitarian involvement. The significant differences between fashion opinion leaders and followers in the hedonic involvement, social involvement, utilitarian involvement and the levels of involvement were found in the case of female's data. There were significant differences between fashion opinion leaders and followers in the hedonic involvement, social involvement and levels of involvement except for utilitarian involvement in the case of male's data.

Determinations of Impulsive Buying Behavior: An Empirical Analysis of Consumers' Purchase Intentions for Offline Beauty Products

  • Ingrained in multiple consumption theories, this research covers the seven determinants (Hedonic Consumption, Consumers' mood, Store layout, product promotion, Persons' situation, Materialism, and Product Attributes) of purchase intentions of a consumer. For this study, 384 offline shoppers were surveyed and found that out of seven, six determinants significantly trigger impulse buying behavior of customers of beauty products in a modern market setting while one determinant 'Materialism' did not have any influence on the impulse buying behavior. The relationships of the variables were statistically checked by multiple linear regression. Results of this study show that a consumer's mood has a significant impact on impulse buying as it can trigger the impulse behavior of consumers. Person situations also have a positive impact on impulse buying it means time, money, fear of missing out can active impulse buying. Store layout can also trigger that unplanned purchase which means store lighting, the music of the store, ambiance may affect the purchasing. Product promotion has an impact on spontaneous purchase which indicates that free coupons, discounts, free delivery, offers to attract the customer to sudden purchase. Product design, packaging, color, labeling indicate a positive and significant impact on impulse buying. However, materialism indicates an insignificant impact on impulse buying.

  • 본 연구에서는 구매 상황과 직접적 관련이 없는 특정 정서 상태가 상품 선택에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 상품 범주는 구매하고자 하는 물품을 대하는 태도로 분류된 실용적/쾌락적(utilitarian/hedonic) 물품 기준을 사용하였고, 동일한 시나리오 상황에서 특정 정서(긍정/부정/중립)에 따라 선택된 상품에 차이가 발생하는지를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 중립적 정서 상황에 비해 부정적 정서 상황에서 실용적 목적을 지닌 상품을 선택하는 비율이 유의미하게 높았다. 이는 부정적 정서가 체계적이고 구체적인 정보 처리 과정을 촉진시킨다는 기존 연구 결과가 구매행동에서도 적용 가능함을 시사한다.

모바일 소셜커머스에서 휴리스틱 유형이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 쇼핑가치의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Heuristic Type on Purchase Intention in Mobile Social Commerce : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Shopping Value)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the heuristic type of consumers affecting purchase decision making and the intention of shopping value in their relationship to derive mobile social commerce purchase promotion plans. Research design, data, and methodology - A research model was constructed to relate the mediating effect of shopping value between heuristic types and purchase intentions. A total of 233 valid questionnaires were used for analysis for users using mobile social commerce. The statistical program used SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0, and correlation analysis, regression analysis, and 3-step parametric regression analysis were used for the analysis. Results - The results of the analysis showed that representativeness heuristics, availability heuristics, adjustment heuristics, and affect heuristics had a statistically significant effect on the utilitarian value and the hedonic value. On the other hand, affect heuristics among the heuristic types were found to have the greatest influence not only on the utilitarian value but also on the hedonic value. The two types of shopping value were found to be partially mediated between representativeness heuristics and purchase intentions, between adjustment heuristics and purchase intentions, and fully mediated between availability heuristics and purchase intentions, affect heuristics and purchase intentions. Conclusions - These findings suggest that mobile social commerce companies should check in advance how consumer heuristic types affect purchase intentions. In particular, affect heuristics are caused by consumers' emotional mood such as mood or external stimulus being more important to decision making than rational decision making. Therefore, the result of this study suggests that it can be an important factor to secure the competitiveness that the potential customers who access to use mobile social commerce can feel enough fun and enjoyment in the platform provided by the company. It is also worth paying attention to the utilitarian and hedonic values perceived by consumers. This is because the judgment regarding the economic, convenience and important information provided by the mobile social commerce users affects the purchase intention through the trust of the information, past use, and shopping experience displayed on the mobile social commerce platform.

성적 소구에 의한 진 의류 광고의 선호도 및 제품 구매의도에 대한 예측 변인 규명 (Variables Predicting Advertisement Preference and Intention to Purchase Product in Sexuality-Oriented Jeans Advertising)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the variables which could predict advertisement preference and intention to purchase product in sexuality-oriented fashion advertising. The data were collected using questionnaires which contained nine advertisements of Guess jeans, selected from Vogue magazine published from 1990 to 1996.441 college students (female= 225, male=216) living in Seoul, Korea participated in the study. The data were analyzed by factor analysis and stepwise elimination method of multiful regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, seven factors of New Young Generation oriented characteristics were identified: fashion, individuality, preferences of caffa or reggae bar with affective mood, expression of emotion, individualism, preferences of a foreign-made product/western culture oriented tastes and activity of fan club/chatting through personal computers. Three factors of fashion advertising involvement were identified: social involvement, hedonic involvement and utilitarian involvement. Second, the variables which predicted preferences of advertisements in sexuality-oriented fashion advertising were perceived eroticism levels, hedonic involvenent, prior brand attitude and preference of a foreign-made product/western culture oriented tastes in the case of females, while perceived eroticism levels, hedonic involvenent prior brand attitude, preference of a foreign-made product/western culture oriented tastes and activity of fan club/ chatting through personal computers were identified as predictor variables for males. Third, the intention to purchase product was predicted by preference of a foreign-made product/western culture oriented tastes, prior brand attitude, hedonic involvenent and fashion for females, and by perceived eroticism levels, fashion opinion leadership, hedonic involvenent and prior brand attitude in the case of males.

심야 적합성이 심야쇼핑의 실용적·쾌락적 가치와 쇼핑의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Impact of Late-Night Fits on Utilitarian·Hedonic Value and Shopping intent)

  • 현재 심야에 하는 상점이나 서비스가 늘어나고 심야 소비자에 대한 관심도 증가하고 있지만, 그에 비해 심야쇼핑에 대한 이론적 관심은 부족한 편이다. 그리고 지금까지 진행된 심야쇼핑에 관한 연구는 실용적인 쇼핑에 한해서 제한적으로 이루어져서 심야쇼핑을 다양한 관점에서 설명하기에는 부족함이 있다. 특히 심야쇼핑이 초기단계임에도 불구하고 심야쇼핑을 유도할 수 있는 요인에 대한 연구는 거의 진행되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 심야쇼핑에 영향을 줄 수 있는 개인적 특성인 심야적합성을 도입하여 이러한 부분들을 설명하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 개인이 지각하는 심야의 시간적 적합성, 생리적 적합성, 분위기 적합성이 심야 쇼핑의 실용적 가치와 쾌락적 가치에 긍정적 영향을 주고, 가치는 심야쇼핑의도에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 심야쇼핑에서 실용적 부분 뿐 아니라 쾌락적 부분이 중요할 수 있음을 보여주고, 개인의 심야 적합성에 대해 제안함으로써 심야 쇼핑과 심야 소비자에 대한 이해를 넓혀줄 것이다.

의복 구매 의사 결정에 관련된 소비 비젼에 관한 연구 (Consumption Vision in Apparel Buying Decision Making)

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the characteristics of consumption vision related to the apparel buying decision-making. They propose that consumers form mental images of future consumption situations and that these consumption visions influence their decision-making. Consumers can imagine themselves consuming apparel products and experiencing the consequences of this consumption. By imagining the likely outcomes, they are able to identify the salient characteristics of each alternative and develop beliefs about their outcomes. Also, they can experience affective reactions to the outcomes they imagines. In this way, they form the cognitive and affective basis for their preferences and construct several consumption visions in the apparel buying decision-making. A consumption vision is "a visual image of certain product-related behaviors and their consequences....(they consisted of concrete and vivid mental images that enable consumers to vicariously experience the self-relevant consequences of product use"(Walker & Olson, 1994). We conducted unstructured, depth interviews with 9 groups participating 48 students at universities located in Busan, based on the results of previous studies. The results show that consumption visions related to the apparel buying decision-making are characterized as self-image, reactions of others, affection and mood, visual imagine, and self-satisfaction. By constructing consumption visions based on the various perspectives, consumers are influenced in the apparel buying decision-making. Many subjects reported experiencing positive affect when imagining positive outcomes of product use. Other subjects mentioned using consumption visions for purely hedonic reasons. With no intention of purchasing apparel products, consumers may evoke consumption visions to escape from the daily life, to fantasize and daydream about pleasurable consumption situations, and to enhance the mood. That is, the consumption vision related to the apparel buying decision-making helps consumers anticipate an uncertain future and make the purchase of apparel products.

다식의 제조시 첨가하는 부재료와 품질특성 (Effects of Additive materials on the Quality Characteristics of Dasik)

  • 쌀의 소비 확대를 위하여 쌀 가공식품 개발 및 보급의 일환으로 다식의 제조시 부재료와 품질특성에 대한 결과이다. 다식의 수분함량은 꿀보다 시럽을 첨가한 다식의 수분함량이 높았고, 시럽을 첨가한 커피다식이 23.6으로 가장 높았다. 다식의 관능검사에서 외관의 기호도와 맛의 기호도에서는 꿀을 첨가한 오미자다식(각각 6.2, 5.8)과 꿀을 첨가한 커피다식(각각 5.7, 5.9)을 가장 선호하였다. 향의 기호도에서는 꿀을 첨가한 오미자다식(5.9)과 시럽을 첨가한 커피다식(5.9)의 향을 선호하는 경향을 보였다. 전반적인 기호도에서도 꿀을 첨가한 오미자다식(6.4)과 커피다식(6.2)이 가장 높게 평가되어 오미자와 커피를 첨가한 다식을 가장 선호하였다. 다식의 색도에서 명도 L값은 시럽을 첨가한 녹차다식이 가장 높았으며, 적색도 a값은 시럽을 첨가한 오미자다식이 가장 높은 반면 황색도 b값은 시럽을 첨가한 오미자다식이 가장 낮았다. 다식의 질감측정 결과 경도는 꿀을 첨가한 녹차다식이 유의적으로 높았으며(p〈.001), 응집성은 시럽을 첨가한 오미자다식이 가장 높았다(p〈.001). 탄력성은 시럽을 첨가한 치자다식과 녹차다식이 유의적으로 낮게 나타났다(p〈.001). 관능검사와 기계적 측정간의 상관관계에서 기계적 측정의 경도가 높을수록 외관의 기호도와 질감의 기호도가 좋았으며 응집성이 높을수록 전반적인 기호도가 높게 나타났다. 탄력성과 껌성은 질감의 기호도, 전반적인 기호도와 정의 상관관계를 보여 탄력성과 껌성이 높을수록 선호하는 경향을 보였다. 수분함량과 기계적 측정간의 상관관계 결과에서는 수분함량이 높을수록 경도와 탄력성은 낮았고, 응집성과 파쇄성은 높았다(p〈.001). 이상의 결과 오미자와 커피를 첨가한 다식에 대한 기호도가 높아 상품화가 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 모델링의 타당성과 합리성을 검증하였다. 않다'라는 점이 가장 많이 지적되었다(중학생 14.7%, 고등학생 23.5%). 7. 수산물 음식의 개선방향에 대하여 맛이 향상되기를 가장 많이 희망하고 있었으며(중학생 37.7%, 고등학생 48.5%), 그 다음이 종류의 다양화(중학생 19.8%, 고등학생 24.0%), 조리법의 다양화(중학생 12.6%, 고등학생 22.4%)의 순이었다. 본 연구에서 중·고등학생들이 수산물을 기피하는 이유로는 수산물 자체의 맛 때문이며, 조리방법에 따라서도 좌우되는 것으로 나타났다. 음식에 대한 기호도는 식품의 종류에 따른 기호와 더불어 조리법에 따른 기호가 복합적으로 작용한다. 따라서 선호 경향이 높지 않은 수산물이라도 조리법에 변화를 주어 그 수용도를 증가시킴으로써 다양한 수산물을 섭취할 수 있도록 하는 노력이 요구된다.ed as self-image, reactions of others, affection and mood, visual imagine, and self-satisfaction.
