온도가열곡선 변화에 따른 콘크리트의 내화특성 (Properties of Fire Resistance in Tunnel Concrete According to the Changes of Heating Curve)

  • 본 연구에서는 화재시 터널 콘크리트의 안전성 확보를 목적으로, 내화공법 변화에 따른 내화특성을 분석한 것으로서, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. RABT온도가열곡선에 따른 내화특성으로, 플레인 콘크리트는 초기의 극심한 고온에 의해 심한 폭렬현상이 발생하였고, 내화공법변화에 따라서는, 유기섬유를 혼입하는 방식과 보드방식의 경우는 폭렬이 방지되는 것으로 나타났으며, 스프레이 방식의 경우는 보강재인 메탈라스가 뿜칠재와 같이 탈락되면서 열응력 등에 의해 구조체 콘크리트가 철근이 노출되는 등 100mm이상 깊이의 심한 폭렬이 발생하였다. RWS 온도가열곡선에 따른 내화특성으로, 유기섬유를 혼입한 경우는 콘크리트 표면이 약 5mm이내 깊이의 융해현상이 발생하였고, 스프레이 방식의 경우는 뿜칠재가 박리되어 구조체 콘크리트가 철근이 노출되는 등 100mm이상 깊이의 심한 폭렬이 발생하였으며, 보드방식의 경우도 보드가 고온에 융해되면서 구조체 콘크리트가 고온에 직접 노출되어 전면적으로 탈락현상이 발생하였는데, 이와같은 특고온 가열조건에서는 특별한 내화대책수립이 필요한 것으로 사료된다.

  • In this study, spalling property were evaluated from concrete with compressive strengths of 30MPa, 90MPa, 180MPa, applied with fast heating condition(ISO-834 standard heating curve) and slow heatign condition(1℃/min). As a result, the spalling property of concrete was shown differently with compressive and heatign rate. And It could be separated three as non spalling, surface spalling and explosive spalling.

급속가열환경에서 A12024-T3의 인장특성 (Tensile Characteristics of A12024-T3 under Rapid Heating)

  • 본 연구에서는 비행체 구조재료인 A12024-T3에 대하여 공력가열환경을 모사할 수 있는 복사가열기를 제작하였으며 $1^{\circ}C/sec{\sim}30^{\circ}C/sec$ 가열률 범위에서 열기계적 인장특성을 평가하였다. 가열환경에 따른 재료강도 평가를 위하여 급속가열 인장시험 결과와 일정 온도로 30분 노출후의 인장시험결과를 항복응력 측면에서 비교 고찰하였다. 급속가열 인장시험 결과로부터 시간-온도계수를 응용한 가열률-항복온도 계수를 도출하였으며, 항복응력을 가열률과 항복온도로 표현되는 실험적 master 수식을 제안하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 획득 된 급속가열 안장시험결과들은 초음속 비행체 설계시 선정재료의 안전여유를 판단하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

도로터널 라이닝 화재손상 평가를 위한 가열로 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Furnance for Road Tunnel Lining Fire Damage Evaluation)

  • There are no International Standards or Criteria pertaining to fires inside tunnels at the moment, but there are some fire-related regulations in some advanced countries such as Germany and the Netherlands where some fire-related studies have been expedited. Germany has established regulations related to the safety of structures by stipulating Fire Curves of RABT and EBA Tunnels. Also, the Netherlands has established the resistance capacity of structures by stipulating RWS curve so that they can prevent the adjacent area from being damaged due to a tunnel collapse. Hydrocarbon Fire Curve is the standard assessing the behaviour of a structure in a serious fire, by increasing the heating speed and the maximum temperature of ISO 834 Curve, while MHC Fire Curve, which was established in France, realizes more serious fire conditions. In this study, we aimed to develop the basis of full-sized experiments, with which you can assess the fire-resisting capacity against the fire strength of concrete PC panel lining, through the realization of various tunnel fire curves as mentioned above, by developing the heating furnace suitable for the requirements of Fire-Resisting Standards, with which you can assess the fire damage of tunnel concrete lining. We have developed various conditions of the heating furnace and the method to install a thermo couple within the furnace based on EFNARC and KS F2257-1. We have also conducted a calibrating experiment in order to secure its reliability.

옴가열이 전분의 Pasting 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Ohmic Heating on Pasting Property of Starches)

  • Ohmic heating is an internal heating method based on the principle that when an electrical current passes through food, electric resistance heat is uniformly generated internally by food resistance. Previous studies indicate that the thermal properties, external structure, internal structure, and swelling power of ohmic heat treated starch of various starches, such as potato, wheat, corn, and sweet potato, differed from those of conventional heating at the same temperature. In this study, the pasting property of starch, treated with ohmic and conventional heating, were measured by RVA (Rapid Visco-Analyzer). Our results show that as the ohmic heating temperature increased, the PV (Paste Viscosity) of the starch decreased significantly, and the PT (Pasting Temperature) increased. Changes in PV and PT indicate that the swelling of starch remains unchanged by ohm heating. The HPV (Hot Paste Viscosity), CPV (Cold Paste Viscosity) and SV (Setback Viscosity) of ohmic heated starch also differed from the conventional heated starch. The pasting property is similar to the viscosity curve of common cross-linked modified starch. In this experiment, we further confirm the similarity with modified starch and its usability.

  • Self-heating induced device degradation and its width/length (W/L) dimension dependence were studied in p-type polycrystalline silicon (poly-Si) thin film transistors (TFTs). Negative channel conductance was observed under high power region of output curve, which was mainly caused by hole trapping into gate oxide and also by trap state generation by self-heating effect. Self-heating effect became aggravated as W/L ratio was increased, which was understood by the differences in heat dissipation capability. By reducing applied power density normalized to TFT area, self-heating induced degradation could be reduced.

  • The energy conservation in buildings affects environmental preservation as well as economic benefits, and creates the comfortable indoor environment set for the inhabitants. Especially, apartment buildings show ever-increasing energy consumption with large-sized and high-class tendency, thus energy saving counterplans are needed. The present study is to develop an optical control algorithm by using heating load curve according to the outdoor temperature change. Heating load analysis should be performed before the present method can be applied. Dynamic heating load simulations are performed by resistance-capacitance method. Results show that heating load decrease linearly according to the increase of outdoor temperature.

태양열 공기가열 집열기에 의한 난방 실내공간의 열유동 특성 해석 (Analysis on Characteristics of Thermal Flow for Heating Indoor Space by Air-heating Collector using Solar Heat)

  • The solar energy has been widely used to reduce the fossil fuel and prevent the environmental pollution. The renewable energy including solar heat tends to spread due to carbon neutrality for main country of the world. Targets of solar collector are usually acquisitions of hot water or hot air. Especially, air-heating collector using solar heat is known as the technology for obtaining hot air. This study aims to investigate of characteristics of thermal flow when the hot air by air-heating collector using solar heat flows inside of indoor space. The thermal flow of heating indoor space was simulated using ANSYS-CFX program and thus the behaviors of hot air in indoor space were evaluated with standard k-𝜀 turbulence model. As the results, as the inlet velocity was increased, the behaviors of hot air became simple, and temperature range of 25~75℃ had almost no effect on behavior of flow. As the inlet temperature was increased, the temperature curve of indoor space from bottom to top was changed from linear to quadratic. Furthermore, it was confirmed that inlet velocity as well as inlet temperature also should be considered to heat indoor space equally by air-heating collector using solar heat.

강섬유보강콘크리트의 내화성에 관한일실험 (Fire Resistance Test of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete)

  • In this study, fire resistance of steel fiber reinforced concrete was investigated Cylindrical and prismatic specimens made of Ordinary Portland Cement plain concrete and steel fiber reinforced concrete were exposed to heating in accordance with a standard time-temperature curve as specified in KS·F22 57, method of fire resistance test for structural parts of buildings, the period of heating was 1 hour and 2 hours. After the fire resistance test, mechanical properties of specimens such as compressive and bending strength, stress-strain curve, static and dynamic modulus of elasticity and bending toughness were investigated. Also the cracks and spallings of the specimens were observed. From the test results, it was confirmed that steel fiber reinforced concrete has a excellent fire resistance than plain concrete in the view of higher residual strength of concrete and smaller crackings because of steel fibers in concrete.

  • In case of Korea, it goes frequently that underground parks has been burned. Based on standard temperature time curve(ISO-834), gerber, walls, slab of structures are constructed. However, Standard temperature time Curve is not considered that buildings are affected by vehicle fire. that is why it has the hazard that makes building reinforcement feeble. Based on the result that got from vehicle experiment before, we made four RC slab in this experiment and set the fire severity. according to the loading experiment after heating, we measured the effects that makes reinforcement and shape changes. Furthermore, we examined the safty of the structure by comparing before and after heating.
