RFID 기술을 이용한 u-헬스케어 서비스 인증 프로토콜 (u-Healthcare Service Authentication Protocol based on RFID Technology)

  • 최근 u-헬스케어는 웰빙 시대와 IT 대중화가 맞물려 RFID 기술을 의료 서비스에 접목하는 새로운 비즈니스 모델이 각광을 받고 있다. u-헬스케어 서비스는 RFID 기술이 u-헬스케어에 접목되면서 의료 프로세스 상에 발생하는 수기입력, 중복 데이터 발생, 데이터 위 변조, 정보 버전 상이 등의 품질 저하 요인을 해결할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 u-헬스케어를 통해 의료 서비스를 제공받는 사용자의 프라이버시를 보호하기 위한 RFID 기반의 사용자 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안 프로토콜에서는 의료 서비스를 제공받는 사용자의 데이터 위 변조 및 프라이버시와 u-헬스케어 보안시스템의 안전성을 획기적으로 제고하기 위해서 환자에 관한 비밀 정보는 병원에서 생성된 비밀키와 연접하여 DB 테이블 내의 해당 환자의 비밀키 필드에 저장한다. 또한, 불법적인 사용자의 접근이 있을 경우 인증 서버에게 통보하여 u-헬스케어의 불법 유 무 판별한 후 u-헬스케어 서비스 접근을 승인받도록 한다.

특허경영활동이 기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 국내 의료기기 제조 기업을 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Patent Management Activities on Firm Outcome : The Case of Korean Product Manufacturing Firms)

  • Patent management activities are considered to play a key role for technology-based firms under the recent knowledge-based economies. This is because intellectual property, including patents, can act as a system for continuous profit generation by protecting firms' products, processes and services. In Korea, healthcare industry is now regarded as one of the promising next generation industries. Despite the promise of healthcare industry, Korean healthcare product manufacturers are faced with turbulent business changes, such as market opening. Even though there are various industrial studies on the effect of patent management activities on firm outcome, previous studies have hardly paid attention to Korean healthcare product manufacturing firms. For this reason, this study identifies the effect of patent management activities, such as patenting activeness, technical excellence and cooperation degree, on firm outcomes, including financial profitability and firm growth, with respect to the Korean healthcare product manufacturers. In this study, we located 86 Korean healthcare manufacturing firms from KORCHAMBIZ and DART, and then collected the data of their patenting activities and outcomes between 2001 and 2013. By applying factor analysis and regression analysis, our empirical study found that firms' patenting activeness has the significant positive relationship on firms' financial profitability, and firms' patenting activeness and technical excellence have the significant positive relationship on firms' financial growth. Our study is an initial attempt to identify the effect of patent management activities on firm outcome within Korean healthcare product manufacturing industry, and thus its results can be used as the basis to formulate national policies for Korean healthcare product industry.

스마트폰 사용행태 분석과 헬스케어 어플리케이션의 기능 및 사용의도에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Function and Intention of the Health Care Application in the Analysis of Smartphone Usage Behavior)

  • ICT의 발전으로 모바일과 헬스케어의 융합을 통해 건강 관리와 관리 효율성 증진을 위한 다양한 콘텐츠가 확산되고 있으나 소비자의 모바일 헬스케어에 대한 수용과 불균형을 나타내고 있으며, 소비자 행동과 특성에 따라 요구되는 기능과 수용의도에 대한 실증적 연구가 미흡한상황이다. 본 연구는 사용자들이 스마트폰 사용시 바른자세를 유지하고 있는지에 대한 자각 여부와 그로인한 위험성 인지와 해결하고 있는 방법들을 알아보고, 헬스케어 어플리케이션의 수용의도 및 기능과 가격에 대한 연구를 수행하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 'BIO 2018 in Boston' 전시회에 참가 및 참관한 사람들을 대상으로 5일간 1:1심층 설문 작성한 자료를 실제 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 표본 자료는 빈도분석, 기술 통계분석, 스피어만 상관분석, 카이제곱검정, 일원분산분석, 정확검정 등을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 바르지 못한 자세를 자각 할수록 위험성 인지와 문제해결 행동의 의지도 높다. 둘째, 헬스케어 앱의 기능에 대한 만족도를 높이는 방안과 함께 건강관리와 헬스케어 앱을 활용할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 셋째, 사용자 행동변화를 중심으로 한 시스템 또는 기능구현에 포커스를 맞춰야한다. 넷째, 시각적으로 동기부여를 높일 수 있는 서비스개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 다양한 소비자 특성을 파악하고 기능의 개발 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 가지며, 향후 효율적인 헬스케어 어플리케이션 제공을 위한 기반자료로 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 최근 의료서비스 추세는 소비자의 교육과 생활수준의 향상으로 인해 의료기관이 추구하는 일방적인 형태의 의료서비스에서 벗어나 보다 차별화되고 지속적으로 자신의 건강관리가 가능한 능동형 의료서비스 형태로 변화하고 있다. 따라서 스마트 텔레메디슨 시스템은 기존의 단순한 혈압, 혈당, 심장박동, 체온 측정기 등에 블루투스와 이동통신 모듈의 결합을 통해서 의료서비스를 제공하며, 환자가 인식하지 못하는 사이에 환자의 건강 상태 패턴을 분석하여 예방적인 건강관리가 가능한 능동형 유비쿼터스 의료서비스를 제공하게 한다. 즉 온라인과 오프라인의 의료서비스 환경이 상호 연결되어 시간과 장소에 구애 받지 않고 스마트폰과 모바일 의료검진 디바이스를 통해서 양방향으로 의료서비스를 제공한다. 특히 정보통신 기술의 발전과 더불어 새롭게 등장하는 스마트 텔레메디슨 서비스 사업자를 통해 환자들이 효과적인 의료 검진을 위해 장시간 이동하고 대기하는 시간과 비용을 절감하고 환자의 종적 건강 데이터관리를 통해서 환자 스스로가 건강관리를 하게 한다. 또한 개인화된 맞춤형 예방 건강관리 의료서비스를 이용하게 함으로써 다양한 형태의 의료서비스 비즈니스 상거래를 가능하게 하고 있다. 본 연구는 예방의학적인 스마트 텔레메디슨 시스템을 정의하고 이를 기반으로 한 비즈니스 모델 설계와 분석 및 평가모델을 제시하고자 한다.

The Structural Relationship among Emotional Intelligence, Empowerment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Service Quality: Focusing on specialized hospital services

  • Purpose - This study is aiming to understand the critical role of employees' organizational citizenship behavior in evaluation of employee service quality. This paper examined what emotional intelligence and empowerment affect to their organizational citizenship behavior and service quality. Research design - Data were collected by questionnaires through specialized hospital services. Survey was conducted on patients who have been treated at a spine specialized hospital. Results - Emotional intelligence and empowerment have direct effects on organizational citizenship. Service quality is a function of organizational citizenship. The results showed that emotional and motivated capabilities of individuals influenced organizational citizenship behavior. Managerially, this study contributes to the understanding of the role of organizational citizenship behavior in service sector. Conclusions - The relationship between service quality and organizational citizenship behavior and also examined the effect of combination of creative and voluntary behavioral attributes such as emotional intelligence and psychological empowerment have on voluntary organizational citizenship behavior. The results showed that in order to induce organizational citizenship behavior, emotional intelligence should be facilitated and empowerment enlarged.

e-Transformation Strategy : From EDI to Web-based e-Business Standard Framework

  • Recently, lots of EDI-VAN (Electronic Data Interchange-Value Added Network) companies challenge to convert their business systems into Web-based e-business frameworks to avoid high cost and closed structure of EDI system. This research proposes e-Transformation strategies for EDI-VAN companies to adopt Web-based e-business standard frameworks such as ebXML (e-business using XML) and RosettaNet. Four migration strategies for EDI companies are presented, and their properties are described in detail. Transformation procedures of two representative strategies are also provided fur the convenience of medium-sized companies. The result of this work can be used as a practical guideline for EDI companies to develop there own transformation strategy suitable to its scale and capability, while minimizing the impacts on the pre-existing business processes.

의료서비스 프로세스 혁신을 위한 환자경험과 호오손 효과 (Patient Experience and the Hawthorne Effect on Healthcare Service Process Innovation)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the Hawthorne effect on healthcare service process innovation, by investing the difference between checklist items of patients and doctors on direct clinical observations (DCO) and the retrospective clinical review (RCR). Methods: The data set consisted of 30 patients and 30 doctors respondents. T-tests were used to perform a comparative analysis of DCO and RCR items between patients and doctors by pre and post examinations. Results: The results indicate that there was a difference between the non-prior notice checklist items of the patients and doctors, while there was no difference of the post-examination checklist items between the patients and doctors. Conclusion: This study provides useful information and can be applied to the improvement of patient experience through healthcare service process innovation. The results of this study also offer practical insights about how hospitals can motivate providers to participate in healthcare service process for improved quality care by the Hawthorne effect. The study contributes to the existing knowledge of the Hawthorne effect for effective strategies for providing quality care.

Effects of Holistic Healthcare Home Visit Intervention Program for Multi-cultural Couples

  • This study was to identify the effects of home visit intervention program for Holistic Healthcare of multi-culture Couples. It used a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design quasi-experimental research. The subjects of this study consist of 20 couples for experimental and control groups. Multi-cultural couples comprised of foreign women married to Korean men in farm and fishery areas. The research tools were used stress index by SA-3000P (Medicare co. Ltd. KOREA), Center for Epidemiologic Studies-Depression Scale (CES-D), and World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL-Bref). The experimental group of the wives had lower stress index than the control group, the experimental group of the husband showed lower stress index than the control group, (t=-3.14, p=.002). The wife (t=-3.75, p=.001) and husband (t=-4.20, p=.001) of the experimental group showed lower depression scores than the control group. Both the wife (t=3.86, p=.001) and husband (t=5.28, p=.001) showed higher scores for quality of life compared to the control group. It was found that this holistic healthcare home visit program is an effective program to make improvements on stress, depression and quality of life for multi-cultural couples. Therefore, as the intervention program developed in this study is home visits for the holistic health of multi-cultural couples, and it is judged that it can be implemented at the local social health centers or healthcare centers.

보건의료업의 안전보건활동 및 안전문화의식정도 - 음식·숙박·가스·전기업종과의 비교 - (A Study on Safety-Health Activities and Safety Culture of Healthcare Industries - As Compared with Food·Lodging·Gas·Electrical Industries -)

  • Purpose: This study intended to investigate how health and safety organization, management, activities and safety culture of healthcare industries are different from other industries (food, lodging, gas, and electricity industries). Method: Data were analyzed using '2005 The National Survey for Occupational Safety and Health Tendency'. Results: For health and safety training, both new training and regular training time of healthcare sector was lower than comparison sectors. For health and safety manager assigning form, there were many case in healthcare sector to assign a safety manager as a deputy and a health manager as an additional job, there were some differences from comparison sectors. It was found that establishment of countermeasures by cause investigation and analysis execution for occupational accidents in the healthcare sector was lower than comparison sectors. For health and safety activities and safety culture awareness, they were estimated in healthcare sector to be lower than comparison sectors. Conclusion: Healthcare sector had relatively lower health and safety activities and safety culture awareness compared with comparison sectors. So, it is required business owner's concerns and efforts to assign exclusively responsible health and safety manager and to activate health and safety training and occupational accident prevention.
