Health medical service is passes with u-Healthcare and it promote health medical service environment change to the citizen center in the hospital center, and all methods of diagnosis, treatment, after management are forecasted in prevention because a balance develops. It is necessary for an u-Healthcare terminal is devoted to becoming an ubiquitous terminal of consciousness when in where and the following technology to result in implementation. Information communication equipment and an appliance technical data transfer technology Precision and how mobile gateway implementation, Bluetooth wireless appliance function is various with mobile communication and radio communication network and an appliance function are necessary. therefore, in this paper, we did a study on the implementation of bio signal measuring system for the u-healthcare based on mobile.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify relationship between work unstability and personal medical expenditure ratio focusing on wage workers' contract period. Method: This study analyzed 2015 yearly data beta version of Korea Health Panel, co-managed by Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs and National Insurance Corporation for data analysis. When executing linear regression, Household income was applied with equivalized income, and the proportion of personal medical expenditure was naturally logged to perform linear regression and the demographic and socioeconomic factors were taken into account. The demographic and socio-economic factors were also considered. Findings: As a result of reviewing the used factors, it was found that the more unstable work status, the higher personal medical expenditure ratio. This result corresponds to 'The Theory of Fundamental Causes' by Link & Phelan. Conclusion : It indicates that policy efforts should be made to improve the working environment and health level of socially unstable workers.
Objective : In South Korea, there are two kinds of medical systems that have Western medical institution and Korean medical institution. Patients who use medical services have different satisfaction in this environment. This study explores the satisfaction difference of korean/western medical services. Method : The data for this study were collected through a self-administered survey to 680 subject from patients who use medical services. frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA were used for the statistical analysis. Results : The result of factor analysis, three factors were extracted. That was Information, Environment, Human services. Overall, the satisfaction scores of Korean medical service was higher than western medical service. Especially the human service satisfaction of the korean clinic was higher than western clinic. Conclusion : The satisfaction score of korean/western medical services is different. It is necessary to develop the medical management strategy and medical policy including korean medical system.

For the ubiquitous healthcare environment, real-time measurement of biomedical signals and accuracy of the measured biomedical information are very important. In addition, it is important to develop a healthcare device with low power In this paper, the synchronized pulse in a heartbeat was detected from the radial artery using the piezo film sensor, in order to eliminate inconvenience to wear a pulse detection finger probe. We can get a best output after applying the adaptive noise canceller using two piezo film sensor signals, pulse signal having motion artifacts and motion artifacts reference signal. To detect heartbeat, we use maximum point detection method from pulse removed motion artifacts.

The healthcare environment is becoming increasingly dependent on health information technology (HIT), with healthcare providers, patients, and other people engaged in the field producing and sharing information to improve healthcare delivery. This focus has raised the issue of Health Information Infrastructure (HII) to the forefront of policy, design, and law. While several studies have examined each element of HII, little attention has been paid to the overall infrastructure as a collection of technologies, institutions, standards, and practices. In order to fill the gap, this study focuses on medication reconciliation as an example of the wider phenomenon of HII. In particular, the study examines a medication reconciliation process (MRP) as an example to understand the key challenges facing the development of HII, how the challenges are interrelated, and how they can be met as a whole. Following a mixed methodology, involving workflow study, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews, the study examines "data friction" along technical, institutional, regulatory, and legal dimensions. This study constitutes one of the first efforts to comprehensively investigate health information infrastructure and how technology and other dimensions in infrastructure are interrelated. The study therefore contributes to a better understanding of HII and the practical challenges that hinder the seamless flow of information in the healthcare environment.

The traditional medical equipments are devices used by medical professionals but not used in public environment. Common people, however, require light-weight medical devices to make healthcare for themselves nowadays. Those medical devices are used to monitor personal health status such as blood pulse, blood pressure, diabetes. Also, some of them are operated in mobile environment called u-healthcare. This paper implements a portable healthcare system composed of $SpO_2$(Saturation of Partial Pressure Oxygen) sensors and a gateway for detecting hypoxemia during people's leasure activity such as climbing or hiking. The $SpO_2$ sensor is designed as watch style to support dynamic exercise and the gateway is designed as necklace style to support the elderly. The result of a performance evaluation shows that the performance of the $SpO_2$ sensor using reflection technology is not lower than that of a clairvoyant styled $SpO_2$ sensor.
The Ubiquitous Healthcare business are growing recently by medical service development. According to this environment, many healthcare service model have been studying and suggested. At the same time, medical world market has been reorganized into a traditional medical science out of the west medical science. But in spite of this trend, domestic U-Healthcare market in traditional medical science is for lack of profit service model. So it is true that the presentation is demanded from oriental medicine U-Healthcare service model these days in oriental field. Thus, in this paper we propose the healthcare service model that can be applied to the oriental field efficiently. Our method is based on fuzzy rule method that analyze the patient data by CDSS processing. In experiment, proposed method is more profitable and efficient than west service model. For future works, we will research about the standardization and security of processed data.
In this paper, we propose the active model based on the distributed object group framework which provides adaptive information sharing service to support it to various Healthcare home service. And we applied it to Healthcare home service. This proposed model provides information that collected from physical environment of the home network and sensors for healthcare service according to situation of the user. We uses information of the healthcare information database which was constructed previously, and we uses TMO scheme for to solve each other different periodic qualify. We uses information of the healthcare information database which was constructed previously, and we uses TMO scheme for to solve each other different periodic quality. Specialty, We wrote about interaction of various Healthcare Home services for adaptive information services, and wrote about u-healthcare framework based on DOGF. Finally, we apply active model to healthcare monitoring service, and we showed its result and performance evaluation.

Purpose: Globally, Paradigm and corresponding awareness of mental health and mental illness is changing. At this point, social policy and cultural consciousness must also be changed. Medical facilities to contain the recognition of the people of that period and the social, cultural background. Social situation changes, science has developed and facility changes. So, awareness of people for the facility also changes. Thus, this study consider the meaning and features of the facility with change of psychiatry and the concept of disease in each period. Finally, the purpose of this study is to analyze the development of Mental Healthcare Facilities before 19th Century. Methods: In this study, focusing on the literature study, it investigated the developmental process of mental healthcare facilities. Results: As the result of this study can be summarized as followings. In ancient times, facility for the harmony of body and mental appeared by means of supernaturalism and rationalism. In the middle ages, facility for restraint and control appeared by means of religious absolutism and mysticism. In the early modern period, facility for therapy appeared by means of humanism and enlightenment. Implications: Unlike other healthcare facilities, Mental healthcare facilities have a unique history. Based on the point of view of each period, it appears form and characteristics of mental healthcare facilities are different.

The progression of curing of dementia is associated with a gradual decline in functional, cognitive, emotional and social abilities. Patients with dementia currently cause many social problems, which will become more serious in the near future. It is considered that patients with dementia are so much influenced by the quality of physical ward environment ; so we need to improve environment of dementia ward dept. Factors of physical environment which effect patients with dement1a can be classifided both into 'Interier design' ; material, color, lighting, equipment and auxiliary design and into 'Sense of sight & hearing' ; illumination, ornament & indication, noise, and fancy.
